Reviewed Feb 11, 2024停車空間不在飯店，要迴轉再迴轉才能進停車塔。走路3分鐘能回飯店 長途開車到門口。結果出來迎接的年輕男性服務人員，態度不親切，跟客人講話能夠明顯的感受到他的直白、無禮。辦理入住的感受是不美好的 還好，其他的工作人員都不錯。只是第1波接觸到的感受有點糟。 一樓沒有行李推車可以使用，現場人員也沒有協助搬行李的服務。 配備的感受3星，服務1星給那一位男生 一個晚上$3500 整體可以再加油一下

Reviewed Oct 7, 2019➤飯店外觀：有點老舊，以高房價來說，剛看到會小失望，還好內部乾淨明亮，還有很多可愛的line布偶，可愛溫馨。 ➤房間：中規中矩，乾淨，床偏硬，睡不習慣。有浴缸，沒特別問，但猜想是溫泉，泡起來心跳會加速很久。雖然是來過生日，沒升級服務或特別驚喜，甚至連卡片祝福也沒，但房內本就招待免費的牛舌餅與飲料，就當小小心意囉。 ➤免費設施：很多，大廳有供應免費咖啡餅乾。戶外有溫水泳池、下雨天也很暖和的SPA池，烤箱。室內有撞球、磁浮球、桌球、桌型足球電玩、電玩，兒童遊戲室，需要的器具跟櫃台借就可。房費有點貴，但有這些就值得，玩得很開心。可惜全都23點就都得結束，對夜貓子來說又得找其他玩樂了。 ➤停車：有點不方便，已經迴轉check in，放下行李後又得迴轉。停車時車輛要搭電梯，到樓上後停是還好，但要再出來轉入電梯會很難喬，空間太窄，若再碰上電梯前的兩個位置有安排停車，那可能會喬非常久。還得下車按電梯，再上車開進電梯裡，第1次碰到這樣的停車方式，滿特別的。停車移動有限制時間，23點載車車的電梯就不動了，所以不能玩很晚才回來，不然沒得停。 ➤早餐：用餐空間很大，有室內戶外，也有可愛line熊區。餐點樣式很多，口味也不錯，不油不膩。 ➤服務：較商業化的客氣服務，缺了溫馨主動，但算仍不錯。相較住過的飯店民宿都會提供當月壽星有額外驚喜，但這家沒，難免失望，ㄏㄏ~我們被其他家飯店與民宿養刁了。不過仍是讚許她們原本就提供的住房者小點心與飲料，大廳也有小餅乾與咖啡、茶。整體來說有85分以上。 ➤環境：離國五、礁溪鬧區都很近，往國五方向超多甕仔雞店。散步去礁溪鬧區吃晚餐也很近，且路經不少泡腳池，夜晚的礁溪很多人泡腳湯乘涼，滿愜意的。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2019房間隔音極差，泳池畔的景觀居然是隔壁按摩店的披披掛掛曬衣場，停車場在120公尺外雖不遠但下大雨時來回走一趟，全身濕，且停車位置迴轉空間不足。房務組居然把整理房間的推車堵在3F電梯旁，整個倉庫裡亂七八糟的景象一覽無遺! 早餐室外區的走道太過狹窄，室外有約10桌吧，走道居然無法同時兩人並行進出。兩個單人床+兩客早餐，且地點不在正中礁溪市區，一晚的房價居然還要NT3400,極不合理！

Reviewed May 27, 2019The hotel is located 200 meter from the main bus station in a reasonable area from the city center. The room was well updated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the chef agreed to make poached eggs as well. The hot tabs are very nice and shaded. The pools suffer from the close proximity of the trees and plants by having leaves in the water. Check out time at 11:00 AM is a bit too early for such resort . I would expect the hotel to expend it to 12:00 Min or 15;00 during the weekend. In general the city and the hotel are highly recommended.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2018호텔은 역에서 도보로 5분 정도이고 외관은 기대보단 별로인데 내부가 정말 좋습니다. 외부도 자주 수리해서 관리하는 것 같아보였구요.전반적으로 깔끔했어요. 비염이 있어서 먼지에 민감한데 이 호텔은 그런게 없었네요. 안내도 전반적으로 잘 이루어진 편이고 수영장이랑 지하에있는 놀이시설도 좋은편이었네요. 아이랑 같이 여행하시는 분에게 좋을것같아요. 조식은 서양식과 중국식 모두 갖추고 있고 괜찮았어요.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2018價格合理，職員態度很好，我們覺得房間冷的時候想要一部暖風機及多張被也能提供給我們，不過開頭等了一小時也未送來，再致電櫃臺問的時候五分鐘內就送到了。酒店提供免費早餐，亦有免費泊車。

Reviewed Jan 5, 2018駅から5分のホテルです。温泉街の中心からは反対側になりますが、歩いて10分ぐらいですから、慣れれば何のことはありません。ホテルの横は鉄道で、列車を見ていると飽きません。温泉は、中国型のプール式が大半で、熱い時とぬるいときがありました。

Reviewed Nov 28, 2017遊樂設施非常棒, 有桌球 撞球 Xbox 手足球 還有賽車 電動玩具等等, 小孩玩得不亦樂乎 不想回家 唯獨房間緊鄰火車 所以晚上和一大清早會被火車吵得很難入睡 隔音設備似乎有待加強, 我們當時隔壁的住戶一大早洗澡講話都聽得一清二楚

Reviewed Sep 8, 2017깨끗하고 편안했던 호텔. 주변이 너무 시끄럽지도 않고 그렇다고 외진곳도 아닌 위치적으로 아주 좋았던 곳. 호텔 앞 야시장까지도 걸어서 2-3분이면 도착할 정도로 가까워서 저녁을 해결하기 좋았고, 호텔 규모가 크진 않았지만 알차게 다 있어서 여행하는 외국인에게도 좋은 곳. 침대나 이불도 깨끗하고 편안했고 직원들도 적극적이고 친절했음. 조식도 풍부한편. 화롄맛집인 공정포자도 호텔조식에 포함되있어 따로 줄서서 기다리고 먹을 필요가 없음.

Reviewed Aug 17, 20173대 대가족이 여행갔습니다. 버스정류장, 기차역이 도보로 5분 이내로 이동이 좋았습니다. 밖에서 본 건물 외관에 실망했는데...시간이 지날 수록 정감가는 호텔이었습니다. 밖은 낡았지만 내부는 아주 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하셨고 조식도 먹을만 했습니다. 다음에 또 가고싶은 숙소입니다.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2016Nice place very conveniently located in walking distance between Jiaoxi Bus Station and Jiaoxi Train Station. The hotel has nice facilities including swimming pool, hot springs pools, billiards, and a children's playroom. Despite the rainy weather we were very comfortable with the amenities on site. Also plenty of local restaurants within walking distance.
