Rooms were so small it was difficult to move. Gave us a different room. Bathroom was full of mould and mildew. I recommend that Expedia not endorse this property. We checked out and they refused to reimburse us. However Expedia kindly gave us points. We highly recommend the B and B Hotel in Bagnerole Paris. It is outstanding!!!

Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hôtel très bien accueilli. Le lit est très très confortable, je recommande.

Très bel hôtel, avec un personnel très agréable. Deux bémols : le quartier un peu dangereux et l'ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avons pu prendre les escaliers mais une personne à mobilité réduite a du attendre l'ascenseur énormément de temps.

Quelques améliorations au niveau de la douche

Good transport links. Cheap (very basic facilities). Has parking but is very narrow to get to basement level -5. The area around the hotel does not feels safe. Lots of people hanging around

The night reception staff (male) could barely speak or understand any English. The surrounding area felt extremely unsafe and dingy. The hotel room was okay, small but that’s to be expected. I won’t book this hotel again in the future.

Leider lädt die Umgebung nicht zum verweilen ein. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein aber komplett eingerichtet. Für 2 Nächte ist es ok.

Personnel très aimable et arrangeant

Hotel was good, rooms were clean. They were cleaned everyday during our 3 night stay. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The area itself leaves a lot to be desired, walking from the metro station to the hotel was not the nicest experience. However, we used the hotel as a base only to explore central Paris. If you're looking at using it for the same thing, don't let the area put you off.

J'ai eu problème avec ma chambre et le responsable sympathique, a été très réactif en m'en donnant une autre. Il fait très chaud dans les couloirs et les chambres dont le lit est confortable, on attend très bien la circulation (périphérique tout proche) mais pour une nuit on s'en formalise pas.

Leuk hotel , goed service, eten prima , kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen te klein.

Dans l'ensemble, correct et propre, mais le lavabo se bouchait et fuyait ensuite par le syphon. Chambre au 8ème étage, coté cour, avec des imbéciles qui braillaient jusqu'à minuit... grrr ! (Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien). Bruit de la circulation, klaxxon... mais c'est Paris, normal.

The area is not safe, the hotel smelled funny and the elevator was very very slow. Our shower in our room was so disgustingly clogged that we had to take very very quick showers to try and avoid a flood in the bathroom it was so disgusting. I would never come back here. The staff was very nice, I liked them a lot but the hotel was a dump.

Hôtel etait bien bonne acceuil la chambre etait propre bien il ya 2 chose que j ais trop apprécier deja on peut même pas ouvri la fenêtre c'est fermer avec une chaîne il faut une clés pour ouvrir et la 2 eme chose j ais fait ce séjour avec mes enfants âgée de 9 ans 8 ans 7 ans elle la femme de ménage viens frappe a la porte super fort à 8h50 pour faire le ménage alors que normalement on peut faut quitté la chambre un peu avant 12h par contre je trouve pas ca normal de réveille les gens comme ca surtout quand il ya des enfants de frappe comme cela mais enfants on eu un peut peur

This hotel had so many issues. The area was horrible. Long duration for the elevator service since there was only 1 elevator working. The light went out in the morning in our room. The beds smelled and the bathroom was in terrible conditions. The breakfast was also very bad quality. Overall, I was not happy at all!

très bel accueil. chambres propres. établissement calme. service petit-déjeuner très agréable. si nous avons quelques choses à conseiller, ce serait peut-être de prévenir vos clients que le service ménage peux passer à partir de ....h. car lors de ma réservation, il était convenue que nous avions la chambre jusqu'à 12h. ou demander aux clients leurs heures de départ pour ne pas déranger les marmottes. surtout quand il y a des enfants. mais vraiment c'est un détail

Chambre au premier étage côté rue. Énorme de bruit. Luminosité continue car fenêtre protégée par un simple rideau. Un seul coussin. Une seule petite serviette et une seule moyenne. Petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable pour le prix. Mon pommeau de douche avait une énorme fuite qui a été signalé à l’acCueil au début de mon séjour mais rien n’a été changé.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona terrible, a 2 cuadras encuentras la parada del tren pero debes pasar por un lugar feo e inseguro, no es recomendable salir o llegar tarde, además está muy retirado de los lugares turisticos de la ciudad, es la cara completamente opuesta de lo que esperas encontrar en una ciudad con tanta historia como Paris. La habitación tenía un olor terrible a cigarrillo, no tenían jabón, y tampoco ofrecen servicio de storage de equipaje.

Franchement, en dehors du personnel qui fait ce qu'il peut, la marque B&B ne devrait pas accepter cet hôtel dans le groupe. Moi qui ai l'habitude des B&B, très déçu.

Notte in hotel per soggiorno di lavoro. Camera usata solo per dormire e per una doccia. Bagno ben messo, doccia ampia. Camera piccolina per due persone ma tenuta bene.

