Manque de prises et de ventilateurs, équipement minimaliste. Penser à installer la climatisation : Nous y avons séjourné durant une période de canicule et la chaleur était à la limite du supportable. Très difficile d'ouvrir le vélux.

Odore di chiuso e vecchio, appartamento un po’ trasandato, divano letto molto scomodo. Mancanza del climatizzatore c’era un ventilatore mezzo rotto e molto rumoroso.

oproti prezentaci - popis a fotografie pokoje, byla realita trošku jiná, sice čisto a uklizeno. Ale stěny špinavé, nábytek opotřebovaný - některé kusy již zralé na výměnu. Nedostatečný počet ručníků. Přijeli jsme po uzavření recepce a do Emailu jsme neobdrželi ani PIN pro vyzvednutí klíčů se schránky (umístěné na recepci) a ani PIN pro otevření vstupních dveří do recepce. Po telefonátu vše předáno.

La parada del autobús está algo lejos y en pendiente, por lo que llegar con maletas se vuelve complicado.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Close to CERN and Switzerland, good infrastructure around (playgrounds, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, transportation). Enough space for a family, lovely balcony, cot for a baby. Equipped kitchen.
Toilet separate from the bathroom and no washbasin in the toilet. Walls (including those in the wardrobes) are covered with a rough-textured coating that can scratch or injure your hand if you rub against it carelessly. The chairs were wobbly, but they were quickly replaced.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Asukoht väga hea, kohe ümber nurga on pagaripood ja CERNi ning Genfi on väga mugav ühistranspordiga liikuda. Saabusime hilja õhtul ja saime võtmed ilusasti koodikapist kätte. Ka varahommikuse väljaregistreerimisega ei olnud probleeme. Toad olid puhtad ja tubades oli kõik vajalik söögitegemiseks olemas.
Uksed kostsid väga läbi kui keegi koridoris kõndis või rääkis.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026I picked this accommodation because I was looking for a good price/reward ratio and close to CERN, which we planned to visit. What seemed to be a regular appart hotel (had no chance to try fitness center, washing machines or any other amenities) we just needed a place to stay overnight and have some dinner. For these, it was fine, incl. kitchen. But the best part happened actually once we left and my child realized, that his plush toy was forgotten there. They walked that additional mile, checked the room, checked the laundry, and other places where it could be, and informed me on every single detail. And although the toy was not found at the tend, I was very positively surprised by this great piece of customer care. Would I stay again? Yes, definitely.

Du bruit, intérieur et extérieur Trop de chauffage, et même après avoir arrêté les radiateurs, nous avions trop chaud. Le rideau de la chambre n'est pas assez occultant, la rue reste éclairée. Et le petit déjeuner était affiché, mais après avoir demandé on nous a informés qu'il n'était plus servi depuis le début de l'année. C'est dommage.

Online war nicht nachvollziehbar, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Hatte nämlich eines bestellt (dachte ich jedenfalls)

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026The location of the hotel was amazing, very close to the Line 66 bus stop, which connects the property to Geneva Airport, and close enough to the Lion bus stop, which links the hotel to CERN via bus lines 67 and 68.
I didn’t appreciate the cost of the property, as it is expensive compared to rents in the surrounding area. Of course, it should be taken into consideration that this is a hotel, but in my opinion it does not provide so much services that justify the price. Overall, there were no issues with the staff or the property itself; on the contrary, they were kind and helpful. I was also not very satisfied with the absence of a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the room. Laundry facilities were available in a common area; however, this is inconvenient for long-term stays due to the high number of users sharing only three washing machines and one dryer.

hygiene was niet optimaal.( zwarte haren op matras zichtbaar toen laken van matras gleed), voegen douche zwart. koffiezetapparaat werkte niet goed. apparatuur van goedkope kwaliteit. (Severin)
