Nice sized room and bath. Super clean. Great central location with lots of affordable restaurants around and the big new Supermarket Angkor Market 3. Even has a small swimming pool. The mattress had an extra foam topper which was a rare treat. The son who normally runs the place after 2pm was wonderful. He helped me obtain the govt form needed to extend my visa via a special app hotels must use for logging in tourist whereabouts.

Now the bad news. The morning staff spoke limited English. The front desk lady was thoughtful and helpful when prompted but not proactive . This is a family run guesthouse. The emphasis is cleaning the space not on interaction with guests. At times they were extremely unfriendly. The boss (mother) took my key when I checked out, refused to acknowledge me, smile, or thank me for my business. She didn't even look up from ber work. During my stay interaction with her and staff was often frustrating. Breakfast was embarrassing. 2 eggs on a plate and a roll, but we had to wait for the bread guy to come around 7am to enjoy the bounty. Or choose a small plate of fruit. Coffee was a nescafe packet. Or hot tea. The son admitted they liked to keep it simple. Understatement. If you're looking for a cheap clean room, centrally located-- this is that. If you're seeking a hotel with warm hospitality and good customer service--this is not the place. But to be fair when the son was around, you will get kind service. And he is a sparkling personality and well informed individual.

The owner is a very friendly man, and when we requested a change from our 3rd floor room to a ground floor room, they changed it. This place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. There are 2 very good restaurants next door, and many other eateries nearby. It was quiet and very comfortable. It does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor room when booking.

On arrival reception woman did not even look at me. Total ignored me till I spoke. No English. Not even a hello xin chow. So rude. Given room key. Very basic. No safe as abvertised. Staff were so rude I checked out the next day. Worst experience of a two month trip to Vietnam and Cambodia which was fantastic. I am averaging two nights per hotel over two months, and that was the worst hotel of a whole two month trip stay away lots of much nicer hotel is just round the corner

Schöne grosse Eingangshalle und Terassen mit Holzvertäfelungen. Hübsches, helles, grosses Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal.

L’aspect extérieur est bon. Le personnel est courtois sans plus.

Great hotel for the price. Lovely clean rooms with everything you’ll need. Amazing pool. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants right next door. A very big thank you to Mr So , the hotel’s Tuk Tuk driver for his kind help. I can highly recommend him for all your transport needs.

I booked a room with fan only. I found the room to be quite hot in the evenings. You might want to consider an air conditioned room.

L'accueil laisse à désirer, la dame n'est vraiment pas souriante. Un homme du staff est en revanche adorable et discutera beaucoup avec vous, souriant et très disponible. La connexion Wi-Fi depuis la chambre est 0, jamais de connexion il fait descendre à la réception. Dans notre chambre, il y avait la clim, mais pas de télécommande car il fallait payer un supplément.. la piscine est propre mais son environnement plus insalubre (transat et coussins usés). Dernier point négatif : le petit déjeuner. Vraiment limite , choix entre omelette oeuf ou pain au beurre. En râlant un peu le premier jour, nous avons eu des fruits en plus mais de base c'était un extra. Merci à l'hôtel pour ce geste car juste une assiette de fruit améliore nettement le petit dej.

L’accueil de la petite dame âgée, très sympa, très gentille qui parlait un peu français et qui nous a aidé à repartir pour prendre le bus, elle s’est permis de téléphoner en autre nom vraiment vraiment très gentille

Le petit déjeuner, il faut aimer le pain et l’omelette parce que c’est tout ce que vous aurez un bout de pain sec et une omelette. Voilà ce qui est servi tous les matins. Ensuite vous avez une bouilloire d’eau pour du café Yoyé en sachet et une bouilloire de thé, voilà mes amis si vous pensez avoir un buffet bien complet, ce n’est pas le cas L’accès à la piscine tu es obligé de passer chez eux après le grand couloir pour accéder à la piscine Les transats de piscine en plastique et mousse tout pourri, moisi tellement ils sont trempés, ils pèse chacun 150 kg On se croirait dans les Zac de Paris, avec des graffitis partout sur les murs et des coins abandonné autour de la piscine depuis la prise de Jérusalem.

Personnel froid, ne dis pas bonjour lors de notre arrivée ni à aucun autre moment d'ailleurs ! Pas d'aide pour aider à descendre les bagages par l'escalier pour le départ. Froideur implacable garantie !

Colazione basica , uova e pane (a scelta anche la frutta, personalmente mai presa) Scarsa pulizia con qualche insetto in camera. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato, era ok. Considerati gli standard occidentali, magari meglio spendere qualcosina in più. Personalmente ci sono stata tre notti, poi ho avuto l esigenza di andare altrove.

Trasfert depuis l'aeroport , L'emplacement , restaurants à proximité . Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir.

The hotel is massive and very well located. The person who answers on Whatsapp (who is also a driver) is very good and helpful.

The wifi was very bad and the staff not so helpful, especially the guy in the nightshift who was very rude and unfriendly. Breakfast is very light, eggs and bread with nothing else on the side. We had a room with a fan but it was very stuffy and we did not enjoy our room at all. The bathroom has barely no soap, had no mat and there was only one big towel each, no small ones.

