Location is excellent in very quiet area. Great pool, nice breeze and lovely views. Rooms are big and comfortable. A great place to rest after tours and travelling.

The river side bistro cafe bar was closed to guests one night due to a function. There is nowhere else to go in the area so this was a major concern as the riverside bistro is the highlight of the resort They should have put some space aside for guests of the resort. I asked staff to assist in booking a tour and for booking transport and they were not very helpful.

The location directly on the river was great with really nice views. The room and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure and instant hot water.

View. We planned to stay for two nights but left after one. The staff at the hotel seemed sorry when we left but gave us money back on their own initiative.

It is really tired out and need maintenance. Looks like it has not been doing anything here for at least ten years. Not like the pictures. Sun beds broken, dirty tiles and walls. Staff putting towels from the rooms on the floor in the hall way for hours before removing it. Ben Tre is sleepy, dark at night and with almost no streetfood or places to eat at night.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. Rooms were clean.

I didn't like the Bistro food. The portiond was very small for the price. We had to order more from outside to be full. The location was little to quiet for us. Not much to do walking distance.

Personal sehr freundlich, Pool schön groß Wenige Leute, man hat den kompletten Pool für sich alleine. Getränke dort sehr lecker und außergewöhnlich

We just had a short 1 night stay this time. The River View room was well equipped and very quiet with a small Balcony, ideal to take advantage of the morning breeze. Staff was very helpful. Dinner at the Riverside restaurant was very pleasant. I keep this address in mind for a future longer stay in Ben Tre area.

Hôtel nickel avec bon équipement. Vélos disponibles et gratuit si vous les utilisez moins de 2 h, autrement c’est payant. Hôtel au calme mais décentré. Réceptionnistes très attentifs à vos demandes et parlant couramment l’anglais. L’hôtel propose 3 excursions différentes.

Stayed here a few times before. Modern and comfortable hotel in a lovely, quiet location next to the river. Rooms nicely furnished and beds very comfortable. There's a swimming pool in the garden area which is great for cooling off. Will stay here again in the future.

Excellent emplacement au bord du Mékong. Très belle vue depuis la chambre double deluxe avec vue sur rivière. Literie très confortable et bon petit déjeuner (buffet).

Propreté de la douche perfectible, ce qui n’était pas le cas du reste de la chambre.

Flot udsigt over floden og livet på floden fra vores terrasse. Dejlig pool. Restauranten tilhørende hotellet var fin. Udendørs ned til floden.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon im 3. Stock und Blick auf den Fluss. Günstiger Preis. Ruhige Lage sofern man ein Zimmer mit View auf den River hat. Schönes Restaurant mit Terrass dirket am Fluss. Gutes Essen im Restaurant.

Leider fand am Samstag eine Hochzeit statt, Das Hotel wurde mit Hochzeits-Gästen geflutet. Auch das Restaurant war dann am Samstag nur noch teilweise benutzbar. Die Terrasse war komplett gesperrt aufgrund der Hochzeit. Das war etwas unglücklich.

Personalet i restauranten kunne ikke forstå meget og lidt dårlig service. Dig ikke noget der fylder meget.

Piscine,la vue,le calme.

Hôtel calme, avec de bons équipements, la piscine est très agréable. De beaux couchés de soleil sur le Mékong également. Restaurant dans l'hôtel. Également une navette gratuite qui dépose au marché nocturne le soir vers 19h et vous récupère vers 20h. Nous avons également faire l'excursion Mékong proposée par l'hôtel, très sympathique. Et finalement le prêt de vélos gratuitement est fort appréciable Bref, nous recommandons !

Unfreundliche Rezeptionsangestellte, Abendessen war sehr chaotisch, niemand kam, dann gab es nur Snack Karte, auch beim Frühstück fehlte etliches , Teller usw. Platten wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig

Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel gentil et aidant pour trouver un bus, la piscine est très agréable et nous avons tres bien dormi. Les vélos a disposition sont gratuits.

