The Spanish Suite Campo de' Fiori

We had a wonderful stay at Spanish Suite Campo de’ Fiori. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome, on a charming residential street, with beautiful views and lovely Roman streets all around. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Veronica, who helped us so much with our lost luggage. She went above and beyond to support us, and we are truly grateful for her kindness and care. ❤️ Highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

El acceso a las habitaciones muy malo, por unos pasillos angostos con escaleras que no pertenecían al hotel y estaban en muy mal estado y sucio

The room was incredible! The bed was very comfortable, the view from our balcony was breath taking, room service was efficient, aircon worked perfectly.

Elevator was small and didn’t work the first 2 days of stay but was fixed straight away and we were told this on arrival by staff

The location was perfect! So close to bus/train station however we actually walked to alot of landmarks or used a lime bike/scooter. Everything was approx 10 mins away from the hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. We were able to store our luggage after check out which was great for our last day in Rome.

The only thing there was a smell in the room, only noticeable when we came back in after being out for the day but it was not detrimental to our trip we had a great stay and will definitely recommend to others!

Ο ανδρας στην ρεσεψιον μπερδευτηκε και πηγε να μας δωσει διαφορετικο δωματιο απο αυτο που ειχαμε κλεισει στην αρχη αλλα μετα απο κατανοηση ηταν συμφωνος και περασαμε τελεια στο πεντακαθαρο δωματιο με θεα τα στενα της ρωμης Gold τοποθεσια που εχει τα περισσοτερα αξιοθεατα κοντα

The locations was a stand out feature. Down to the street the location was amazing. Great to wander out for dinner and every attractions is in walkable distance. Highly reccomend staying here. Staff were so helpful, we were able to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning and ended up checking in early soon after.

Very good location. You weren’t further than a 20/25 min walk to the main sightseeing activities.

Mould on the shower wall. Toilet constantly trickled (only on the last night). Air con unit was far too high up so didn’t feel any of the air. Would have preferred a chain on the inside door to make it feel more secure. There was a slight gap at the top of the window, making the outside noise even louder than it should’ve been.

La experiencia con este alojamiento fue excelente desde el primer momento que contacté con ellos. Días antes de llegar a la ciudad tuve diferentes dudas que me resolvieron por mensaje que me contestaban en muy poco tiempo de espera. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check in antes de hora y que nos guardarán el equipaje nos dieron la posibilidad de acceder a la habitación antes de la hora planeada porque ya estaba preparada. Tanto la chica que nos hizo el check in, como el chico que nos acompañó a la habitación fueron súper amables y simpáticos, esforzándose en hablar en nuestro propio idioma para hacer las indicaciones más entendibles. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y bien equipadas, las camas súper cómodas y grandes, incluso la habitación contada con una nevera pequeña. El alojamiento contaba con una zona común en la que disponias de café e infusiones, lo cual agradecimos bastante. Todos los días hacen cambio de toallas, lo cual también se agradece. La ubicación también es perfecta, a menos de cinco minutos de campo di fiori y de Argentina, bien conectado con transporte urbano. Sin duda un alojamiento que recomendar y repetir en una futura estancia en Roma.

ביקשנו מונית לנמל תעופה מהצוות, המונית היתה אמורה להגיע באמצע הלילה ולא הגיעה, וידאנו איתם פעמיים וכמעט פספנו טיסה.

Great location. Easy check in. Simple room, just what we needed for 2 nights.

No lifts so be mindful with luggage! Mosquitos were quite rife in the room, I also noticed damp/mould in the shower so unsure whether this was what caused the mosquitos. Shower didn’t drain well, we had to slow the power down to prevent it from flooding.

It had a good location. Good air conditioning.

We were put in a separate building to the original rooms. The bathroom reeked terribly of damp/ mould. We actually had no time to speak to staff as we had a full itinerary, by the time we would have got round to it, it would have been the last day before we checked out. We also had 0 natural light and the fridge didn’t really work properly. Also we did not have any room service/ room cleaned while we were there. Also at the entrance of this building, there were bins and bin bags left there (potentially by residents) that smelt horrible due to the heat and they were not cleared once the 3 days we were there. I would not stay here again, great location, but when you go on holiday, and you are out in the boiling heat all day, you just want to come back home to a clean fresh space.

Ground floor room some late night street noise but hey its Roma.

