Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Issaquah

Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. Rooms clean and spacious.

Room is spacious, and well maintained

Bed could've been better. It is soft and compressed in the middle. Edges are firm.

Location

Highly recommended

No issues

They thought about all the small details of what you need in a room. And to have a cooktop is awesome!

Easy to navigate the hotel and rooms were large

The variety offered was great.

Some of the food was not hot-only warm. Some items were not easy to locate, plates under the counter. Incomplete instructions on locating what to use to put waffle batter into the waffle iron. I had to ask an employee how to do it. I was shown where someone had actually left it since there seemed to be no designated location for it. The table where I sat one morning actually had a strip of bacon on the floor underneath it.

I like the amenities, the cleanliness inside the rooms. The kitchenette was very nice with a dishwasher and equipment already in there.

The night I stayed, in the evening I walked over to fitness room to check it out and hop on a machine. Sign on the fitness room door was locked & closed, although according to the hours- it was open until 10:00pm.

I only stayed there one night. It was very clean very quiet. I didn’t use any of the facilities, but I kind of wanted to, but I wasn’t there very long. Had a small but nice indoor pool and had a game room. People could use in a free laundry facility I mean it was pretty great. I’ll definitely come back and probably bring a friend to help pay for the room because it was a little on the more expensive side.

Clean rooms, warm clean pool and hot tub! Game room! Just a nice relaxing place to be!

Clean, well-appointed, comfortable room. Very good breakfast, excellent front desk staff.

Pet fee is very high, lack of covered parking

- Front staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate our requests. - Parking is free, plenty of space available and nearby - Location right off I-90, easy to get to the hotel and easy to get to other locations in the area - Overall feels quite safe - Room was acceptable overall - Free breakfast - Nice view of the surroundings from the room

- Construction going on in the hotel woke us up (around Thanksgiving) - Room wasn't completely clean (stains, fingerprints, fuzz/dust) - One of the air conditioning units had an odd smell - Poor sound insulation (could hear snoring from the room next to us)

Quick check in. Front desk person did a very nice job...professional and friendly.

$4.95 for high speed wi-fi.

Extremely responsive staff, very good breakfast, clean comfortable room.

Shortage of luggage carts, no covered vehicle parking.

Close to the freeway and easy access

Great location and the staff was very friendly unhelpful.

Coffee machine didn’t work and it turned out. It was a problem with the outlet. Also, the thermostat had issues.

Great place! Game room, clean pool, pretty good coffee, and kitchenettes. Spendy, but that’s our world these days.

Grosszügiges Zimmer, gutes Parkplatz Angebot

We loved that we had a kitchen for our long stay that allowed us to feel at home. The hotel had everything we needed and even more. The gym had high-quality new machines that we used daily. Breakfast was always different and fresh. The receptionists all became friends with my dog and gave him treats every time they saw him. He didn't want to leave.

Clean room

Need hair dryers in room. Also need to improve on breakfast. I would return and recommend this hotel. Very clean.

Super awesome comfortable

Emma is awesome

The staff was great. I was in town to hold an annual auction for a non-profit. We are from the Issaquah area, so my adult disabled son had a couple of his lifelong friends over to enjoy the pool & game room, which was a huge hit with them. I had everything I needed while I stayed & breakfast was delicious each day! The room and grounds were kept very clean & safe.

Easy check in process, clean, comfortable and great breakfast.

Really nice, very big place. The breaskfast is really awesome. Clean, spacious room, good water pressure. Lots of snacks and drinks in the lobby. We were only there for an evening before an eary morning appointment at Swedish. Wish we could've stayed longer

We had a great stay! The king studio was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and having a mattress topper for the couch bed would have been very nice - the kids slept on springs. The lobby and breakfast served was AMAZING. The kids loved the pool and the arcade room. We would definitely return.

Everything was great. Nothing was not great.

Hotel is in a good spot for the area. In great condition. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet about average.

Excellent

Stay here every time we travel through WA.

I loved the spacious studio suite and the great breakfast buffet.

Room condition looked very good upon entry but found microwave is not operating properly.

Great hotel

Great place , friendly staff and easy check in

Very friendly to dogs! Excellent breakfast!! The beds are comfortable and we could easily get extra towels.

Everything was very nice.

Extremely comfortable

Great location. Safe. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pristine laundry and gym.

Clean comfortable and spacious room Good area for short walk Close to good restaurants Good breakfast

Not a thing

The room was spacious and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Great location and I loved how accommodating they were with my dog.

