Chefs and waitresses were amazing and kind

Great hotel!

I do like at all All the time when I visit Queretaro in stay here

Outstanding staff from check-in/out, facilities clean and modern, loved the huge overhead shower. Restaurant featured best omelette “creator” ever experienced! Wake up call was made as requested so I could catch plane at 6 am. FIVE STARS!!Truly

.

Nice room, spacy

Everything was very on point.

Excelente service, good location, great breakfast buffet!

Loved this hotel! From the moment I walked in with my family too checking out. Nice rooms and comfy beds and their restaurant food is delicious. Will definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful! Clean rooms and comfy beds. Delicious food at the restaurant.

New and very nice hotel close to bombonera stadium and downtown queretaro

I've gone to many countries and stayed at many hotels. This hotel has the best gym equipment that comes free with stay. Staff are all very friendly and courteous. It would be super if the room comes with a refrigerator.

It was comfortable

Already stayed there for 2 weeks combined and its a super good place to stay, showers are good, staff is nice, always clean, and good for business meetings

Great place to stay!

GOOD: Breakfast is absolutely fantastic with multiple options and great quality. Staff is really friendly (only Spanish) and extremely helpful. Dinner food was really good with exception of one item. (Hit or miss? don't know). Room is really clean - Fresh towels, blah blah blah... For us Texans - the AC in the room was absolutely great and a bed with the perfect bedding. BAD: Arrived at 2:42pm and didn't get a room until 3:20pm?!?!?! We didn't have hot water the 1st day until about 11pm, the rest of the 4 days was "warm" at best - not good for us, as we like take our showers nice and hot (so a big fail for us). Rooms are very small you only have 2 feet of clearance at the foot of the bed. if someone is passing to the window at the same time you are in front of the bed... is impossible. Yeah... small for the daily room rate. The vanity is [open] at the entrance of the room, odd but okay. THE UGLY. Toilet does NOT have a fan or any other visible way to ventilate, IN ADDITION, it has a glass door that leaves a huge gap of over a 1.5 feet at the top of the door [maybe to ventilate the toilet fragrace all over the room] Yeah... don't go with your new girlfriend. Too much too soon. :/ Would I recommend this to a "Friend"? NO! (For the price you can get better....). but YOU can go and assess on your own.

Excellent

Close to the stadium. Good price.

Everything was super good, staff supr nice, rooms are great, but the restaurant could be better

Every nice property! Clean and very attentive staff! Would Definitely recommend!

This was a great experience! We were greeted with a complimentary drink while we waited to check in. Check in was smooth and were given a room on the second floor with a city view. I was also able to upgrade one of the rooms for the second room I booked. The place was clean, the beds were comfy and it's a very cute modern hotel. Parking was free. I was not able to eat at the restaurant, but smelled really good!

Toda nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien desde el check in, hasta nuestra salida. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones limpias y de buen tamaño con todo lo necesario.

There is a big construction at the hotel. They are making a big construction. Noise and dust.

Fantastic business hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Domun Hotel in Queretaro, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and varied, with something for every taste. But what truly made my stay stand out was the friendly and attentive staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. I highly recommend the Domun Hotel to anyone traveling to Queretaro. Its perfect blend of comfort, cuisine, and customer service makes it an ideal choice for business or leisure travelers alike. Well done, Domun Hotel!

Nice place 8 min away from main attractions. I extremely recommend it if you are traveling to Querétaro. The hotel it’s 28min away from airport. Uber it’s cheap and reliable to move around hotel and the city

This property is right off the busy highway. You hear the traffic all night long even with ear plugs. They are doing construction during the day too, so it's a noisy place. It was clean and the people were friendly, so it was unfortunate to not be able to rest before my flight. If they were located elsewhere, it'd be a nice place to stay. Due to the location, I definitely would not stay again.

It was an awesome stay, my first time in this hotel, and pretty sure that I will book it for my next Queretaro Trip

People are great. Bathroom toilets are disastrous. They don’t work. Clug easily.

