Отличное место если вы пешком или на машине. Абсолютно всё рядом, в целом место почти идеально. Но нам нравится когда есть своя кухня, а это всё-таки отель . Вид на бухту за завтраком вдохновляет на прекрасный рабочий день

The hosts are welcoming and ready to help with anything. They instantly recommended places to eat out according to my taste. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location is a bit uphill, so the view was amazing, you wake up and see the city and the sea right away. My room was spacious, cozy, and filled with sunlight, making it a pleasure to spend time there after the beach. Hope to return one day, thank you!

Otelde bir hafta konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Odamızın manzarası gerçekten harikaydı, her gün ayrı keyif aldık. Oteli işleten aile çok güler yüzlü, samimi ve yardımseverdi; konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı da her sabah taze, lezzetli ve özenliydi. Otelin sakin ve huzurlu atmosferini de çok sevdik. Bir haftanın sonunda buradan çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Kaş’a tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Sometimes the staff make a hotel unforgettable. This was the case of Hotel Aysima whose staff were welcoming and warm.

It’s a family-owned hotel, they welcomed us so warm and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I can’t say enough about how clean this place is!! The whole hotel is immaculately clean, the shared areas, room, bathrooms, balcony, everything was spotless! The pool is incredible and they provide clean pool towels free of charge. It has its own shower and toilets. We spent hours in that pool! We had a super delicious breakfast every morning, with fresh-baked goods, fresh fruit and so many delicious options. One morning, we had to leave early for a kayaking activity and they kindly arranged an early breakfast for us. They also provide free water, tea/coffee, which is not usual in the area. The family were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They helped us find the perfect kayaking activity, late check-in and gave us great local recommendations. The location is also fantastic with an unreal view of Kaş. It’s about a 10-mins walk from the town center which is a huge plus because the town center has very loud music playing until around 2am every night. We wouldn’t be bothered with the noise at Aysima. We absolutely loved our stay! Highly highly recommended!

L’un de nos plus beaux souvenirs aussi bien par la qualité de l’hôtel, mais aussi par les relations humaines très importantes dans cet hôtel. C’est une famille qui gère l’hôtel si j’ai bien compris et ils sont tous adorables ! Ils font tout pour que nous passions un très excellent séjour dans leur hôtel ! C’est le meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour ! Il est cuisiné tous les matins avec des produits frais, locaux. Et on prend ce petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine sous de grands parasols. La chambre avec vue sur la baie de Kas est magnifique !

Alles war super. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Familie ist supernett und sehr herzlich. Sehr saubere Zimmer und top Lage. Es war wirklich wunderschön und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Pool ist auch ausreichend für die Kapazität. Die fotos weichen nicht ab und sind identisch.

Für arg geräuschempfindliche Menschen wäre es nur ein wenig schwer, da die Zimmertüren beim schließen schon sehr laut sein können.

Чудесный семейный отель с очень приветливыми людьми, готовыми рассказать , сориентировать и помочь в решении вопросов. Вкусный завтрак на уютной террасе с видом на море. Очень чисто и по камерному мило. 700 метров до пляжа преодолевается с легкостью. Красивый вид из окна 🌺

Однозначно рекомендую этот отель! Красивые, удобные, чистые номера. Хозяева отеля всегда улыбаются и искренне радуются вашему присутствию. Бассейн чистый. На завтрак шведский стол, много фруктов. Голодными точно не уйдете. Большой плюс-кулер с водой у бассейна. Отдельно отмечу вид из отеля. Думаю, что это самый красивый вид на море и город! Хозяева хорошо говорят на Английском языке.

The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and always willing to help. This is a small, charming family-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts were by far the best we had during our trip to Turkey. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the old town’s lovely streets, great restaurants, and the harbor.

Die Unterkunft wird von einer wahnsinnig lieben und tollen Familie geführt. Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der Pool-Bereich ist super schön und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet, das jeden Tag von der Gastgeberin selbst frisch zubereitet wird, ist wahnsinnig abwechslungsreich, lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. Unsere Gastgeber waren extrem zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt! Außerdem ist das Hotel nur wenige Minuten Fußweg an der Innenstadt mit etlichen Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten gelegen. Was man ggf. wissen sollte, wenn man mobilitätseingeschränkt ist, ist dass das Hotel etwas höher gelegen ist und man auf dem Rückweg von der Innenstadt einen kleinen Berg bzw. Ein paar Treppenstufen hoch laufen muss. Für uns war das allerdings kein Problem - denn dafür hatte man einen großartigen Ausblick aufs Meer, sogar von allen Hotelzimmern aus. Außerdem gab es für jeden Hotelgast einen verfügbaren Parkplatz.

Очень чистый отель, приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Завтраки замечательные и разнообразные: и менемен и омлеты и яичницу приготовят. Бассейн очень чистый. Хозяева стараются предупредить любое твое желание. Смело могу порекомендовать этот отель! Море в 7-10 минутах ходьбы. Город весь из горок, поэтому придется подниматься и спускаться по лестницам или горкам, но для нас это был только плюс, мы любим активный отдых.

