perfect location. very nice hotel. good breakfast. Gym need some maintenance and upgrade - treadmills aren't convenient to use and some do not work.
I love the business lounge.
Excellent staff. Check in issue was solved. Great location and rooms.
Wonderful staff!
Great location. Good facilities
This property is located in the middle of the bohemian Tel Aviv experience Roche Boulevard, You don’t need a car when you stay in such a central location to see Tel Aviv !! The view from the business is Breathtaking!! Taking to consideration that Thursday evenings, the area around the hotel will be packed with youngsters
Very convenient to walk around to the beach, Old Jaffa. Lots of restaurants around. A bit noisy at night
The best place to stay when in Tel Aviv. A wonderful experience and will return again. Highly recommended. The staff were awesome.
It was not a good experience. The service was very poor, the room was tiny. We called the reception in order to clean a broken glass, and no one came. We left with a bad taste. Not recommended in any way. Also a very poor breakfast. Just go to another hotel!
Great view of TA from our room. We had quite a small room but it was very clean and comfortable. Excellent quality sheets and bedding. Excellent location with loads of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Definitely recommended.
Great hotel ! Service is great. Special thanks to Irena who took care of us with a very warm welcoming. hotel is located in the heart of Tel aviv, close to the beach and all restaurants nearby. great breakfast. Thanks a lot , will definitely be back!
Made a reservation 2 days ago and have been trying since then unsuccessfully to speak to someone at the hotel.Absolutely no way to reach them. I was answered many times by bots who had no way to help me. I will cancel my reservation. Certainly not a place I could recommend.
Amazing stuff Great location Highly recommended
Best location in Tel Aviv. You can walk to the beach, to shopping, to restaurants to shows. Very nice service. They have a bussiness center on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the city. Very quiet with very nice snacks. Perfect for relaxing.
Good location for a night out in Tel Aviv
The room is nice but the shower needs an urgen make over. Very poor condition and mold. The receptionist was not cooperative nor friendly. 25 minutes in the counter for check-in when there is no line is unprofessional
Rothschild 22, a Fattal hotel in Tel Aviv: Marcelle and I reserved a room and parking space through this hotel's customer service. Their customer service representative reserved a parking space for us at 1 Rothschild Street, where there is supposedly a parking lot. However, neither their representative by phone, nor their hotel clerk, nor their site provides a map to the hotel. The hotel clerk asked us to use Waze to find the parking lot, but unfortunately GPS was not working at the time when we tried to use Waze. We returned to the hotel to get instructions from the clerk, who said he did not know the way to the location. The problem is that there is a pedestrian mall blocking a straight drive down the street to number 1 Rothschild, where the lot is supposed to be located. We tried to find a way around to the parking lot, asking pedestrians in our search. No one was able to help. In the end, after more than two hours of searching, we came upon a parking space on a street near the hotel. Before we left the hotel, we asked the checkout clerk not to charge for the parking space. Although she said that the parking lot did not belong to the hotel, she said she had to charge us. Clearly, though, even if the hotel does not own the lot, the hotel was acting as an agent of the lot because they were collecting the fee for the lot. When I lost my temper at her, another clerk came and told her not to charge us for the parking lot. Nevertheless, our experience at this hotel was ruined by having to search for parking. I might add that the room was tiny, the windows could not be opened and the sliding door to the toilet made noise, so that anyone who used it at night would wake anyone who might be sleeping in the room and perhaps in an adjacent room since the walls were thin.
Good location
צוות לא אדיב ושירותי
The lobby is a bit run out should be replaced all the couches
We were led to believe there was parking, but there wasn’t. Unfortunately that started the experience negatively. The check in was very slow and we were asked for things that had already been provided online. The room was very small, but clean. The bathroom was fantastic. By far it was the best part of the room. Check our was very easy as well.
Great location The room, although we rook the deluxe room gave the feeling that is a little bit small. The breakfast was served in a crowded space and felt very uncomfortable.
Expensive for its worth, but clean rooms, I got a room on 6th floor which was really quiet and its great to have that. good smell, great stuff, except for them calling me and blaming me for smoking in my room (I didn't , especially not in a room with no open window.) and wanted to fine me around $170 for that. the morning after a friend of mine who booked another room said to me that in the morning his room had a terrible smell of cigarettes, when he called the lobby they told him that the smell goes through the main ventilation system and spreads across the rooms in the same floor . which gets me to the next question, if they know that they have this problem in the first place, why would they even bother to try and blame me for smoking and not any other room ?
