６０１〜男女共同のベッドルームへ泊まりました。 部屋は換気されておらず、湿度が高く、宿泊者の匂いが充満していました。入口には宿泊者の荷物が雑に雑多に並んでおり、ベッドの下の歩くところにも広げられていて、とてもショックな気持ちになりました。

海外の方が多い割に静かだった

L'auberge était très bien placée, dotée d'une cuisine et avec un espace salle de bain très fonctionnel (de nombreuses souches, lavabos et toilettes pour les voyageurs). Nous avions une chambre privée pour 3 personnes, petites mais nous avions juste la place pour 3 valises. Il manque une fenêtre. Très bien pour un court séjour.

La clé de la chambre était petite et plutôt fragile, la porte également; nous avons eu parfois du mal à fermer la chambre à clé.

Die Dachterasse war ganz schön um abends zu telefonieren oder zu essen.

Es ist sehr unordentlich, es wirkt fast so als ob jeder Reisende etwas hinterlassen würde das die Unterkunft sammelt. Zudem stinkt es im Schlafsaal und es schimmelt. Das Bett ist unbezogen, man bekommst zwei Laken gestellt zwischen die man sich legen soll… Ich hatte eigtl den Frauenschlafsaal gebucht und wurde letztendlich in einen gemischten gesteckt… Der Aufenthalt war für mich der absolute Horror!!

The perfect location! And nice environment.

Bien placé par rapport au mémorial de la Paix, et pas trop loin de la gare. Bien équipé dans la partie commune.

La chambre n'était pas très bien, même avec la clim tout était humide (dont les draps), des traces de moisissures/humidité au plafond, chambre pas très bien insonorisé, les lits très durs.

土足禁止ならスリッパを多めに置いておいて欲しい。 三階トイレの洗面台蛇口がガタガタ(故障はしてない)。

L’emplacement et le prix sont clairement les deux points forts de cet hébergement. Accessible facilement en transport en commun depuis la gare, on peut aussi rejoindre à pied certains quartiers animés ou attraction touristique d’Hiroshima. Le prix est également très abordable pour la ville

- Le personnel n’est pas très agréable. À chaque fois que j’essaie de leur parler, j’avais l’impression de les déranger alors que je leur demandais simplement de faire le travail. - C’est une auberge jeunesse dans lequel vous ne trouverez que des touristes étrangers. Certains ont vraiment des comportements déplacés : par exemple dans les salles de bain, certains jeune: hommes se baladaient, torse nu alors même que des femmes étaient là. Ou encore un touriste a mis une enceinte avec de la musique très forte sous la douche, ce qui dérangeait les autres voyageurs. - Les casiers sont très petits et ne permettent pas de mettre vos bagages à l’intérieur, de plus ce sont des casiers à code qui font beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres. Cela m’a réveillé plusieurs fois pendant mon séjour. - Les lits ne sont pas très confortables donc ça passe pour une nuit ou deux nuit mais pas plus. - J’ai dormi dans un dortoir pour femmes, mais il se trouvait au même étage qu’un dortoir pour homme et les deux dortoirs n’étaient séparés que par une porte qui ne se fermait même pas à clé. J’ai trouvé ça pas génial, sachant que je vais dans des dortoirs pour femmes justement pour me sentir en sécurité. C’est-à-dire que un homme pouvait s’introduire dans le dortoir pour femmes sans aucune difficulté. - Il faut retirer ses chaussures dans l’hôtel à partir du moment où vous sortez de l’ascenseur. Les gens laissent traîner leurs chaussures alors même qu’il y a des compartiments pour les déposer, ce qui fait qu’il y a un ensemble de chaussures dans l’entrée très désagréable et une forte odeur de pieds. C’était mon troisième séjour à Hiroshima, et je sais qu’au Japon, les auberges de jeunesse peuvent être beaucoup mieux que ça, donc je ne recommande pas de venir ici.

Hyper propre et super rapport qualité prix

Davvero consigliato come appoggio per una notte a Hiroshima e un giorno a Miyajima. Perfetta la posizione a poca distanza dal parco della memoria, ottimo il check-in che abbiamo potuto effettuare anche a ora tarda, stanza comoda per 3 persone, bagni in comune sempre puliti, docce su un altro piano dedicato, comode, ampie e sempre pulite con disponibilità di asciugacapelli. Perfetta la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Ottima la sala ristoro in comune all'ultimo piano in cui si può fare anche il caffè espresso.

