First room on the road side was extremely noisy and unsuitable for a long stay, staff on the ground unhelpful, eventually distance support staff very amenable and helpful to transfer to a quiet side. Nevertheless, some guests had poor social etiquette and would be quite loud at night or early hours of the morning. + one false fire alarm at 5am Poor value for money breakfast buffet and only breakfast option on site.

Malgrado la prenotazione era confermata da molto tempo, al momento del check-in una camera su 3 non figurava, dopo aver parlato con una signora tramite uno schermo in modalità online si è trovata una soluzione. La camera doppia era munita di lenzuola cuscini, piumino e asciugamani solo per una persona. Questo non è un punto negativo per la struttura in sé, ma comunque ha comportato una notte in bianco. I vicini di camera hanno fatto festa tutta la notte, malgrado più persone sono usciti sul balcone a chiedere un po’ di silenzio.

I bit hot in the room even though the temperature was comfortable outside, needed to open the window during the night which could easily feel unsafe if staying on the lower floors.

Klimaanlage wäre bei den hohen Temperaturen schön gewesen, war aber nicht vorhanden. Dadurch war das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr warm. Der Video Checkin war ungewöhnlich aber interessant und das Einchecken hat gut funktioniert.

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non c'era o non funzionava. La camera era quindi molto calda, visto la nostra visita in periodo estivo. Poco grave se si passano solo un paio di notti...

Il letto è comodo, c´è un bel balcone, nel nostro caso con una bella vista sul parco. Servizio alla clientela ottimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima, buffet con una buona scelta di prodotti, bella sala che da sul parco. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, Hotel in ottima posizione a circa un chilometro dal centro vecchio e raggiungibile in un attimo e comodamente sia a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici (fermata dei bus molto vicina). Bella città sul lago da visitare con molte cose da vedere anche nei dintorni

Der Empfang und die Zusatzbuchung fürs Frühstück schien eine grosse Herausforderung fürs Personal darzustellen. Am Morgen beim Frühstück fanden Sie unsere Frühstücksbuchung lange nicht. Den Umgang damit fühlte sich für uns so an, als ob wir nicht fürs Frühstück bezahlt zu hätten. Die Zimmer waren extrem heiss und in einem der Zimmer hat es extrem nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch gerochen.
