When I checked at 4:00am, the desk clerk was not friendly at all. He/She acted like I was a bother. My check out clerk, He was awesome! Extremely helpful and answered all my concerns with a smile.

Every staff person I spoke with was filled with that Southern Hospitality that we hear about in California. We made reservations at a nearby Hotel, but they don't accept pets there. When I called the ALOFT, Ryan was absolutely kind and possessed the BEST Customer Service I've ever encountered. I love the vibe of this place, pool table, bar with food and a heated pool. If I wasn't in California, I would definitely return over and over again to stay at the ALOFT Marriott Raleigh/Durham Brier Creek. We were also able to meet some friends at the ALOFT and entertain them while we were there as well. The value and cleanliness of this Hotel was excellent. The only thing we were a little disappointed about is that we thought ALOFT had breakfast included. That would have been the icing on the cake. (smile) My Family will always remember our stay here and my Daughter's Doctoral Graduation. You all made our trip wonderful! I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek, but what really blew me away was the service after I checked out. I realized I had left my glasses behind, and the team found them immediately. The General Manager, Avery Thomas, went out of his way to ship them back on the same day I checked out the hotel. It’s rare to find this level of care and proactive communication. Clean rooms, great location, and a staff that treats you like a VIP. Highly recommend!

Aloft is always on point with cleanliness and good vibes and no pet fees for our 12lb pup. Also free bottled water is nice.

Tried to add my uncle to the reservation, I immediately got sent to reservations, they couldn’t help me. I called back & Zena from morning shift, refused to assist me & then started ignoring my phone calls. If this i how guest are being treated before arrival, this place needs to be shutdown. Just disgusting. Definitely reporting this place.

Everything was great! Most importantly, the staff. They were incredible and so kind to my 3 year old daughter. When my daughter walked into the hotel, she looked around and said "Wow everything is so pretty!" It took her breath away and was really cute. I love how kid friendly the place is while still offering an adult vibe. My husband got to be an adult and not just "dad" (he's a stay-at-home parent and always in dad mode), and he got meet nice people at the bar.

The ONLY thing that would have made it better was if there was a bathtub.

There’s nothing special about this hotel, except that every one of the employees I interacted with was especially nice and helpful. Otherwise, the food choices very limited, and the room was basic. Only a desk chair, not a comfy chair to read in. Bed, bath, etc. were fine. Shuttle to the airport on time with a friendly driver.

Got locked in the pool area with the only recovery method was to call 911. No front desk connection info available. Fridge did not work in room. Shower area very slippery when wet.

Extremely noisy hotel

We ended up at this hotel after the hotel we had booked had an issue. This hotel was able to accommodate us and our large breed dog on a spur of the moment notice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. This was a great place to unwind after a rather stressful day.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. Our floor was quiet and we slept really well. We especially found the bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a handy safe and a convenient place to set down our suitcases. What we didn’t like was we couldn’t raise the a/c higher than 73 degrees. Also, the shower door was poorly designed causing it to leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor, soaking the bath mat. The clock was set to the wrong time and the knob to adjust it was broken off. The staff were super nice and greeted us each time we came in and out. The hotel itself was in a great location and reasonably priced.

Microwaves in rooms

It says they offer airport transfers but only when convenient for them. They block out certain hours “for clients that rebook and have huge contracts with us”. Sooo, don’t expect any service when their big clients need them. False advertising and rude!

Complementary shuttle is a joke almost missed our flight due to …. Asked at the front desk several times about it and was assured that is good just to wake up to “Sorry sir …”.

Aloft never disappoints. It has an across the board standard of minimalism, class and cleanliness. Always know I am walking i to a fine affordable stay.

I always stay here - the lobby is fun. It is easy to get in and out.
