Camas y almohadas duras. Acceso algo incómodo por estar en un parking. La recepción está cerca, en The doge hotel.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Direkt an der Piazzale Roma gelegen ist es ein perfekter Ausgangsort um Venedig zu erkunden, egal ob man mit Auto, Bus, Bahn, Rad oder Boot kommt. Check-In erfolgt über das (Partnerhotel?) Ca‘Doge am gleichen Gelände. Der Innenhof dient tagsüber als öffentlicher, bewachter Parkplatz. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, jedoch sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wenn man gerne härtere Matratzen mag. Trotz Fenster zur Piazzale war es erstaunlich ruhig - auch die laufende Klimaanlage. Als reine Nächtigungsoption ideal.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026staff were helpful and accomodating we stopped twice both times we were able to check in early. we were also able to leave our luggage. on our first stay i left two icepacks for my medication in the fridge i phoned the property and they retrieved them re froze them and i collected them a week later when we had our secon stay
understandable with the high turnover some areas were a little tired. Our first room had no windows only a skylight but our second room was much better.

Le prix par rapport à la qualité et la superficie de la chambre. La douche est vraiment en mode économie d'eau, difficile de se rincer.

Mieliśmy trochę obiekcji bo trzeba zostawić parkingowemu kluczyki do auta, ale oni są profesjonalistami..auto bylo bardzo beżpieczne, całe i zaopiekowane w upale. Warto było zostawić tu auto i blisko, bez problemu wypakować bagaże. Codziennie mieliśmy nowe ręczniki i posprzątany pokoj.Okiennice dawaly nam ciszę - mimo bliskości dworca autobusowego i ochłodę. Można wypocząć i zrelaksować sie. Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Wenecji i transportu wodnego.

受付をするスタッフは建物向かって右端のCa Dogeにいる。 荷物を預けるられるのは9:00〜18:00 check inとcheck outもスタッフのいるその時間の様なので、注意が必要です。

Personál byl odměřený, ne zrovna ochotný a nápomocný a bylo vidět, že nás chce mít co nejdříve z krku. Zvláštní bylo, že na pokoji zůstaly cizí rifle a v šuplíku kondomy. Na toaletě nebyly doplněny sáčky. A výtah vykazoval poruchy.

Il faudrait modifier l'adresse avec le numéro et le nom de la rue
Pas de petit déjeuner prévu (sauf un café lyophilisé ou thé en sachet). L'hôtel devrait conseiller un endroit pour les petits déjeuner

However if you have large luggage it will be hard to bring them over the bridges with steps so you'll have to take a water taxi anyway if you don't have the strength to bring up the luggages. it's doable but a bit hard. Facilities are as advertised, no surprises. Also the staff was friendly and really took time to show us the room and how all the locks and wifi works.
Good value for money but it was a bit dark and small. Just enough for a couple, i guess with the price it is still good value. also the parking becomes very full during the day so it was hard to bring out our luggages when it was time to check out. doable but added some challenge. It was quite a long walk away from the main tourist locations but we didn't mind, because the advantage was it was closer to the train station and easier to bring our luggage.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Great location, very comfortable room, good wifi, good AC, lots of space, good water pressure in the bath and shower. Room was really clean. The coffee service available outside the room was a nice touch.
Offering breakfast would be a nice gesture to offset the high costs of traveling to Venice. Even something as simple as some pastries or fruit would be lovely. A coffee table in front of the couch would also make it easier to eat or watch TV from there, if possible.

Some would say it’s too far away from certain places in Venice (30 minute walk to st marks) but we enjoyed walking, and enjoyed eating dinner further away and walking back to the rooms. We did find that it was very noisy; I’m not sure if it’s due to being situated in a car park, or it was just bad luck but the first night we were woken up at 4am to loud machinery sounding noises and again at 6, and the second night there was yelling downstairs. Overall enjoyed our stay; just didn’t sleep well

