Located in the city centre and a short walk from Prachuab's esplanade (a highlight), the hotel is well situated. The train station is also only a block or so away. Our room was spacious, and all the facilities worked as designed. The bed, like many Thai hotels, was very firm, but we are used to that now, having lived in the country for nearly a decade. A desk with a chair and two bedside tables were the only room furniture besides the bed. Given the spaciousness of the room, a lounge or a small two-chair cluster would have made it more comfortable.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was adequate, and the dining room can accommodate a good number of people, but most of the tables are configured for 6 people. Not any options for couples other than taking a big table. There seemed to be no other F&B options for guests (for in-between meals, lunch or dinner) within the hotel. The pool at the end on the third floor is tucked between the accomodation tower and (I think) their convention facilities. It's surrounded by towering blank walls on two sides and has no real outlook on the other two. There were two sun lounges, but no real space (or inviting ambience) to sit and relax. There were no other on-property recreational facilities we could find. Ultimately, we left feeling unwelcome. It was our impression that staff (reception, at breakfast, etc) are comfortable dealing with Thai national hotel guests, but did not engage with us as non-Thai guests.

VI satte pris på beliggenheten rett på stranda, det store flotte svømmebassenget og at rommet var meget pent med god renhold. Dersom vi kommer til området igjen, er det ingen tvil om at vi vil bo på dette hotellet. Flott frokost var inkludert.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and plenty big enough. We had a meal and a drink on our first night in hotel restaurant which was good and very reasonably priced. There was plenty of choice for breakfast however as westerners the choices were a bit limited and there were no pork products. Eggs, toast, cereals and plenty of local delicacies on offer.

These are not complaints they are simply observations. The hotel has a pool but it is very small, in the shade so it's cold and the 4 sun beds have no padding so they're uncomfortable. Because the hotel has a busy conference centre at times the 2 lifts were impossible to catch. Unbeknown to us, bad planning on our part, the hotel is not in a tourist area. There were some nice restaurants locally however you needed to search them out. There is no beach locally however the beach at Ao Macao was excellent, it's a tuk tuk ride but was a relaxing day out.

Harte, total unbequeme Matratze der billigsten Art. Man spürt schmerzhaft jeden Draht und jede einzelne Sprungfeder. Die Nacht war eine Tortur! Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett. Ohne Klimaanlage kann man es bei geöffneter Balkontür kaum aushalten wegen der Hitze und dem nächtlichen Lärm von draußen.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the area. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so much on offer with staff more than willing to advise on what thai food to choose.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, especially through the night. Disappointed that the swimming pool was not open for us despite the pictures on booking.com suggesting it would be open. Shame there wasn't a restaurant or bar in the hotel.(at least not when we were there). Nowhere really to sit outside to relax.

Juste un petit bémol pour les cars de touristes dont le moteur a tourné pendant longtemps un matin.

The mattress in room 6128 was awful. We could feel the springs in the mattress and slept very badly. Breakfast was in a lovely bright room but little food was left.

The hotel is clean , quiet modern with a pool and a decent breakfast option. Staff and hotel employees are helpful , parking is plentiful and covered. I would stay again.

Amazing hotel, even came with a free breakfast buffet. Location around the hotel was pretty good too, the beach and pier is only a short distance away.

This is a really good value option, near the sea front. It’s a bit hot in the room and the air con only works while you’re in the room and there were some drainage issues from the shower, but it’s a great value and very comfortable option and we enjoyed our stay.

It's a great hotel. The location is perfect, close to the train station and also very close to the sea. The beach here is just to enjoy looking at, you can't go in the water. Very big waves. The hotel has a pool. It was a bit too cold outside so we didn't go in. The breakfast is great. Very close to night market.

The location is between the train station and the beach so very convenient. It's also close to the night market.

The breakfast buffet ran out of fried eggs and when I asked for some more they never arrived. The fruit was also very limited with no pineapple or watermelon.

In a good position- easy walk from train station and to the beach. Staff friendly and smartly dressed. Breakfast was typically Asian food, but also enough choice for Europeans, ie cereal various eggs, fruit and yogurt. There was a ‘Candy Counter’ at breakfast with huge selection of Thai sweets and wrapped biscuits. The only downside was the bed; it was very hard, but the staff kindly put two duvets on top of the mattress to try to make it more comfortable. Very clean hotel.

Juniorsvit rum nummer 6131 Sammanfattning: Gammalt hotell som har sett sina glansdagar. Slitet överlag och ett badrum som inte fungerade. Det var smutsigt på sina håll och personalen oengagerad. BRA Läget, nära till både havet och tågstationen. Bra storlek på rummet. Fyra flaskor gratis vatten per dag. DÅLIGT Badrummet där det inte gick att använda takduschen eftersom den var trasig och vatten sprutade överallt. Det läckte från toalettstolen efter spolning och spolningen hängde sig emellanåt. Det värsta var att vatten inte rann undan och duschen fylldes snabbt över av vatten. Jag fick gå till en salong och få håret tvättat eftersom det inte gick att duscha mer än två minuter innan det var översvämmat. När vi sa till verkade personalen inte det minsta bekymrad eller brydd om att fixa problemet. De skickade städ som torkade lite och bytte handdukar men problemet kvarstod. Vi fick ingen kompensation eller någon fråga. Smutsigt av avlagringar i duschen. Ingen garderob och endast ett sängbord. TV:n fungerade inte och soffan hade en stor fläck. Tofflorna var både noppriga och smutsiga.

Good location

Het grote hotel ligt aan een drukke weg (vraag een kamer aan de achterkant!) handig nabij boulevard, tempelberg en walking street (vr en za). Als je hoog zit heb je aardig uitzicht. Kamer is ok, balkonnetje is heel klein en ongemeubileerd. Ontbijt is goed. Helaas misten wij de voor Thailand spreekwoordelijke glimlach.