Location is really great - we could reach all key sightseeing locations by foot (e.g. Piazza Navona is 15ish minutes walking distance away, similar is with Trastevere area). Room was really clean and well air-conditioned which really helped as we were visiting Rome during heatwave and temperatures close to 40. Staff is really friendly and helpful - gave us advice on key things to visit and see, as well as some local tips regarding restaurants to go to. Another highlight is breakfast which is not served directly in hotel but small "bistro" 2 min walking distance - my wife loved it. Lots of choice including fresh fruits. We really enjoyed it every day. Hotel is able to provide you flat rate taxi from and to airport. Price is ok but it is possible to get it a bit cheaper when you take Uber directly. We had taxi organised by hotel on our way in as we did not want to risk anything on our arrival, but on way out we got uber on our own.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like old friends, not just guests. The room was spotless, the bed impossibly comfortable, and everything just worked the way it should. The location was quiet and peaceful, with that perfect, unmistakable Italian vibe all around. It wasn't fancy or flashy, just genuinely lovely. We left feeling rested and a little sad to go. Would come back in a heartbeat.

De ligging is top! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de accommodatie voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. De airco werkt prima (zeer warme dagen) en het was muisstil.

Kleine verbetering mogelijk in afvoer van douche en aanvulling producten.

We loved so much about this property - ground floor location, clearly recently renovated, spacious (especially for Rome!), excellent air conditioning, convenient location (walked everywhere)! Thank you Sergey for your excellent service.

צוות מעולה. היו זמינים ונחמדים. ניסו לעזור בכל בקשה שלנו. אנחנו שומרי שבת וגם בזה ממש עזרו והשאירו את הדלת הראשית פתוחה עבורנו. לדלת חדר יש מפתח רגיל ואין חיישיני תנועה אז מתאים לדתיים. מעבר לזה המיקום מעולה. מרחק הליכה של 3 דק מהרובע היהודי וגם קרוב לכל האתרים המרכזיים. נקי מאד.

חדר קטן. מקום ללינה בלבד. כריות לא נוחות במיוחד. יחד עם זאת צריך לומר ששום דבר לא הפתיע אותנו והתמורה למחיר הזול הולמת.

The location was key. It was easy to get around town.

The staff was not the nicest and difficult to deal with. The rooms were very cramped but, it is Europe. Locating the place was not easy.

Las habitaciones se encuentran en un antiguo edificio con encanto pero mal conservado. El agua caliente tarda mucho y hay poca presión de agua en la ducha. El colchón es muy blando.

החלונות לא הכי אטומים לרעש של בחוץ אז בלילה קצת הפריעה לנו שעברו אנשים קולניים מידיי ההסדר עם המעלית קצת מוזר היו לנו גם כ 10 מדרגות בערך לרדת ולעלות מהחדר בשביל להגיע למעלית כשהגענו צוות המלון עזר עם המזוודות אבל כשעזבנו היינו צריכות לעלות את המזוודות במדרגות

Great guy at the reception. Very nice decor in great location.

Room was relatively clean but needed some maintenance ... holes in the wall, stains on curtains and in shower, loose moulding in bedroom, etc. Only there for 2 days but shower flooded and could not be used. Second attempt to try it resulted in having to scavenge for extra towels to mop up the floor so water didn't leak downstairs at 1:00 in the morning. Left a note and hopefully they have fixed this.

The staff, especially the beautiful Veronica were so kind and helpful to me. She is an absolute ray of sunshine! Give her a raise. The room was lovely and quiet and tastefully decorated with a nice view. AC was perfect!

The bathroom was clean except for the shower. There was black mold growing around the edges and around the fixtures. A spray with chlorine will kill that quickly. Also there was no hot or even warm water on the last day to take a shower.

1. 위생 상태 불량 - 첫번째 방 체크인 시 침대 위 이물질 발견 - 직원 분이 친절하게 방 옮겨주셨으나 옮긴 방 위생도 믿음이 가지 않았음 - 수건에서 이상한 냄새(4박하는 모든 날 수건이 그랬음) 2. 관리 상태 불량 - 샤워용품 리필 안되어있고 보충 요청시 없다며 일회용 샤워젤, 비누를 가져다 줌 - 침대가 너무 완전 푹 꺼지는 것으로 보아 오래된 것으로 보임

Hotel ligt heel goed op de kaart. Dichtbij het campo de fiori marktplein. 10min lopen naar het panteon. 20min lopen naar het colosseum. Ook nog dichtbij trastavere. Qua ligging echt top. Mooie kamer (wel wat stoffig). Ruime kamer. Lekker comfortabel bed.