Spent two wonderful days in Tel Aviv based at the Rothschild 22 Hotel. We had tried it last year for one night when meeting up with family and we were not disappointed on our second visit. Reception staff were kind and efficient, the room was clean , comfortable and had a great view. But the most important was that the breakfast under the Chef/ Dining Manager Amram was nothing less than excellent. For someone who is challenged by multiple food allergies Amram was a pleasure to deal with and he gave us the confidence to eat the breakfast. Amram speaks many languages and he certainly understood the menu under his management and care. Certainly that would be reason alone to return to the Hotel - which is centrally located and suited our multiple ins and outs. One minor point is that the Business Lounge was not allergy friendly - something that should be addressed in the future. This does not affect our overall review as The reception staff, Breakfast staff and room staff all merit a good review
Wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone to be frank. Let's start at the beginning, shall we? One of the main reason we booked this hotel was because of the parking. As we arrived we talked to the manager about the parking. He was VERY RUDE and told us there is in fact no parking available and it's our problem we didn't check beforehand (he was rude to other customers as well). The rooms don't have coffee or tea or a kettle or something to warm water. There is no way to control venting in the bathroom. Etc.... To summarize you pay for an above average hotel and get a WAY below average hotel in return. The view from our room was nice though. Would never go back to that hotel in my life

Good location, nice hotel good service. I recommend upgrading to VIP to gain free access to VIO lounge.
Great hotel/staff and a fantastic walking location. Eateries and nightlife on Rothschild Street until very late.
Positive: good location to shopping and the beach. Negative: this is more a business hotel than a family hotel. The lobby looks great but the hallways and especially the rooms are sterile. The sheets are white, the walls are white. I felt like I was in a hospital room. The room was cramped with no space. Every hotel should have breakfast included. This one did not. $20 per person, US. The staff was kind but not very knowledgeable or helpful at times. Also a hotel this size should have a pool. No pool for you.
rooms were clean and front desk very helpful. Yaffa was great
The lobby was nice and spacious. Our room had all the basics. The room was a bit less clean than we would have liked, a bit of mold in the bathroom. Nothing too horrible, but could be improved upon. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Location was ok, but there were not a lot of restaurants or grocery stores nearby.
Thank you for the stay! Overall everything was good, I think I might be back. Here’s my list of pros and cons: Pros: - location was great, very central but still quiet mostly - Loved having slippers and a robe - Loved that it was very clean and their daily housecleaning was high quality - Loved the light decor and having Netflix - Breakfast was good and the service there was lovely, felt really welcomed - Business lounge was a nice perk for business travel, as the room is small I spent quite a bit of time there - As a solo female business traveller, I felt safe Cons: - Service was surprisingly bad. I messaged them 4 times during the week before my arrival, no reply. Finally got one reply in Hebrew. As this was my first interaction with them, I felt nervous about arriving. Also thought about changing hotels before because of their unresponsiveness. The person checking me in was nice. When I was checking out, there was no more in the reception for 15 min. Small things, won’t prevent me from coming back but would hope they would focus on these: - Pillows were horrible, so soft that your head goes right through - Only one usb that didn’t work, fridge didn’t work - Lights operated by touch but the touchpad is bright blue, even when all lights are off. You can’t get the room dark at all. - No hooks in the room for a coat or anything etc - Business lounge could open earlier. 10 am is a bit late. I understand they don’t want people to go there instead of breakfast but the
The best hotel in Tel aviv. Great location, good staff, the business lounge incredibly and good and tasty breakfast. Always clean rooms, took care of any problem that was there. There is always an answer at the reception and especially for trips
We arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in and was asked to return after an hour, which was okay. It was a different person manning the check-in when we returned and he was very dismissive so we ended up moving to another hotel.
Great location and very helpful staff. Business lounge is a big plus. Comfortable rooms, though small. The lobby is bright and cheerful and gives a very nice feeling every time you return to the hotel.
The location was great. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and confortable.
