Es un hotel boutique, pocas habitaciones, atención muy personalizada. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, tiene un roof top muy bonito con vistas al casco antiguo y espacio para sentarse y disfrutar una charla, tomar algo, muy acogedor.

Nada en particular, está muy bien para estar 1 o 2 días en el lugar.

Very quiet

Did not realize it was on top of a hill very hard walk up and down on the cobblestones. I enjoyed the exercise though and lost weight. It took me a while to get used to it though.

Beautiful building

The staff is friendly and helpful. Great view from the rooftop. The location is good with a caveat, see below.

Breakfast is a bit scanty, just fruit, a roll, yogurt, and coffee. The walk to the Centro area is not far but not particularly easy especially if there is rain. The Internet can be disrupted-we did not have it for a day.

Perfectly located near all the major attractions, this beautiful property is impeccably maintained and full of charm. Each room is unique and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

El desayuno perfecto, había de todo y el personal muy amable. Te lo sirven en la terraza que da al jardín interior y es precioso

El horario del desayuno que empezaba a las 9 y es un poco tarde, si lo que pretendes es madrugar para aprovechar el día

La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca del centro y del mirador, y esto ayuda ya que para moverte en automóvil es un poco complicado, debido a que las calles son estrechas.

El costo extra del desayuno, deberían incluirlo.

Es un lugar muy acogedor y agradable. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La atención por parte de Jorge fue excelente los 3 dias, siempre atento y pendiente de nuestras demandas. Nos ha hecho la experiencia mucho más agradable, además de sus recomendaciones para comer.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Mansion San Miguel. The staff there is super helpful and friendly and ready to help you out with whatever you need. The hotel itself is beautiful with plants, art, and nice little places to sit and relax and a rooftop with stunning views and we stayed in Cielito Lindo, which is a large and comfortable room with a nice little balcony. Showers were hot and plenty of water pressure. Jorge at the front desk knows so much about San Miguel and can recommend lots of things to do.

The location gave a lovely view but that last little uphill street was steep to walk up. We ended up taking taxis occasionally, but they are very inexpensive and convenient in San Miguel.

We loved every single thing about Mansion San Miguel, from the feeling of being in a lovingly cared-for oasis to the genuine kindness and warmth of the whole staff. We really can’t think of a place we have enjoyed staying in more than this one.

Not one thing. Oh, I suppose I might have liked softer pillows. But that just seems petty!

The street light brightened our room through the cracks in the curtains. Enough to light up the room despite large curtains. Recommend installing blackout curtains in that room that are closer to the wall so there isn’t space for that light to get through.

The courtyard with the fountain and plants was beautiful and very relaxing. The upstairs deck was a wonderful afternoon gathering spot. The staff was very helpful and always smiling! Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were tastefully decorated and large and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Simple breakfast offered in the morning was great. The view from rooftop is very lovely and there is a hot tub! The one thing to note is that the hotel is up a longer hill from the centro and then the rooms are on two floors (no elevator). Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, this specific hotel may not be a good choice. The room was spacious and simple, but comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room. Room was clean and the property tidy. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Bueno, únicamente esta incluido fruta diversa, con granola, café, pan, mermelada y mantequilla me hubiera gustado que incluyeran huevos o algún guisado.

Aumentar un poco mas el desayuno, es todo.

We had an incredible stay at Mansion San Miguel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved the property-- it is beautiful beyond what the photos show, and it is a quiet and serene oasis to begin and end your day. The room was well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. We walked to get everywhere, and found the location to be great. Taxis are plentiful and a good option if you don't love that much walking. The hill up to the hotel was challenging, but honestly not too much. Trust me, that walk is worth it for this property and the views from the rooftop!

Todo estaba en su lugar, limpio, ordenado, cómodo, muy tranquilo para dormir. La vista desde la Terraza inigualable.

El internet no funciona, puede ser lejos para algunas personas, pero eso lo hace ser tranquilo.

The location is perfectly situated near all the points of interest. Beautiful property that is well maintained. Each room has its own charm.

Gostei de tudo, a única coisa que me desagradou foi que para chegar até o hotel a rua é muito estreita, mal passa o carro, tirando isso tudo perfeito, voltaria com certeza

It is a beautiful property east of the plaza up a hill but walkable. Nice views.

It is not really a complaint so much as an observation. The staff worked very hard as there did not seem to be many. It is somewhat barebones for such nice property. Perhaps, the price would not be as appealing were the overhead to increase.

Rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Tomas was a great host .

