חדר קטן מאוד

לא פגשתי שירות כל כך אישי ומיוחד באף בית מלון בארץ. כל בקשה מטופלת מיד, היחס ללקוחות אישי (פונים בשם) , בגובה עיניים ומכובד מאוד. המון פרטים קטנים שמוסיפים לחוויה: יין חופשי, (יין איכותי מאוד), הסדר עם החניון ממול, אופניים ללא תשלום ועוד דברים.

ביקשנו להחליף חדר בגלל מבנה השירותים והמקלחת. בחלק מהחדרים חסרה קצת פרטיות בעניין הזה לפי דעתי.

I had a fantastic stay at The Vera and will absolutely be back. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully done. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. The food and amenities were also top notch and made the whole experience feel easy and special. The Vera will definitely be my home away from home whenever I’m in Tel Aviv.

Great location, we loved being minutes from the buzzing nachalat Benyamin. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, organising restaurant bookings, giving advice and always smiling. Best customer service we have received. Breakfast was great, we loved the free wine, free bike hire, free cold water on tap, free hot drinks (range of herbal tea and coffee).

Atmosphere is calm and romantic, staff is very very kind- Yuval, Vera and Vera were all amazing. breakfast was fun and tasty, location- perfect. the wine and all the goods= just make everything so fun. even parking for guests with car was 30 seconds walk.

Great experience generous hospitality

Really nice and comfy hotel positioned in a very lively area full with restaurants, cafes, shops etc. And in the night it's very quiet so you can get some good rest even if outside the city never sleeps. There are some night flights that pass above the center of TelAviv, therefore right above the hotel, which I know for locals is normal and they don't even notice it. I come from a small town up in the mountains so the first nights were weird but then I got used to it. The breakfast is so good and you can adapt it to your own diet, there's many choices. I took the room with the garden. It's really nice to enter your room and see this mini jungle inside :) The staff is also amazing, they helped with everything from buying tickets to the philarmonic concerts, to restaurant reservations, even planning touristic iteneraries. They know the city and the whole country very well and are very resourceful, which is something to greatly appreciate as it doesn't happen in other hotels.

The location is ideal and the property is updated and comfortable. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating whenever possible. It is a terrific option for a single traveler.

The Vera is a lovely boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional efficient and friendly staff. Very nice buffet breakfast. Loved the service of 24/7 availability of coffee/tea/water and the wine dispenser and don’t forget the cookies. Overall a lovely place located in a nice neighbourhood close to restaurants and walkable distance to the beach.

An amazing hotel, created with an impeccable taste and enormous attention to details... and managed with a deep care of the guest experience. Nothing posh or expressly 'caring' in attitude, but it just has all necessary parts at the right place. Remarkably attentive team (it's a shame to refer to them as 'staff' - they are rather caring friends, than formally functioning employees) is keeping you covered with all possible needs. it's not cheap, but you get a LOT of value for what you are paying. They are really generous, in all possible ways: from well-thought (multiple) ways of enjoying your time in the hotel to complementary snacks and drinks, coffees and even wines (from special 'wine tasting' dispensers). And yes, also the bikes for exploring the neighbourhood.

i'd always love to have my stay longer On a serious note, maybe, the lights in the bathroom might be a bit brigher... but that's minor.

We had a wonderful stay at The Vera Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is absolutely perfect—within walking distance to so many great restaurants, attractions, and the beach. The staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an excellent variety. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the rooms are very, very small. They may feel a bit cramped for two people, especially for a longer stay. I also found the bathroom lighting to be quite dim, which made getting ready a little challenging. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location more than made up for those minor drawbacks. I would absolutely stay at The Vera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

The Vera hotel is on an excellent location on the center of Tel Aviv. Very personal service and they attended to all our needs. The breakfast is very good too. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend for someone that likes small boutique hotels.

אווירה מאד נעימה ומיוחדת. שירות מעולה של הצוות. קפה ויינות ישראליים חופשיים על הבר כל שעות היום. הגג עם שני מפלסים הייתה חוויה מיוחדת. נקויון מבריק. המיקום נוח ולא רחוק מתחנת הרכבת הקלה שנקראת תחנת אלנבי.

המלון עצמו היה מצויין. לא היינו מודעים שאין למטבח תעודת כשרות. משום מה הנחנו שכל בתי המלון בארץ כשרים. אף כי הובהר לנו שכל המצרכים כשרים וכי המטבח רק משמש להכנת ארוחת הבוקר החלבית ואין כל מוצרי בשר במטבח, הרגשנו פחות בנוח, אבל כמובן שזאת לא אשמת המלון והיינו צריכים לברר זאת בעוד מועד.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel. Great decoration, complementary snack&beverages available 27/7 at the bar, terrace areas, comfortable rooms, very complete and delicious breakfast options and very kind and professional staff. I felt we were treated like royalty.