Reviewed May 28, 2026鐡道駅から徒歩圏、空港バスは目の前。 廊下に、コーヒーとかお茶のセットがあって、自由に飲める。 部屋の内装もきれいだし、部屋そのもの、トイレ、シャワー室が広い。 USBの充電器があった。
ローマ広場に面しているガレージの付帯設備のようなホテルで、場所がわかりづらい。（看板もよくわからない） フロントの開いている時間が、限られており、チェックインやチェックアウトなどに制約がある。 予約画面を注意してみれば書いてあるのだが、19時以降はチェックインできないらしく、早めに到着する列車に予定を変更しないといけなかった。19時以降にチェックインしたいと連絡したら、キャンセルをするように促された。チェックインの時間がもう少し遅くまでできるとよいのではないか。 逆に、チェックアウトは8時以降可能となているが、チェックアウト当日の8時に荷物を預けたくても、フロントの人が出勤おらず、困った（ガレージの人にフロントのドアを開けてもらったが） 場所柄、部屋代が高いヴェネチアで、安く泊まれるのはありがたいが、ある程度、ホテルの都合に合わせる必要がある。 →"The luggage storage is available from 9 to 18 o'clock, as indicated."との回答だが Servicesの項目にあるのは、 Baggage storageとあるだけで、時間はかかれていないように思うが。 ホテルではないということなので顧客サービスという点では、期待しないほうが良いのかもしれない。

Reviewed May 27, 2026A localização e muito boa para quem chega tanto de trem como de avião, pois fica perto de onde sai os ônibus, tem elevador isso e bom na italia, as moça da limpeza muito educada, os quartos sao espaços, banheiro tem um tamanho muito bom.
O frigobar nao funciona, e como é aqueles quartos de cartao e deram um so toda vez que tira o cartão a energia desliga, mas mesmo durante a noite com a energia ligada o frigobar ficava quente so ventilando, a entrada da hospedagem nao é muito óbvia, fica dentro do estacionamento e meio difícil de achar, o Wi-Fi é um pouco fraco.

Reviewed May 20, 2026This B&B is located about 15 min walk from Venezia S Lucia train station, across the glass bridge (Ponte della Costituzione) and after the busy car and bus park. The reception is located in the nearby Hotel Ca’ Doge, a minute’s walk away and the friendly lady at the reception walked us to the B&B. Although our room was located above a car parking facility (this is the only part of Venice main island accessible by car, buses and the tram), it was very quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities are shared and located in the common corridor and had a varied selection of teas and coffee. The building has a lift so managing luggage was never an issue.
The only quibbles we had were that the TV screen was located too high up in the corner of the room for us to view it comfortably and the room could do with brighter lighting at night.

Relación calidad precio, pienso que el costo esta bastante alto para el hospedaje. Si bien el cuarto de baño fue amplio, no había ducha alta sino una ducha de mano

Reviewed May 3, 2026The room was small but very clean and decent.If you're just staying for 1 night. The bathroom was actually large and recently remodeled. The location is right across the street from all the buses and ubers and one block from the rail station.
The lobby is in a separate building from the rooms. The entrance to the rooms comes from a parking lot that is so jammed full of cars they had to move them so we could get our suitcases to the door. The building itself is an absolute joke and is the complete reason for my lower score. Everything in Venice is small and old, and that is to be expected, but having to wade my way through cars to get to the door is ridiculous.....

Reviewed May 2, 2026La ubicación excepcional pues está en Plaza Roma a 2 minutos de la terminal Sta Lucia y de los terminales acuáticos y terrestres. Habitaciones muy cómoda amplia y la cama grande para dos personas. El cuarto de baño muy amplio.
No me gustó que la ducha sea solo de mano.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Parking en el hotel. Practicidad para llegar en auto y poder estar en pocos minutos a pie en Venecia misma! Y sin cagar el equipaje Habitación de luxe muy amplia , la estándar no tanto pero estaba bien. Una cafetera en la habitación vendría bien, hay café instantáneo de cortesía en el pasillo
Nos costó encontrar el parking porque no coincidía el nombre del hospedaje ni el hotel y google nos mandó para el otro lado. Es el parking CA’ DOGE, así se ubica mejor

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026La habitacion es comoda y limpia, esta cerca de los canales de venecia.
El anfitrion muy malaclase, nos parecio grosero nunca usa la palabra por favor y nunca lo vimos. El lugar no queda en el centro de venecia queda en las fueras, exactamente en la estacion de buses, el ingreso es por un parqueadero lleno de carros que es dificil cruzar con la maleta. Nuestro tren se retraso por lo cual llegamos un poco despues del y el anfitrion parecia regañandome por whatsapp

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Appartamento ampio e confortevole per ospitare 4 ospiti. Ambienti puliti. Personale di reception qualificato e cordiale. Ottima la posizione centrale a due passi dai vaporetti per visitare senza stress la città.
Interruttori luce lontani per chi dorme nel letto divano e deve andare in bagno di notte. Mancanza di servizio di cortesia in bagno inteso come shampo e Bagno schiuma.
