SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Issaquah

Parking was a huge challenge. Spaces too small and close to pillars

Great breakfast. Good variety and plentiful.

Very upgraded with plugs and lots of room!

Parking is expensive and very very tight. Kind of scary parking on level one.

Great stay again. Clean, quiet room with many great restaurants locally. Only quibble would be daily parking rate. Angelina at front desk was great at her job and made all the details work out.

No house keeping for a 3 day stay, no fresh linen no fresh towels, UNACCEPTABLE

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, lobby was cool. Cleaning staff was great.

Parking is not optimal. 2 hour wait to check in. Elevators were painfully slow, maybe because one was out of commission.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nice all day coffee bar, great breakfast

Fast friendly service. Lady at front desk gave me a cookie at arrival

Not much

The broken elevator, rude staff and unexpected parking fees.

The location to the airport.

The area around the hotel.

The rooms were large and the location suited our plans.

Parking was fine although many open spots at the time, the space was a bit narrow to park a large vehicle like the rental minivan I had.

Clean and very nice

The parking wasn’t great for larger SUVs or trucks

The staff was so nice, relaxed and helpful!

Only "bad" thing i could say is the pool was pretty chilly but nothing bot bareable.

The room layout was so wonderful! The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the walk in closet storage space.

Breakfast was adequate but not great and would have loved a hot tub.

Very clean, comfortable, and roomy. It felt very secure as well.

I have food allergies, so a better variety of breakfast food would have been nice.

Staff are great

Closer to soccer field

Nice location, newer hotel

All hand towels in our room were dirty (but neatly folded as if clean).

Location. Spacious suite. Kindly service.

Breakfast: minimum options and not a lot of healthy options.

Our check-in experience was quick and efficient, Ave, was friendly and proficient at her job. After a long work day, tired, hungry and exhausted she checked us in within a few minutes. Thank u so much. The room was neat and clean, with a nice firm bed. We have to go back again for work and we’ve already booked a room. The complementary breakfast was OK. Barbara was on top of everything, making sure everything was in order. Nice pool, small gym room, but clean.

I am from the area and was familiar with it.

Nothing

Hot, nice choice, healthy

Couch/bed needs cleaned

It was beautiful, clean and well maintained

The parking was pretty tight and difficult to maneuver, and I felt that hotel shouldn’t have charged for parking

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying at Springhill in Issaquah and was recommended by our daughter who had stayed there in the past. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

The pay for parking might discourage some travelers.

Everyone here was so incredibly kind - they have covered parking so it helped being able to unload in the car. We had a great time! We brought small kids and everyone was so kind and nice and our five year old said “that hotel was a blast!” The indoor pool was a huge hit

We checked in 4 pm 3/13 and were told there was no power. The clerk mentioned power should be on in 2 hours. My family and I sat in the dark ate dinner in the dark there was no heat and no way to charge phones until 2 am 3/14. I would like a partial refund since I feel I was over charged and did not get the full experience. If I would have know that we’d be sitting in the cold dark we could have just stayed in our vehicle.

The fact that there was no power and I was charged 206$ just to basically sit in dark and cold.

Great rooms and very comfortable beds.

I don’t like the glass bathroom door.

Every one was very friendly and the place was very clean

Every thing was good

We live in Issaquah but needed to stay at the hotel for a couple of nights, and it was a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. There’s a small pool and a nice breakfast, which made our stay even better. I also really like the location, close to grocery stores and the historic downtown area. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay!

Fee for parking.

Loved the room and fridge/microwave/coffee maker. Very comfortable to stay. Bathroom was also excellent and bed was comfortable and well dressed. Also, loved the covered parking!

The only thing that could have been better was tv placement in room, though in order to watch from bed or sofa, it pretty much had to be where it was. The problem was that it couldn't turn far enough towards either for optimum viewing. The view was good only from one end of the sofa and one side of the bed.

Great location for us to visit family in the Seattle and Issaquah area. Easy access to freeway and nice accommodations.

The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. Even with lots of kids and families in the place, and a busy weekend, we were not at all disturbed.

The breakfast bar ran out of fresh fruit on the second morning.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable for our family group of 5 people.

nothing, everything was good.

Me encantó la amabilidad y la sonrisa con la que nos recibieron,es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy limpio, cuenta con todo lo que podamos necesitar para pasar una estancia agradable!

We loved the location and amenities

The gentleman in the front desk was very personable and great. There was a bar with a little food, drink drinks, and a very enjoyable bartender.

Breakfast was good and it was clean

The location is super convenient to shopping in Issaquah and not far from Seattle.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

No food options past 9:00am.

Close to the freeway, clean and quiet

Bed was too firm; not really comfortable. Much touted breakfast was pretty basic; cold and hot options, no omelet station. Bacon was so thinly slice it would be best described as shaved. Strictly serf-serve.

Friendly staff, super comfy bed and clean, sparkling room.

The room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly.