アジアンっぽいにおいが少し苦手でした。 洗面台が2個ありませましたが、その1個が詰まってた。

広島風お好み焼きを食べたかったので近くに名店街みたいなものがあってよかった。 沖縄の系列店に泊まったことあるけれど どちらも清潔感がある。コストパフォーマンスが良い。 夜屋上のテラスで涼しい風に当たりながらのんびりビールを飲めたのがまた良かった。

El ambiente de convivencia y el personal son de lo más agradables y el área de duchas está bastante amplia, limpia y completa.

En la habitación compartida no se respetó las horas designadas para descansar. Cerca de las 3:00 am comenzó el ruido, lo que hizo imposible dormir.

広くてシャワールームも数多く、快適でした。 真夜中にスタッフさんが掃除されておられ、合理的に経営されておられるなと感じました。

自炊した後の食器を流しにそのままにする宿泊者が多い。 洗い物はすぐやりましょう。マナーの問題。

繁華街近くの宿泊施設で金額的に安かった点は良かったと思います。

2段ベッドの2階の方を利用させていただいたんですが、私61歳と言う年齢から考えると、はしご登るときに上の部屋の下のほうに取っ手があると非常に登りやすかったと思います。そこら辺が少し苦労して残念な点になってきたと思います。。

Very cheap hostel nice roof top to rest in the late afternoon

Full of backpackers, that means lot of messy around al especially in the common area and bad smell of foot pretty much everywhere. But the worst part is the staff, very unwelcome. You can say they are in the reception just in exchange of their bed. No time to welcome people and help with the check in cause busy on checking their social media or chatting in video call (experience with two different people in less than 24 h). Very disappointed

Die Zimmer, Duschen und Toiletten waren immer blitzsauber. Die Lage ist toll und das Personal war freundlich. Der Aufenthaltsraum wirkte sehr gemütlich, die Küche haben wir nicht verwendet.

Die Matratzen in den Stockbetten im Schlafsaal sind etwas dünn, man spürt also schnell das Holz darunter. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Stauraum gewünscht als die kleinen Spinde, oder beispielsweise Haken für die nassen Handtücher.

I had a very pleasant stay all around, but there were two things that were especially good: the showers and restrooms were super clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, within walking distance of many locations of interest. I also found that the staff were very helpful when I needed directions or advice for a variety of different matters (where to buy a prepaid phone card, where to catch the tram to Miyajima...).

I have no complaints. Very comfortable and satisfactory experience all around.

The staff were super friendly and kind. We stayed for one night and although we spent little time there it was super convenient because it is near to a lot of bars, izakayas, restaurants and clubs. The rooms weren't the biggest, but there are a lot of common areas that make up for it.

Door was very difficult to lock, to sure I’ll trust it if I was a girl. Get the reception on the last level is not friendly.

This is a real hostel! Nice dorm. 10 showers. WOW. We had 4 toilets on our floor alone. Nice big common room with sofas, chairs, books, board games, 2 TV's... Kitchen with everything you need. Dining area. I could stay one more week just to hang out. You can wash your cloths in the machines here. They sell coffee in reception.. I could write much more but I will enjoy my holiday for now :-) But the best: The staff. They are super helpful and welcoming. They speak English, Spanish, Japanese and probably more. I can't find out how to add photos, but the photos on booking.com looks real.

Hm. .. You can smoke out on the balcony, but sometimes the smoke stings in. I'm not a fan. Could we please have a free towel? This is small things and over all this is a really nice place.

Amazing vibes, friendly staff, great collection of books and games. They also store luggage free of cost. Nice cozy beds. I ended up reading an entire book from the collection

スタッフの対応がイマイチで愛想悪かった。

A fuir !! Ils sont infestés de punaise de lit depuis 9 mois et ne font rien contre cela ( vous pouvez aller voir les commentaires sur Google). Quand nous avons appris cela nous avons voulu annuler la réservation et j’ai du les relancer 2 fois et contacter booking avant d’avoir une réponse. Finalement nous avons pas été remboursé et nous avons du prendre un autre hôtel d’urgence car impossible de dormir avec des punaises de lit.

