Podejście do willi jest bardzo wymagający

Spazi ampi, bella vista, ben fornita sia per la cucina che per il bagno. Piscina utilizzabile sempre che arricchiva anche il panorama.

La posizione. Purtroppo non era indicato in maniera corretta in anticipo nella descrizione la posizione della villa. La strada era difficilmente percorribile con il motorino per due persone (forse uno esperto da solo riesce) ma le pendenze sono davvero impegnative. Quindi avevi 190 gradini da fare in discesa e in salita per raggiungere l’abitazione. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto a che fare anche con un inversione notevole di formiche su tutto il pavimento esterno e intorno alla piscina, ma il giorno seguente si sono attivati per risolvere il problema.

Property is quiet and private, perfect to unplug from daily life. Comfortable bed and spaces. The staff is kind and helpful.

הוילה מהממת, נקייה, מרהיבה ביופייה, עם נוף מדהים ועוצר נשימה. הצוות היה ממש נחמד ואדיב כלפינו ועזרו לנו כל מה שביקשנו.

כפי שצויין לא מעט, העלייה לוילה ממש תלולה ומעייפת, אנחנו לא שכרנו אופנוע (מאוד מסוכן לעשות את העלייה הזו לוילה באופנוע למי שלא מנוסה) ובכל פעם שעשינו את הדרך לוילה הגענו מתנשפים ומזיעים מאוד. מאוד ישדרג את המקום לעשות שאטלים למרכז.

When you arrive at your Villa the immediate feeling is "WOOOOW". The infinity pool has a stunning view over the bay. It feels like finding an home away from home. The house is very comfortable and the decoration is really authentic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide every kind of information you need. After staying at this hotel every other hotel will be underwhelming.

We had a small surprise visit one night, a snake (small) entered our villa. We were really scared and panicked. The reception was already closed but we called the emergency number and they came very quickly to remove the snake (that fortunately wasn't poisonous, but for a Westerner still scary as f...). In any case you shouldn't feel scared from our experience, it didn't change the fact that everything is amazing at the property and when you travel on a tropical island full of jungle you should expect to see some wildlife in every structure you stay.

Tout était parfait Mais une note quand même sur le fait que les villas sont en hauteur et que l’utilisation d’un scooter est Indispensable!

Het zwembad en het uitzicht waren fantastisch. Je komt helemaal tot rust in deze mooie omgeving.

Breathtaking views from the villa, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. I enjoyed that the bedding and towels were changed daily and that the mini fridge was stocked with drinks. They also have a list of restaurants you can order takeaways from which we didn’t use but would be useful. The owner provides her WhatsApp and was extremely helpful at booking transfers to the pier.

The villa is very very steep and not for the faint hearted in 32 degrees. Me and my partner are active and young, and love long walks but even we found it a challenge after a night out. Our villa was the highest tree tops villa. Such a shame that a cart or buggy service can’t be provided but I think even that would be unsafe as it’s so steep.

It was absolutely brilliant, staff were amazing and the villa was breathtaking. Staff went above and beyond for my additional things that I needed organised for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday, excellent communication for the Villa team.

Nothing, the hill up to the property is steep but you can rent a moped or there is stairs if you would rather walk which I did., the hill is worth the views.

Tolle Aussicht, super eingerichtet und viel Privatsphäre. Der Weg zum Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten machbar, den Rückweg bergauf haben wir immer mit dem Taxi gemacht. Essen kann man direkt per Lieferservice (Facebook oder WhatsApp) bestellen. Die Lieferung war teilweise in 10 Minuten schon da.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Pool Villa. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Absolue Higlight war aber die Lage. Es war nah genug an allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, aber weit genug abseits, um dem Lärm der "Stadt" zu entfliehen. Der Blick vom Pool aus war einfach unglaublich.

Excellent location with stunning views. Outstanding bungalow with all amenities. Food delivery services reliable and with excellent wualit . Easy motorbike rent at site.

