Las instalaciones son buenas, el baño con buen espacio muy cómodo. Agradezco el trato luego de un inconveniente en el check in, el personal mejoró la habitación, su capacidad de respuesta aceptable

Nice staff. Spacious room with a great layout. Plenty of parking. Nice convenient store on site. Easy to drive to many places, but about .5 mile to most shops/restaurants.

The room needed more electrical outlets close to the beds. The bathroom light kept turning off while we were showering or using the toilet which was odd. Beds seemed to have a rubber mat under the sheets which made it hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff sent us a message including the reference code to get the key from the self-check in machine. It was easy and straightforward to use. The room size is big for 4 people. Lots of restaurants nearby!

It was hard to contact the staff since nobody is on site. We had to call them through the phone and it cost a bit since we didn't have a local sim.

가성비최고입니다. 너무 집같이 편하게 있었네요. 고양이 동반이었는데 잘 쉬다갑니다.

전기차충전이 불가능

가격 대비 위치, 시설 등 너무 좋았어요. 옆에 위치한 마트, 근처의 맛집들, 천제연이나 주상절리 등 관광지까지 매우 가깝습니다. 주차도 편했고, 공항서 182번 버스타면 근처에 내려서 걸어오기도 좋아요. 분리수거장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 침대도 큼직하고 잠도 잘 잤어요. 10일 이상 장기숙박하였는데 가족 모두들 만족했어요. 중문지역에 머문다면 저는 다시 갈 예정이예요.

주방이 있지만 콘도나 레지던스와 같은 급의 준비를 기대하면 안됩니다. 저희 가족은 성인 4명이 머물렀는데 예를 들어 국그릇/밥그릇/컵은 3개씩만 있었어요. 저희는 장기숙박이라 필요한것 대부분은 다이소에서 구매해서 사용하고 집에 올때 다시 가져왔습니다. 그냥 다 챙겨가신다면 전혀 문제가 없을겁니다. 약간의 아쉬움이 있지만 만족도가 더 높아서 다시 방문 할 숙소입니다.

화장실 두개에 세탁기도 있고 매일 수건도 챙겨주시고 물도 두개씩 주고 바다뷰에 너무 좋았습니다~~

베란다가 있었더라면 빨래를 널어서 바싹 마를정도로 더운날씨였는데 방에 말려서 다소 아쉬웠어요. 냉장고가 생각보다 작은거?

해외 예약 사이트에서 예약한 경우 반드시 전화로 통화해야한다는 안내 메시지가 있었으면 좋겠습니다

Nice and clean apartment, the view to the ocean was amazing. The internet wifi was good, I could work a little bit. Price was great and the apartment was very spacious. Very close to restaurants bars and super markets Really recommend.

The bed mattress was a bit hard and the towels were small. There was not much kitchen utensils for cooking.. These are just small issues, this place is good and I recommend.

PRO: Located at the heart of Jungmun area, stores/restaurants as soon as you step outside; beach was walkable, 30-40mins away; hotel had a full working kitchen with cooking/eating utensils, huge fridge, microwave, washer, dining table; spacious area; strong wifi; decent-sized bathroom; modern toilet; heated floors; drying rack for clothes; lots of closets; easy check-in. CON: Does not have a very nice view from the room; wifi in rm only; no lobby/waiting area; i found a moldy food still in the micrwave. RECOMMEDATION: Highly recommended for cheap stay with apartment-like accomodations in downtown Jungmun.

The location was great, on a main street with many shops and restaurants and cafes. It was close enough to my conference venue that I could easily go there by bicycle, but instead of being isolated at some overpriced beach resort, I got to experience some more realistic Korean life. It is easy walking to lots of great places to eat and relax, the room is spacious, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier.

The bed was too hard for me, and the bed sheets were weird. There was no shower curtain or door in the bathroom, so the water just goes everywhere across the sink and toilet, and so I had to mop up the water with towels every time I showered just to use the rest of the bathroom. For this reason alone I would probably stay somewhere else if I go back to this area.

Location not far of the waterfalls, bus station, restaurants, very appreciated. Spacious room with a little kitchen. Check-in and check-out very easy.

Bed was a little bit too hard for our tastes, no big deal !

욕실 공간이 매우 크고 자쿠지가 있으며, 객실과 욕실이 깨끗하게 관리됨. 침구 좋음

There needed to be more cutlery there was no toaster the towels are too small for having a shower. There was no iron you need simple amenities when travelling to make the travelling easier.

Location was good with a market next door. Washer provided and indoor drying rack available in the room. Rooms were large with a table and chairs for the main room. Hosts were very accommodating.

Towels were small and room was not toddler friendly. Parking was a bit limited. Bed was extremely firm. Had to buy a lighter to use the stove.

The apartment has all the facilities. Self-checking process is simple and efficient.

Great location, near food and grocery amenities. Also within walking distance of the Cheonjeyeon falls and Yeomiji botanical gardens. Room also came with hot and cold water provided.

The living room doubled up as a bedroom (ie there was no sofa, double bed was placed in the living area) which was rather inconvenient when different family members wanted to sleep at different times.

제주 출장시 항상 해성파크텔을 이용해왔습니다. 주변 상가 이용도 용이하고 위치도 좋아서 항상 애용해왔는데, 시설, 서비스가 예전보다 아쉽네요. 다음 출장 때는 다른 숙소를 찾아야 할듯합니다.

늦었지만 2박3일동안 아주 편안히 지냈어요. 방이넓고 아주 좋았어요.

중문관광단지와 가까운 거리에 있어서 좋았음.

위치도 찾기 어렵지 않고 방과 화장실이 깔끔해서 정말 좋았습니다!

전반적으로 매우 만족하였으며,, 상호명이 유사한곳이 있어서 조금 헤갈렸음

제주환상자전거길 라이딩. 동생과 아들과 셋이 함께한 라이딩. 막판 10키로..중문가는길이 오르막의 연속이라 힘들었는데 숙소는 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 화장실 바닥이 좀 미끄러운것 빼고는 대만족. 안내도 친절하시고 좋았어요. 감사합니다. 첫날 숙박은 성공적

위치가 좋고 전망도 좋은 가성비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 다만 바퀴벌레가 나왔어요ㅠㅠ Nice view, Good location & value. Be aware of the Cockroach!

전체적으로 좋았고 가족들이 편하게 묵고 갑니다.

너무 깨끗하고 매일 쓰레기 치워주고 수건 갈아주세요. 바닥도 걸레 들고가서 다 닦아봤는데 깨끗해요. 화장실도 너무 깨끗하고 걱정했던 침구도 깨끗했어요. 중문의 완전 번화가에 위치해서 앞에 먹을곳이 널렸어요. 파리바게트, 편의점, 마트, 분식점 등등 밤늦게 오면 주차할곳이 부족할수도 있을것 같아요. 전 다행히 그런일은 없었어요. 만원 내면 바베큐도 가능한거 같아요 다음에 또 재방문의사 있어요

가정집 같이 편해요! 내년 여름엔 딴데 안돌아다니고 여기서만 묵을듯 해요. 바로옆은 큰마트 걸어서 1분거리 중문버스환승?정류장에 맛집도 많습니다!! 내부도 필요한거 다 있고 복도에 정수기 전자렌지있어서 편했어요!