近くに食べ物屋さんがいっぱいあるので困らない。

近くの駐車場を聞いたら、ワンボックスが入らない天井の低い古い駐車場を教えられた。しかも、その近くには新しい立体駐車場もあって最高料金が¥1000で、「最初からここを教えてくれれば良いのに！」と嫌な気持ちになった。

O sítio não tinha qualquer segurança, as portas quase nunca estavam fechadas. Eu estive na cama errada por duas noites e só depois se aperceberam que não era suposto eu estar ali. Fui tratada como se não tivesse uma reserva... Não tenho culpa de colocarem um funcionário que fala inglês de uma forma que mal se entende e me ter dado uma chave com um número que parecia um e afinal era um dois... Os colchoes estão muito gastos, limpeza era pouca. Detestei ...

スタッフの日本語が無茶苦茶。日本語を勉強してないのが丸わかりですが、対応にプロ意識は感じられなかった。

Really good location and the place is cheap.

Not the cleanest place, I think I may have tried to save more money than I should have with this one. I had to buy slippers because everything was sticky in the kitchen. The bed was okay in terms of cleanliness, but was not very comfortable and if you're tall, your feet will hang out. I would reconsider booking this place for longer than a night.

Third time at Santiago Hiroshima since working there a short while in 2019; I still love the place! Perfect location in the center of Hiroshima, very very cheap even for a private room, and all the amenities you may need. Location is key here, and I don't think there's a better one.

Beds aren't the most comfortable around; in the private bunk rooms, mine (on the floor) was fine, but my brother's was really pretty hard. Also found some mold on the inner door of a shower stall, and some bits of our room were also looked over by the cleaning crew, especially around the window.

La guesthouse est vraiment bien placée. Les lits sont confortables et les dortoirs assez grands. Il y a un espace fumeur a chaque étage. L’étage douche est grand avec beaucoup de cabines, d’eau chaude et une bonne pression. Il y a une cuisine, peu d’espaces par rapport aux nombres de personnes possibles mais très pratique.

Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’espaces pour les sacs dans les dortoirs, donc les gens les laissent dans les couloirs. L’espace commun est très souvent surchargé en raison de nombreux volontaires qui y restent en soirée et dans la journée, ce qui laisse peu d’espaces pour manger. L’espace commun aurait également besoin de mobilier en meilleur état.

Good enough location to walk to a lot of places, large common room basic kitchen facilities.

The staff seems to be full of expats that did the bare minimum and otherwise just lounged around in the common area.

como en todo japon las camas no son las mas comodas, pero por rpecio esta bien. Me sorprendio mucho la poca seguridad, dado que la puerta no cerraba, asiqeu daba igual si sabia o no el codigo de la puerta, siempre pude entrar :O

Très bonne localisation centrale dans Hiroshima. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Salle commune agréable.

Les douches qui ne sont pas au même étage que les chambres, les heures de checkin/checkout tardives et restrictives (16h-21h seulement), le fait que les douches soient inaccessibles pendant de larges plages horaires de la journée (11h-16h)

Cheap price and good location. Beds were comfortable, common area, also. Everything was clean and well stocked.

Only 2 washers and dryers in the building. My dorm was actually a 24 bed dorm, which it doesn't say on booking.com, and the top bunks only had these half curtains so aren't as private as bottom bunks. Also no space to put your luggage in the room. Staff atmosphere made it a little weird - i could tell they were there quite long term so they were on their phones or playing video games in the common area quite a lot and not speaking to guests, so didn't come across very friendly or welcoming, but i understand not wanting to speak to new people everyday when you're there long term.

スタッフがご不在のときにどうしたら良いか分からないところがあった。

We had the family room which has great beds and enough room for four people or even for six. It’s on the top floor, you have to stand on a small bench to open and close the door, which is a funny solution. Everything was close by, and it was easy to approach from any location.

The smell. The room was smelling really bad. The pipes need to be cleaned or something similar.

Le logement n'est pas très loin du musée de la Paix et du parc qui l'entoure ainsi que le dôme. Pas grand chose à dire concernant le reste, ça correspond aux photos, les douches sont regroupées dans un étage, le nombre semble suffisant pour toujours en avoir une disponible.

Notre chambre était en face de la porte d'entrée de l'étage. Le digicode électronique pour l'ouvrir s'entendait à travers notre porte, peut être gênant pour les personnes ayant le sommeil léger.