The villa was absolutely incredible! The place was clean, amazing location and so much privacy. It was only a 5 minute scooter ride away from the hussle and bustle. The staff organised everything for us including ferry tickets and they even had their own scooter hire!

the only negative was It was VERY VERY steep getting up and down and unfortunately the scooters were not powerful enough to have two people on one bike to go up and down.

The villa was located on a very steep hill. You will need to get taxi’s majority of the time(definitely when it is at night/dark) Walking down to the centre during the day is okay, 15 minutes. The villa itself is very dark inside.

Wow, everything about the villa is beautiful! The views are spectacular, beds are very comfortable, lovely bathroom and great living area. The pool is cold but refreshing when you have been sunbathing for a while. It was the perfect hideaway treat for us whilst on our honeymoon. There are plenty of restaurants that deliver to the villa, so we ordered breakfast and dinner to the villa every night. It is so peaceful, no noise from the main area of Koh Tao, staff were very pleasant and the cleaners very quick every morning! We were also blessed with a daily visit from the beautiful local jungle cat, who spent her days sunbathing with us. It has been a welcome, peaceful and comfortable luxury stay - thank you!

Nothing we didn't like - however the villas are situated upon a set of VERY steep hills and slopes, that are no joke!!

Everything, the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in. The views are like from a postcard. The whole team working here is wonderful, everyone is so helpful and kind from the receptionists / drivers to the cleaners just honestly amazing experience we will definitely return :)

Nothing to really complain about, did not realise quite how steep we were up the mountain! Both of us were not able to get to the top on our single mo-per so I had to walk from the bottom which was pretty far.

The villa was stunning! The Koh Tao Heights team were incredible and so helpful! They really went the extra mile with organising transport and day trips

Las vistas desde la villa son una maravilla, eso no es discutible.

La limpieza es MUY MEJORABLE, dentro del baño había muchísimas hormigas, las sábanas de la habitación tenían manchas y se podía ver desde lejos la gran cantidad de polvo que había acumulada en el ventilador de techo… había previsto un corte de luz para uno de los días de nuestra estancia, y aunque al final no se llevó a cabo, le pedimos una bonificación ya que por ejemplo, no íbamos a poder desayunar en casa. La respuesta fue que pidiéramos un desayuno a domicilio, con el gasto extra que ello conlleva, teniendo en cuenta lo que ya cuesta la villa por noche… un detalle muy feo. Las butacas de la terraza también estaban llenas de hormigas, tenían agujeros y salían desde dentro… en resumen, para lo que cuesta la noche, la villa no está cuidada.

The view was just incredible! The villa was so luxurious and having the private pool was amazing! The villa is so spacious with a massive bed, massive bathroom with large mirror, shower was also very spacious. The pool was huge with a gorgeous infinity edge looking at the most amazing view. There was 2 sun beds, a massive outdoor couch and even a hammock! Also the cutest cat ever, very friendly! The hosts were so lovely and helpful! I highly recommend booking the tour through them to see the island by boat!

Not a negative comment but just more a warning that the hill to get to the villa is quite a challenge! We didn’t have a bike so that’s our own fault! but we only did the walk down to the Main Street & just got a taxi for the way home!

Dostop je kar zahteven (še posebaj v deževne obdobju) za prevozna stredstva(scooter), zelo strma cesta.

Complessivamente la struttura è molto bella immersa nella foresta con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La piscina all’interno della villa molto suggestiva e casa molto curata in tutti i dettagli, molto pulita e confortevole.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa. Abbiamo trovato animali all’interno della casa, probabilmente a causa degli infissi non adeguati per una struttura immersa nella foresta. Nonostante non fosse il nostro primo viaggio nel Sud-Est asiatico e fossimo preparati, ci siamo sentiti in pericolo. Abbiamo contattato ripetutamente lo staff, sia via messaggio che telefonicamente, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta per ore. A quel punto, ci siamo visti costretti a lasciare la struttura in tarda serata, da soli. Va inoltre segnalato che la villa è molto isolata e difficile da raggiungere, specialmente con taxi o scooter, a causa della forte pendenza della strada. In caso di pioggia diventa pericoloso uscire o rientrare. Non consigliamo questa sistemazione a chi cerca un minimo di assistenza o sicurezza.