We moesten inchecken bij de hoofdingang. Maar om bij onze kamer te komen moest je weer naar buiten een zijstraat in en daar naar binnen met een code. Voelt voor mijn gevoel toch minder veilig op deze manier. Geen kledingkast in de kamer zelf. Enkel kledinghangers en een kast in de badkamer, wat gewoon te vochtig is om je kleren fijn te laten liggen.

De ligging en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e a localização do alojamento também! Ficamos próximos do acesso a alguns dos pontos principais, e junto ao hotel tem supermercado, cafés, restaurante e algumas lojas.

A parte pior é que sem dúvida alguma tendo em conta o processo o alojamento tem uma péssima insonorização, nós ficamos no quarto 1 no piso da receção e ouvíamos tudo mas mesmo tudo da rua (pois no quarto tem uma janela sem isolamento e com uma grade) ou seja, para dormir é péssimo! Para além disso também se ouve todo o movimento do piso da receção .

Good location for exploring Rome. Close to many historic locations for walking. Many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Not very accessible for those with mobility issues. The stairs are somewhat difficult to navigate and one elevator is very small. The beds were almost too soft.

We were put in the building that you have to access by the alley, the stairs to our room were dangerously steep and the bathroom was TINY. There are no pictures of this room on the website so we were not expecting this. I asked if that room was cheaper and was told no all rooms were the same rate.

L’emplacement est très bien mais la publicité booking est assez mensongère. Pour accéder à la chambre on traverse un couloir rempli de poubelles dans une cage d’escalier très sale. La chambre est assez grande mais les photos de la chambre sont assez décalées par rapport à la réalité. La chambre est propre mais très sobre (par exemple ciment peint au sol dans la salle de bain). Les lits ne sont pas vraiment refaits le matin . La couette est juste ramenée sur les oreillers en vrac. Une cuisine très sommaire est à notre disposition pour prendre une boisson mais on a dû fouiller dans les tiroirs pour trouver du café. Bref un rapport qualité / prix complètement mauvais. Le personnel d’accueil n’est pas non plus capable de commander un taxi ni de vous expliquer que la station de taxi est à 50m Bref extrêmement déçus.

The property is in a great location walking distance from everything. This is the only positive about staying here.

1) We arrived exhausted from a 9.5 hour flight and ready to crash. Come to find out they overbooked the room, and they sent us to another hotel called G55. The hotel was not in the location we desired, and we had to lug our suitcases and roll them down the street only to get lost. We went back to the original hotel and demanded a room. They eventually gave us a room. I assume someone reservation got bumped and had to stay a the alternate hotel. I understand overbooking is common with them. 2) The room stunk like Smoked Sausage and Cigars. We chose to stick it out because we were happy to be in the location we like. Our clothes stunk of this smell the entire trip. The hotel worker smelled the windows and said it was the wood from the windows. This is not true. 3) The shower head was’t put back properly and it sprayed directly at me flooding the floor with freezing cold water. The main shower head was too large for the shower. It was awkward to shower. 4) The elevator gets stuck. We were on the 4th floor and we took the old elevator often. Upon leaving the elevator stopped mid floor several times. It was scary. I will never stay here again.

servizio impeccabile, di grande umanità e disponibilità: io sono disabile e per offrirmi un servizio migliore per la mia condizione, i proprietari mi hanno riallocato in un'altra struttura più adeguata, con un grande upgrade. e tutto ciò nel cuore della notte, perchè la mia prenotazione precedente mi aveva lasciato a piedi. un cuore d'oro.

Centralt, bra gångavstånd till det mesta och trevlig personal

Rummet var int ens i närheten av hur det såg ut på bilderna. Två fönster vette mot mörka atrium så inget ljusinsläpp alls. Ofräsch soffa/divan som man aldrig skulle våga sätta sig på. Luktade mögel. Sunkigt med tanke på priset och antal stjärnor.

Værelset var ikke særlig rent, værelset var meget gammelt og lignede ikke billederne. Derudover var det en meget meget lille elevator som ikke kunne rumme en klapvogn

When we arrived we were allocated a room which was dirty, dark and very unwelcoming with overflowing refuse bins in the corridor leading to the room. There was a spare bed in the room which had a dirty cover on it and the shower drain was blocked. It also did not look like any of the rooms shown in the pictures with only an internal window allowing no light into the room. That said, following a complaint to the manager, we were moved to another room across the street without fuss which met our expectations and was beautifully clean. Had we not been moved, we would have requested a refund and rebooked elsewhere.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Roma. Great staff, wonderful room, comfy bed, steps from everything. Highly recommend and good value for location.

It's a little loud but that's what earplugs are for. Soundproof windows did a nice job but there is some noise.