Great air conditioning Lounge is great Always replenished drinking water Great location
Good location if you don't have a car and you want to party. Hotel is clean, good air condition.
great staff. BEST breakfast. Close to everything.
Ok
Super convenient but very noisy. Don’t stay on the lower levels and better to face the sea. At checkin I asked for a quiet room but the reception said it was full. Asked me to check with them the next day but was told it was only noisy during the weekend.. it would stop. But no it didn’t. After not resting well for 3 days I insisted on switching room which they did. It was much bigger but not any quieter. I also found abit of hair in the first room. I did like the loccitaine shampoo etc which they topped up daily. Don’t expect superb customer service. That said it was convenient but not something to recharge
Loved the location
My worst experience staying at a hotel ever! Everything was so dirty everywhere at the hotel. Room. Shower. Business lounge EVERYTHING Loud music playing from the rooftop club next door was so loud I couldn’t sleep at night. Will never come back here
My room was on the 8th floor nice comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. The lounge on the 10th floor had great views plus drinks and snacks and it was worth the cost. Staff were polite and helpful when i needed assistance. I arrived early and got into my room right away. Station Ha Hagana is 10-15 minutes away. Hotel great location on rothschild avenue close to allenby avenue and carmel market. Would stay there again.
The staff was really not nice and the only person who was helpful was the bellboy. The rooms are quite small, even for Tel Aviv and our mini bar made a very loud noise, that we needed to ask it to be disconnected (it wasn't even full, so what's the point).
Front desk staff were often missing; it took me two days and four requests to get a teapot; the cleaner was not as though as we would have liked and did not give us soap. The executive lounge did not stock water and the halls were dark. The location was great and the view from the window in our room was exceptional.
The receptionist wasn’t very friendly every question was answered with no .kind felt like unwonted .
This is an awesome hotel! Perfect location and walking distance to great restaurants and tourist destinations. The staff is amazing specially the front desk. After our flight got delayed they took great care of us and keep offering drinks and snacks until we got our flight plans back on track. Thanks you so much!
This hotel is something else if it were in Manhattan out would 6-700$ a night. The service was excellent the rooms amazing an excellent gym open 24hrs next to resturaunts and shops. Breakfast included with many options. I wish I could have stayed longer you will not regret it.
Bad service, tired employees, late for brakefest. So we had no coffee in the morning!!
, מיקום מעולהמלון מפנק, רמת שירות ונקיון גבוהה,
We were warmly welcomed and the onsite parking was very convenient and well worth the fee. The room was very clean. It was a "boutique" room and was very small. In particular, the bed was small and it was a squeeze to get in and out of the shower. I would recommend a larger room. The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the city.
we didn't get a room upgrade for my Gold status. the room was very small, the bed was too small for 2 adults and the room was noisy. we received the lounge access that was OK, but a bit disappointed from the hotel as last time was great.
Great location, comfortable and clean.
Not clean in the common areas
it was amazing!!!!! Great hotel, great room, friendly staff
Great hotel, perfect location and wonderful views of the city..
Hotel room feel sad - broken door -crooked shelf No mini bar - no lounge ..
נקי, מסידר . שירות מצויין
Great Hotel in a great location. Outstanding service Would love to visit you again, thanks's for excellent stay.
Great service by kristabel
Hotel Rothschild 22 is in a great location in the heart of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to the best restaurants, night clubs and bars. 20 minute walk to the beach. The hotel has their own parking garage for a charge of 50 shekel per day. That is a very big savings for the center of Tel Aviv and makes staying at the Hotel very convenient. They also have a nice gym in the Hotel. This is very unique for hotels and great if you like to workout in a gym. The only thing we did not like is the bathrooms are small. Nice bathrooms but small. Besides that we loved the Hotel and will come back soon.
its wose amazing!!
Great hotel in a great location. They don't have breakfast in the hotel, instead they give vouchers to nearby coffee shops.
Great from all every angel!
Great central location, friendly staff, clean and tastefully appointed rooms. Would stay again next time for sure. Only complaint: There is a perfume spraying system called "White Scent" in the elevator lobby of each floor that sprays a horribly overpowering perfume scent into the air, so we always had to hold our breath until we made it to our room. If they turned that off, the hotel experience would be 100% top notch.