All of it

My reservation was not registered with the hotel and they told me that it was because Expedia did not send it to them. So I had to take a lower category room because there was no longer a Superior category, and to compensate for the rate, the hotel included breakfast. I don't think I will use Expedia again, because it is very risky to arrive at a hotel and have that kind of incident happen to me.

Great in every way

Very happy with our stay at the Domun Hotel! The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. This hotel is not within walking distance to the Historic Center, you will need to ride a taxi. I recommend it and would stay again.

Hotel more geared to business than tourist. Did not realize that the hotel is by the highway therefore not walkable to get to anywhere. However, the hotel is clean, safe and staff is friendly. Having dinner at the bar was great.

It’s was a great stay and amazing service

Loved the welcome drink upon check in

The staff was exceptional. The hotel is very nice. We cabbed places - we didn't explore near the hotel

Huele demasiado a colonia de hombre... se que es el olor "sello" del lugar. Un poquito menos mejor.

My flight from QRO was cancelled and I needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel Dumon was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, affordable, and a very friendly, helpful hotel staff at the front desk. On short notice, the front desk helped arrange transportation for me to Mexico City so I could catch a flight to the US.

Difficult to get to hotel from the hi way

Very clean property and friendly staff.

El hotel y el personal muy agradable y el restaurante muy bien

This place gets very good reviews and I was about to book a room when I read the latest review about issue one customer had with transport to the airport. The hotel says that it has a airport shuttle but when I called the person at the front desk said that they could try to arrange transportation to the airport but the rate was not a set rate... I was going to stay here to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight but based on the response as the prior post mentions you have to be careful as they don't sound trustworthy and the cost could be as much as we getting a taxi from San Miguel de Allende.

Reception is warmer than others

wonderful place

Hotel Domun is always a good option for any trip to Querétaro. Very good breakfast buffet and excellent service.

Excellent

amazing!!

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, la regadera es maravillosa, el desayuno incluido es un buffet variado y delicioso. Tienen estacionamiento gratutio y el staff es sumamente amable.

This hotel is definitely on the modern side. Everyone was friendly and polite. Everything was clean.

Everyone was nice and accommodating

The hotel is located right next to a major highway, it helps with avoiding traffic in the city if you go out. The staff was very friendly. Nice place to stay for a couple days to visit cities near Queretaro and Queretaro’s downtown (it is 15 minutes far from downtown Queretaro)

Breakfast over priced and a bit cold right at 6:30 when they open. Room had a killer view of the city. Staff was fine.

Great service, friendly staff Very good hotel

We stayed in this hotel for two days and we were pleasantly surprised. The young lady at the front desk was off of her shift but still gave us a smile and helped us with our check in. The hotel is quite accessible off the freeway with plenty of parking. The room was spacious and very welcoming! The restaurant downstairs has the most amazing service and incredible cuisine! Would definitely recommend. From the center of the main plaza - it is a 15-20 minute walk.

The hotel is very nice and excellent service. The restaurant is good, especially the breakfast. Just a few things. The hotel sits right on a very busy highway. I had a room right by the street and heard the tractor trailers all night. The rooms are better further back.

Bien

Muy buen hotel de pasada

I really enjoyed my experience in the hotel. It is a nice place. I really like that my room was always clean and smelling good. The food in the restaurant was also good. In general I really redomend it.

Hotel was clean and food was good. We stayed for a week so the menu was very repetitive for breakfast but was still good. There were times where items weren’t replaced with fresh food so if you weren’t there right in the morning you’d just be getting scraps. We had a room change and the previous occupant smoked in the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. At times it would take a really long time to get any attention from the receptionists and if they did get to you they’d then make you wait a long while to get the information.

The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.

