Friendly staff, food option

The rooms do not have noise cancellation windows. Since the hotel is situated exactly at a traffic junction, all the noise is heard in the room during day time and early morning. The hotel must upgrade to noise cancellation windows please.

インドのフブリという、正直ローカルな地域では、ホテルの建物、サービスは値段と比較すると充分合格点でした。また、最上階のレストランが、子どもから大人まで楽しめるような、造作系のレストランで、食事も美味しく、評価があがりました。

スリッパが依頼しないとなかったり、備品、設備などは普通でしたが、場所と比較すると特にマイナス点はありませんでした。

Breakfast buffet can be better. Idli is not soft enough, and need better options (not necessarily more) for breakfast. Also, every room must have a clean iron board.

The location is great. Restaurant on top floor has awesome view. The food was awesome. We just loved the restaurant on top floor and different vibes it can give in the night and in the morning. Must stay here if you are in Hubali.

Parking is less and our car was parked outside in open which attracted lot of dust and needed cleaning.

On the day we checked in, the service (morning) was quite shoddy. I had ordered coffee to my room via room service. Even after a reminder, the coffee did not come. In the restaurant too, I requested the waiter for coffee. He 'forgot' - even after being asked twice. At a minimum, I expected a courteous apology - but even that did not come. Note: This happened only on day 1. The other days it was totally fine.

The property is really well maintained, neat & clean, the ambience,Restro: parking etc including food are up to the mark.

The room ambience is really good but the curtains were just down lining the asthetics of the property please change the curtains. When we talk about food, food is really very good but there should be an option of half a plate for single person, else the food waste is very common for solo person. Alcohol should not be allowed in veg restaurant my kind request.

Nice views and cleanliness

The was hotel was overall clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good.

One of the rooms they gave us leaked and the staff changed it immediately. The next room had a cockroach in the bathroom. The AC did not work for 30 minutes and after I called them they said it would work in 10-15 minutes.

Staffs are very good and there hospitality is awesome. All rooms are very neat and clean. Food (veg) was really tasty too..

Excellent location. We had a suite overlooking the lake which gave an interesting view of the main road.

Somewhat corporate. The themed restaurants left us cold. Guests should be aware that the lakeside walk is restricted in the afternoon.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff on reception and rooms. Comfortable beds and large clean rooms and bathrooms. Copious amounts of hot water and great shower. Free Wi fi good.

Canned tuneless piano music played from 9.0am to 11.30pm in corridors outside rooms very loud. Very intrusive and monotonous and actually disturbing. Also in reception. Must drive the staff mad! Restaurant staff sometimes not understanding requests but willing and helpful. Continental food strange and unpalatable at times.

Nothing really. I wish more rooms were facing the lake but I guess that’s a space constraint more than wilfully not wanting to give guests the experience.

Clearly looks and feels bit rundown. Very noisy from their maintenance room and banquet hall’s music. They probably reduced the volume after i complained multiple times but that didn’t help us. After day one, i was surprised to see the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to ask them to. In the night, i wasn’t able to reach reception or any service on phone. One of the window’s latches wasn’t working and the window was always open a bit - we only found out just before we checked out (it was hidden behind curtain) but that explained few issues we were facing. They can give only one key card - which you need to use to turn on the power inside the room. This is a problem if you are a family.

room was good , only thing is we could not get lake view room. Wifi was free and working good. They have Jungle and Cave theme restaurants on top which is a unique feature, food was great .Chandramauleshwar temple is at walking distance from hotel and lake is just opposite of hotel. We did not opt for breakfast as we had flight to catch up

PROS:Rooms are bigger size. Very fast check in. Receptionist are very cooperative. Free parking facilities are availbale

CONS: No Garden around hotel. Its adjacent near to Hubli Dhrawad highway. Lots of vehicular disturbances during night.
