Location and the friendly staff.

I got me by surprise that it was not a stand-alone hotel, but rather one floor of rooms in a building.

Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko Coloseum i Forum Romanum, zdecydowana większość najważniejszych zabytków w zasięgu spacerów.. Pięć minut do stacji metra w kierunkach na Watykan i dworzec Terminini. Bardzo uczynna obsługa na recepcji w hotelu, możliwe było wcześniejsze zameldowanie, a także zostawienie na kilka godzin bagaży po zakończeniu pobytu.

Niestety słabe śniadania. Nie dokładano kolejnych porcji pieczywa, pomidorów, warzyw i owoców, więc już na godzinę przed zamknięciem wybór stawał się mocno ograniczony, a kwadrans przed nim niemal symboliczny, poza płatkami śniadaniowymi i ciastem. Nie było też żadnej opcji na ciepło (jajecznicy czy kiełbasek). Przy cenie 12 euro za osobę zdecydowanie lepszą opcją jest korzystanie z licznych na tej samej ulicy i w przecznicach kafeterii i barów.

We really liked easy check - in, good breakfast and it was very clean and spacious.

The AC was a bit tricky. But all good.

The hotel is located just next to the Repubblica metro stop. Location wise it is excellent. You can visit all the major attractions either by foot or by metro. The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator stopping in front if the hotel entrance. Receptionists Victoria and Miriam are very helpful and go out of their way to help the guests in anything. Breakfast was a buffet, fresh bread and pastries, toasts etc. Patrizia from the breakfast section makes amazing hot chocolate and capuccino. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms, breakfast section and reception.

Excellent location, very clean room ,helpful and smile faculty. We definetely stay there once we visit Rome

La modernidad de las habitaciones y lo bien comunicado que estaba. La atención del personal que me realizó el checkin y el hecho de dejarte dos botellas de agua de cortesía

Pasé dos noches, el personal de limpieza únicamente me hicieron la cama, no me cambiaron las toallas ni aspiraron el suelo. La cama dentro de lo normal cómoda pero las almohadas muy incómodas ultra finas

Bed was comfortable and Martina at the reception was so nice and helpful

La ubicación, cerca a la estación Termini y al casco histórico. La atención del personal de recepción fue grandioso. Realizar el check-in posterior a la hora permitida en el hotel, con instrucciones y sin cobro adicional.

El ascensor es muy reducido.

The location was very central and walking distance to all the sight seeing/attractions. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station is also very near. 15 mins walk to Termini Roma. Air condition was really good for the scorching heat outside in Roma.

House keeping didn’t change my towels as well as my cup which had a tea bag in it. Tea sachets were not replaced and my bed was not made properly. Wasn’t sure if it was because it was my last night at the hotel.

the place waa very close to termini station.And just infront of the hotel is the bus stop(64)going to the Vatican,Pantheon,and Colloseum.Very conveniet to everything.Macdonalds is just on the corner.Alot of Resto all around the area.

The water when we about to shower was so hot,We called and let them know they tried to fix it right away and took the following day to be running as normal.Other than that everything is perfect.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. A reggeli választékos és ízletes. A szoba mérete megfelelő. A személyzet készséges.

A karbantartás itt-ott olaszosan laza.

Elevator very slow, the rooms were okay but it doesn’t feel like a hotel, it’s like an apartment on the forth floor

el desayuno muy bueno, la atencion del personal muy buena, a pasos de los lugares principales, el ascensor pequeño pero zafaba, solo entraban 2 personas me mucho la comodidad del hotel, aire acondicionado a full siempre, baño pequeño pero solo para estar unos minutos.. ROMA no falla..! el lugar indicado que volveria a repetir de hotel en Via Nazionale a pasos de plaza de la republica y a unas pocas cuadras de Vittorio Emanuelle II

Персонал был отличным, встретили очень тепло и не смотря на то, что мы пришли раньше времени check in-а - нам все равно предостаточно номер, хорошо объяснили все связанны с проживанием! Рекомендую!

I chose the hotel for the second time in a few months because it is excellent, very close to the center of Rome where you can go everywhere on foot but very close to a metro and bus stop. It has very good restaurants in the area and a good market. I was satisfied with the large and quiet room and the staff who were particularly helpful. The breakfast had many choices, the savory options could be improved. The coffee was excellent as always.

I did not like the garbage at the entrance, the bins were always full and smelled too much considering the temperature was high

Minden rendben volt, a szoba is, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Kicsi volt este a víznyomás a zuhanynál, reggel jó volt. Kicsit leharcolt és koszos volt a reggeliző, picivel nagyobb választékot vártam a reggelinél.

The hotel was in a very good location, in the good side of Roma Termini,with very easy and direct access to the most central parts of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you so much to Victoria and Filippo for the assistance!

Tesisteki çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Oda her gün döndüğümüz de temiz ve her şey değiştiriliyordu. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Bizlere Güler yüzlü sarı saçlı hanımefendi her gün bizlere özel olarak italya kahve lezzetlerinden ikram etti. Her şey için teşekkürler Floris Çalışanları

Very clean hotel, air conditioning in our room were very good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Reception staff were very helpful. ( special call out to Victoria, lovely, lovely lady)

OK so this is the bit that the hotel can't really do anything about. The reception and rooms are on the 4th floor and the lift kept breaking down also it was only 2 ft wide. My wife doesn't like small spaces so she had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs when we were coming or going, really inconvenient when you're in your 70's. Not the hotels fault but you should be prepared for this.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä. Sijainti aika ok. Ilmastointi toimi ja oli tehokas.