Everything! This villa was gorgeous and had loads of room! The staff were really lovely. Everything about this place was a dream.

Everything was really great. I think maybe the reception could be open longer, 9-5 only but it wasn't an issue at all.

The accommodation is quite nice, the pool is great, and the view fantastic. Definitely a special type of place to stay in Koh Tao. Communication with staff over WhatsApp was easy.

Our experience with staff was not the best. We were not greeted warmly, and many of our requests felt like we were putting staff out or causing inconvenience. While the location is great in terms of privacy and the view, getting to the very top villas was quite difficult work. We were able to get our suitcases up and down by our drivers, but this would have been impossible on a scooter, and a lot of work on foot. It definitely felt like once you left once you needed to stay out for the day to make the walk worth it.

Vue exceptionnelle, villa très tranquille et bien située. Personnel aux petits soins très arrangeant La montée est rude mais en scooter on ne la sent pas !

Cette vue ! A couper le souffle ! La Villa est sublime ( nous étions à la villa Tree top) La vue est incroyable. La piscine privée : la cerise sur le gâteau !!! Les équipements sont en nombre, il y a tout pour se sentir comme à la maison Dans le book d accueil, pleins de resto qui livrent, pleins d'offres d excursions etc Le personnel est adorables, service de taxi qui vient vous récupérer au port. Location de scooter et laundry sur place. Vraiment je recommande !!

Alors ce n'est pas un point négatif mais un avertissement. Une vue comme celle ci se mérite. L'accès est RAIDE, et le mot est faible. Ça se fait mais il faut le savoir malgré tout. Si vous êtes à l'aise en scooter zéro souci Sinon laissez le en bas à la réception et montez les nombreux, NOMBREUX escaliers ( je l'ai fait et ça fait bosser le cardio 😅 )

Todo, la villa es espectacular, tanto la estancia por dentro como su exterior y piscina. Y unas vistas increíbles!

Para llegar a la villa hay varias cuestas muy empinadas, por lo que hubiera agradecido que el servicio de taxi a la playa de al lado (Sairee) fuese gratuito (teniendo en cuenta lo que pagas por la villa), en lugar de 250 bath por un trayecto de 3 minutos en coche, lo cual me parece excesivo.

Wunderschöne Anlage, die wir für zwei Nächte aufgesucht haben. Es ist einfach traumhaft im Pool zu liegen, die Aussicht zu genießen und die eigenen Kaltgetränke zu genießen. Der Berg ist sehr steil, daher haben wir mehrmals ein Taxi genommen und uns einfach abends das Essen nach oben bestellt. Es ist sehr schade, dass bei dem Preis nicht ein kostenloser Shuttle zur Verfügung steht. Von anderen gleichwertigen Hotels wurden wir kostenlos abgeholt (Ankunft) und wieder zum Pier gefahren (Abreise).

Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr alt und laut. Da die restliche Unterkunft sehr sauber ist, wunderschön eingerichtet ist (entsprechend der Bilder) und die Außenanlage so schön hergerichtet ist, könnte man die Klimaanlage langfristig noch erneuern.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel niché en pleine forêt, entouré d’une nature luxuriante. Le cadre est apaisant, entre chants d’oiseaux, verdure et quelques visites surprises de la faune locale. La villa est spacieuse, agréable à vivre, avec une grande terrasse idéale pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée. La piscine est un vrai plus, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter du calme environnant. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer, en pleine harmonie avec la nature. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

The view from the pool was amazing, which you also get from the bedroom.

There was concrete that holds the tiles in place was crumbling and there was small pieces in the pool. Also the glass around the pool could be privacy glass - if people are driving up the hill they can see you at the pool. The old fruit that’s fallen from the trees should be cleaned daily as it leave an unpleasant smell.

Very good apartment and a great pool with a spectacular view. Nice sundeck. Friendly staff.

There are some steep hills and stairs to get to the villa which could be challenging in the heat!
