Breakfast was good, room was comfortable, air on worked well enough and they did my laundry without charging me which was really nice! Location is placed perfectly inside the Medina also

Everything was perfect. Only 5 mins walk to Jem Elfanaa. The washed and iron our clothes with no extra charge. The host helped out with everything we asked for.

Would have been nice if there was a fridge in room but we allowed to use the kitchen fridge.

La suite era preciosa, la ubicación excelente, el desayuno exquisito, la piscina muy conveniente para las temperaturas de Marrakech, pero sobretodo nos gustó la atención recibida por el personal, especialmente la de Omar, que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y fue muy simpático con nosotros. Absolutely amazing! Location so close to the main square , perfect staff , clean, everything from start to finish was perfect. Rooftop terrace was so relaxing. If you need local knowledge, Omar was amazing and will remain somebody who you could trust so much. I took my 77 year old dad who is fit and can get about but Omar made his holiday., my dad will go back with his partner just to see Omar. Amazing staff member. Even I felt safe sitting alone in the cafe next door, fully recommend.

The breakfast was good, and the staff member working the evening shift was friendly and helpful.

The location of this riad is extremely difficult to find. We were repeatedly approached by touts and scammers who offered to lead us to the property but instead directed us to the wrong locations before demanding money. There is virtually no signage to help guests find the riad, and the entrance itself is tucked away in a tiny corner with the name barely visible. Our room had no window, which made it feel dark and enclosed. The pool is very small and not really suitable for swimming or relaxing. GPS is also of limited help because of the narrow, maze-like streets of the medina, making the property even harder to locate. Overall, finding the riad was a frustrating experience, and the lack of clear directions and visible signage significantly affected our stay.

Riad molto bello e in ottima posizione. La camera bellissima e la colazione ricca e gustosa sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative. Il personale è disponibile e molto gentile. Un grazie particolare a Omar che con la sua gentilezza ci ha fatto iniziare nel migliore dei modi le giornate trascorse a Marrakech

A very friendly and welcoming place to stay. We were very well looked after - met at our taxi and guided to the Riad; taxis and trips arranged (including an early morning departure for flights and again we were accompanied to where the taxi picked us up); very generous breakfasts; help with restaurants. Very clean, rooms serviced every day. It was a perfect few days.

It was a shame the weather was so so hot we couldnt enjoy the roof top balcony. It would have made a lovely place to hang out. Instead we were very grateful for the air conditioning in the rooms

Really nice Riad in a great location. Hafid was so helpful and friendly. All the staff assisted us with anything we asked. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. Very quiet at night and safe. Definitely recommend this!

Excelente comunicación y profesionalidad. Todo bien organizado y respetuoso. Atentos a cada pequeño detalle. El clima funciona muy y muy bien. Habitaciones super bien cuidadas con todo y excelentes sabanas , colchones y almohadas, limpias y cuidadas. Los propietarios estupendos y el desayuno super. Gran riad,tranquilo a pesar de ser centrico ( 5 min a pie de la plaza Jema) y encima el taxi literalmente puede dejarte a 1min a pie del riad. Como anecdota: le dijimos que era una pena que no hubiera agua en la piscina, él tiró un objeto para que vieramos que había agua. Estaba tan limpia que parecia que no hubiera agua des de la primera planta🤣

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (aktuell sehr süss) Die Zimmertür und Duschkopf könnten ausgetauscht werden. Das Personal vor Ort kann leider wenig weiterhelfen oder Tipps geben. Es wurde auf eine Nummer als WhatsApp-Kontakt verwiesen, welche nicht auf Anfragen geantwortet hat

Excellent location in the heart of the Souks. Staff very helpful and could not do enough for you. Very comfortable beds, had a great nights sleep. Good breakfast Riad was very clean with good vibes, would definitely go back and highly recommend

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! Le riad est très bien situé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins de la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. La situation du riad, à moins de 10 min à pied de la place jemma el fna, est idéale. Au cœur des souks ! Lorsque nous reviendrons à Marrakech, nous y retournerons sans hésitation ! Les espaces communs près de la piscine et en rooftop sont un vrai plus. Merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour en famille aussi détendu et réussi !

Lo staff sempre eccezionale. Mi sono trovata in difficoltà e sono stati sempre presenti e di supporto. Veniamoo a Marrakech dal 2022 ed abbiamo sempre alloggiato qui perché ci siamo sempre sentiti super coccolati.

Purtroppo la scarsa pulizia della stanza. Ho trovato due scarafaggi sul materasso. Il personale,nonostante fosse notte,è intervenuto prontamente con un insetticida e a quel punto ne sono usciti altri da sotto il letto. Non c’erano altre stanze disponibili ed ho atteso sveglia di andare in aeroporto.

Emplacement du Riad parfaitement situé au centre de la Médina et proche des souks. Très bon accueil. Personnel sympathiques et chaleureux (notamment au petit déjeuné avec l'humour de Omar). Chambres typiques du Maroc qui donnent l'impression de vivre chez l'habitant.

Gostei muito da localização desta Riad, pois fica muito muito perto de tudo e numa rua que +é muito animada, diria até caótica, de dia , mas muito calma de noite. Mas sobretudo gostei e apreciei imenso a simpatia dos funcionários, sempre incríveis nos cuidados connosco e na higiene dos espaços. Limpeza impecável!! Foi muito bom !!

