Perfect location, close to everything. Lovely employees in the entire hotel. You arrive and feel home. The pool with its surrounding area is so inviting too. A huge compliment to the housekeeping team (Ahmed, Refat) who do a tough job in the 47°C august heat. Spotless clean! And the owner (Mr. Hossam) and his receptionist Ms. Koka are real sweethearts, always a warm smile on their faces and always so helpful.

It was near to the city center so almost everything I need, I was able to get. Also the pool was empty most of the time so I was able to have a little bit of privacy.

The price is high compared to the value given. There are more hotels offering more services with the same price , and also the beach was not suitable for swimming so I had to go to other places to swim in the sea.

I am wondering is booking did any kind of check for the offered / published hotels. always the photos on booking has no relation to the fact and the reality.

The common areas are great. The staff are amazing!

Rooms and bathrooms are old, but fair enough.

The pool is probably the best in all of Dahab, incredibly beautiful and clean with great facilities. We spent a lot of relaxing hours by the pool. The staff is also wonderful and very helpful and the hotel could not be more perfectly located, just outside the noise and crowds of the main plaza so it's quiet and peaceful, but you can get to any tourist destinations within minutes walking.

The bathroom was very small and a bit difficult to use and although the breakfast was ok, I was expecting something a bit nicer for the price.

We want to say our perfect stay was because of Sobh, he is the best employee, who makes service in this hotel in Egypt like u are staying in 5 star hotel in europe! Another employees were rude sometimes and not customer oriented. I also liked location. It's a quiet peaceful place, very clean and cozy.

Some employees was rude. Music from sahara bar was too loud during the night, sometimes until 3 am

أود أن أشارك تجربتي في Acacia Hotel Dahab، حيث كانت الإقامة أكثر من ممتازة بكل معنى الكلمة. الغرف مريحة جداً ونظيفة، وتوفر أجواء هادئة تساعد على الاسترخاء. طاقم العمل في الفندق في غاية اللطف والتعاون، ودائماً جاهزون للمساعدة وتلبية أي طلب بسرعة وبابتسامة. الفطور كان جيداً ومتنوعاً، وموقع الفندق قريب جداً من الممشى مما يجعل التنقل والتنزه أمراً سهلاً وممتعاً. كما أود أن أخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ صبحي على تعامله الراقي وخدمته الممتازة واهتمامه بالتفاصيل. بصراحة، السعر مناسب جداً مقابل الجودة والخدمة المقدمة. تحية كبيرة لأهل مصر على حسن الضيافة. تجربة أنصح بها بشدة وسأكررها بكل سرور

Bedsheets and pillowcases seemed a bit old but they were clean

Value for price was exceptional. The location is in the middle of the market which is great. One side is the beach and the other side is straight on the road so you can take a car right away. Walking distance from the main markets. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean. I would come back.

The place is clean, and well maintained. The staff are super helpful. Having to leave at 4 am, they arranged breakfast boxes for us snd asked if we need more. The style is cool and pool is visibly clean

The room was so small, didn’t have a place to put the bags. Shower is small too, with curtains closing up on you. A glass separator would be a better option

Rude owner. AC is not working properly. Shower is not clean

Nothing fancy at all

Bad food over all facility was not good bathroom shower is too pad with nothing to prevent the water to get out and to small. Furniture is too old and rusty. Electrical connection was not working Very small tv beds was not comfortable and not clean at all

في الاستقبال استقبلنا شاب لطيف جدا حيث حاول واجتهد ليحسن لنا انطباعنا بدخولنا الفندق وشعورنا بخيبة الامل من المكان الذي وصلنا البه.. حاول توفير جو مريح وقدم لنا المساعدة واجتهد لاعطاءنا خصم في السعر للحفاظ على وجودنا في الفندق. غرف الفندق نظيفة

الفندق معتم جدا وقديم يعطي جو بالكآبة الاثاث قديم

The food and the staff were just fine

room conditions, not that clean, and the air conditioner didn't work well There was a bad smell in the room and the pool wasn't that clean

rooms need maintenance, had to change the rooms due to broken shower, but the staff was easy going regarding that matter and changed the rooms with no issues.

Bathroom a bit small but adequate

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, offering a beautiful setting right by the sea. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast with a sea view, a great start to the day with a decent variety of options.

The room itself was disappointing. The fridge was noisy, the shower was uncomfortably small, and the toilet had some functional issues. These things definitely affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The gem of the place is its staff.

Starting from the most friendly staff to the amazing architectural design of the hotel , to the pool and amazing location .. everything was simply great and beyond our expectations

The breakfast was lovely. We sat by the sea to eat our breakfast and it was idyllic. Mohamed who looked after us went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The view in our room was a brick wall. Not very pleasant.

Pool was too cold to swim

I had an amazing time at Acacia Hotel! The parties were absolutely fantastic—great music, lively atmosphere, and an awesome crowd. The vibe was just perfect for a fun night out. It's definitely a place to visit if you’re looking for a great experience in Dahab!

Everything except room cleaning, the food was horrible, cats pie over the sitting area ceiling infront of the beach and its pee drop on your food, BAD staff, they are polite but donot have a good training on how to manage a hotel, bad smell every where in the hotel, even from the stuff food or from dogs or cats pooping

It was our second time there but really the first time was too much better than this time.

Beautiful place for sun and relaxation, right next to dive centre and on the seafront. Great restaurant with good breakfast. A little far from the main town centre but an easy walk and we preferred the quieter area. Staff were fabulous, they moved us to poolside room at our request, perfect! We will be back 😎

Very pleasant stay in very cute property Atmosphere and staff was fantastic Really good food, loved their beef burger😁 Easy access to Corniche walk with all needed shops and restaurants I enjoyed my breakfast with fresh air , the sea view and good music 💙

No access to beach despite beachfront

I had the worst experience at this hotel. It clearly stated that pets were not allowed, we found cats and dogs everywhere upon our arrival, even right in front of our room. This forced us to pay for accommodation for our cat before traveling which was very frustrating, Wi-Fi was unusable, barely functioning even for WhatsApp messages, also the room itself was cramped for two adults also I could hear every noise from the guests in the next room, the shower was so tight that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible, in my experience with various hotels it's standard to receive a daily bottle of water for each guest as part of room service. However, when I requested water, I was charged for it, and the price was four times higher than it should have been, also the breakfast portions were disappointingly small.

Breakfast was good but slow.

Shower is TINY, and the beds are not great. Room is a decent size with a nice patio. There was a loud rave at the hotel bar one night until 2am which made sleeping a wee bit tough that night.

Noise all the time especially from the Cafe related they playing a techno music 24/7 even at the early morning.
