19 steps to my room on our first visit on 05/09/26 - we are 80+ years old.

It’s location and easy access to trains and buses, particularly get to the airport! Staff provided great recommendations and the garden was cozy to hangout in. The one hour boat tour of Venice we booked through the front desk for 45 euro/person was amazing!

Room remained humid the entire day and night we stayed despite having an AC unit in the room. Bath room was a little tight in our standard queen room however it was very nice.

I loved Venice and this place was so beautiful! The room was perfect and I stayed two days and it was close to the pickup and drop off location so you don’t have to walk thru the town with your luggage which would have been challenging. The place is a luxury boutique hotel and I absolutely loved it as a solo traveler I felt safe and walked all over town and felt safe as well.

The location was excellent - easy to arrive in a taxi and just one bridge to cart luggage up and over. Waterfront location - not too busy and easy walk to major attractions. The highlight was a one hour boat ride around Venice organised by the hotel for us at sunset. Breakfast was also great - good coffee too.

Location was excellent, very central and close to bus station and easy to hop on an off boats. Conceirge on check in was exceptional. Friendy staff and superior room is nice and big.

O espaço de todo o hotel é lindo, super bem decorado e com ótimo paisagismo. Fica logo na entrada da cidade, onde deixamos os carros nos estacionamentos e pegamos o "Vaporetto". Quarto lindo, bem decorado, cama confortável, e o banheiro e chuveiro são um "show a parte". Equipe super atenciosa. Estavamos com malas pesadas pois passaríamos alguns dias na Itália, e ajudaram a subir as malas pelas escadas.

Posizione comodissima vicino stazione e pl Roma, staff professionale e accogliente, pulizia della stanza impeccabile, colazione buona. Struttura bellissima, ristrutturata da poco, con un tranquillo giardino dietro. È presente un piccolo Bar molto carino e gestito con professionalità.

Everything was just lovely really. The staff were so genuinely friendly and caring, and the suite was first class. The hotel is so close to the transport services yet still only a short walk into the historic centre. There is also a beautiful secret garden inside the hotel where you can sit and enjoy your complimentary arrival drink. A canal at the front door, with cafes and restaurants just steps away. We were a bit jaded by the hustle and bustle of Venice on our last visit but a stay at this hotel restored our belief that Venice really is the most beautiful city in the world. Thanks especially to Maria for her kindness and for organising a tour of the city by water taxi.

The pool situation was a bit misleading, as the hotel does not actually have a pool on the property. Instead, guests are given passes to use a public town pool. Unfortunately, when we went to use the pool, our passes did not work, and we spent about an hour trying to get in. The room also had quite a bit of condensation overnight, which made things feel damp by the morning. We also had an interaction with one staff member who came across as quite rude. Overall, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable than we had expected.

Localização excelente, próximo da Piazza de Roma. Descemos do ônibus vindo do aeroporto e rapidinho chegamos no hotel. Para fazer checkout foi muito bom também, por quê tem uma Europcar perto onde iriamos alugar um carro. Vista do quarto muito linda, café da manhã estava perfeito. Os Recepcionistas do hotel super gente boa, falavam bem devagar para entendermos já que não falávamos inglês. Os pontos turísticos ficavam a 30 minutos de caminhada do Hotel, foi tranquilo até. Tem passeios de Gondolas vizinho ao Hotel com saída da Piazza de Roma.

Tener una decoración antigua. Entendemos que estamos en Venecia, pero no por eso los muebles y todo debe ser antiguo. Se puede combinar lo moderno con lo antiguo.

Ubicación perfecta para coger el bus al aeropuerto, a 2 min andando de la piazzela Roma. Está en un canal pequeño lateral con vistas al canal y un muelle cercano y muchos restaurantes por los alrededores. Muy amables en recepción, nos invitaron a tomar un vino blanco en la terraza junto al canal al llegar al hotel. Desayuno correcto y con buenas opciones.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr elegante Zimmer, die Lage nahe des Bahnhofs war super, weil unser Zug vier Stunden Verspätung hatte und wir erst nachts ankamen. Aber die Rezeption ist eh die ganze Zeit besetzt. Das Personal kann netter nicht sein. Ein Traum ist der Garten. Das einzige, was ein wenig gestört hat, war dass das Bett so stand, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht aufs Gesicht gepustet hat. Aber man kann sie manuell regulieren. Das Zimmer war schön kühl, angesichts des Hochsommers in Venedig eine Wohltat! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

El personal es súper amable y la ubicación ideal para conocer toda la ciudad, no sólo la parte más turística. El desayuno es muy bueno y hay varios restaurantes alrededor para cenar junto al canal sin los agobios del centro. Me dieron una habitación superior a la que había reservado. Repetiré la experiencia con ellos sin duda.