Отличный отель, чисто, уютно, шикарные виды из окон, с балкона, и с террасы на которой сервируют завтраки, очень вкусные и разнообразные. Время проживания 26-28 июня 2026г. Нас было 10 человек, родителям по 73 года, останавливались на 2 ночи, 5 номеров занимали, все очень довольны, понравилось все. Хозяева очень любят свой бизнес, это чувствуется во всем! До Халык пляжа вызывали такси, хозяева помогли вызвать, 300 лир в одну сторону стандартное авто. Ехать минут 7. В комнатах вместо одеяла простынь, по запросу одеяло было предоставлено. До центра 5 минут пешком, расположение отличное. Родители с подъемами справились.

The breakfast was superb, with fresh salads, fruit and new baked goods every day. Omelettes made to order, and fabulous cakes to finish if you had room!

Really well kept family run stay. The location is great and only a short walk away from Kas old town. The host family is really kind and helped us with local recommendations. They make an excellent home made breakfast spread--fresh fruit, cheese, homemade turkish pastries, eggs, relishes, sweets and more. Highly recommend staying here!

This delightful family run hotel is definitely worth staying at. All the staff went out of their way to accommodate any request we had, for example preparing an early breakfast on the day of our departure. The breakfasts themselves were generous, fresh and delicious! And the views from the room were sensational!

Шикарный номер с джакузи на балконе и видом на море. В номере есть все удобства: отдельная спальня, кухня и стиральная машинка! Это прямо находка! Отличный завтрак на веранде, большой и глубокий бассейн, парковка возле отеля. Мы в восторге!

Прекрасный семейный бутиковый отель. Все по-домашнему. Встретил по-моему сам хозяин. Все объяснил очень понятно. Сам принес завтрак. И проводил при выезде, хотя трансфер был в 6 утра! Завтраки прекрасные - дают большую тарелку всего всего. Кофе, чай в любом виде. Шикарный вид на море из номера и снизу, с бассейна. Большая парковка, что для Каша редкость. До центра/порта 8 мин. пешком. Собственный бассейн, лежаки. Очень хорошее отношение всего персонала. Всегда улыбаются, спрашивают, как дела. Предлагают чай/кофе. Один из лучших отелей, где я когда-либо бывал!!!

Очень классный отель с прекрасным персоналом!! Мы были не в сезон и нам очень понравилось. Сам отель расположен на возвышенности и открывается прекрасный вид с балкона на весь Каш. Есть лифт, хороший вифи. Нас любезно заселили чуть раньше положенного времени. Девушка, которая нас заселяла, была очень любезна и приветлива. Она нам очень понравилась!! Как и мужчина , который приготовил нам обалденный завтрак. Хоть он был и «зимний», но он был очень вкусный и насыщенный! Спасибо этому месту!!

Fantastic family owned hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. I understand breakfast is usually buffet style but as only us and one other couple in the hotel (it was November) we had breakfast prepared and bought to the table. Room was very good and comfortable.

Понравилось всё! Виды, расположение, гостеприимство, вкусные завтраки, большие полотенца для пляжа. Первый раз были в Каше. Я очень рада, что выбрала именно этот отель. После поездки у меня остались самые лучшие воспоминания. Думаю, приедем еще с детьми. Спасибо большое!

Extreme Gastfreundschaft, alles sehr zuvorkommend, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstück war variabel von Tag zu Tag und wirklich sehr sehr lecker.

Allenfalls könnte man daran arbeiten, dass die Zimmertüren nicht so laut ins Schloss fallen. Das kann einen schon wecken, wenn die Nachbarn morgens zum Frühstück gehen.

I am definitely coming back here when I double up :P Even by myself I had a romantic experience. This is ideal stay for upper terraces, you can both walk up and down Kas and the balcony view is perfect! They are winning at the service!

We liked so much we came back for another day! Nice family who take an interest and run a very good little hotel. All fixtures and furniture are well thought out. The view off the front balcony and the pool area is Top Shelf. Very good breakfast and the daughter speaks fair English. Good recommendation for a day at the beach.

The hotel was perfect! Our double room was a good size really comfortable and immaculate. The balcony was overlooking the sea and the view was beautiful especially the way the light changed throughout the day. The sunsets were incredible! Breakfast was such a feast with homemade savouries and cakes which varied from day to day. There was so much choice of salads, fruit, cereals, everything you could think of and as much as you could eat and drink which was a ridiculous amount because it was so delicious. The location was a bit of a climb but very manageable and meant you were away from the hustle of the town and could so easily relax. The swimming pool was really refreshing and again super clean. In our room was a fridge and drinks facilities which was a nice surprise as I hadn’t seen it mentioned in the description. I would return to this hotel without a doubt as for me it was perfect and the family who run it were so attentive and accommodating. They totally deserve my score of 10!!! .

