Only the lobby hotel and the common area is okay

It's so dirty. I dont understand how this hotel is recommended. The use carpet in the room. The room is dusty. And carpet is so dirty that the colour changed. They never cleaned the carpet i guess with stains some more. And the price is overpriced for a room with no windows like a motel

Room is spacious and clean. Good River view. Bathroom is spacious and with fountain inside. Good design.

No mini fridge inside to store food. No iron box. Open car parking and need to walk abit to hotel from parking lot.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement plein de charme. Notre seul petit bémol concerne le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré pour un bel hôtel comme celui-ci.

Great location, very clean and had a heritage vibe

Bathroom does not even a curtain for the shower area. Bath water was flowing and making the toilet wet and uncomfortable. Drinking water is not available at the hotel. This poses problems.

Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola con macchie evidenti e, dopo aver chiesto di cambiarle, la reception ci ha semplicemente consegnato le lenzuola pulite chiedendoci di rifare il letto da soli. Considerato il livello della struttura, mi sarei aspettato un'attenzione alla pulizia e uno standard di servizio decisamente superiori.

L’hôtel est magnifique. La structure est bien entretenue et très propre.

Struttura molto bella, nel pieno centro del paese, arredamento molto interessante ed atmosfera rilassante. La camera era fresca grazie ad un buon condizionatore.

La camera era senza finestra come il bagno. Era quindi un pò claustrofobica senza possibilità di cambiare l’aria esterna. Inoltre dato l’ambiente molto rilassante e zen sarebbe stato bello trovare servizi aggiuntivi come un wellness center/spa, una piccola palestra o piscina (anche perché la città si gira n mezza giornata e in giro fa caldissimo) . Diciamo che i servizi sono basic: camere, colazione (a pagamento servizio extra per la scelta che avevamo fatto noi) e piccolo ristorante nel giardino sul retro.

I like the river view at the balcony. The big bathroom. Lift available. Parking provided. Very good location. Many breakfast options around the hotel. TV is in good size.

Do not understand the furniture in the room. Looks nice but not practical. Room space too huge, layout of the furnitures not in proportion. First time encountered a room with no fridge :)

Somehow this hotel busiest hours are from 1am to 6am people talking everywhere, machines running, water going through the pipes. Don’t plan on resting

Parking space provided for the hotel guests, but it is too narrow for a SUV. Small car should be no issue, otherwise, consider to have an expert driver to park and drive thru the slim alley. Alternatively, we parked at the street parking. Hotel room carpet bit dirty. Size relatively small for a premium king room. Balcony no use, because the air outside bit stuffy, hot and no privacy. No small fridge.

Très bon emplacement, vous êtes à 5-10 minutes à pied de tout le centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, grande salle de bain et largement la place pour poser et ranger ses affaires. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place avec vue sur la Malacca River même si nous ne l’avons pas fait, beaucoup de café autour à 500 mètres de l’hôtel pour prendre un petit déjeuner très correct.

Pas plus dérangeant que ça nous concernant mais il est vrai que les chambres situées juste à côté de l’entrée font que vous entendez plus le trafic le matin ainsi que toutes conversations qui peuvent venir de la réception, mieux vaut demander en avance si possibilité d’avoir une chambre aux étages supérieurs si vous n’aimez pas ce genre de désagrément.

Lieu exceptionnel, confort incroyable des chambres, les parties communes sont sublimes, la literie au top, le personnel discret mais attentif, la situation et l’accès au canal.

Les petits-déjeuners pourraient être à améliorés

Die Lage zentral am Fluss und in der Altstadt ermöglicht es einem, ohne an langweiligen Straßen erst in der Hitze entlang laufen zu müssen (mit ohnehin überall viel Autoverkehr) direkt los zu bummeln. An der Flusspromenade direkt am Hotel gibt es viele attraktive Cafés, die sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Aperitif einladen. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und leise. Es gibt jeden Tag frisches Obst und Wasser.

Dass im Zimmer dicker Teppichboden verlegt ist, passt weder zum Charakter des ansonsten mit schönem Holzboden ausgestatteten Hotels noch zum Klima. Manchmal müffelte es ein wenig.

Comfortable large room with king bed & walk in ensuite shower with bath. We have stayed in this hotel many times and love the location, the large rooms and the comfortable beds.