The hotel is well-maintained and the accommodations are excellent. The gym, for instance, is spacious (as are the rooms).
Great location and facilities. Staff is courteous and professional. The breakfast location is a bar, so the tables are not the best for a breakfast buffet, but the content is very good.
Room was nice, beds were comfortable but front desk staff was just fair. Not very friendly or helpful.
The location is central to the happenings and accessible to Carmel Market, Sarona, Habima theater, Mann center etc. There were lots of restaurants and even a jazz club within walking distance. The tourist info booth was a block from the hotel and very helpful.
Superb hotel in Tel Aviv. Location was excellent walking distance to most attractions. The room was modern, bright and clean. Large bathroom with city views. Views over the city are amazing. The business lounge on the 10th floor is a fantastic service with a selection of drinks and nibbles. Breakfast was very well organised and a wonderful selection of food on offer. Excellent in every way!
Close to the beach, in a great location on Rothchilds
Great location Small but lovely room Helpful delightful staff
Central new, comfortable rooms, nice view. Good value
Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, no need to warty about restaurants/cafe. Bit noisy at night especially during the weekend. Needed to wait for 1 hour for check in because of the late check out guests.
Very comfortable, convenient to walking and delighted that they had a half day rate as we were leaving Tel Aviv around midnight.
Great accommodations. The 10th floor VIP room is an excellent place to decompress after a long day and the view of Tel-Aviv is beautiful.
This hotel provides a modern space in a convenient location, with outstanding city views from the impressive floor to ceiling windows.
Great hotel and location, always my choice when visiting Tel Aviv
Very modern Hotel, comfortable, beautiful decoration and clean. They have free buffet from 8 AM till 10PM : wine, sodas, coffees, teas and always fresh and good foid. Everything is very organized. The stuff very helpful although not so polite. Excellent location.
Perfect location, very pleasant atmosphere, beautifully decorated, comfortable (deluxe) room, efficient and pleasant staff
Good location on Rothschild blvd. Customer service in the lounge needs improvement.
Quality sevice
It was such an amazing experience. Was upgraded and welcomed to Tel Aviv by Shaney at front desk. The exec lounge was beautiful with sweeping views of the city!
Love this hotel, mostly for its great location. Everything works and the staff is very friendly and polite.
I was traveling alone, so I got the smallest room, which was plenty for me. The bathroom was spacious and had a great rain shower. I loved the floor-to-ceiling window! There was free breakfast, but I myself did not try it, so I can’t comment. The location was amazing, close to culture, shopping, restaurants.
Great location, really friendly people! The food is great, very big selection, all is fresh............no real criticism.
Excellent hotel withing 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant choices near by. Rooms are fantastic and breakfast is superb.
Room was smaller than we expected, we had two suitcases and nowhere to put them.
Modern and clean hotel but our room was too small even we had booked the highest category. Very nice view and central location on Rothschild Boulevard. The lounge and gym were both good. Great breakfast. The staff at reception and during breakfast were a little “sleepy” and not on par with the other hotel facilities.
New hotel- everything is modern and elegant. Elevators are a trip- your key card gets you a private ride to floor destination. 10th floor has wine, beer and champagne plus snacks most of the day.( business perk) Beds very comfortable.
The hotel overall was exceptional. I felt incredibly safe. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed, It was however incredibly, incredibly small.
In a great location for the bars and restaurants in the area, and you can walk to many of the sights. Access to the “business lounge” (just like at an airport, with open access to buffet, wine and beer, coffee etc) was a nice touch and had great views, but I’d probably have preferred a proper bar.
Awful did not sleep.for 2 days. Noisy other residents screening and shouting all night long. No black out blinds. Waking up at 530 am to sun shining into room. I should of just slept outside would of been better !!
There are better options in the area. There are a lot of restaurants around and location is safe but employees seemed unfriendly.
Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast and the most important: great location
room was clean and new but a bit cramped. Great location right in the middle of Tel Aviv
The breakfast was closed due to renovation. When going to Benedict for breakfast, I had to wait outside for a table. Attitude wasn’t that great. The last few days the business lounge was closed until 10:30, which was inconvenient. Otherwise the stay was ok.
Small room, no balcony, no interior design, very simle and poor and overpriced!!!! 250 dollars per night only for location
