Große Panoramafenster, Klimaanlage mit Heizung und auf Temperatur einstellbar. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Bequemes Sofa

Die Matratze war hart, sehr hart und hat überhaupt nicht nachgegeben dass wir uns eine zweite Decke bestellt haben zum drauflegen. Ausgeschriebener Whirlpool ist NICHT vorhanden. Badewanne locker und Ausfluss geht hinter der Badewanne auf den Fußboden und läuft zum Abfluss. Tapeten waren beschädigt genauso wie andere Stellen im Zimmer und über den Vorhängen waren (alte) Wasserspuren/schimmel zu sehen. Personal spricht schlechtes Englisch. Ich mein wer zwei Sterne bucht darf auch nur zwei Sterne erwarten aber es is wichtig es dennoch zu erwähnen.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, die Metrostationen waren innerhalb der Gehdistanz gut zu erreichen. Da unser Zimmer im 10. Stock war hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den Stadtteil von Seoul in welchem sich das Hotel befindet. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider gab es an manchen Stellen im Zimmer Feuchtigkeitsprobleme, worunter die Optik des Zimmers leidete.

メインの観光地からは離れてはいますが、駅は徒歩圏内で近いです。ホテルの方もとても優しくてフレンドリーでお部屋もとても綺麗でした！満足です！また利用したいです。

開放感のある部屋でした バスタオルは大型のが一枚しかないので2人だと 使いづらい 受付で言えばくれるかも？ トイレがつまつかのですがスッポン渡されて自分で処理しました なんとか流れて良かった、、 周辺はご飯が色々ありますので弁は良い 交通もいいですが 明洞 ソウル駅は40分程かかります ので 少し安く泊まるなら良いかと

It’s conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from shops and the train station, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The staff are also very friendly, especially the lovely lady who works in the morning.

The bed was a bit firmer than I expected, which may not suit everyone’s comfort preferences.

お値段のわりに広くて歯ブラシを含めたアメニティも揃っていました。スリッパが使い捨てでなかったこと、部屋のドライヤーが冷風しか出なかったのがとても残念でした。夜は部屋がすこししか明るくならなくて不便でした。ホテル周辺は人通りが少なく、夜道はすこし怖かったです。気軽に行けるのはコンビニぐらい。でも3泊で22,000円は破格だと思います。ありがとうございました。

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Personal war super lieb. Die Gegend war auch in Ordnung. Busstationen und U-Bahnen waren immer in der Nähe ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Einige Dinge wie Lampen reparieren sollte die Unterkunft auch nochmal.

The staff was friendly even though not all of them spoke English they always tried to help us. The room was clean and was cleaned every day.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the ventilation either making the room very humid all day long because we took shower and the water couldn’t escape anywhere. There were nights where we were very cold and other night when we were very hot and couldn’t manage the temperature.

The hotel was in front of a busy road that you can easily hail a cab. The rooms were spacious with 2 opened luggages. The skin care items were awesome, I don’t think you can expect less in Seoul. There were a number of restaurants and coffee shops close to the hotel.

The hotel was dark from outside, maybe that’s why there’s a sign that said it was Open. It may be because of the front curtain wall. It was Spring and there was no AC yet, only heat. Our room smelled like cigarettes, good thing I got a room freshener and that worked to eliminate the smell.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da 2 fermate della metro e ha nelle vicinanze diversi negozi e ristoranti. Dall' esterno si presenta in buono stato, peccato all' interno la situazione cambia. Abbiamo trovato le camere in grossa necessità di manutenzione... Il che è un gran peccato visto che il concept dell' hotel e delle stanze è molto carino. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le federe dei cuscini e gli asciugamani sporchi (alcuni con macchie di sangue altri con macchie rosse simil rossetto), abbiamo fatto notare il tutto alla signorina alla reception che ha prontamente provveduto a farceli sostituire. Ciò ha risolto la questione federe, peccato solo che invece che anche gli asciugamani nuovi non fossero a nostra opinione abbastanza puliti... Abbiamo risolto comprandocene di nostri presso il centro commerciale li vicino. Tirando le somma l'hotel ha tanto potenziale ma allo stato attuale pecca nella pulizia e manutenzione, se non siete super schizzinosi e il prezzo è buono però non mi farei troppi problemi a soggiornare qui

Room is very spacious. Especially the bathroom. Which is a good place to have a good shower after a long trip outside. Since window is full length, so have to be careful to cover if needed. About 10min walk away from train station.

Better furnishing. They use portable table and chair. But it does still get the job done.

Really nice and comfortable hotel in a very safe & nice local neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. Easy access to Bus and metro within walking distance. The hotel team is very nice and attentive!!! Rooms are equipped was cleaned every day. Rooms are equipped with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, small fridge etc. I really enjoyed my stay there (6days).

The location is good

It's not clean and noise everywhere. The room is not soundproofed, noise was coming from everywhere at the nigh time. The bed is uncomfortable along with the noice. Very bad sleeping quality during the trip. And the heater was not working very well. Sometimes it's working but sometimes it's not.

Stayed for 10 nights at La Villa hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the subway with 24h convenience store next to the hotel. Great value for the price. I highly recommend.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the place was clean, all necessary amenities were offered. Overall. a very good experience and value for money.

Maybe add more storage for clothes, we stayed for 6 days and we would have loved to have a proper storage.

The hotel is located near subway station (around 5 minutes walk). The room size is good.