The only downside is that there are no small fridges in any of the rooms. With the weather being particularly hot this year we found it difficult to keep any drinks we bought cool for any length of time. In the end we bought a bag of ice from a shop close by and placed the ice in the bathroom sink and put our bottled water on top over night.

Dit prachtige hotel, zeer centraal gelegen, is zeker een aanrader als je in Melakka bent. Het geeft een luxe indruk en heeft zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel is twee straten verwijderd van de hotspots red square en jonker street en op korte afstand van het busstation van Melakka Sentral. Ruim bed, fijne douch en top airco.

De kamers zijn zeer gehorig. Daarnaast hebben wij geen koelkastje op de kamer kunnen vinden.

The hotel itself is a work of art, beautiful paintings and art decor everywhere. The room was also classy, bathroom big with nice tub and staff were excellent. I have no complaints against them and will definitely be back again.

Being a boutique hotel, don't expect much of a breakfast as it is managed separately from the hotel. Service at the restaurant is slow and food received was sub par. Even got cold toast bread.

Le lavabo n'était pas parfaitement nettoyé à notre arrivée (traces jaunes de calcaire) et les serviettes n'étaient plus parfaitement blanches (traces jaunes ou grises). Même si je pense qu'elles avaient bien été lavées, ces tâches indélébiles ne font pas bon effet.

Nice decoration hotel and well located in Jonker canal heritage place. I stayed at this hotel several times / year. but this time I was not lucky and several issues

- Breakfast staff : Very slow , not really friendly when I complained we waited more than 30 minutes Expensive breakfast for rather poor quality level. Shower and frame washbasin defective Internet very unstable ,,, All these small issues made my stay unpleasant. I will try another hotel next time

隔音很差，隔壁小孩半夜每一個小時哭一次，聽得一清二楚都沒辦法睡，窗景是別人家，不如不要訂有窗，這價格有點貴

Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Huge TV. Good shower. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of Jonkers Street and town centre, but far enough to be away from the noise. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Parking available 5 min walk from hotel. Hotel was nicely renovated and decorated, albeit some of the decorations didn't seem to be anything to do with Melaka.

No fridge in room. A small bar fridge would have been useful.

Nice ambience and clean in the lobby . The room is clean . Good location to everywhere . Surrounding with popular restaurants just by walking distance . Provided car park for free , very much convenience for guest who checked in the hotel .

The lousy old mattress has out of shape , in facts it is not comfortable for sleeping overnight . The sound proof is also poor , can hear the conversation from the next room . Quite annoying to others especially in the late night .

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, large and quiet rooms, good location, nice people.

No fridge in the room, breakfast was not as good as expected.

It has relaxing vibes and aesthetics like a spa. Location is quite strategic to melaka town. The walk along the river to town is lined with cafes so you can enjoy your meal with river view.

We got a room with window that is facing the opposite establishment. If you care about looking out the window, maybe ask for a more scenic view.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were very friendly to accommodate our needs. The hotel has a courtyard with a small pond in the middle was very calming and relaxing. The smell of the room and the quietness in the room made our experience very pleasant. There were several shops, cafe and bars just around the hotel in a walking distance.

The premium room was a bit small compare to the deluxe room.

De locatie, het hotel zag er mooi uit, de bedden waren heerlijk en de service erg goed. Wij moesten vroeg vertrekken, voordat het ontbijt geserveerd werd. Toen hebben ze voor ons lekkere ontbijtpakketjes gemaakt om mee te nemen. Super!

Ambience , zen feeling , smells really nice with oil burning fragrance when you walk into hotel, spa feel. Love the new body wash, hair n conditioner.. give you that spa feel again fragrance. Beds were super comfy , love the detailing on bedsheets n comforter, towels super soft, thick n big. The slippers were thicker n softer this time

Cute little hotel, directly in the center ,near the river We were upgraded to a Suite with balcony and Riverview,very big room. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great stay there. Small little breakfast but with a good selection of food. Will come back for sure if we visit Melakka again

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Malacca, avec un hall extraordinaire. Le personnel était réactif. Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et nous avions une fenêtre mais qui donnait sur un mur...La chambre était donc très sombre, un peu petite. La salle de bain était très bien.
