Benikea Jungmun Hotel

地理位置優越，門前就有公車站。即使是自駕的旅客，酒店也提供室外及地下的停車場，完全不擔心沒地方停車。

本來在Booking上看到飯店會附建議的免費早餐，但實際到現場發現早餐必須加錢，屬實讓人有些錯愕。

酒店位置很好，周围有很多饭店、便利店，很方便，酒店离柱状节理带、中文海水浴场、泰迪熊博物馆等景点都很近~房间挺干净，每天打扫也很及时，服务态度也很好，性价比很高~

My flight was delayed and I could only check in after 3pm after an overnight transfer. The staff did their best to help make the stay enjoyable and were thoroughly responsive. There was a slight language barrier but with translation apps, this did not pose any issue. Really like the spacious room and cleaniness. Definitely would stay here again for my next Jeju trip!

Nothing I didnt like in particular. In fact, the offerings matches a 5 star hotel sans the eatery. This is easily solved due to the wide range of offerings nearby. Ranging from western, to Korean, to Chinese, and Japanese.

방 내부 냄새가 심했습니다. 제가 냄새에 예민해서 그런지도 모르겠지만, 환기를 시켜도 오래된 벽지?에 베긴 냄새가 빠지지 않아서 많이 힘들었습니다..

위치가 좋았습니다.

침대가 너무나 불편했고 가격에 비해 타 호텔에 비해 퀄리티가 부족해요. 주차장 출입구가 너무나 위험해서 아쉬워요.

위치좋고 아이랑 가기 좋았습니다. 마루바닥이어서 좋았습니다.

Отель хорошенький, чистый, номер был небольшим для троих. Но в целом все понравилось, единственное, до моря добирались на такси, и далеко от других интересных мест. А так рядом есть кафе и магазины.

조식 간단하지만 좋았고, 프로모션을 해서 저렴하게 이용했습니다.

Walking distance from the waterfalls, lots of restaurants. Short driving distance from multiple tourist sightseeing spots. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean, great water pressure and you don't have to throw the toilet paper in a seperate trash can. All with all great value hotel.

The parking space under the hotel was a bit small and the entrance could be hard to maneuver if you're not an experienced driver. There was a bigger outside parking space but we could not find it..

Blankets, quilts, pillow cases and towels are all worn out. All clean! but old

Staff was polite and helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Neighbourhood is safe- Jungmun Post Office bus stop only 150 metres away (bus from airport 1 hour), Paris Baguette, convenience stores, Baskin Robins are all very near. Simple free breakfast. Dinner is possible at Italian restaurant at Lobby level. Delicious.

Was advised not to throw paper into toilet bowl. Could be inconvenient. Blanket needs more width to comfortably share between two people.

Garage was lack of lighting and construction trash was in entrance that hesitate to enter the garage.

The check-in lady is super nice. the room's very clean nothing to complain about.

Great hotel with great location, comfortable spacious rooms, all needed amenities, very professional and positive staff! - two parking lots, a small one underground and a big one outside of the hotel. it might be full in summer, but in September we didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot - bus station, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants (both korean and european food) near the hotel - korean type breakfast buffet is included in the price, it will keep you full till lunch - housekeeping is very fast! we barely left the room for breakfast and it was already clean! towels and sheets are of great quality. - if you already visited Korea and korean hotels, you know that many of them don’t have a shower curtain and water splashes everywhere. this is not the case here! Bathroom has a glass shower curtain and the bathroom floor remains dry after showering - also the room is very spacious, many korean hotels have small and cramped up rooms. a lot of storage space, we felt very comfortable living in the room! - wifi and air conditioning work perfectly We really enjoyed our week at this hotel

breakfast is the same everyday, and for longer stays it might get a bit boring. also there’s no european options, take it into consideration

出張（国際会議）で利用しました．フロントの方とは英語は使えません．シャツ等のクリーニングを頼み，受け取りに行くと今日は休みだったとか，トイレの水が流れにくくなったり，ドライヤーがショートしてブレイカーが落ちたりしましたが，すべてそれなりに対応いただきました．スマホでの翻訳アプリは必携です． コンベンションセンターまで20分とありますが，夏場は坂道なのでそれなりの覚悟がいります．シャツは汗びっしょりでした．近く（100ｍ）にスーパー，近隣にはCU（コンビニ），飲食店も多く便利です． 総じて，いいホテルだと思います．

청결하고 체크아웃 이후 짐을 맡길수 있어서 좋았습니다.

호텔은 작지만 주변에 편의점, 식당 등 가까운 곳에 모든 필요한 장소가 모두 있습니다. 컨벤션까지도 낮은 택시요금으로 빠르게 이동 가능합니다

Close to the ICC. The hotel provide a shuttle bus service to the ICC at 0830.

The room and the location are quite good.

The breakfast is not what I expected. After the first day, I did not bother to get breakfast the second and third days. Another of my colleague also felt the same.

냄새가 넘 심해서 잠을 잘 수 없는 수준이었습니다.

