飲み物、食べ物豊富で楽しめました。

ドリンクをこぼしたお客様がいてその対応時に他のお子様が気にも留めずに濡れた床を歩いてコケていました。 気にも留めないお子様が悪いのですが、応急的に柵を設置して通る事ができないようにすれば未然に防げたのではないかと思いました。 コケた子供の親がコケた子供の事を気にせず床を必死に拭いているスタッフに怒っていましたが 子供から目を離さず一緒に取りに行き子供の安全を確保して楽しめるようにするという行動を取れば子供も泣かないですむし辛い思いをしなくて済むと思います。 混雑時のビュッフェは列の乱れ等トラブルが沢山あると思います。 お子様から目を離さないように一緒に取りに行ってください等声をかけて注意喚起をされたら少しだけでもスタッフ様もお客様もスムーズにいくのかなぁと遠目で見ていて思いました。 いぞがしくされている時にあれだけ怒り狂う発言をされるお客様もどうかとは思いましたがね。 スタッフの方々は、気の毒でした。 後カードキーの後ろのQRコードが読み込めませんでした。 何か別の案内の方が良いのかとおもいました。

別室に食事出来るところがあり、混雑せずにゆったりと食事しました。 また、飲み物も充実していて、大変良かったです。 今回の旅は、ゆっくりするが目的だったので凄くマッチングしました。 ありがとうございました。

サウナ室が少し狭かったので、座りにくい感じがしました。 Wi-Fiの接続方法がわかるチラシがあればと思いました。

オールインクルーシブで、アルコール飲み放題だったので良かったです。

チェックインの時の説明で夕食の時間の詳しい説明がなく、レストランに行くと夕食のチケットがないと入れないと言われた、チケットをもらわないといけない等の説明がなく少し残念でした。三階でしたが階段が非常階段しかなく、いちいちエレベーターに並ぶのが面倒でした。

朝食と比較すると、夕食では目玉商品、例えばステーキがなく、高級感は低い感じがした。

De kamers zijn ruim.

Massaal, veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen, zowel het ontbijt als het avondbuffet zijn erg druk en chaotisch. Het zwembad blijkt vol te zitten met peuters en kleuters in grote zwembanden, dus als volwassene zwemmen lukt niet. In het hotel is er niet de gehele dag een restaurant of café geopend, dus delen van de dag is er geen eten te krijgen. Het hotel ligt schitterend, maar wel afgelegen, dus je bent afhankelijk van hotel shuttle of taxi’s als je ergens heen wilt.

Goed ontbijt. Fijne kamers. Behulpzaam personeel. Lekkere Onsen. Gratis snacks en drinken in de bar.

Badkamer erg klein

La vue sur la baie de Miyazu et sur la langue de sable d'Amanoashidate. Accès au onsen, lounge apéro et soir.

La piscine ferme à 17h30, c'est beaucoup trop tôt surtout si vous partez la journée en excursion à Amanoashidate.et que vous souhaitez prendre un bain en fin d'après-midi. Le prix des repas et petit-déjeuner sont exorbitants. Du jamais vu sachant que ce n'est pas du gastronomique non plus.

プールは、夏休みの為子ども連れでいっぱいで、大人用のプールを、例えば別に作って欲しかった。 全く落ち着きませんでした

夕食、朝食共に満足のいくものでした。大浴場も清潔でよかった。プールも楽しめました。

部屋のお風呂の清潔感が今一歩・・。売店ももう少し、商品を増やしたら、もっとう売れると思います。

敷き布団に、少しゴミが付いていた。 プールが想像より小さく感じた。

ビール、ワイン飲みホーダイが太っ腹 丘の上だけど、海が近く釣り好きにも最高。 嫁さんいわく、温泉の湯質も良かったらしい。肌スベスベ。

夕食が高いなと、まあ今時はこんなもんかな。

Friendly staff and close to the ocean

Very crowded and only 3 elevators. I slept at the third floor. A shame that there was no clear guidance to a staircase between the third floor and second floor where the restaurant was. Relying on the elevator (which was packed) to go one floor made no sense. Also the yellow electric bike could do some maintenance, the engine does not work properly while pedaling. Not worth the money

Spacious rooms, very rich breakfast, nice onsen facilities. It has also a pool that looked clean and nice but we didn’t use it.

