L'emplacement proche du musé ainsi que de la plage de Kinosoo( cold lake), pas loin de restaurants mais aussi d'autres commodités. Les chambres étaient juste parfaite l'une a coté de l'autre avec une porte de passage qui mène de l'autre coté. Pour une grande famille comme la notre c'était vraiment très pratique. Le personnel était très serviable à l'écoute et agréable. Le déjeuner est bon aussi

Just a suggestion. Since it's summer and 10pm it's still light outside, the pool could be open till late during the summer.

The Queen Suite accommodated our whole family and was available for a decent price. The pool was just the right temperature. Breakfast was filling and delicious!

Spent a great night there recently while we enjoyed Kinosoo Beach. Everything was wonderful, but I noticed the bed linens smelled "musty". Could just be a detergent issue or maybe a sensitive nose. Over-all excellent value.

We love this hotel and come almost every year for several nights. As a bigger family, we really appreciate the size of the rooms, the in room microwave/fridge/coffee maker and of course, the full breakfast each morning. Staff are always friendly and helpful and my kids look forward to this stay every year. See you next time!

This is our “go-to” hotel in Cold Lake! Beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. We also love how clean it always is, and enjoy using the pool and hot tub. The water pressure in our 2nd floor room shower was amazing as well.

The room was lovely... beds so comfortable! We had a room with a couch (extra living area) so happy we selected this option! Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!

This is supposed to be a hoilday. and I can say the Hoilday Inn in cold lake Alberta is the worst hotel stay we have ever had! When we finally got to cold lake we checked in and were told by the desk worker that after 11 at night we were not aloud in the front doors and had to use the side doors "for staff safety my mom did not agree with that for where is the customers safety? there was no security at the side doors that lead into stair wells. My mom was told that if she didn't like it not to leave after 11. my mom was not happy about that but left it alone. this morning my mom wrote a complaint to the Hoilday Inn head office about the door policy. My mom Went to the Front desk and asked for management because she wanted to inform them that a complaint had been put in. the man at the front desk from last night informed my mom that he was the manager. my mom inform him that a complaint had been made and he got super upset amd started to be verbally abuse and aggressive towards my mom. My mom walked away. Thru out the day we came and went at the hotel thinking everything was to be left alone. at around 3 this afternoon my mom, dad and aunt stopped at the complimentary coffee bar in the lobby to get a cup of coffee when the man from the desk came up to them with a lady. The lady said she's was the assistant manager. she started talking to my mom about the complaint but everything she said was wrong and when my mom tryed to correct her and say she was not there to fight. the male manager started to get very loud and walking towards my mom in a aggressive manner, which resalted in them being cornered at the coffee bar. my dad was waiting at the elevator saw what happend stepped in and told him not to talk to his wife like that. the lady then yelled at my dad not to yell at the manager. My dad looked at her and told her I'm not yelling but he is. the hotel then called the cops and kick us out of the hotel. (after the cop arrived the cop told us that the assistant manager is actually. the owner.)we had booked the hotel back in April for this trip. they waited till after 3 to kick us out so they won't have to give us the refund for tonight and we might get a refund for tomorrow. we had to go find a new hotel at a high price because we were kick out because my mom did not agree with a un-safe door policy. how is that fair.

Hotels do indeed vary in their service and cleanliness. In Cold Lake, we always select one hotel - the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Similar to past trips, the staff at the hotel from front desk to breakfast staff to cleaning staff are pleasant, polite and do indeed smile. Overall, you feel quite welcome in any area of the hotel. The rooms are spotless to perfection. The pillows are truly comfortable, far better then what I sleep on at home. The breakfast, complimentary, is top notch, matching American hotel quality and service that I've experienced in the past. Parking is excellent, the area is well lit and clean. Located near downtown Cold Lake south, it is near a track which is great for walks or runs. The main shopping areas in Cold Lake in either direction aren't more than a few minutes away. Those interested in touring the airbase, this location is a great place from which to stay and start. All in all, I recommend this hotel. It is more expensive on average than the others, but it is worth the value.

Love staying here. Though the front desk called after hours when I was sleeping on Friday night. Said my credit card info did not go through. Wow. Rude. Could have waited until morning. Talked to the desk Saturday morning. My credit card company clearly showed the transaction. They insisted I did not pay. Asked for manager that evening and they said it had been rectified. The problem was at their end. One system not in sync with another. So after unnecessary stress and an unsleepless night all i got was $60 off my first night. Not even a night free for my inconvenience. Will I stay there again? Not sure. There are other options.

staff was a racist towards the aboriginal families that were staying there i was not impressed

Went for a four night stay for fishing. Ample parking, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and wonderful breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy!

Excellent front desk service. Assisted unlocking tv so I could use fire stick and be able to watch soccer matches.

It was clean. Comfortable. Not too pricey. Nice view.

The breakfast was really good some mornings and okay other days, one day we asked for towels but they didn’t take out old towels or change the garbage but then did it the next day, overall it was a great stay.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast options that get changed up every morning. Best family hotel experience so far!

Extremely clean. When my room wasn’t cleaned in the morning it was cleaned at night. We never had to ask for additional towels or anything as everything was always restocked. Breakfast was delish. We will stay here again. Thank you.
