Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Der Garten und die Liegen am Pool, die vielen Blumen, die Menschen die schon dort wohnen, das unsere Kinder springen und spielen durften, der Parkplatz und die Katzen die dort wohnen oder von draussen rein finden. Unkompliziert und sehr freundliches Personal, Bewohner. Der TV ging mal nicht mehr, innerhalb kürzester Zeit war jeman da der sich dem annahm. Wir kommen wieder !
Die Pumpe am Pool war mal nicht in Betrieb, das sah man dem Wasser im Pool an. Zum Strand sind es 1.2 km.

The choices on tv were limited, would like to have a little more variety.

Air Con units dripping onto the bed in the bedrooms. Moved the bed away to avoid dripping. The under bed area was very dirty. WiFi wasn't working until the 2nd day

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024The stay was very nice. We stayed for 1 week and everything went smoothly. The apartment had AC in every room. There was water in the fridge, 2 keys, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi where we watched movies, towels, toilet paper and soap. There is a nearby store where we bought groceries and enough water for 1 week. The staff are very polite and helped us with all our questions. The rooms were clean and neat ready to sleep on. We used the washing machine twice and dried our clothes outside. We could see the swimming pool directly from our window. We didn't use the pool since we swam at the beach every day. There were a lot of people using the swimming pool. The owner is very polite and kind. He helped us and reccomended us where to go, eat, swim, and shop.
When you firstly start the AC, there is a noise that is kinda loud but then it fades away. Other than that are hapy with the whole stay and vacation in Hurghada.

Found a dead insect on stairs and stairs weren't clean, when raised the issue, I got a response that there is a shortage in house keeping staff and it should be resolved shortly. However, it wasn't resolved during my stay Too expensive compared to the value. Last year, I paid similar amount in another place where they have extra value like sea view, multiple pools, gym, playing area, restaurant, better apartments, better facilities, discount for beach, and more

Reviewed Dec 4, 2022a very nice cost place ideal for families with kids kids can be running around in the yard all day playing great apartments with everything you need amazing Wi-Fi which may be an issue in Egypt all in all if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay with your family, that’s the one staff are really friendly - ready accommodate your needs at a moment’s notice we’ve decided to stay for a couple of months - loved the place :)
