Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Das Frühstück war gut mit frisch gepresstem orangensaft, Pasteis de nata, Spiegeleiern, Käse, Wurst und Müsli. Auch die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, man erreicht zu Fuß die Innenstadt und es sind viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider sind die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sehr feucht, es gibt bereits Feuchtigkeitsschäden, ein paar Schimmelstellen im Bad. Der Geruch im Zimmer war leider schon modrig. Zudem sind diese Zimmer extrem einsichtig, jeder vorbeigehende Gast sieht das gesamte Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Kasten, nur eine Garderobe. der Griff der Dusche war abgebrochen, ebenso der Seifenspender defekt. wir durften das Zimmer ins Haupthaus wechseln, das war wesentlich besser.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026L’accueil du personnel a été très chaleureux. À notre arrivée, un plan ainsi que des listes de restaurants et de bars nous ont été remis, ce qui nous a été très utile. Nous avons également pu accéder à notre chambre trois heures avant l’heure prévue, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié.
Nous avions une chambre située au sous-sol, qui était malheureusement très humide. Les draps ainsi que nos vêtements sont restés humides pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Nous avons essayé de réduire cette humidité en utilisant la climatisation en mode ventilation, ce qui a permis de l’atténuer, mais elle est restée présente malgré tout. Nous pensons sincèrement être tombés sur une chambre présentant un problème particulier, car le reste de l’hôtel était impeccable, notamment les parties communes.

Parking au top à proximité Possibilité de faire le Check-in en début de matinée (et les bagages sont montés dans la chambre) et partir à la découverte de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : Artur est formidable ; après avoir procédé à l’administratif, il nous donne des conseils pour visiter la ville et de bonnes adresses. Et il reste disponible par WhatsApp si besoin.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La personne qui nous a accueilli était présente dans la rue lorsque nous sommes arrivés en voiture afin nous guider vers l'emplacement libre à côté de l'hôtel( il y avait une place disponible ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Il nous a fourni des adresses concernant les lieux à visiter et pour la restauration qui ont été appréciables. Ayant eu un problème de perte de carte de la chambre, le personnel a été très réactif. La chambre était très agréable, calme et confortable et le petit déjeuner varié et gourmand. Un séjour très réussi dans l'ensemble.

E la zona, molto tranquilla, garantisce un buon riposo. Apprezzatissimo il posto auto lì accanto e la gentilezza di Artur alla reception. Colazione varia e buona. Consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca un luogo non banale, abbastanza vicino al centro ma fuori dalla zona iperturistica.
Qualche dettaglio un pochino trascurato, da rinfrescare, nelle camere. Per il resto tutto positivo.

El desayuno bastante simple y no tenía muchas opciones la verdad ,la cama incomodisima, algunos detalles como los azulejos del baño que cuando pisabas se levantaban con solo mirarlos, la limpieza sobre todo en el baño podría ser mejor, las ventanas la verdad que ni se podían abrir de la fuerza que había que hacer para abrirlas y aunque lo consiguieras no había con qué agarrarla.

Purtroppo la nostra stanza aveva un fortissimo odore di muffa. Abbiamo anche trovato della muffa sulle tende della finestra. Peccato, poiché sicuramente la struttura dispone di altre stanze accoglienti e senza odori sgradevoli, ma quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato (vista giardino) l’aria era irrespirabile, pur mantenendo la finestra aperta.

No anúncio não é informado que há quartos abaixo do rés de chão, pois para quem tem alergias é um fator muito importante devido umidade . Estes quartos contém carpete , o que piora devido cheiro e forte umidade . Por estes motivos a estadia não foi tão agradável visto que o quarto apresentado no site não contém estas informações. Sobre o café , simples porém satisfatório e a limpeza não há o que falar . Anfitrião muito atencioso.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Si tratta di un palazzo antico ristrutturato, la camera e la struttura sono decisamente accoglienti e arredati con molto gusto e attenzione ai particolari, è stato decisamente piacevole soggiornarvi. Il letto è confortevole. La colazione è ottima. Il centro dista un chilometro e mezzo/due.
Tuttavia ci sono dei dettagli che non sono del tutto irrilevanti la camera è sprovvista di frigorifero, il solaio risulta rumoroso e se ti capita un ospite irrequieto al piano superiore risulta abbastanza fastidioso, per questo motivo credo abbiano adottato la moquette sul pavimento che non è comunque il massimo, infine la nostra camera aveva una porta comunicante con un'altra camera non abbastanza isolata e sembrava di avere altre persone in camera Mi sento comunque di consigliarlo!

Unser Zimmer müffelte leicht. Es war im EG und daneben wurde immer wieder geraucht somit zog der Rauch ins Zimmer beim Lüften.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Staff was super friendly, location is good and good breakfast. Receptionist was extra nice, allowed late check out and also to keep my bags before flight. also was nice to tell me how to get to place where i had a meeting .
The room was having heavy smell of mould. I ended up to have very bad nigh, sneezing and had a headache in the morning. Once i went to shower in the morning, i found mould on the wall in shower, on stiches between tiles. May be i was unlucky or just they have to cleen walls with chloric but my night was ruined

De Kamer was gesitueerd in de kelder en kon bij afwezigheid niet worden gelucht. Amper daglicht en heeeel klein.

Reviewed May 30, 2026L’emplacement était super proche du centre. Le personnel était très gentil et nous a laissé nous enregistrer seuls comme nous arrivions tard. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Belle déco dans la chambre.
La literie est très dure. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé les 2 jours par des bruits très forts de jardinage incessant, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise. L’odeur dans la chambre ça sentait le renfermé +++ c’est désagréable quand on rentre. Il serait bien de mettre un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Sehr schönes Viertel in Porto, sehr authentisch gelegen. Lage ist top, um alles per Fuß zu erreichen. Außerhalb des Touri-Stress. Frühstück hat alles, was man für einen ersten kleinen Start in den Tag braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich.

Soy celíaca y creo que podrían mejorar la calidad del pan sin gluten y de las galletas y magdalenas. Sin gluten ya suele tener mal gusto. Pero hay obradores que hacen panes y galletas muy buenas sin gluten. Y tener una tostadora a parte para poder tostar el pan sin gluten también mejora mucho. Ser celíaco es una enfermedad, no una elección y viajar a veces es un problema para los celíacos y creo que no cuesta tanto mejorar esa experiencia con pocos cambios. Lo digo como crítica constructiva. Gracias!