Sólo tengo comentarios positivos y agradecimiento al hotel por el magnífico trato recibido y sus buenas instalaciones.

Malheureusement il devait y avoir un problème car nous avions une odeur de refoulement d’égout le premier jour dans la chambre qui a disparu le second jour.

Les personnes de l'accueil en particulier laura très gentille et très a l'écoute. On avait la grande suite 501 au top. Un grand Merci. Je recommande Vivement

It was a beautiful hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It is close to the Piazza Roma, which was very convenient for transportation to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us good recommendations for things to do, sites to see, places to eat. We loved our stay in Venice and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Шикарный просторный номер с балконом. Очень кофортная кровать, чисто, рядом с жд-вокзалом и остановками такси. Удобно приезжать из аэропорта на автомобиле. Хорошие завтраки, очень приятный персонал. Вот прям все хорошо!

Hotel exceeded expectations. It was typical European style with modern amenities. Very clean, air conditioning with personal control , very very quiet and a great bed. Breakfast was good for a buffet and reasonably priced. Location was very close to the bus station, very easy walk for almost all ages and mobilities and within easy walking distance to other major attractions.

Buffet pastries could have been a little more extensive, after all this is Italy.

The receptionist were exra kind. They helped us with our lugguages. Goid customer service, very friendly and welcoming staff. Good breakfast, they always helped out with directions on how to take the waterbus. I will recommend hotel olimpia any day any time. Clean and quiet ! Nice stay . I enjoyed my time there.

- visually pleasing - kind and welcoming staff - perfect location for staying in Venice: very close to the bus station (you can take the airport shuttle from there) and a water bus stop, just a few mins walk to the train station & grocery stores - clean :^)

- the hallways felt a bit claustrofobic with narrow stairwells&passages and low ceilings - breakfast was just ok, the courtyard seating is nice but for that price i felt the breakfast wasn’t too special

The staff was helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel was beautiful, and had all the conveniences we could have asked for, and the breakfast was incredible. The location was perfect- quiet but so close to everything, including the main bus pickup station.

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa. Bardzo duzy plus za consierge'a przy trzech gwiazdkach w hotelu. Dostaliśmy na wejściu też bon na welcome drinka. Po obejrzeniu zdjęć nie spodziewaliśmy się tak dużego pokoju i dużej łazienki co w takim miejscu jest wspaniałym plusem. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, a nie tylko słodkie. Bardzo dobra kawa i niesamowicie piękny ogród, w którym można poleżeć na słońcu bo są leżaki oraz mozna w nim zjeść śniadanie. Do śniadania podawane jest prossecco :) Można bez problemu zostawic bagaż w bezpiecznym zamykanym pokoju. Parking, stanowisko z gondolami czy stanowisko taxi bardzo blisko. Małe ostrzeżenie tylko dla niewiadomych osób spoza Włoch, które nie mają świadomości to trzeba zostawić kluczy k z auta za szybą samochodu. Pierwsza myśl jest mega przerażająca ale auta są na parkingu San Marco bezpieczne, są osoby pilnujące i mysle ze nie ma sie o co bać. Tylko polecam zabrac wszystkie swoje rzeczy z auta.

It was in a good location for us (close to the bus station, but still on a canal) as we were only there for 1 night. It is a long walk to St marks square, but we knew that. It was beautiful in decor, and really felt Venetian to us, rather than a normal hotel room. Staff were very friendly.

We really loved this hotel from the very start. It's definitely walkable with luggage from the main railway or bus station. As soon as we arrived we were offered chilled bottles of water that were really appreciated. Our room was lovely and cool with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, we had a large bathroom with a very powerful shower. We also enjoyed the very cosy hotel bar. Bryal, stands out as an excellent envoy for the hotel. Always really happy to serve us a drink and answer our many question about Venice. We thank him again for being such a helpful and really pleasant member of the hotel team. Breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast team were brilliant.