I received a wonderful attention from all the staff. Restaurant was super busy but the servers were very friendly and most important the food, it was super delicious. I wish could stay longer, I enjoyed my stay at Domun! Thank you so much

Gym is a giant largely empty space that could use more attention. But a nice facility that trades a little charm for high functionality.

I love this hotel

Great place!

Unbelievably accommodating, helpful, and understanding staff. Restaurant always quick and great quality. Good number of English-speaking staff, if needed. Our “go to” in Querétaro and we highly recommend to others.

We love this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

I have been staying in this hotel three times but every time is getting worse. The front desk clerks are rude and they don’t do anything to go above and beyond. The restaurant staff is great but if you seat outside you can expect to be ignored at times, even when you are consuming drinks and food. The vending machine doesn’t work and if you try to get water front the front desk, they will charge you extra, even if you are “VIP”. It seems like the hotel is understaff, at least comparing to previous visits. Again, most of the front desk staff is very rude and were not helpful when I had issues. The supposed VIP is not valid by the hotel, so no, I have never received any upgrades or discounts on food and beverages, this time and the previous times before. Even when I showed the front desk staff what Expedia states in the website. They tried to argue that that was not deal they have with Expedia. So, whether Expedia is liying about it or the hotel is not honoring the “VIP” privileges. However, I haven’t had this issue before with Expedia and other VIP hotels before. In general, the hotel is just okay, but don’t expect what they advertise. The location is okay, but being next to the highway, it can be noisy at times.

Perferct

The rooms are large and the staff is excellent. The restaurant is spacious and clean very attentive and can carry on great conversations if desired. Laundry is available for pickup and delivery rides provided for a fee. Close to Puerta La Victoria mall. Easy on and old MX 57 if working at El Marquez or ODonnel maquiladoras Great hotel HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very nice and it's an easy drive to the airport. Upon checking in, we were offered drinks and help with bags. We would definitely stay here again

Check in wasn’t friendly. I thought it was because my stay was payed with Expedia points. The upgrade wasn’t offered. Had to ask for the breakfast, I reserved when I booked the room, the lady said it is written in the envelope with the key. Anyway didn’t feel welcome. On the other hand the room, was very clean, confortable and near the elevator. Not with a great view, but nice. Definitely will come back, I really like the hotel.

I was sent to other hotel to a room without any windows or natural light. Was told when I showed up to check in. It was a hotel just 3 minutes away but in the other direction of the office I needed to go

Rooms were modern, clean and everything worked well. The location is great if you want to travel around the state.

Excellent

Excellent!!! Best hotel for the adult couples or sole adult travelers. No kids by nature. Food is great and very reasonably priced. Clean. Quiet. Attentiveness of personnel is exceptional. I stay there every time I travel to Querétaro.

We had a 3 week Mexican road trip and this hotel was definitely one of the best that we stayed in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and made us feel like family. Had breakfast included as no upgrade was available.

Coming to the end of an extensive road trip in Mexico. Stayed at many different hotels. This has been the best hotel of the lot. Front desk staff went above and beyond to welcome us and were very accommodating. Young gentleman who seemed like a manager was amazing. Breakfast great and staff. Room was spotless. Bar prices very reasonable. Lovely maid. Very comfortable beds and quality sheets. Definitely will be staying here again. Gracias Domun!!

The room was spectacular, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Superb customer service. Roma was very attentive and made sure all customers were takne care of at the restaurant. Beautiful and clean property.

My only complaint is during the breakfast service at the restaurant. It seems that they wanted you to buy buffet as a must, they reluctantly served a regular dish

Cozy and quiet, excellent food, professional service

This is a beautiful hotel with very nice, spacious rooms. The in-room hot tub was nice, but accessing it was a little awkward due to the layout. Careful not to slip and break your neck! The free snacks and water in the room were nice. The restaurant was just OK, and if you want to eat anywhere else you will need a car/Uber. The hotel is on a busy highway by itself and you can't walk anywhere at all. Overall it's a nice place but you're not going to have a lot to do without getting in a car.
