Everything, what is really impressive is how they keep the standard and maintainance. Last time I was here was 5 years ago, but things are just getting better. The staff is well trained but this only reflects high management standards behind the scene. It is a peaceful retreat

Breakfast is beyond perfect, but the rest of the menu needs a bit of an upgrade whether in Blue or the Italian restaurant. It is not bad honestly but needs to match the standard of the facility

الغرفة كانت مفاجأة تصميمها جميل فيها لمسات فنية وكاننا في متحف اندمجت فيه الحضارة مع العراقة والتراث وجو الريف يطغى على المكان خصوصا عند التراس ، وأحب أشكر مدير المطعم استاذ بكر شالتا على كفوف الراحة واقترح لنا حاجات حلوة واهتم بينا اهتمام يفوق الوصف .

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The facilities are great specially with the additional pools.

The breakfast used to be much better a couple of years ago in terms of taste and presentation.

Cozy, a lot of green areas, clean, food is amazing, staff is friendly. Quick check in “hotel was not busy”. It has 3 pools 2 of them for adults. Room is great, super clean it has Jacuzzi for extra relaxation Overall wonderful experience, will be there again soon

Beautiful, well maintained property with terrific amenities and service. We enjoyed the swimming pools, grounds, main restaurant and massage facilities. Laundry service was excellent at a reasonable price. The excursion to see the whale fossils was well worth it

The breakfast was disappointing as you only had two choices of middle eastern or continental with no ability to chose only parts of the menu . No yoghurt or breakfast cereal available .

The overall vibes were amazing. The room was exceptional. The breakfast was well prepared. It is the perfect place to detox from the day to day life and enjoy some time in the nature.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the grounds and pools to the rooms and decor in the restaurants. The hotel manager and restaurant manager, and really every single staff member, were so incredibly kind and helpful. We traveled as a big group (6 adults and 6 kids) and had a wonderful time. The breakfast is out of this world and the food at the Blue Donkey especially was so delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

Some of the staff a friendly , in particular the waiting staff. Front office staff are not very helpful or welcoming unfortunately. The gardens are nice but not enough seating if the hotel is fully booked.

Rooms furnishings are tired and furnishings old. Only the bed is comfortable. All other amenities are poor . Definitely does not deserve a 5 star rating.

The landscape is amazing and feels like you’re in European countryside. The suite is big and comfortable. The staff is helpful and always smiling

Actually everything. ..very confortable spacious suites with good beds. . Two one site restaurants serving top notch dishes. Nice choice from alcoholic beverages Good breakfast served individualy not in buffet style. Three pools with one heated and confortable lounge chairs. Plenty of schade if necessary. Staff very helpfull to acomodate all your wishes Incredible ground in terraces and plenty of space. Beautifull garden, very well kept One of the most beautifull places we ever stayed, well worth its price

Das Hotel ist die reinste Wohlfühloase inmitten der ägyptischen "Irrungen und Wirrungen". Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist vielfältig und wenn gewünscht sehr regional zubereitet. Die Sauberkeit entspricht höchsten europäischen Standards. Besonders wohltuend ist das 32 bzw. 39 Grad warme Wasser im Pool bzw. Whirlpool.

Ein wundervoller Ort in perfekter Lage - zentral im Ort und am See gleichermaßen . Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Kamin , ein super aufmerksamer Service , phantastisches Küche , unglaublich gutes und üppiges ägyptisches Frühstück und ein dampfender , warmer Pool mit Blick auf den See . Eine meiner besten Hotelerfahrungen ! Danke an das ganze Team !

It’s a lovely oasis just outside the madness of Cairo. I highly recommend it. The excursions to the desert are magnificent.

Sublime ! Un paradis dans le desert. Un personnel aux petits soins ! Des suites d’une beauté ! Avec un confort et une terrasse avec vue somptueuse. 3 piscines, toutes avec la vue sur le desert et le lac. Un lieu de rêve pour se détendre apres une semaine au Caire. Et pour voir le desert ou prendre un cours de potterie. Une parenthese de bonheur.

Beautiful boutique hotel decorated with so much taste and character. Delightful staff, very kind, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the gardens and pool areas beautifully kept.

We loved everything - the location, the environment - rooms and landscaping, the pools, all the food (and the breakfast was fantastic) the staff, the massages . Our stay was as near to perfect as can be. If you want a treat this is the place to book. One of the best places we have ever stayed in.

I loved the Oasis room and it’s exceptional panoramic views of the lake. It was very private, extremely comfortable and well stocked with coffee and toiletries. I even had my own steam room. I will definitely book the suite again next time. Staff all very friendly and accommodating of any request. All I could hear around me was how much people loved it there as a special place. It was fabulous to begin the stay with a Lazib Special massage with Sahar.

Un hotel precioso, con habitaciones amplísimas dotadas de jacuzzi y muy relajante. Cultivan los vegetales con los que preparan la comida y son realmente buenos. El desayuno es a la carta, pudiendo elegir entre continental y egipcio.

El precio de los restaurantes es bastante caro para un lugar como Egipto, aunque la comida es realmente buena.
