Hôtel al Mandari

The service attitude was nice, but the hygiene was disappointing. I got bitten by insects during the night and had to put on a jacket just to sleep. In the morning, I found several bugs in the room. Breakfast was also quite limited, with almost everything being pastries and not much variety.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé. Ne pouvant pas annulé j'ai accepté une autre chambre au même étage mais de classe inférieure. Aucune compensation offerte et salle de bain très salle (voir photo). vraiment décevant de la part d'un hotel soit disant de haute gamme.

Pas très content, j'ai payé sur le site pour 3 personnes, et vous m'avez fait payé plus de 200,00dhs pour un lit supplémentaire. Je trouve ça très léger de votre part. Par contre la chambre était très belle.

Great location in the center of Tetouan

Great location and great service ... the property can do with some cosmetics improvements (walls, paint ...etc) ... other than that it's great 👍

Très belle Hotel, extrêmement bien situé avec un personnel au petit soin que je remercie énormément. Il s’agit de mon deuxième séjour dans cette hôtel. Le centre de Tetouan (Palais Royal, zone piétonne) a moins de 2 min. Les plages du Nord à moins de 15 min.

He was amazing

The initial check in set an unwelcoming tone for us. Usually I am welcomed and treated with respect and someone communicates with me in English. This was not the case this time and it made our time a bit unsettling.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the check-in service and friendly staff to the comfortable and clean room. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic balcony and the views from it was mind-blowing. Outside of the hotel, there is a lively market place and lovely people too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as constructive feedback is to have kettle and tea facilities in the room for guests comfort.

Het hotel oogt van het luxere segment maar dat valt mee. Is wel perfect. Is altijd een beveiliger en de receptie is ook bemand. Het restaurant in het hotel is ook open voor diner. Ontbijt is een zelfbediening met de traditionele Marokkaanse mogelijkheden, het personeel is steeds jou te helpen. Parkeren is aan de overkant van de straat, waar een aantal parkeerplaatsen gereserveerd zijn voor het hotel. Mocht het afgezet zijn kan je je melden bij het hotel. Het verkeer is zeker ‘s middags en ‘s avonds chaotisch, in de ochtend was het erg kalm. Taxi’s komen ook continu langs, maar richting de medina kan je prima in 10 minuten lopen.

Hotel en la ensanxe de Tetuan a unos pocos minutos a pié de la Medina. Habitación con solo 3 camas a pesar que la reserva era para 4. Sin espacio para 2 maletas.

The staff was very helpful when I had an extra last minute person and were able and willing to accommodate. Breakfast was fine.

Fantastic view of the mountains. Staff really very friendly, have helped me find cheap taxis (literally came with me to show me how it's done), restaurants, locations of places of interest, etc, speaking excellent English. Amazing breakfast with Moroccan cuisine, convenient breakfast times (you can actually make it a brunch). Very close to the medina and Royal Palace. The area is very safe and friendly. I travel a lot and rarely feel emotional about a place but this time I was sad to leave. So I hope to go back :)

Hôtel al Mandari is a modern bright hotel located in Tetuoan on a busy street. It is located within a 10 minute walk of the Tetuoan medina area. I chose a Deluxe Room which had an incredible view over towards the Rif Mountains. The room was bright and quiet with good aircon and sound proof windows. The bed was extremely comfortable, but some might find it a little hard. The provided breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of local breads, spreads and pastries. Street parking was plentiful and free.

We had a pleasant stay. They hotel continued breakfast service after the start of Ramadan. Parking was convenient and free. The hotel advertised air conditioning, but we never successfully got it to function. Less for the need of air conditioning but more to reduce the humidity in the room following showers. Minor comfort. The staff were all super kind.

A really beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the city from the balcony and just outside. The staff were all amazing and breakfast was amazing. The hotel and room was very clean. Will definitely return to it again.

Everything was great. Parking is on street and can take a little time to find but with no problems. Resturant was clean and the service excellent.

The location is good, and so is the breakfast.

部屋は狭いが、清潔で暖房もしっかり効いていた。広いテラスが付いていて、ティトゥアンの街並みが昼夜眺められて良かった。ホテル前の道路が、街を見渡せるテラスになっていて、遠くの山あいに並ぶ街並みが見渡せる。ホテルの裏側の坂を上がっていけば、メディナにも近い。CTMバスターミナルもホテル前の道路を左に少し下り、階段を下りるとCTMバスターミナルがある。ホテル から５分くらいで近い。唯一の不満は、ヘヤドライヤーが部屋にないこと。フロントで借りられるが面倒である。立地の良さとテラスからの眺めでお勧めします。

Nous nous attendions à une vue sur la montagne ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Notre chambre était sur l'angle et ne disposait que d'une vue partielle sur la montagne. Décevant ...

A/C wasn't working and I complained but never fixed during my two nights stay. It was so hot and I couldn't sleep , that was nightmare.

El hotel muy bien, buena localización y muy cómodo. Sin embargo al día siguiente amanecí con muchos piquetes de chinche. El desayuno muy pequeño y en ramadán no hay alimentos a toda hora en el restaurante

El hotel es nuevo y con unas vistas preciosas de tetuan (nos alojamos en la habitación 303). Habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. Cama grande y comoda. Hay wifi. El desayuno es muy pobre y poca variedad. El personal muy amable. Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro, la medina, puedes ir andando. Hay parking en la puerta del hotel también incluido en el precio.100% recomendable.

Hotel was newly built and with modern style rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and the best I ever had in Morocco.