We will never come back to Jeju anymore. To anyone who may wanted to stay in this hotel, THINK TWICE!!! Thanks to the hotel manager and staffs, we terminated our trip ahead of schedule due to the poor experience. The staffs are neither respectful nor supportive. We wanted to change the booking dates following the policy that’s shown on the website, however, they just refused to support, denying the partially refundable policy shown in the system, which is nonsense. The staff keep repeating the same saying without listening, can not point out where their “correct” cancellation policy is shown on Booking.con, and even not trying to support and solve the problem. Thanks to their neglect and buck-passing, we missed the window of submitting cancellation in the system. In this case, we paid an extra night fee to bear the cost for their mistake.

전시회 참관목적으로 방문했는데 제주 ICC와 가까운 위치와 저렴한 가격으로 잘 지내다 왔습니다

전체적으로 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 몇가지 개선할 점은, 1. 창문을 열수 없어서 에어콘을 사용할수밖에 없어 아쉬웠어요.. 2. 수건 중 일부가 너무 오래되어 아쉬운 점이 있았습니다. 3. 복도 소음이 새어 들어왔어요. 이런점을 제외하고 가성비 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다

교통이 편리한 장점. 침대베개에서 냄새도 나고 갈색쿠션에서도 냄새나고 시트도 세탁한것같은데 안한것같은 ... 침대상태 빼고는 보통, 조식포함인데 조식이 아주 심플 함.

카운터 직원이 친절하고 중문에서 대중교통편을 이용하기 편해서 차가 없어도 여행하기 편해요

The young and bubbly lady at Reception, Na Sunny, was tremendously patient and helpful! I have a list of places I wanted to visit and I showed it to Sunny. She circled for me each of these places on the Jeju tourist map for me. Those that she was not familiar with, she googled to check. She also made some recommendations to me including some restaurants. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness as she has saved me alot of time. I only have a limited 2 days in Jeju, and I did not have the time to do my research before my arrival. So I just want to say Thank you so very much, Na Sunny!' from the bottom of my heart. And Na Sunny can speak excellent English too!! Cheers!

The hotel has a fantastic location close to one of the main bus stops from where you can easily reach, for example, Jeju airport or the Hallasan National Park's Seongpanak entrance. Also, the hotel is in walking distance of many attractions like waterfalls, museums, and alike. The breakfast offered in the restaurant downstairs is great. South Korean dishes and also some toast and cereals are available. The restaurant is also great for dinner by the way. The food is tasty, the prices are good, and the staff is very kind and attentive. The clean room was the most spacious we encountered during our three weeks in the country. We particularly enjoyed the table and chairs by the window with a direct at the distant Hallasan. If available kindly ask for a room on the upper floors (5 or 6) facing the street. There's hardly any street noise but that enjoyable Hallasan view! Lastly, we must bring up the exceptional staff at the reception. They were super helpful with things like bus schedules and alike. They even knew that the schedules glued to the bus stop were not up-to-date and have us the correct bus schedule instead. Additionally, they have helped us with contacting one of the banks when an ATM swallowed our credit card on a Saturday. The phone next to the ATM did not provide any help to us because it connected to an answering machine with only a Korean message. The woman working at the hotel's reception that day (unfortunately, we do not know her name) was on the phone with the bank and the ATM service company several times. Two hours later we held our credit card in our hands again. That was outstanding. She truly went above and beyond to help us and deserves a thousand thanks!!! 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

We prefer beds with a slightly softer mattress. But that's just our personal taste and might be totally irrelevant to others.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to swim at the Jungmun beach. The bus stops are very close to the place so you can easily go anywhere on the island. The staff is nice, and the room was comfortable too. I am a bit sad because I forgot in the room a cute Hallabong pin my friend got me as a present but the stay was nice

I wish the cleaning staff also changed the sheets. They came every day to clean the room and made the beds, but didn’t change the sheets

Room and toilet were spacious and nice. Location was very convenient if you want to take public transport - nearby bus stops have buses that go to the main attractions in the area. Receptionist was very helpful.

이전부터 중문에 숙박할때 자주 들리던 곳입니다. 고급호텔이 있는 곳에도 간혹 중저가 호텔들이 있긴 하지만 여기만큼 가성비가 좋은곳이 별로 없는 것 같습니다. 깔끔하고 방도 넓직합니다. 탁 트인 뷰도 좋은 편이고 커피테이블도 있어서 커피를 마시거나 간단하게 랩탑으로 일할때도 좋습니다. (트윈더블베드룸 기준) 화장실 및 샤워실도 깔끔합니다만 이번에 갔을때 샤워기의 헤드는 조금 낡아서 교체를 하면 좋을 것 같아 보였습니다. 주변접근성도 좋아서 잠시 걸어서 식당가기에도 좋습니다.

룸 컨디션이 오래되서 그런지 낡았지만 일하시는븐들은 친절하였고 그나마 구비되어있는 물춤들이 괜찮았다

중문단지에서 가성비로 아주 만족스런 호텔입니다..