One of the best vacations that I had. The hotel is beautiful and the people was great. Nice breakfast. Peaceful and friendly environment. The manager Jorge was aware that I traveled safe from and to Querétaro airport. Highlight recommend it.

Parking

The roof deck was very nice. Amazing views of the center of town. The location of he hotel was great since it was a very short walk to town but enough away that you might not have walked near this scenic street. Th staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This was a beautiful courtyard style boutique hotel with clean rooms, multiple places to sit and relax, and an outstanding view from the rooftop terrace.

La arquitectura, en general el hotel y los detalles que tienen son muy bonitos. Tienen una terraza amplia con muy buena vista. La habitación aunque era pequeña fue cómoda (se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle) las almohadas también eran cómodas.

Creo que hay varios puntos para mejorar teniendo en cuenta calidad vs precio: 1) Acceso: inicialmente la calle para llegar es muy complicada, muy empinada. 2) Estacionamiento: tiene costo y me pareció excesivo, teniendo en cuenta que es lote baldío. 3) Desayuno no nos lo ofrecieron un día ya que eran las 10:55 am, posterior al día siguiente vimos a unas personas a la 11:00 am apenas sirviéndoles el desayuno, nos pareció raro. Adicional el servicio es muy sencillo. 4) Finalmente en la terraza cuenta con un jacuzzi que tienen muy sucio, nos comentaron que podíamos usarlo y nos dimos cuenta del mal estado que estaba y nos generó alergia en la piel. Pienso que podrian informar desde el inicio que está fuera de servicio.

What a gorgeous property. From the minute we arrived, the service was spectacular. The property was about 10 mins from the center of town. Walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars & shopping. This city is a must see & the Mansion made the trip perfect.

It’s in a great location with a wonderful view. The last two blocks are a steep climb. We didn’t mind because it was good exercise but it might not be for everyone.

Extremely friendly hosts, nothing was an issue and they went over and above to accommodate our early check out! Breakfast was as lovely on the terrace and the fresh warm bread was a bonus. The hotel was close to everything and had a fantastic view of the town! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!

Lush vegetation with calming sounds of water splashing in the courtyard. Beautiful antique cantera stone columns, floors and stairs accented with exquisite wrought iron throughout the whole hotel. Lovely rooftop patio for sunset viewing.

Guests be warned: property is located on a steep hill and you will need to be at least moderately fit to navigate this street. No elevator in hotel, so be prepared to climb stairs.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and had amazing views. Everyone on their staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

The charm of the place. Super clean. George was great at helping us navigate through town and with transportation needs. The continental breakfast was superb. The view from the rooftop was amazing.

Great views over the town at sunset. Omero, who assisted us with parking, served breakfast and with luggage, is very helpful and a real asset. Rooms are spacious.

Totalmente recomendable, Homero y Adriana nos ofrecieron un excelente servicio y hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mas agradable. Definitivamente regreso a este hotel, ademas de la muy buena ubicacacion este hotel tiene toques super originales y coloniales, me encanto que cada habiacion tiene un nombre asignado y como tal eso le da un toque muy original. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo al 100!

Wonderful property!

Beautiful property, a little hard to find because some of the streets were closed. The front desk guy I believe his name was Sergio, was amazing. He walked out to look for us because we were having trouble. Hotel is small but absolutely beautiful. It felt so clean, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Hotel is small and service is good. It was very quiet when we were there. The courtyard, breakfast terrace and rooftop are very nice.

Only improvement would be to replace the a/c split unit. It moved air around but didn't really cool. It does get hot in San Miguel and unless you want to hear the alley noise or the courtyard you need better a/c function.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect balance between boutique hotel and luxury airbnb. The bed was comfortable, room had air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast (included) was a great start to the morning offering fruits, granola, yogurt and coffee. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute slow picturesque walk down the hill to the city center. The rooftop offered a panoramic view of SMA!

The property was lovely but not wheelchair accessible. Wouldn’t recommend bringing heavy luggage if you select a room on the second floor. The staff will absolutely help if needed !

The property was very quaint. I liked that it had character and limited rooms as compared to a hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and sufficient space. Once familiar with the location it was just 10 minutes from the center of town and 5 minutes in a taxi. It is located in a hilly section of town so hip/knee issues may be a concern..otherwise safely walking home after a delicious dinner was a welcome relief...

This place is a hiddden jem. Incredible staff and location was perfect. Pillows and sheets were extra comfy. Room and accommodations were perfect. Quite and enough away from centro to overlook the town. Just perfect.