The rooms are not really what you see in the photos- the furniture and bathroom equipment are oldish, the coaches/ armchairs are stained. Also, one could smell the cigarette odour- even though it must have been a while ago since now the rooms were for non smokers.

Prima ontvangst en ruime nette kamers. Soms nogal druk aan de liften. Zeer proper hotel en zwembad. Buffet was prima, ruime keuze en goed. Leuke gratis ontvangst welcome lounge.

Zwembad maar beperkte momenten open. En tijdens tijdslot nog eens 10min pauze zodat ze nog eens met een netje door het water konden gaan. Overbodig! Zwembad sluit al om 16u30…

The complimentary guest lounge was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. It offered a generous selection of snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. This is a wonderful concept that adds real value to the guest experience. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the hotel has many positive qualities.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its beautiful swimming pool, so it was very disappointing to discover at check-in that the pool was closed and would only open on the day of our departure. The hotel later explained that the pool operates on a seasonal basis. While we respect that this may be the hotel's policy, we were never informed of this before our arrival. Prior to check-in, the hotel contacted us through the Booking.com messaging system about other, relatively minor matters, but never mentioned that one of the hotel's main facilities would be unavailable during our entire stay. Had we known this in advance, we would have cancelled our reservation and booked another hotel with an operational swimming pool. Guests should be able to make an informed decision before travelling. We discussed the matter with the front desk, hoping for an acknowledgement of the inconvenience or an appropriate solution. Instead, we were simply advised to contact Booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com never responded to our complaint either, which only added to our disappointment. The issue was not that the pool was closed. The issue was the lack of transparency. If a key facility such as the swimming pool is unavailable during a guest's stay, this should be communicated clearly before arrival, not after check-in

洗面台が古くて汚れていた

Der Ausblick aufs Meer war sehr schön. Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof war sehr hilfreich. Snacks/Getränke zum Nachmittag . Die Tatami waren sehr bequem. Der Herr im Shop war mega freundlich.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr laut/hellhörig. Party im Nachbarzimmer, war extrem laut. Mir kam es vor wie eine Jugendherberge. Lärm auf dem Flur, rennende/lärmende Kinder &Teenis-untypisch für Japan. Speiseraum zum Frühstück so voll und unerträglich laut. Weit abgelegen. Essen zu teuer.Viel zu kleiner Pool für die Menge Menschen. Und zeitig abgesperrt. Hätte mich gern Abends an den Pool gesetzt.

ラウンジも良く、部屋も清潔で、ロケーションも最高でした。夕食のビュッフェは品数も多いが破国籍料理も多く、もっと日本食が食べたかったです。外国人のまなーの悪さが目立ってたのが残念でした。 でもまだ行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great futon. We enjoyed the view, even though part of it was partially blocked by the roof. The lounge area was also very pleasant and a nice place to relax. The large parking lot was another convenient feature.

Nothing in particular. We only stayed for one night. The onsen looked amazing in the photos, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try it.

朝、夕食とも美味しい料理の数々でした。 夕食は、アルコールの飲み放題も良かった。 ぬるぬるしない肌にびたっと吸い付く感じの泉質が好みであった。

就寝中に痒みがあり、朝に確認してみると、微小な黒い虫が寝具にたくさんうごめいていた。（471号室の入り口側のベッドの寝具）

夕食が、食べきれないほど種類が多かった。配膳のスタッフの方も親切で、ほんの少しの生ビールも注いでくれたり、生き生きとしている姿が好感持てました。ロビーもお部屋も広く、ゆっくりできました。

構造上無理なのだと思いましたが、端のお部屋からエレベーターまでが遠く、中央にあると良かったな､､､と思いました。

食事追加でたのみましたが小学生低学年にしては料金が大人とあまり変わらなくて高かったです。ちなみに夕食も人が多すぎて好きなものはすぐ無くなっていました。朝食もすぐに無くなり補充もすぐにはされていませんでした。

The smell from e-cigarettes from the first room. But we mentioned that to front desk and they upgaded us.

