I had to switch rooms because mine hadn’t been cleaned. Then, in the new room, there was no hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience after a long day at work.

Weather related stay

Facilities has gone down hill since CN started booking it out to its workers. Not as nice as when it first was opened.

Clean. Good beds. Microwave and fridge. Coffee maker. Cleared parking lot.

A bit cold in the breakfast room. Would have loved some hot options besides pancakes and toast. Maybe some meat.

The room was very large and clean, the facilities were obviously well cared for.

The room was set to 56 degrees so it was VERY cool and took a while to warm up to 64 which was still cool but more manageable with a newborn

Loved coffee machine but not much to eat

The manager double charging me for the room after I had prepaid before arriving and also marking that I wasn’t there to booking . Com when I was .

Happy the rooms were all on the same floor and it worked good to have the one room above the breakfast room. That's where we all gathered. Really appreciated the 2pm check-in and 12noon check-out,

The hot tub still being out of order. Very nice to have when playing sports!! Breakfast food was decent but the orange and apple juice are watered down and taste horrible. I believe I made the same comment last year,

The parking

Clean, bed was comfortable, we had the king spa-tub room. It was a nice size and water ran good. Location was good.

Breakfast was not great.. No hot options, they had pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches that were really greasy and not good. The only other option for protein was bagged hard boiled eggs. Had a fancy coffee machine but the latte option only dispensed hot milk mixed with water. Switched to plain coffee out of the same machine, it was actually pretty good.

How close it was to what I was in Melville for

The Breakdast is shouldn't even be called breakfast because it's stale breakfast sandwiches that are cold and are still not tasty after only having a microwave to warm the u. The building needs updated. You can hear everything going on when people are walking buy or parking or even cooking in their own rooms.

Close to event area

Your breakfast did not have anything hot other than the waffle. There were no egg sandwiches or hard boiled eggs. There was a lack of variety in the bread and the coffee machine only dispenses French vanilla or Hot chocolate and no regular coffee.

the manager of Sigma was extremely helpful and Kind. When I had issues with my booking he accommodated immediately with empathy. Because of this professionalism and kindness I would 100% recommend. The Breakfast was delicious with lots of options for adults and kids. I felt safe being at this hotel and not worried about cleanliness.

No staff. Had to wait for somebody at check in. At breakfast, there was NOBODY in the 30 minutes we were there to complain to about the lack of pancake mix. Just two examples for the rating.

The breakfast wasn't much. Some of the appliances, didn't work and not much selection.

The shower head barely spit out water. The soap bar was too small and only one!! Went to the desk for change to use a machine and they couldn’t break a $20. Had to phone every time i needed to talk to desk .

Clean no muss no fuss

The shower curtains are too short, so after showering there is a flood on the bathroom floor

Offered a comfortable place to stay for the whole family. We appreciated the service and proximity to food and stores.

We have stayed here a quite a few times over the years but this past weekend we really noticed how tired it was starting to look. The hot tub has been full but out of order for years. Gave part of the family a room that was already occupied, the keys were persistently not opening the room. The staff are not overly friendly but were able to accommodate our needs.

Check in was ok, we had reserved a king room, but got a room with 2 beds, could not get the shower to work, no matter what we tried. TV , worked for 5 minutes, called the front desk, were told all the instructions were in the cask drawer, and nothing in any of the cabinets, so he came up and change the receiver, then we got 1 channel, will we stay there again, no, room next to us partied till after 3:00 am

My husband had to travel for work from BC and booked last minute for 2 nights which was extended for a third. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. He very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We can highly recommend!

This was a nice motel. Clean. Had a fridge and an elevator.

Dated fixtures. The bathroom door handle came off on first use. The clock in the room didn't have anyway to change the time to make it correct. The hair dryer was so clogged with hair that it blew a circuit breaker. The TV channel guide provided bore no resemblance to reality and was useless. At breakfast the juice dispenser was broken and thus no juice was available.

Good location, quiet and very clean facilities.

The continental breakfast was minimal, with microwave breakfast sandwiches/cereal and a waffle maker; however, no batter remained.

The hotel was clean and well run. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was a little underwhelming, but thankfully, there was lots of options just across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This property advertised a full breakfast but in fact provided a continental breakfast. Otherwise everything was good.

Marg - our cleaning lady was AMAZING! So sweet and I appreciated a clean room daily. Breakfast was basic but I appreciated that the room was open to grab water or tea or a piece of fruit during the day.

Our heater was VERY loud/clicked on high. I had to turn it low tho it was below zero every day.

Staff at the front desk was not overly welcoming but maybe he had a bad day. The hotel promotes a hot tub which I tried to use. It was half full of water which looked like it had been sitting unused for months. Next time, I would drive 20 minutes to Yorkton.