However, a few of $18 plus tax (so $19.80) in a city that had no paid parking anywhere is ridiculous. I thought all fees were supposed to be listed during booking. I didn’t not see it anywhere while booking and it came as a surprise. I’ve worked in issaquah for 25 years and there have never been parking fees here at any spot. Why are you charging downtown Seattle parking rates in a town with no parking fees.

Hotel met expectations. The signage was out on the building so I missed it the first time by. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

We made a mistake with the dates and they were gracious - excellent customer service

Nothing

Great hotel, great location. Room was exceptionally appointed with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Breakfast was included and had a nice assortment. Nick at the front desk was very accommodating throughout my stay including providing area information and needs requested. He always gave a nice greeting. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone there was so nice. The breakfast was a plus and really good. The room was perfect. We enjoyed the pumpkin carving contest!

It was a nicely appointed room with a king bed, seating area, fridge and microwave. It met my needs perfectly. I had my dog with me and when I was getting breakfast, one of the employees held his leash for the couple of minutes it took to gather my food. So helpful when traveling alone with a pet.

These are very nit picky and really weren't a problem. My room was a long walk from the elevator. There was a stair exit next to the room. If I'd stayed more than one night, I'd have found out if I could get outside that way to walk my dog without setting off an alarm. From the outside it didn't have a card scanner so even if I could exit that way, I'm sure I would have had to use the elevator to return. The side of the bathroom with the commode was pretty dark.

Beds comfortable, good shower.

Sound isolation between floors was not good. We listened to a little kid upstairs pounding back and forth over our heads for over an hour. Insufficient overheight parking. And no visible signage pointing to the (already filled) small, overheight parking area. Front desk did get it worked out, but it took a bit of hassle and walking back and forth in pouring rain.

Unfortunately this hotel is hard to work with and has apathetic employees and disrespectful guests. We had a courtesy block with this hotel and were working closely with the hotel months in advance. We requested a room on the top floor several times over email and in our reservation. Unfortunately we find out on the day-of that our request was not granted. We tried to rectify the situation during check in, but we were told there's nothing they could do and the front desk attendant was not sympathetic and she could not care less. Other hotel guests were blatantly rude to us and outright disrespectful and the front desk of course did not care and was amused by the disrespect. Some people you have working here... Extremely disappointing experience and was way more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend staying here at all and I regret suggesting this hotel to family and friends. Stay at another hotel in Issaquah that doesn't charge for parking because Springhill Suites doesn't care about you.

Location

The room was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed at check in by a very nice young lady. The breakfast was great. Just right with great options.

We would have appreciated a bath mat in the bathroom. It would also be nice to have a couple of bottles of bottled water in the room The gentleman who checked me out of our room was not very friendly. No silverware in the breakfast room. It is hard eating with plastic utensils. Paper plates are fine.

Charming location, absolutely beautiful inside and out, friendly staff, beautiful rooms!

Location was good, within walking distance to Issaquah Commons. Room was clean and modern, free covered parking was a big plus.

Clean room

Clean and quiet

Great

Staff were friendly and very nice. I forgot my toothbrush and the gentleman at the desk literally ran my one to my room!!! The room was very spacious and I felt very clean. The niceties like having the ice machine in its own room to reduce noise to the occupants was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay the staff was awesome!

Parking is very tight and small.

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast options

Excellent hotel. Very clean and safe, and responsive staff!

The staff was great. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The new West Elm furnishings are a nice touch. Definitely will stay here again.

Location and cleanliness

Set up of the bathroom right next to the beds. Glass door on the bathroom made it light up the whole room in the middle of the night. Not a good design

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Issaquah from September 6–8, 2025, saw a cockroach on Sunday morning, and reported to the front desk staff, who were dismissive of the concern. The front desk staff members denied the hotel had "dirty bugs" and asked for photo evidence. The younger member later inspected the room, reported finding no dirty bugs, but also revealed the hotel has "good bugs". The sanitation concerns were totally ignored, the staff member focused only on identifying the type of insect, and he offered to waive parking charge as a small concession. Upon checkout, a different, older employee failed to waive the parking fee despite the prior offer. When questioned, the older employee verbally harassed us, accused us of "stalking" without evidence, and aggressively snatched the receipt from our hand, ordering us to leave. As a matter of fact, we were bullied and assaulted.

Parking was tight. I drive a mid size suv and the parking was so tight I had to tuck my mirrors and prioritize one side of my car to unload out of.

It was clean and nice location

That I was charged for two nights when I only stayed 1 for surgery at Proliance . Wasn’t able to get the other night refunded.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk!

The staff were very friendly. Love the free breakfast, coffee, and hot/cold water all day. Our only complaint was the air-conditioner. It was very difficult to set the temperature at a comfortable level and was very loud. When we turn the air off, it was quiet but too warm, but when we had it on, it was freezing and was loud. We didn't spend much time in the room, so wasn't too bad. Overall, a great place with friendly staff.

Outstanding location, gorgeous landscaping, pleasure to walk around, lovely patio, great service, friendly staff. Food good. Only thing is they need more hooks to hang robes, etc, in bathroom, but otherwise wonderful place. Would absolutely go back.

Very clean

Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig

Klimaanlage sehr laut