The air-condition was not working, lot of bugs, no shampoo in the bathroom, just a very tiny dustbin in the bathroom without any plastic in it.

LA STANZA IN CUI SI E' ALLOGGIATI DOVEVA OSPITARE 4 PERSONE. LA STANZA NON ERA NEANCHE DI 10 MQ IL LETTO MATRIMONIALE ERA AD UNA PIAZZA E MEZZO, SEMBRAVA DI ESSERE IN UNA CABINA DI UNA NAVE DA CROCIERA E NON IN UNA STANZA DI ALBERGO. IN ITALIA LA STANZA CHE CI E' STATA DATA POTEVA ESSERE AL MASSIMO UTILIZZATA PER DUE PERSONE.

Die Lage: sehr laute, schmutzige Umgebung. Im Hotel riecht es stark nach Rauch, auch im Nchtraucherzimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber. Metro ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, doch Abends ist es sehr unangenehm durch diesen Stadtteil zu laufen um von Metro zum Hotel zu gelangen. Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe. Man hat Angst seine Sachen im Auto zulassen da es nicht nur für Hotelgäste ist. Der Lift von Parkdeck zum Hotel war defekt. Es gibt keinerlei Beschilderung für Treppenaufgang. Der Treppenaufgang war dreckig, finster, an den Türen der verschiedenen Ebenen fehlten die Türgriffe, eine Tür war eingetreten! keinerlei Beschilderung. Wir mussten über Notausgang den Treppenaufgang verlassen. (Das Parken extra 10€ ) Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Für diesen Preis kann man in einer besseren und nicht so gefährlichen Gegend übernachten.

There was nothing good about this hotel it smelt of marajuana the breakfast was disgusting only warm thing to eat was sloppy scrambled egg and deep fried bacon ran out of French bread at 9am breakfast finished at 10 .30 room never cleaned aswe were still getting ready to go out she said to busy to come back so towels not changed bed not made area was a dump felt unsafe walking around car parking was 8 euro per night extra

Petit séjour en famille

L'hôtel est propre et acceuillant mais il est situé dans une zone pas très recommandable. On ne se sent pas en sécurité dans les environs de l'hôtel...

L'ascenseur du parking est très sale, il y a deux ascenseurs dans l'hôtel mais juste un qui marche ,paraît il qu'il est en panne depuis 1 mois...un hôtel de 9 étages avec un ascenseur, ce n'est pas agréable pour transporter les bagages. L'accueil heuresement s'est bien passé. Le plafond de la douche est moisie. L'odeur de cigarette aussi dans le couloir pourtant c'est interdit dans l'hôtel... Merci

Bien. Les parties communes sont un peu sales. Le toilette était moisi et les chambres sont un peu petites, nous étions en famille centaur serré.

Hotel posto in una zona malfamata in estrema periferia con accampamenti e baraccopoli nei pressi. Di due ascensori ne funzionava uno solamente ( ci sono 9 piani con molte stanze). Stanze piccole. Il garage posto al 5 piano interrato, e il giorno prima della partenza si è rotto l’ascensore costringendo tutti i clienti a farsi 5 piani a piedi con le valigie. Un incubo.

Superbe chambre familiale, malgré le dérangement de l’odeur persistante d’un « stupéfiant » normalement illégal. Munissez vous d’un déodorant pour estomper l’odeur un court instant.

La stanza per 4 persone è microscopica. Ci stanno solo i 4 letti e 2 metri quadri per muoversi. Nella scala dell'hotel (alternativa all'ascensore) scendendo al piano terra c'è molta puzza. Cosa positiva è il parcheggio interrato.

Property was very clean. Staff very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Room was very nice with clean towels and fresh bedding. Surrounding area not too nice but we had young children so was back at the hotel early

WiFi was goed. Verder was alles behoorlijk slecht. Eiren bij het ontbijt uit een bakje gemaakt in de magnetron. Maar 1 lift beschikbaar soms stond je daar heel lang te wachten. Geen toiletpapier en ruimte niet schoon

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Eine Bettdecke und ein Handtuch haben gefehlt, mussten angefordert werden. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer, unsere Nachbarn waren jedoch Kettenraucher, so dass der Rauch in unser Zimmer gezogen ist.

It was satisfactory. The expected was provided, i.e. the beds, towels, desk, etc. However, I did find that the room was quite suffocating as the size was a lot smaller than I imagined. There was very little moving space and with four people, we found this to be a problem.

We stay for a night and I had to cancel the rest of my stated, The people very kind, but the area it was so horrible and the room so smelly.. Very disappointed with the hotel.