Poorly maintained property. The carpet in the elevator is very dirty. Not sure if that is mold or just stain. Mold on carpet can cause a variety of health problems, such as allergic reactions or respiratory issues. Besides, there is rust on the electric tea kettle, and I asked for an exchange for a clean one. The owner told the night shift worker to tell me that he doesn't think it is rusting, so the owner refuse to make the exchange. I met the owner the next morning, and he did not feel sorry for using poor maintained appliance in his facility. Besides, the pillow case has black spots on it. I have to cover it with my t-shirt when I go to bed. The slippers is broken and had bad smell.

I was traveling with my friends for 2 weeks and decided to stay longer in Korea. I stayed at Lavilla Hotel during my solo trip for 17 nights. Clean hotel, the room was perfect with a good view and there were no problems during my stay. The staff was very helpful and kind! They helped me with directions, recommendations and ordered a taxi to the airport. The owner is super friendly and speaks English very well, he made my stay at Lavilla very comfortable. I will definitely be back at this hotel again in the future! Lavilla Hotel is located in a very quiet area with nearby train stations just a few minutes away, convenience stores open all night, small restaurants and markets. This hotel is perfect if you want to see another side of Seoul. Unfortunately there is no washing machine at the hotel, but just a few walking minutes away there is a self laundry room called "Wash Friends" on Naver map. The instructions for the washing machines were all in Korean but it was easy to understand with the translating app Papago.

1. Spacious room and bathroom with good natural lighting with curtains are opened. 2. There is a working elevator which makes it convenient with big luggages. 3. Many local eateries and convenient stores around the corner. 4. Toiletries and drinking water (bottles) are provided, and can request for more when running out. 5. Luggage storage is possible. 6. Body and face towels are provided. 7. Daily room cleaning service is provided during the stay. 8. Walking distance to Yeokchon subway station (that has escalator and lift) that literally connects to most places. For Incheon airport, just need to transfer at Digital Media City station. Bulgwang station is also about 10mins walk away. 9. Bed is considered comfortable.

1. Lighting inside the room can be more or brighter as the room is quite big. 2. Hot water for shower was down for the first 3 nights but was quickly fixed (cash refund was given as compensation) 3. Curtains need to be closed most of the time as it can be see through from outside especially at night. 4. Location is slightly far away from city centre, but still within Seoul, and public transport is very convenient!

I loved the proximity to stations and the amazing food places all around plus convenience stores every block. The manager was exceptional and the view was the cherry on top.

ソウルの賑やかさは楽しいけど、地元の人が多い地域に行きたくて、このホテルに泊まりました。 近所には市場や大型スーパーもあり、普通の住宅街というところがとても気に入りました。 少し歩けばまた違う地下鉄駅になるので、街ぶらも楽しかったです。 ホテルのレセプションの方は英語はそこまで話せなかったけど、親切にバス乗り場を案内してくれたり、一生懸命対応してくれました。 Wi-Fiもあるし、満足いく3泊になりました。

The hotel room was big enough for 1/2 people with ease. The fridge was restocked with two water bottles and every day i got fresh new towels at my disposal. Besides the interior of the room it was pretty quiet so no outside noise at all. The hotel also had a decent location with enough small stores and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to reach using either the multiple busstations nearby, or the subway station that was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The room had been damaged by the door seprating the outside door from the inside roonm; The floor had a bunch of black drag marks on it because of this door, and the previous people using this room had slammed the door too hard which cause a hole to be made in the wall where the doorhandle rests. The first few times my room also smelled heavily of cigarettes despite me not smoking at all.

Personnel sympathique, hôtel bien situé dans 1 quartier assez calme, beaucoup de commerces, marché local, supermarchés, à environ 20mn en métro des sites touristiques. Mon lit (1002) grince un peu mais à part ça tout est superbe.

The owner was such a sweetheart. He gave me some recommendations on what to foods to try. It’s nearby the subway and bus stops all around. My room was huge and i loved the huge tub. It was a great way to unwind with a bubble bath after a long day exploring

The toilet is a bit outdated and struggled to flush. Wall paper around the sink could do with some repairs. Sucks that there was no closet or hangers since there was such a big empty space next to the TV counter area.

Hotel located close to metro station so it's quite easy to travel around the city. Nice and friendly staff. The room was quite big and had a very nice big window.

My room was quite old; it definitely needs a refurbishment.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect, and the owner was such a kind person that when he didn't see me for a day, he called my room to check up on me. That personal touch made it even better. The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent advice on places to visit to reduce travel times, places to eat, and about general Korean culture. They also provided advice on travelling to the airport.

Everywhere is mold and dirt. It's very loud because of the busy street. The flush of the toilet doesn't work properly. The floor and everything were dirty.The room smelled very bad, and you couldn't open any windows. The owner claimed that I damaged a window outside my room and demanded 2000 dollars from me. I have never experienced such outrageous behavior before. The owner has no manners and has insulted me.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found the one-night rate to be quite reasonable, and the hotel's accessibility from two nearby metro stations made getting around a breeze. The rooms were incredibly spacious, the bathroom facilities were kept impeccably clean, and the owner's hospitality truly stood out. Additionally, the convenience of having nearby convenience stores and supermarkets added to the overall convenience of the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Need change mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable. Need clean towels better. I can see som spots on them. You can’t place the Shower on the wall it falls down when you want to use the shower.

Very big spacious room. The man at the front desk was very helpful.

Paid extra for a hot tub which really was just a bath tub. Lol.
