メコン川ツアーに参加をしたかったので、事前問い合わせして手配をお願いしました。何度も色々質問させてもらいましたが、快く回答していただき、素敵なツアーに参加ができました。滞在中は、無料のレンタル自転車で、川沿いやベンチェの町を散策できたのがとてもよかったです。また、プールが朝食会場と隣接しており子供たちがプールで遊んでいる間、大人はゆっくりお茶ができました。部屋も綺麗で、全体的にとても良いホテルでした。いつかまた訪れたいです。

The pool looks lovely but very cold, no change rooms and had to go through the dinning room to access it. We couldn’t control our aircon it was either too cold or too hot.

L'hôtel est très confortable. Il est au pied du marché et à proximité des restaurants de rue ou de salle. Il est possible de se balader au milieu des bananeraies en traversant le fleuve. L'hôtel nous a servi d'intermédiaire pour louer des vélos. Je pense que c'est plus judicieux de louer des scooters car les distances sont longues. Le petit déjeuner très varié et avec vue sur l'extérieur est le point fort de cet hôtel. Pour les voyages d'affaire, je pense que l'hôtel est parfait. Pour les touristes, il faut se poser la question : où veut-on dormir? Si on préfère être dans un espace citadin, l'hôtel est parfait. Si on veut être au milieu de la nature, il vaut mieux être au milieu des bananeraies mais avec possibilité de dîner dans son hôtel le soir car il n'y a rien autour.

Địa điểm khách sạn rất thuận lợi nằm ngay ở trung tâm sát bên chợ Bến Tre, phòng rất đẹp sạch sẽ, phòng có view nhìn các mặt đều nhìn thấy dòng sông rất đẹp . còn nhân viên thì phục vụ tận tình, tận tâm , có việc gì cần hỗ trợ thì sẵn sàng24/24 . nhân viên đều rất dễ thương nhất là em Tân phục vụ và giúp đỡ chị rất tận tâm và chu đáo

Đồ ăn ngon, hợp khẩu vị

Máy lạnh trong phòng khó điều chỉnh, độ lạnh tăng giảm không thay đổi được nên ông bà không thoải mái, chế độ quạt để ở mức nhỏ nhưng vẫn rất to, gây ồn nhiều, ban đêm khi ngủ vẫn rất ồn.

The restaurant, and the service there, needs improvement

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the river and the size was huge.

The washroom had a window that you could see into the bedroom which was interesting. The shower fixtures could be fixed (water wasn't flowing properly).

Tout était très très bien. La vue est incroyable et on a eu la chance d'avoir une des meilleures chambres au 15e étage c'était fabuleux.

Je chipote un peu car c'est un 5 étoiles, mais les serviettes de douche auraient pu être plus moelleuses, le papier toilette de meilleure qualité, ainsi que l'après-shampoing.

Great breakfast, especially the fruits, small balcony with a great view. Great support by the hotel staff. (Ben tre is not a touristy place. Therefore things like renting a bike or booking a bus ride are challenging if you don't speak the language.)

La chambre était très grande avec une belle vue sur le Mekong.

La piscine était fraîche et manque un peu d'entretien.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful with cleaning the room to when u first arrive they open the fires for us and grab our stuff and take I to our rooms for us and make sure we are comfy there good breakfast buffet bed and room temp is really good too and really good value this is def one of the best hotels around definitely my go to for the area

La qualité des prestations est remarquable, surtout au vu du prix qui est plus qu’abordable — un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal, parfaitement situé pour profiter pleinement des alentours. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

It was nicely centered in the city, with several small shops and markets surrounding the hotel. Rooms was nice and clean, and the reception personnel were very welcoming and friendly

The pool was super cold and not at all what we expected. The restaurant staff was super lazy, just standing looking at their phones not acknowledging the people coming in to the restaurant. We had to on several occasions go and find menus ourselves and almost ask to be able to give an order. They were very bad at English and could almost not communicate - very bad I think as this is a 5* hotel. One night we tried to order a bottle of wine on their list, after three tries we gave up as they didn’t have any of them. Breakfast is only Vietnamese cuisine.

L'hotel è il principale della città. Lo staff è gentile, la colazione tutto sommato buona e la camera era grande con un bagno spazioso. Il letto era molto comodo.

L'hotel in generale è molto datato, la camera purtroppo era sporca (con molta polvere), la piscina tenuta male e sporca. In generale mi è sembrato un po' un vecchio hotel che ha bisogno di essere rimodernato.

Camera premium spaziosa. Bella colazione. Buon prezzo.

Non fanno transfert per l ‘aeroporto nemmeno a pagamento. Robe da matti. Piscina inutile. Sempre all’ombra e acqua ghiacciata. Non ha senso prendere questo hotel per la piscina.

I booked this for my mom & sister. They loved it so much, they said it was the best accommodation they had in Vietnam.

Very comfortable room with views looking down the river. Very clean and serviced every day. Staff very helpful. We ate at the hotel every day as we didn’t fancy eating at the local ones. Food ok but quite limited. Breakfast ok too.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but we did find it strange they ran out of tonic the first night we were there and never re stocked knowing people were asking for it. Food ok

Le personnel au petit déjeuner pas souriant , très loin d’un 5 étoiles , a 10h ils éteignent les lumières , tant pis pour vous !, j’ai porté mes valises au 13eme étage (moyen l’arrivée au 5 étoiles), a part à l’accueil très peu parlent anglais , honnêtement très loin d’un 5 étoiles mais rapport qualité est bien

Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet hôtel : son emplacement idéal dans la ville, la gentillesse de l'accueil, le confort extrême et la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains, la vue, la lumière, le petit-déjeuner extrêmement varié pris dans une immense salle panoramique et j'en oublie sûrement. Nous avons testé beaucoup d'hôtels au Vietnam et celui-là restera un excellent souvenir et un des meilleurs, le tout à un prix particulièrement compétitif. Personnel très réactif pour dialoguer sur Whatsapp à propos de notre heure d'arrivée et d'un éventuel check-in anticipé. Ils ont également organisé notre transfert en taxi depuis l'aéroport d'Ho Chi Minh : c'est une solution simple et rapide si l'on veut aller directement dans le delta. Un tout petit reproche pour finir : il n'y a pas de vélos à louer à l'hôtel (ni dans la ville malheureusement) et c'est vraiment dommage. Le delta du Mékong est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour faire du vélo, notamment à partir d'une petite ville comme Ben Tre, Ce n'est pas compliqué et ce serait vraiment un plus pour les touristes. Sinon encore merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour idéal.