清潔で広い室内でよかったです。また朝食も美味しかったです。また、フリードリンクの時間があって、外に出掛けられない分をホテル内で楽しめました。

洗面が狭く使いづらい。大浴場を利用しない場合のバスルームが残念にかんじました。 朝食会場が広く、大勢の人達で食事を選ぶ気力が失われました。

建物もお部屋もとっても綺麗で清潔感がありました。 素泊まりでしたが、お酒とおつまみは食べ放題飲み放題だったので、すごくお得感がありました！ エレベーターホールにウォーターサーバーがあったので、お水も飲み放題でいろいろ助かりました！

あまりないのですが、大浴場と露天風呂の音頭が少しぬるめだったのもう少し集めが良かったかなと個人的には思いました

Завтрак был норм, но я хотела забрать недоеденный круассан и у меня на выходе из рук прям начали забирать его.

Люди должны понимать когда едут сюда, что они едут в обычный советский санаторий который еще и далеко от города. Хоть и у них был трансфер, но время рандомное, утром в (отрезок до обеда) в 10 отъезжает а чекаут позволяет в 11 освободить комнату, но какой в этом смысл если трансфер уедет в город пораньше? И самое главное, и странное, что в отеле вечером открыт бесплатный бар с кучей алкоголя, но не еды. Дикость какая то. Это не классный 4х звездочный отель, как на картинке. Абсолютно старое здание, и тонкие стены, раздельные 2х спалки. Ванная крошечная.

E' stato un soggiorno perfetto. La struttura e' bella e ben organizzata. Il servizio e' stato impeccabile, il personale alla reception e' molto professionale e preparato, il manager e' una persona molto professionale, disponibile e preparata. Tutto lo staff che lavora nella sala da pranzo e' molto efficiente, disponibile e professionale. E' stata un esperienza indimenticabile, consiglio vivamente di visitare la struttura se soggiornate in zona Miyazu

El personal es excepcional desde recepción , comedor , tienda y personal de limpieza . Un 10 por su profesionales.

El hotel necesita una renovación, se ve anticuado, mobiliario etc…. El desayuno y cena es tipo buffet donde prima la cantidad pero no tanto la calidad . La bebida alcohólica también es gratuita , me imagino que por eso tiene tan buena puntuación.

Great facilities and activities such as table tennis and strawberry picking !

和室は一人一万以上払う価値なし。冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて寝れないし、朝から隣の部屋の掃除が始まり、壁に穴開くんじゃない？とゆうくらいガンガン掃除機ぶつけてうるさくてゆっくりできなかった。安かったら温泉があるので泊まるのはありだけど、アメニティは部屋にはありません。温泉で化粧水をしてとゆわれたけど、朝10時までにわざわざ化粧水しに温泉まで行かないといけないとか意味不明。 ホテルで化粧水や洗顔が部屋にないとか、あり得ない。 東横インでもあるよ。ほんとに意味不明だった。

団体と勝ち合わせの朝食バイキングとエレベーター、嫌なバイキングだった。スタッフも愛想がない人が目立った 隅々の清潔さ（客が汚したゴミがいつまでもそのまま） ウェルカムドリンクサービスはあったがスタッフがウェルカムしてる感じがなく残念

Der Speisesaal war vollkommen überlaufen sowohl beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück. Es waren zwar genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden, aber es waren viel zuviel Menschen in dem Raum. Ein entspanntes Essen ist da nicht möglich. Das passt nicht zum Gesamtambiente des Hotels. Leider führt die schöne Lage des Hotels auch dazu, dass man ziemlich an das Hotel gebunden ist, wenn man nicht ewig weit mit dem Auto zu einem Restaurant fahren will

It's a spa resort so the onsen is nice, especially the outdoor onsen. The room is big. The resort is located at the tip of the peninsula and is pretty isolated from the nearby town of Miyazu so you will definitely need a car or rely on the shuttle bus which has limited timings.

We got the japanese-style rooms which has futon beds. I slept on futons before but their's was exceptionally thin which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were also loaded with beads so it was hard too. Overall I had quite an uncomfortable sleep. Get the bed if you can.

Snack times in the lounge was a nice touch. The breakfast had a lot of variety and good coffee!!

Evening meal was expensive for children.

I like everything about this hotel. A great place cause it has ocean view. Lots of parking. The staffs are great and so helpful. Easy to communicate with the front desk staff. There is a lot of facilities are provided including lounge area, snow playground, ping pong area, kids play area, sauna & onsen, laundry room, souvenir shop and strawberry picking activity. I recommend this place. I will definitely be back here again.