El trato amabilísimo y personalizado, la decoración, la comodidad en general, la terraza del ático, la barra con snacks y bebidas de cortesía disponible 24h... no hubo nada que no me gustara.

Le falta una solución de parking para ser 100% perfecto, y probablemente no esté siquiera justificado por la demanda.

היה תענוג - יחס חם איכפתי וסבלני. סידור חנייה גמיש ונוח, מיקום נהדר. מלון מעוצב נפלא, נקי מודרני ויוקרתי. מגוון יינות מצוינים חינם לאורך כל היום !!. כיבוד טעים קפה ותה זמינים גם כל היום. ארוחת בוקר מדויקת טרייה וטעימה. ללא ספק מלון נהדר. נשמח לחזור שוב.

Perfect location. Close to Nahla Benjamin, Park Hamesilla and Neve Tzedek, Rothchild boulevard. Amazing service. Comfortable and very quiet room. The decor is very stylish. Very rich breakfast buffet. Free wine all day long. We celebrated our 50th anniversary weekend. Will be back!

מקום נעים ממש, המיקום שלו ממש אחלה, הוא ממוקם קרוב למרכז, עניין של רבע שעה הליכה בסבבה . הצוות אדיב ואכפתי מאוד, המקום נקי מאוד והחדר היה נקי ומסודר. ארוחה הבוקר הפתיעה אותי לטובה ממש, האוכל היה טעים ולא הרגשתי שחסר שום דבר. הלובי מזמין מאוד עם מספר סוגי יין ונשנושים. בקיצור, ממליץ מאוד על המקום.

מלון בוטיק קטן יחסית ומאוד נעים. חזרנו אליו לסיבוב נוסף אחרי שמאוד נהנינו בו לפני כשנה בערך. הצוות מקסים ושירותי. ארוחת בוקר ייחודית. לא כמויות אדירות של אוכל אלא מגוון מעניין, טרי וטעים. המלון מציע יין חופשי, שתיה חמה וקרה, וסוגי מאפים לכל אורך שעות היממה. אנחנו מאוד אוהבים את המלון הזה, את הצוות, את המיקום שלו ואת האוירה.

the breakfast was really good, with many different options. the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the free wine options were GREAT! the noise under the hotel affected our stay and disturbed us.

The Vera has become my go-to hotel when traveling on my own for family events in Tel Aviv. For me it has the perfect location (even if the specific block on Lillenblum isn't super exciting) because on one side you can easily walk to Florentin & Neve Tzedek, and the other Rothschild, Nachalat Binyamin, and a million restaurants. It's my favorite base in TA and the hotel itself is nice, comfortable, with extremely friendly service. I will keep coming back.

The service is great. We arrived very late that night, and the lady (named Vera, if we spell correctly) is so sweet and warmly welcome us and shared with us all the information we need for the hotel. The location is good too, with only 5-min walking distance to the bus stops and 15-min to the Carmel market. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well, very convenient. Unlimited free wines is really a bonus. The rooftop is a must to in the evening.

Breakfast was awesome and included egg dishes, a variety of breads, fresh vegetables, fruit salad, lots of cheeses, granola, etc. They had a coffee machine that could make any kind of coffee, a tea selection, fruit juices, and free wine all day from a curated selection. The staff was extremely nice and helpful in any way they could. There was a terrace on the 4th floor where one could relax with wine, tea and noshes. The room was also very nice with a really good bed and a relaxing shower. Oh, also the location is really close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, galleries, etc.

Clean and cozy rooms, great location and attentive staff. We’ve stayed for three nights and had a very nice time. We didn’t take breakfasts but enjoyed coffee and complements (which are included). The room was clean and the bed comfy, toiletries and all stuff were provided and kept filled. There was some reconstruction happening on the street so little discomfort but not an issue at all (no noise, just pavement was partially blocked). All in all it was a great stay, we would happily come back and recommend to friends!

The Vera Hotel has become, over the years, my hotel of choice in Tel Aviv. The more I stay there, the more I feel that this remains the right choice. The property is well maintained, the common areas are pleasant, and the terrace offers a genuine moment of calm and relaxation, almost outside of time. What I particularly appreciate, however, is the human quality of the staff. Seeing the same people again, being recognized, and feeling that your loyalty is valued creates a rare atmosphere. You sense that everything is done to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. As a sign of genuine hospitality, complimentary wine is available, as well as coffee, tea, and biscuits. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed. Each stay begins under very good conditions. A place I recommend with sincerityel you return to with confidence
