We have stayed here 3 times now and we come back over and over because the staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is small and quiet which suits us. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to beach in the middle od shops and restaurants but in a quiet little street with great laundry across the road, money changer next door, mini mart opposite. Everything you want is here. Stayed in villas once. Loved that too but we like being in the rooms because we have more interaction with the staff and learn a lot.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec connexion, elles étaient toute deux spacieuses et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant ! Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant d’en face.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et le sourire du staff, L'emplacement pas très loin de la plage (+/- 800m), chambre pratique pour un séjour simple.

Was very clean and had enough space for 2 people. Central location. Friendly staff. Good value if you don’t need something very flashy.

The only thing negative I can think of was the shower head that needed replacing.

Loved our host Agus, what an absolute legend of a man!!!, he organised what we wanted to do over our stay, and his staff were such a happy team, nothing was a problem to them, and the smiling faces were a treat when going to and from our accomadation. We loved it so much we extended our stay For a few more days, we were also lucky enough to be treated to some traditional home made Balinese food 🍹 The villa was great, lovely pool, aircon was sweet, and located well off the main streets which made it nice and quiet. Great location, easy coffee in the morning, and walking access to the beach and the local vibe, loved our stay and part of the Lotus Tirta family now, we will definately be back.

Location d’une villa six personnes pour trois personnes, pensant être au calme. Pas du tout durant tout le séjour. Nous avons eu que des voisins bruyants.

Excellent emplacement Personnel très accueillant

La porte de la chambre est une baie vitrée qui ferme mal. Absolument aucune isolation phonique, on entend toutes les activités et paroles des voisins, de jour comme de nuit. Petites déjeuner un peu léger.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel rooms were ok nothing fancy had everything you need. I stayed there for 3 nights

The toilet shower was leaking, the bedsheets were spotty but after the room cleaning service next day they changed the sheets to better ones, i wished they had the good ones from day one

Room was clean and tidy and the people were absolutely lovely. Beach is within walking distace and many cute cafes and restaurants too give a good range for food, authentic and western too. Did not have breakfast in the room as i decided to go out to cafes but the price is fair (apprixately the same as in cafes). The pool seemed clean and overall I was very happy with my stay.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, tägl..Zimmerservice. Der Pool ist einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Tolle Lage, da auch ruhig. Ich konnte nach meinem Checkout am Nachmittag noch die Dusche am Pool nutzen. Vielen Dank.

Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar schon älter, hat mich aber nicht weiter gestörte.

Замечательная уединенная вилла с отличным бассейном, мы приехали ночью, нас быстро заселили, все было замечательно. Я бы назвала эту виллу идеальной, если бы не некоторое неудобство с третьей комнатой, доступ в которую проходил по узкой длинной бетонной лестнице сбоку от комнаты у бассейна. Ее удаленность от остальных комнат и доступ к ней делает эту комнату менее привлекательной относительно остальных комнат и появляется проблема с распределением комнат между гостями, все хотели жить около бассейна а не ходить постоянно по этой лестнице туда-сюда. Но, в остальном все было супер! Хорошее белье, хорошие кондиционеры в комнатах, отличный Wi-fi, вкусные завтраки, замечательный отзывчивый персонал и идеальное расположение: прачечная на углу, обменник в двух шагах, отличное кафе за углом, до моря 15 минут. Спасибо!!!

Tout était parfait, bien situé, employés incroyables, service numéro 1, belle piscine mais nous n'y sommes pas allé. Franchement, je recommande. J'y retournerai c'est certain. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et ils nous en ont donné 2 côte à côte qui se communiquaient (avec possibilité de la barrer). Nous avions notre propre balcon à l'écart des autres chambres. J'ai vraiment adoré!

Staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. Excellent location with easy walk to the beach. Friendly shopkeepers nearby including fixed price shops. Kettle was provided upon request. It was nice to support a smaller business rather than a big hotel chain. Cleanliness was excellent and bed was comfortable. Highlight was the staff, lovely people. Thank you.

No buffet breakfast as it's a smaller hotel, though breakfast was cooked fresh and delicious every day. Bathroom was spotless, though shower head was a bit blocked. I have no doubt if I'd asked they would have fixed it, it was fine for me.

Lotus Tirta Seminyak is great value for money and definitely worth the price. The location is very convenient, with Seminyak Beach only about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay in a good location.

Great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops and the staff were amazing - included breakfast cooked fresh and delivered for me to eat whilst enjoying the tranquility of the pool area which was refreshing and well maintained - definitely be somewhere I recommend to others!

Nothing that would impact a stay here - on a small note a shower head that could direct down for washing hair would be beneficial for 'shorter' people as was hard to reach when locked in place

The shower needs to be fixed where the shower handle is at an appropriate fixing so as to shower without having to hand wash with the shower. Bottom floor the shower takes a long time before the hot water arrives

Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss direkt vor dem Pool, sowie gebucht wurde. Es war groß genug damit ein Koffer gut liegen konnte ohne dass dieser den Weg versperrt. Bett war weich aber für mich super und ziemlich Kuschelig. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und ließ sich gut mit der Fernbedienung regulieren. Ebenfalls war ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer. Zum großen Supermarkt max. 7 Minuten zu laufen. Ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand ebenfalls zu Fuß.

Zimmertüre war eine Glastüre, welche durch Vorhänge blickdicht gemacht werden kann. Allerdings war trotz geschlossener Türe immer ein kleinen Finger großer Spalt offen. WC Brille könnte erneuert werden. Dort sah und spürte man die Abnutzung.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist wunderbar. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff super friendly, breakfast was above average (compared to others ive been at) for on-site breakfast. Villas had alot of bonus cookware and facilities ive not found at other locations

Si quieres hospedarte en un hotel en Seminyak sin mayores pretenciones, donde tengas todo a la mano por un precio módico este es el lugar. Esta a tres cuadras de la zona de fiesta y comercial (donde hay todo tipo de restaurantes, tiendas, etc) y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa. La habitación es sencilla pero impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía a gusto, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien, porciones justas y una sazón rica. Tengo que destacar la atención de todo el personal del hotel, todos los chicos son supremamente amables y serviciales, siempre están pendientes de todo, siempre te saludan, de verdad que mejor atención no he visto en mi vida.

Una remodelación no le vendría mal, aunque todo siempre se ve limpio.

Furniture and fridge either broken , damaged, or very dated Bathrooms have tunnels up through ceiling so even though there is air conditioning in bedroom it goes straight out ceiling in bathrooms and gets hot again Also through one of the gaps in ceiling over one of the showers there is a balcony from upstairs and I’m not sure if people could look down into our shower… bizarre Fridge very old and damaged Kitchen bench looks marble but it laminate and damaged Kitchen cupboards old and not great. Soda on lounge space pvc and dated and ripped at the back. Dirty spots on external walls behind pool and up stairs that need a good jet wash Tiles through out and around pool are polished ceramic and too slippery to be around a pool or in bedrooms and bathrooms Overall I would not recommend and will not stay again It’s a shame as a renovation and updated furniture could make it beautiful

The staff is really reactive and kind! The room/hotel is clean, the swimming pool too. The location is great, near to big streets but isolated in a quiet area.

The curtains are simple and not obscutants. So morning light woke up sometimes around 6am-6:30. And a little leak in the bathroom so the floor was a bit wet but that’s not a big problem.

The staff were very friendly. The location was strategic for night walk at Seminyak town. The breakfast was delicious with local flavours.

Nicht weit zum Nachtleben und zum Strand.

Sehr in die Jahre gekonmenes Haus mit entsprechenden Zimmern.