Nhà hàng phục vụ chưa đạt, lẽ ra quản lý nên đi vòng vòng để xem bàn nào thiếu món đã đặt theo menu có trước, đưa lên kịp thời, sót bánh tráng khi khách ăn gần xong mẹt rồi mới mang ra, rất chậm. Đồ ăn ngon nhưng đáng tiếc về khâu tổ chức phục vụ chưa chuyên nghiệp và chưa kịp thời dù hôm mình ở không phải đông khách - chỉ vài ba nhóm khách ăn

La atención en el bistro bastante deficiente, se espera demasiado para qué atiendan y uno mismo debe ir a solicitar el menú y la cuenta directo en la caja, ya qué los toman los pedidos no tienen ganas de trabajar por lo que vimos, la comida y bebidas normal.

Bel hôtel dans un quartier calme sur le bord de la rivière, grande chambre avec balcon, piscine impeccable, personnel agréable et très aidant malgré nos divergences de langues. Prêt de vélos.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. Ruime kamer met balkon met prachtig zicht. Gratis fietsverhuur werkte prima. Gevarieerd en smakelijk ontbijt. Verfrissend zwembad. Super vriendelijk personeel. Werkelijk warm aan te bevelen.

The room was comfortable, massive bed and a beautiful view from our balcony.

The smell of moth balls (not sure what it's called in Vietnam) that really put me off. The restaurant for dinner was not ideal, the breakfast was ok.

Piscina molto bella, ottima per rilassarsi in riva al fiume. Camera spaziosa e con vista sul Mekong. Bici gratis ok.

Le aree comuni sembra non venissero pulite da anni.. Colazione senza opzioni continentali, ho chiesto del latte caldo ma non lo avevano. Il costo della lavanderie é eccessivo e non in linea con i costi del Vietnam, si paga al pezzo e non al kg. In generale la struttura sembra tutta un po' decaduta e poco curata.

The view of the Mekong River from our room was excellent, and the breakfast had a nice selection of Asian and Western options. We stayed before Tet, too, and the street before the hotel was extremely colorful and lively with flower sellers extending along the riverside for more than five kilometers. The staff were nice and friendly, and one surprised me with his fluency in both English and Japanese. Overall, the hotel was a good deal for its price.

It was too bad that the hotel area along the river was often full of trash (a problem in Ben Tre and Vietnam as a whole). It seemed to me that more of an effort could have been made to keep such a stunning attribute of the hotel clean. Also, photos of the hotel on most booking websites do not realistically depict the hotel. The hotel appeared much older and more run-down than we could have possibly known based on the online photos. Finally, the walls of our room were rather thin and you could easily hear other guests in their rooms and especially in the hallways as they opened and closed their doors and talked to each other.

Sehr schöner Garten mit schönem sauberen Pool direkt am Mekong. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Service. Nettes Bistro mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Prinzipiell ruhig mit einer Ausnahme (s.u.).

Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Stadtseite, das zwar den Vorteil bietet, dass es tagsüber nicht direkt von der Sonne aufgeheizt wird, jedoch wurden wir dort einmal schon gegen 5.30 Uhr morgens von einem Lautsprecher aus dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude über 30 Minuten lautstark beschallt.

4stars everything you could possibly want was supplied. Beautiful garden, very nice pool,, peaceful and quiet.The breakfast was superb.

I should have booked the river view. I booked the city view, so I could not see the good view from the river.

Điểm trừ là phòng tắm nước hơi yếu, xà bông tắm ko thơm mùi kỳ và 1 vài phòng không được châm sữa tắm vào chỉ để chai không.

J’ai adoré le personnel bienveillant. D’autant plus que j’avais oublié mon portefeuille dans ma chambre, le personnel m’a renvoyé mon portefeuille à mon autre hôtel gratuitement. Tout était très agréable. Encore merci pour le service.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Fluss, einen großen sauberen Pool und viel Grün drumrum. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, es hat nur etwas am Ambiente gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist riesig und sehr lecker. Das angeschlossene Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse, man muss nur viel Geduld haben, das Essen ist aber gut. Fahrräder auszuleihen lohnt in jedem Fall.

Man ist auf das Restaurant angewiesen und das Personal dort ist leicht überfordert.