Não houve nada que me desagradasse. Talvez a única coisa que eu melhoraria e que senti algum desinteresse a partir de um certo momento, foi o pequeno almoço:, que era agradável mas com muito pouca oferta e muito repetitivo. Para quem esteve tantos dias como eu, chega a um ponto que se torna desinteressante.

Climatisation hors service dans la chambre de nos enfants : une autre chambre a pu être donnée. Pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre malgré l’intervention du réceptionniste.

1. Przede wszystkim personel (dziękuję Hafid :)) - był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Spotkała mnie w Maroku niemiła przygoda i personel zainteresował się moim problemem i zadeklarował pomoc w razie potrzeby. 2. Bardzo ładny dziedziniec riadu z palmą na środku i świetna lokalizacja w centrum Mediny. 3. Podobała mi się też dolna część tarasu z kanapami i wygodnymi poduszkami. 4. Łóżko w pokoju było bardzo wygodne, klimatyzacja sprawna. 5. Dla osób lubiących śniadania na słodko - duży wybór.

Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia - na górnej części tarasu meble są bardzo zużyte, fotele podziurawione. W pokoju przydałaby się lepsza wentylacja, utrzymuje się lekki zapach stęchlizny. Ściany w pokoju i w pomieszczeniach w jadalni warto odmalować.

Sommige kussens op het geweldige dakterras mogen een nieuwe bekleding. Maar dat is echt een klein detail van de leuke riad. Bankstellen waren geweldig op het terrras

Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff davvero notevoli. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in reception all’arrivo prima dell’orario di check-in. Ottima colazione tipica. Comodo il loro sito web da cui si possono prenotare tour e transfer per l’aeroporto. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione, camera familiare molto grande e curata nei minimi dettagli; piscina e terrazza molto belle, colazione e cena ottime. Staff gentilissimo, comunicazione rapida e veloce, ci hanno organizzato visita guidata della città, pick up e ci hanno aiutato con ogni richiesta.

Me alojé en el Riad Celia en Marrakech durante 2 noches (3 días) con mi familia, y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El riad es tal cual aparece en las fotos: muy bonito, cuidado y acogedor. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones y todas estaban impecables. Las camas son muy cómodas, con colchones suaves y ropa de cama completamente blanca, limpia y con muy buen olor. Dormimos muy bien todas las noches gracias también al aire acondicionado, que mantiene la habitación fresca. El baño estaba muy limpio y la ducha funcionaba perfectamente. Además, al llegar nos recibieron con un té en la terraza acompañado de un brownie con mermelada que estaba buenísimo. Nos dieron a elegir si queríamos tomarlo arriba en la terraza o en el comedor, un detalle muy acogedor que marca la diferencia desde el primer momento. Durante la estancia, el servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno: nos hicieron la habitación, cambiaron toallas y dejaron todo perfecto. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal, en concreto a Rahim y Hafid, que fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos asistieron en todo: desde pedir un taxi hasta acompañarnos con las maletas, e incluso nos imprimieron los documentos del check-in para el aeropuerto sin cobrarnos nada. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy completo y delicioso, con productos locales: tortitas, panes típicos, dulces, yogur, mantequilla, mermeladas, miel, zumo de naranja natural, café con leche y también opción de huevos tipo omelette. Todo muy bien preparado y con excelente atención. La ubicación es muy buena, dentro de la medina y relativamente fácil de encontrar siguiendo las indicaciones. Está cerca de una zona bastante conocida, lo que facilita orientarse. En resumen, el trato fue espectacular y la estancia superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Marrakech, repetiría en este mismo riad sin pensarlo. Le doy un 10.

This Riad provided basic accommodations but was clean and had excellent service. The staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was limited but provided something to go by till the next meal.

Small room assigned for two people I had to ask to be moved I could barely move. My friends I traveled with said they had larger rooms

The staff was fantastic, very accommodating. We arrived pretty early and they made us breakfast on the first day, and got us into our room early so we could relax after our trip. In our last day they let us check out very late. Also, they were very helpful to arrange airport shuttles and tours. The location was fabulous, very close to everything. Highly recommend.

Riad très central, parfait pour explorer la médina. Chambre familiale adaptée avec deux enfants, belle décoration traditionnelle. Personnel très gentil et serviable; très accueillant avec les enfants. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Attention, la piscine n'est pas chauffée donc en avril elle est encore très fraîche !

Ein empfehlenswertes Riad in sehr guter Lage an einem hübschen kleinen Platz mitten in der Medina. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Great little Riad right in the middle of the Medina. The little square it is in has a lovely cafe/restaurant Lovely hotel staff giving great hospitality. The standard rooms are nice. Quite small but perfect for one. Everywhere is lovely & clean. Good bathrooms with nice shower. Breakfast good. The roof terrace is gorgeous. Thank you Omar for looking after us :))

We've stayed in many riads in Marrakech over the years, and this is our 2nd stay at Riad Celia - really good value, amazing location with easy access to jemaa el fna and tinsmith's square, everyone in the area is really friendly and helpful. Omar was wonderful, and made us feel right at home. The omelettes at breakfast are delicious, and our room on the roof terrace was delightful. Shower always had good pressure and plenty hot water (which is sometimes a rarity in Marrakech!). Can't wait to come back
