Reviewed Sep 17, 2026+The location is very good. It is quiet and safe. There is a bus every hour to the metro station and if you want to walk it is 20 minutes walk. If you are coming with a car: + the parking was very convinient and safe. +it is a very good location reach to the University VUB. Especially if you are taking your child to opening day of Uni. Or settling to the dorms. + the rooms with two beds and private bathroom are very good, clean and comfortable.

De plus il a été difficile de le trouver car je chercher de la verdure et en aucun cas on peut penser qu'il faut rentrer dans le complexe sportif pour trouver l'hotel

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The room was large and the bathroom with two separate sinks was really comfortable to use. Automatic drinks, snacks distributors very helpful. The area is surrounded by green and feels very relaxing. There are always plenty of electric scooters around, which made reaching my target venue very easy. Very good value for money overall.
The main problem was the absence of air-conditioning, which in August can be a problem. An electric fan was provided, but obviously could not fully solve the issue...

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Great location as it doesn’t fall within the Brussels LEZ zone. Ten minute walk to underground station. Parking is secure and gated. Rooms secure and comfortable.
No real staff accessible between closing and opening of leisure centre hours. We wanted to leave early the following morning as we travelling south so got out of the centre and was told to put room keycard in a box outside the main door, which we did but then found the car park gate was locked and we couldn’t get back in the building either, neither were there any staff on site. Gate opened eventually when leisure centre opened, but worth asking the staff at check in regarding this if you plan to leave early

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Camera spaziosa. Assenza di rumori provenienti dall'esterno (la camera dava su un cortile interno) quindi nessun problema per dormire. Bagno privato con 2 lavandini, doccia ampia e wc. Letto comodo. Colazione a buffet discreta. Buona la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e della camera .Considerando i prezzi piuttosto alti degli hotel a Bruxelles il prezzo proposto per il pernottamento + prima colazione è accettabile. Check-in rapido e signora alla reception gentile.
Trovandosi in un sottotetto al quarto piano la camera tende a scaldarsi parecchio di giorno e a raffreddarsi altrettanto rapidamente di notte (a volte ho avuto bisogno di mettermi una copertina). Il problema principale di questa struttura è la distanza dal centro di Bruxelles, bisogna arrivare al capolinea della metro 5 e da qui altri 10-15 minuti a piedi. Se vi trovate in centro a Bruxelles calcolare almeno 45 minuti per rientrare. Questo ostello si trova all'interno di un centro sportivo, quando si arriva bisogna imparare un pò ad orientarsi. I dintorni sono una zona esclusivamente residenziale di piccole villette, non c'è l'ombra di un negozio o un posto dove si possa mangiare la sera.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of washing facilities and toilets for our family. Having Two separate rooms was perfect. WiFi was helpful. The sports centre was nice to watch activities. We would have liked time to play table tennis. I think the breakfast was good but there was room for improvement. But I’d say that everything else was amazing! Plus I do think that the breakfast should be served in the hostel so that the people can stay in there bedtime clothes. Thanks for sharing your hospitality in Belgium 🇧🇪!
The breakfast was cold. The air con and the coffee. And my son wanted chocolat chaud and there wasn’t any.

Odaya ulaşmak, alışana kadar biraz karışık. Köprü çok pis kokuyor.

Ambiance générale : Après l'inquiétude de notre arrivée devant le bruit dans le hall provenant de la salle de sport, j'ai d'autant plus apprécié le calme dans la chambre. ! Qualité supérieure aux hôtels Formule 1 que je fréquente d'habitude.
La signalisation de l'auberge laisse à désirer. Quand on arrive devant le bâtiment, on ne sait pas s'il s'agit vraiment de l'hôtel.. Une grande pancarte mentionnant le nom de l'auberge serait la bienvenue. De même pour l'entrée du parking : on ne voit pas le nom sous la mention de l'auberge sous la pancarte du centre de santé. La mention est trop pâle et trop discrète.

De dame achter de receptie wilde duidelijk liever geen Engels of Nederlands spreken terwijl het best wel ingewikkeld is om je kamer én de fietsenstalling te vinden. De keuken stelt ook niet veel voor. Het restaurant is oké.