Très bon hôtel, plein de choses à proximités (restaurants, pharmacie, bus) mais quartier clairement à craindre !! La chambre était certes petite mais largement suffisante pour deux personnes. Très bien isolé, seul les bruits des klaxons traversaient la fenêtre. Je suis très satisfaite des services de l'hôtel (Parking souterrain sécurisé, mobilier à disposition si besoin...) Juste les dames de ménage un peu envahissante le matin que nous avons à reprocher. Rien à redire sur la propreté, la douche est grande, et malgré que la salle de bain était petite, ont ne ce sentait quand même pas à l'étroit car c'était bien agencé. Triste que le quartier sois autant à craindre, c'était difficile de sortir...

Positiv ist die Nähe zur Metro, aber das ist in Paris auch Standard, und zu Glück haben die ein Parkhaus gegen eine erschwingliche Gebühr (Achtung: 1,80m Höhe bei einer Durchfahrt)

Das einchecken war ohne Komplikationen. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber aber gibt schlimmeres. Das Bad war sehr alt und abgenutzt. Sehr schimmelig. Badelatschen würde ich empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr mager ausgefallen, dafür waren die Croissants sehr lecker. Aber dafür über sechs Euro pp. Ne echt nicht.. Zentral ist dieses hotel auch nicht aber mit mehrmaligen umsteigen doch ganz gut zu erreichen. Fazit : Für 1-2 Nächte ok

The hotel is great; the staff is fantastic. The rooms are on the small side, and the windows don’t open all the way; they are locked with a chain. My biggest issue is that the area is not safe at night; we saw questionable activities walking from the Metro station to the hotel.

Got stuck during holiday and had to book something for night. Please avoid this with family pictures of the room shown is misleading it's not at what you will get. Not enough room for two person to stand forget about staying with family of four people and 4 bags. Overall it was one of our worst hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Would be nice if staff picked up outside the front door if not the whole block. Rooms are tiny even by European standards but beds comfortable and clean and was a king sized bed (two twin beds). Neighborhood is safe even if dirty with litter and not high end. The nice thing is that prices are good around there like the bakery and shops and street stands that have anything you might have forgotten. Metro isn't too far, maybe a few blocks or around 8-10min walk. There's an elevator here, slow but glad there was one at all. Some floors smell of smoke, not all. I'd prob go back.

Friendly, helpful staff. Elevator. Slow but works; most places don't have one. The rooms are clean; we saw 3 of them as our room was moved. Once bc bed size mix up; again bc light at top bunk stuck on. More inconvenient than it sounds bc we were already unpacked and kids almost asleep. No coffee/tea in rooms, no hair dryer - maybe at front desk, not sure. Lobby had faint odor, not bad maybe from outside. The hallway of the room we finally got had smoke smells both cigarettes and other; maybe that was the smoking floor? Staff should really pick up the litter outside by front door if not the whole block. Area outside is dirty, litter, not the best neighborhood but felt safe and the upside is that prices around there are very good and there are lots of close by vendors and shops like a bakery, etc. If you forget anything there are shops and streets stands selling all sorts of clothes, underclothes, etc. for cheap. Metro not too far, maybe a five or ten minute walk a few blocks down. Way overpriced at $129 even last min on a Saturday. Very small space even by European standards. Decided last min to stay 2nd night (instead of staying near airport for next day flight) so as not to drag luggage and kids all over filthy metro up and down stairs again.

Room size very small, but we read about that and were expecting it. Room was very clean, no complaints there. But Paris was having a bit of a heat wave when we were there (strange for mid-Oct), and no Air Conditioning in the unit made for an extremely hot and uncomfortable night. The window only cracks open a tiny bit and we had to stick a hanger in it to keep it open that far. The heat was just unbearable. Vending machine in lobby (drinks only, no snacks/food) does not take card. No food or restaurants nearby except a small McDonald's knockoff on the corner. Couple that with a sketchy part of town, and I hope you don't arrive hungry or thirsty. We were only in Paris for one night, so this place sort of served its purpose. But if you're going multiple nights in Paris, this is not the place to stay.

The room is small, but that’s ok because we only needed it for sleep. It was very clean in the room and the air conditioning worked well. We needed three beds, so the bunk beds worked great. Inhenestly thought the low price was because it was far from the notorious attractions. Owever, I was sadly mistaken. The low price was because the neighborhood was dirty and I did not feel safe. The lobby of the hotel smelled like a urinal. Next time I will pay extra and stay in a nicer location.

From just a bed point of view it was ok, however at the cost of this I would expect a lot more room....would have been better off at a hostel. The highlight was breakfast....now that was great! Service was good and staff were very helpful, the room was a shoe box with a tiny bathroom stuck in one corner! The area in which the hotel resides is a little rough but manageable and close to the metro and was well serviced so our late night sightseeing worked well. If you just need a bed for the night then this is ok, but a little too high price for what you get, service was great as was breakfast.

the hotel is not bad, but the place of location is terrible, everything looks dirty, garbage in the streets, few places to eat, there is not much to know, I do not recommend it.