We were greated by a receptionist that was drinking. And worse by cockroahes on the corridor floor. I reported it but nothing was done about it. Room itself did not look nowhere the quality advertised on booking .com The place is so rundown and dirty As we arrived late we stayed the night and checked out 1 st thing in the morning despite having paid for 5 nights. The only thing the lady receptionist did is to call us and ask for full payment despite the fact I had paid in full already. No apologies about the experience and no care Place to avoid. We booked a beautifull hotel just 3 dollars per day more down the road

Property was perfect just doesn't have a television in the room despite it being listed. Update the room amenities then this would be 5*

Breakfast option. Same meal every day.. Air conditioning not working. Extremely load fan.

Breakfast was a baguette and various egg options. Beds were comfortable.

I Was moved hotel because toilet was leaking on the first night. Moved in on the second day and the toilet was leaking and continued to leak throughout my stay. Furniture was functional but tired. Tiles in bathroom were cracked.

The location is perfect, the room is simple but very clean. Access to the pool and free breakfast.

The breakfast could be improved. We didn't book a room with air conditioning so it was pretty hot in the room and difficult to sleep.

Good position close to the city center, the swimming pool is a nice way to relax after the visit of Angkor temples.

The hotel is a little bit dated and it needs maintenance, especially the room. The space around the swimming pool has a very sad atmosphere compared to the hotels of the surroundings. Our room didn’t have all the services indicated in the reservation and the tv didn’t work. The night receptionist was very insistent to convince us to take his tuc tuc. The breakfast included was very poor.

Comfortable, friendly guest house. Big rooms and beds. And big bathroom counters. There are common areas where you can chat with other guests or do your own thing. Breakfast is different ways to cook eggs on a baguette. The eggs are tasty. Chill open vibe. We have stated here a few tines.

This Hotel was unsatisfactory not what we had booked . Their ad was false and we didn’t get the amenities that were stated online. There was no air conditioner, the television didn’t work, the WiFi had terrible connection and the staff especially the manager was rude and unfriendly. We quickly tried to ask Expedia for help but they were just as terrible with their customer service. Expedia does not supervise any of there clients establishments and are only quickly to take your money but not to offer any help or assistance. This was our honeymoon stay and we had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and Expedia itself . We are going with another travel agency I suggest you all do the same .

It's hard to respond to this. My experience of our stay was underwhelming. Perhaps the staff did their best in an underfunctioning establishment. The swimming pool was good. They allowed us to leave luggage after the 12noon checkout. A fan and airconditioner were available.

I booked a double room, I was given two single beds pushed together. Remote controls for airconditioner and TV were not available in the room, I had to seek them out. In the latter case, that was of no help, as, although flat screen TV is advertised, it has no transmission (i.e. no TV programs). The room was large with minimal wardrobe or storage, 2 hangers. Two pieces of soap each the size of a thumbnail, a quarter toilet roll and two small bottles of water (these were not replenished) constituted the amenities. No room service was provided for the second day. Breakfast provided consisted of a choice of bread with scrambled or fried egg or omelette or fruit.

Clean, decent accommodation, near the Old center area, 10min to Pub Street and Old Night Market, easy to get around, to many restaurants, coffee places and bars. 15min drive from Angkor Watt area.

The hotel was nice, very friendly staff. Has pool and breakfast options. Place is clean and 5 minutes from Pub street.

Cars will block the entrance not considering the motorbikes parked there. Cars park daily and if you come back late you can't get in or if you want to leave early you can't.

Location was excellent, room was great and the hotel had a nice feel to the place. Most staff members were so lovely, helpful and personable. They will help with all sorts of transfers and other issues and are amazing people to talk to. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - despite the one negative thing listed below.

One member of staff is particularly pushy with his tuktuk, to the point of harassment every time you enter and leave the hotel. He became extremely rude and angry towards me when I refused to go on his tour or use his tuktuk to get around - he even shouted at me when I returned from a trip to the temples with friends and another tuktuk driver - my friends were horrified. I became used to him but it was very off-putting for the first few days - I understand this is more normal in Cambodia, however I don't expect to ever be given out to and shouted at for taking a tour with friends.

The breakfast was tasty, but simple. You can choose from 5 options. There's free coffee and tea all day and free bottle of water each day. Room was simple, but clean with fan or AC. Pool was nice and open all the time. Staff was there 24/7 and ready to help.

The view from the window is to the neighbor garden with roosters. And they make some noise. The rooms could be nicer.

The location was really good. The best restaurants right next door and more close by. Only a short walk to pub Street. The Staff were friendly and helped organise a tuk tuk tour with the best driver. We had a great time. We enjoyed using the pool to cool off and it was always nice and clean.

Very comfortable stay. Family owned and operated establishment. They treated me like their own family. Location is perfect for Pok Street and getting to Angkor Wat. Also, everything of convenience (restaurants, stores, laundry and travel agencies) are within a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The highlight was my lovely Tuk Tuk driver, Mr Savin with his Rolls Royce Tuk Tuk who took me on a fabulous mystery tour of Temples, Angkor Wat for sunrise, Museums, Butterfly Centre, Silk weaving, to the Royal Palace and afterwards to Raffles Grand Hotel D’Angkor for afternoon tea!

The owner is very accommodating and helpful. He waited and picked us up late at night. He also helped connect us to tuktuk driver and got us bus tickets. Message response was always very quick, if not immediate. The room is comfortable and the pool is nice.

Bathroom amenities could be improved (for example I was hoping for liquid shampoo and body soap). Breakfast is a bit bare and repetitive, but the hosts were always very generous and gave us extra.

Clean property, breakfast was excellent for us(3-1 coffee package & bread with eggs). If you want AC in your room, you must book with AC or you just have fan. Walking distance to Pub Street(.5 miles).