Man wollte mich zuerst wegschicken da der Unterkunft ein fehler unterlaufen ist und kein Zimmer mehr frei war. Man hat mir dann eine Liste mit anderen Hostels gegeben bei denen ich anrufen sollte. Da an dem Tag ein Konzert in der Stadt war, wären alle anderen Hostels auch überfüllt gewesen. Sodas ich wohl noch auf der Straße hätte schlafen können und mein Geld hätte ich auch nicht von der Unterkunft wieder bekommen. Man hat mich dann nach ner Zeit Angerufen und gesagt es wäre durch eine Stornierung noch ein Zimmer frei. Man kam in der Nacht kaum dazu einzuschlafen da sad Zimmer Heiß und Stickig war .

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026For the price we paid it had a very good standard. The room was big enough, the bathroom was clean, basic things like soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper were provided. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We had access to the kitchen appliances and vending machines. We could also return at any time we wanted.
In some places you can see that the rooms and the facility are not precisely cleaned. In corners and less used places were webs and spiders but overall the building is very well maintained.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Sympa de voir des sportifs en action ou leurs coachs qui remplissent les gourdes dans la petite cuisine... Le coin de nature est à moins d'un km et le musée Hergé à une vingtaine de km. De nombreux avions ont atterri pas loin en soirée mais nous n'avons rien entendu la nuit.
Les rideaux pourraient être plus occultants. Il faudrait une meilleure indication de l'auberge sur le bâtiment et à l'accueil. Il problème avec les pigeons ? Il y en avait 2 au sol...

Peut-être dû à la canicule mais impossible de dormir sous cette chaleur à 8 dans une chambre. Dans ces conditions l'auberge devrait prendre des mesures adaptatives surtout lorsqu'il reste des chambres libres sur le site.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Niedrogi hotel w pobliżu Brukseli - czysto, bezpłatny parking, sporo miejsca w pokoju, sprawne zameldowanie, dobre wifi, szybki zjazd/wjazd na autostradę. Jeśli będę w przyszłości potrzebował noclegu w okolicach Brukseli to chętnie wrócę. Generalnie wszystko w porządku + doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny.
Z drobiazgów - światło w łazience włącza/wyłącza się przez czujkę, więc jeśli ktoś wstaje w nocy i nie chce się rozbudzić światłem to tutaj ten numer się nie uda ;)

Der Frauenschlafsaal ist mit vier Etagenbetten, also acht Betten, in einem kleinen Raum unterm Dach untergebracht. Er ist sehr stickig, da helfen auch die zwei sehr lauten Ventilatoren nicht. Zwischen dem oberen und dem unterm Bett ist so wenig Platz, dass man sich im unteren Bett nicht hinsetzen kann. Das ist auch für ein Jugendherbergsbett zu unkomfortabel. Der Bus fährt nur einmal stündlich ins Zentrum. Alternativ muss man zur ersten Metrohaltestelle laufen, welche ca 15 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Nachts war mir der Fußweg als Frau nicht so geheuer.

Cafe and restaurant in the building, as well as a sports hall and multiple vending machines. Modern key card system and good eco-friendly system, like automatic lights. TV, Wi-fi and cooling fan available.
One of the lamps did not work. Poor noise insulation from the hallway and rooms next to it. The towel heater at the bathroom did not work nor there was soap available at the toilet sink. Floor/room was a bit cold, carpets would have been nice. TV cable provider was a bit faulty. Pillow was not the most comfortable, but I guess that is a personal preference. :) A little fridge would be nice. Not a lot of restaurants or supermarkets closeby.

Indiqué l'accès dans la confirmation de réservation (l'infrastructure est très grande). Il faut rentrer par le gymnase de l'ADEPS (puis avec badge accès facilité par la rue annexe). La réception se fait au centre sportif. La qualité du pain au petit déjeuner. Mettre à disposition un toaster serait déjà une façon d'améliorer le rapport qualité/prix.

Des taches sur les murs et les draps … Une araignée écrasée sur le mur pas nettoyée… Pas terrible niveau propreté… Le petit déjeuner était honteux pour 8€/personne.

L espace entre les lits super. Posé est tres reduit. Difficile de se mettre sur le lit en dessous et encore plus en chaise roulante. Tres reduit l espace pour rentrer dans les douche. Manque d un local avec frigo ou petite cuisine pour faire des repas lorsqu on reste plusieurs jours.