Loved the staff, the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness. The hot tub was awesome and the view was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Our suite was spacious and lovely. Nice home touches.

It was somewhat difficult waking up and down the hill to town if you have any mobility issues. However, it is only 200 TRY or 5 USD to take a cab and they are everywhere.

Завтрак посредственный. Кофе отвратительный, что американо, что турецкий. Сок из пакета, причем самый дешевый. Подушки ужасно неудобные. В номере ночью при открытых окнах спать не возможно, шум от дороги и из ресторанов в старом городе. Но это решается закрытием окон.

Очень понравилось локация объекта размещения ! Прекрасный вид на море ! Очень вкусный завтрак ! Приятный и вежливый персонал !

This family run hotel is in Fabulous location with Car parking space. The room was very comfortable and clean. View was amazing. Breakfast was delicious Pool and terrace are an added bonus. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this gem.

What a beautiful hotel! Gorgeous rooms, friendly helpful family running the operation, great pool, generous and delicious breakfast buffet, close enough to town for an easy walk in but far enough away to get a bit of peace and quiet. Smart TV in the room was really handy on a rainy day. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Short walk into the town. Family who run the hotel were lovely people, very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the home cooked Turkish food. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pillows.

Totul a fost la superlativ , când am ajuns la hotel am fost plăcut surprinși , deoarece este mai frumos decât în poze , curățenie , mic dejun divers și gustos , personalul foarte săritor la orice ai nevoie . Recomandăm cu drag hotel Aysima !😊

까다로운 남편이 이 숙소가 가장 맘에 든다고 칭찬했어요 :-) 유럽감성 뷰, 맛있는 호텔조식, 수영장 모든게 좋았습니다. 참고로 엘베도 있어서 캐리어 이동하기 편했어요. 카쉬를 또 간다면 다시 묵고 싶은 그런 숙소였어요.

Amazing stay! The family were wonderful, so kind and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely incredible views from our room's balcony, and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher was a lovely surprise. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Great location with short walk to Kas old town for restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

AMAZING. Best hotel we stayed in on our entire Turkey trip. Excellent location - could walk everywhere, amazing views/including sunset, beautiful rooms and balconies. Easy parking right in front. We walked everywhere and it was so nice to have a quiet retreat, away slightly from the lively center. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hospitality of the staff. They were wonderful and so accommodating. 10/10!!!!!

Spotless family run accommodations. One of the top three breakfasts on our extended trip around the country. Owner gave us excellent restaurant recommendations although his wife, who did the cooking, prepared some of the best food we enjoyed on our entire trip! Son and daughter kept the pool spotless and made sure we knew where we were going in Kas, and the person doing the room cleaning had our room sparkling clean! Views at night from our balcony were enchanting.

A lovely and relaxing hotel with beautiful views overlooking the sea, and very close to town without feeling like being in the middle of a busy area. Facilities were great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kas.

Месторасположение, завтраки, персонал, сервис, забота. Кемаль и его семья окружили нас заботой, помогали во всех вопросах, на завтрак дополнительно готовили нам овсяную кашу, яичницу и менемен, помогали с вызовом такси и в других вопросах. Они очень профессиональные и хорошие люди. Сам отель находится на возвышенности, поодаль от шума города, но при этом достаточно близко до всего. В жару спасал бассейн. В отель приходит умный кот Бодам. Я бы однозначно вернулся еще раз в этот отель.

Sehr sauberes, sehr gut und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb. Wahnsinnig freundliche Familie. Sehr gutes, mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitetes Frühstück.

Es gibt nichts aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln.

L’hôtel est géré par une famille d'une extrême gentillesse et serviabilité. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée : frigo, verres, couverts, assiettes, fer à repasser. Une vue de la chambre et sur la terrasse à couper le souffle. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment complet allant d'une variété de fruits, à plusieurs plats salés, sucrés. Il était savoureux. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en toute tranquillité, l’eau était chaude. L'hôtel est situé à 3min de la gare de bus et 5min du centre/port. Merci encore a l’équipe pour ce séjour paisible Je conseille comme il se doit cet hôtel à 100%.

The hotel was immaculate! So clean! The suite room has a washer & dryer, dish washer and pretty much anything you can think of or need. Breakfast was amazing, I loved the fresh fruits everyday.

Отель прекрасный! Замечательное расположение. Тихая улица, но всего в 5 мин от набережной, где рестораны, пляжи. Чистые номера, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Спасибо владельцу отеля, гостеприимная семья, очень заботливая. Приехали раньше, нас разместили в 9 утра, угостили завтраком. Терраса с красивым видом, бассейн. Мебель в отеле новая, чистое белье, полотенца для пляжа и бассейна. Уборка через день, по желанию можно и каждый день. Wi-fi отличный. Всем рекомендую отель!