Porraskäytävässä haiseva roskienkeräyspiste oli ällöttävä ja haisi porraskäytävässä pari kerrosta ylöspäin. Huoneet olivat ensisilmäyksellä hienot, mutta huoneessa oli muurahaisia, kolhuisia/likaisia seiniä, suihkusta ei tullut kunnolla vettä ja/tai vain kylmää tai kuumaa, lampun johdot olivat teipillä korjattu, vessan ovi lukkiutui itsestään tai ei toiminut ollenkaan, wc-paperi telinettä ei ollut, huoneen näkymä avatui resuiselle sisäpihalle.

Es un hotel pequeño pero lindo, nos gusto que al llegar nos dieron un mapa mostrando todo lo turistico que podiamos hacer en la ciudad, tambien por medio de ellos contratamos el bus turistico que nos fue de gran ayuda el primer dìa. La habitaciòn comoda y linda.

Los desayunos estan bien pero podria haber mas variedad y la ducha un tanto incomoda por la tina.

Mejorar la ducha, corrìa muy poca agua, poco caudal. Por lo tanto o muy fría o muy caliente, dificil ducharse

Pulizia delle camere da rivedere, camere che andrebbero ristrutturate, prezzo alto per una camera vecchia e con problemi di scarico e pulizia.

A localização do hotel é bastante conveniente e o quarto era mantido organizado diariamente. A equipa da receção foi prestável em alguns momentos e o ambiente era relativamente tranquilo.

Infelizmente, a nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Apesar de o quarto ser arrumado, as toalhas nem sempre eram substituídas adequadamente. As paredes e a pintura apresentavam várias marcas e sinais de desgaste, dando uma sensação de falta de manutenção. O pequeno-almoço foi outro ponto negativo. A variedade era muito limitada e os produtos pareciam ser simplesmente comprados em supermercado e colocados à disposição, sem oferecer o básico que normalmente se espera de um pequeno-almoço de hotel, como ovos ou opções mais frescas. Além disso, tivemos uma situação bastante desagradável com um dos funcionários, que bateu à porta apenas algumas vezes e entrou no quarto sem aguardar uma resposta. Quando questionado, mostrou-se arrogante e tentou justificar a atitude em vez de reconhecer o erro. Por fim, o elevador é pequeno, lento e pouco prático, o que também prejudicou a experiência geral da estadia.

Blisko do metra stacji kolejowe i popularnych atrakcji

Blizina autobusne stanice i metroa. Pjeske se isto brzo dođe do coloseuma, fontane i spanjolskih stuba.

Soba nije bila kao na slici. U tus kabini su falile pločice. Odvod u lavandinu i tus kabini je jako slabo oticao. Dorucak se nije nadopunjivao.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης σε απόσταση 15 με 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου και πολύ κοντά στάση μετρό. Υπήρχαν εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια και καφέ πολύ κοντά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πάρα πολύ ήσυχο όπως ζητήσαμε. Το πρωινό ήταν ότι ακριβώς χρειαζόμαστε για να ξεκινήσουμε την ΄μέρα μας, με τέλειο καπουτσίνο ή εσπρέσο που σου ετοίμαζε το προσωπικό. Είχε ψυγείο με δωρεάν νεράκια και βραστήρα όπου μπορούσες να ετοιμάσεις ένα στιγμιαίο καφέ ή και τσάι. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες αν χρειάζονταν κάθε μέρα. Υπήρχαν αρκετά εμπορικά καταστήματα στον δρόμο του ξενοδοχείου όπου μπορούσες να κάνεις τα ψώνια σου. Ευχαριστούμε το Floris Hotel για την εξαιρετική διαμονή μας στη Ρώμη. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

As instalações (4º andar) e a localização são boas.

Não gostei muito do acesso, pois se trata de um prédio com hotéis espalhados pelos andares, portanto não há recepção (comunicação difícil com um humano), e na entrada, lado esquerdo tem uma lixeira.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Lisätyynyn sai pyydettäessä. Huone hyvän kokoinen. Aamupala ihan ok.

Olihan tämä vähän elähtänyt. Huoneessa oli omituinen haju, jonka vuoksi ikkunoita oli pidettävä koko ajan auki. Jotain ihme roiskeita seinillä, lampunvarjostimessa ja verhoissa. Vesi pahan makuista, mutta onneksi lähellä oli parikin vesipistettä.

Perfekt läge, välkomnande och bra personal. trevliga rum med sköna sängar.

Frukosten var väldigt enkel men helt ok.

Está en una cuarta planta, y el portal del edificio es cutre y no muy limpio. Recepcion cerro a las 20.00h y tuve que hacer autochecking Esto no es un hotel, es una pensión

L’emplacement est idéal, proche du métro et de la gare pour une retour à l’aéroport simplifié. À 15 minutes à pieds de la fontaine de Trevi et 12 minutes du Colisée. Le chambre est de bien équipée et insonorisée À 3 c’était idéal avec un espace suffisamment grand.

Au 4eme étage, l’ascenseur est spartiate mais a fonctionné correctement. Les poubelles à l’entrée de la résidence …

Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedése, szinte az összes látványosság 15-20perc sétára elérhető volt. A szobák tiszták és szépek. A személyzet minden kívánságunkat igyekezett teljesíteni.

A reggelinél nekünk hianyzott a rántotta és a tükörtojás.