I would have given them a 10 if it weren’t for a couple of things. One elevator was broken for the entire 4 days we were there. Our room safe didn’t work. I was there for a local race and we left our room late one day because I showered after the race, and the person at the front desk said they couldn’t have someone clean our room because it was noon. I had to ask her for towels and take out our trash. Our room was not cleaned our entire visit there.

Quiet

It was a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great.

Very nice and spacious suites - the breakfast was really nice with lots of options including almond milk. We appreciated this stay!

Vent noise kitchen & bath was constant

Front desk person helped us get a room to meet our preference, very kind of her. Nice property, very well put on breakfast, clean suite with kitchen was very spacious. Staff helpful and kind. Game room needs a little updating as most things were in disrepair, but my kids didn't notice that. Overall, great stay!

The breakfast was prepared well, self-service area was clean and well organized and provided a variety of breakfast items. Food and beverages were available early and well stacked. If you have young children, they enjoyed preparing their plates with excellent items. Overall, well done!!

Apple and Orange juice could have had a little more chill.

Great place to stay

Very convenient location and very nice breakfast. The sausage was exceptional. Lots of tables to accommodate a lot of people.

Great place to stay. Very well maintained property.

Stayed in 1 bedroom King bed suite with our dogs. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Suite kitchens have all the basic essentials you need. Dishwasher and full size fridge was a plus.

Amazing. Friendly staff. offered complimentary Dinner and breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We love Homewood Suites hotels.

Nice hotel. However, the woman working at the front desk when I arrived to check in was not a very pleasant greeter. I felt more like an inconvenience to her when I arrived and approached the front desk. I’ve experienced better customer service elsewhere (the hotel next door) and will consider that when choosing to stay in Issaquah in the future, which by the way, I stay there very frequently.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were horrible. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other Hiltons that I’ve stayed out. We got to breakfast an hour before it closed. The waffle batter dispenser was almost empty, fruit and other stations were not refilled. Not much choices.

The room

Everything. I don't feel safe here and none of your staff did anything about it other then to tell me they are sorry.

We stayed eight days and it was excellent

Staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable. Visiting family and had a nice visit

Better snacks available

10/10 would stay again

.

Got there and my grandkids found some lip moisturizer under the bed and a Cheeto. Wanted to play in the game room but most of the games didn’t work. Pool was good other than really cold. Ended up leaving and coming home. Didn’t even spend the night.

We had an excellent stay! Bed super comfortable, pillows awesome, room was clean. Adequate kitchen supplies. We brought our dog & she loved her stay also. We forgot her food n the freezer & staff held onto it for us to retrieve several hours later. Much appreciated. Staff also just super friendly. Free breakfast was also a nice treat & way above average to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend & we will definitely be back!

Perfect location, rooms, staff.

Breakfast was very good. The location was very good with nearby trails.

The microwave display was very dim and it actually stopped working. The hotel staff brought in brand new small microwave oven but that was occupying the counter space in kitchen. The stovetop microwave never got replaced during our stay.

I booked this property for my daughter and grandsons for a Christmas present. Both boys are in swimming lessons and love to swim. However they were told someone put chlorine in a saltwater pool. There were told it would be fixed tomorrow however I think they had been saying that for awhile. Very disappointed that I wasn’t told the pool was not working. I would have rescheduled. The pool was the only reason I booked at this hotel. Very upsetting.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet. excellent staff with an excellent breakfast each morning.

The staff were great!

Quiet and clean

Nice spacious hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Perfect for an extended stay. One of the nicest free breakfasts compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We previewed this hotel for an upcoming surgical stay. It met all of our criteria, so we will likely stay here.

solid stay all around - staff were great and the location was perfect for my needs.

What I liked the most about the hotel was its location and surrounding area.

There is nothing that stands out.

This was our second stay at this location. Highly recommend it for facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff. Five stars!

Great overall. Only downside was the uncomfortable mattress. It was way too soft.

Would stay again

The staff are very welcoming. Place is clean and well thought out. Simple, but does the job. Kitchen area a plus. Bed is firm (that could be a plus or minus depending on the person).

Rooms were nice and the employees were very nice. Free breakfast was good. Only complaint was the smell of whatever food was cooked in our room from prior guest. It never left the room the whole week we were there. The beds were comfortable too.

Location was great

Clean facility, great stuff, good breakfast, all good.

Met all expectations.

Clean, friendly, very welcoming.

Great location. Great staff. Good breakfast. Definitely needs a good clean. Pull out bed needs thrown away and updated. Very dirty.
