Salotto Piramide

La posizione e la stanza climatizzata sono le uniche note positive della struttura. A pochi passi dalla stazione della metro Piramide e a 20 minuti a piedi dal Circo Massimo.

Sicuramente l'appartamento è da rimodernare completamente sia per quanto riguarda la struttura che l'arredamento. Non scendo nei particolari ma è evidente l'incuria ormai in stato avanzato. Per una notte può andare. Più di una notte diventa impegnativo.

Sicuramente la posizione era comoda

Il fatto di non avere il bagno in camera ha inciso negativamente, così come hanno inciso gli schiamazzi delle altre persone irrispettose che giungevano a notte fonda mentre entravano nelle proprie stanze. Capisco che questa non è colpa della proprietà ma degli ospiti incivili, dico solo che in questa struttura, dato questo lungo corridoio centrale, può capitare di essere svegliati da gente che si ritira durante la notte facendo un gran chiasso

L'unica cosa di buono è la posizione.

Avevo prenotato una stanza per quattro e me ne hanno dato una con un letto matrimoniale e un materasso buttato a terra che era davanti l'armadio che non si riusciva ad aprire. Ho chiesto di cambiare e me ne hanno dato un 'altra più grande. Mi chiedo se era libera perché non ne l'hanno data subito? Il personale non esiste...tu chiami e richiami e non rispondono. Pulizia nella norma...non ci sono appendini in bagno ( che puzza di fogna) per gli asciugamani. La chicca finale è questa: dopo vari tentativi sono riuscito a comunicare con uno di loro ( perché ripeto non rispondono mai) chiedendo di poter lasciare le valigie l'ultimo giorno fino alle 15. Mi dicono di sì e io chiedo se posso tenere le chiavi in modo da poter aprire il portone prendere le valigie e partire in treno con la mia famiglia (che era alle 16.30). Morale della favola non mi permettono di tenere le chiavi e non mi rispondono al telefono così che io e la mia famiglia restiamo in strada rischiando di perdere il treno. Fortunatamente dopo 20 minuti sono scese delle ragazze che dormivano nella stessa struttura e ci hanno aperto permettendoci di recuperare le valigie. Abbiamo preso il treno al volo per fortuna. VERGOGNATEVI spero che Booking vi butti fuori.

tutto. prenotato mesi prima pagamento anticipato e check in on line anch'esso mesi prima. il giorno dell'arrivo chiamano per un overbooking. avendo prenotato parcheggio vicino non accetto la proposta. mi confermano prenotazione, inviano link per apripista camera. ma mi mandano messaggio che la camera non è quella ma la devo cambiare. la nuova camera non è pronta arrivano altre persone e volevano la stessa camera. le porte delle camere possono essere aperte con chiavi comuni. la mia aveva un passpartou. risolvono la camera ma devo aspettare 1/2 ore per poter prenderne possesso. una camera quadrupla aveva 2 letti matrimoniali ma uno era con il materasso a terra. No zanzariere, un hotel da incubo. non adatto a chi non si sa adattare

No desayunamos y la ubicación sí que es buena conexión directa bastante fácil con el centro de Roma el sitio estaba limpio pero las almohadas son terroríficas

La ubicación me pareció bien ubicado pero cuando llegamos allí no había cartel del alojamiento y nos volvimos locos para encontrar el sitio nos tuvieron que ayudarlos de los locales de al lado para averiguar que estaba allí e incluso los vecinos están un poco descontentos porque como no hay timbre llamas a todos los vecinos y eso tiene que ser muy molesto los vecinos no son los recepcionistas del del negocio para estar haciendoles el trabajo

Le parking comme annoncé dans l'offre coût 25€ supplémentaire et il n'y a qu'une place. La clim est un simple ventilateur. Le frigo était en panne et pas de retour concernant ma demande. on avait réservé pour 3 personnes, le second lit était d'un total inconfort l'impression de dormir sur une planche de bois.

E in più il check in dalle 16:00,io viaggio moltissimo sia x lavoro che x svago e i check in sono tutti dalle 10:00 alle 12:00. Cmq e veramente penoso

Camera ordinata e pulita, dotata di frigo, bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè, anche la climatizzazione era perfetta.

Great location if you visit rome in the center , near metro and bus stop. Everything was okay but no reception incharge. In google maps written open 24 hour but the owner inform us in the day we check in that no reception that help us for the check in. We were arrive late because of flight delay and transport issue, when arrived we are so tired but nobody help us enter the b&b we keep calling and got answer after more than an hour. We expected to get a room with bathroom privat. Yes we got our own that only for us, but bathroom outside the room kind of not efisien. Not so good communication but the owner is friendly and helpfull somehow. But over all good place to stay one or 2 days.

No reception. We need to call the owner to go inside. And bathroom is privat but outside the room,not comfortable and not efisien.

La posizione del quartiere e la possibilità molto smart di fare il check in on line con la possibilità di aprire il portone e la porta dell'appartamento direttamente col telefono,e un mini frigo utile.

Uno dei 3 letti dove ha dormito la piccolina era duro e scomodo e i cuscini in generale erano un po' troppo duro.

Nada que ver con las imágenes de promoción. Las habitaciones estan horribles. No tienen aire acondicionado, solicite una habitación doble y me pusieron un colchon viejo en el suelo.

when I came to the accomodation, I had a few problems but it was dealth with quickly. unfortunately I don't speak Italian so I didn't understand what the lady was saying. Thankfully, we used our phones to translate the words, and another lady(guest maybe) spoke to me in english to translate. After an early check-in I got to my room at once, which is quite breautiful. I only had to get a room to sleep over before I have to go, but I was taken aback by how nice and spacious it really was. I'd surely want to come back here if I ever come back to Rome

Lokacija je dobro povezana različitim vrstama javnog prijevoza, pa je vrlo lako otići prema gradu i vratiti se u smještaj brzo.

U sobi nije bio frižider, a to bi bilo iznimno korisno jer je bilo jako vruće, pa barem da imamo mogućnost hlađenja pića.

Avant notre arrivée, nous avions convenu avec l’établissement d’une heure d’arrivée à 18h00, horaire qu’ils avaient eux-mêmes confirmé. Nous nous sommes donc présentés à l’heure prévue devant l’entrée. À notre arrivée, personne ne nous a ouvert la porte et personne ne répondait à nos appels. Après environ trente minutes d’attente, nous avons finalement été contactés par téléphone. On nous a alors demandé d’effectuer un paiement supplémentaire pour accéder à l’établissement. J’ai expliqué que notre séjour avait déjà été réglé via Booking, mais mon interlocuteur n’a rien voulu entendre. Heureusement, une résidente de l’immeuble est arrivée à ce moment-là et a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser entrer. Une fois devant la porte de ce qui était censé être l’hôtel, nous avons envoyé une photo de notre emplacement à la personne qui refusait jusque-là de nous ouvrir. Comme par magie, elle a alors accepté de nous donner accès à notre chambre (pour bien préciser que quelques journées avant notre arrivée, Booking nous avait donné le numéro de notre chambre ainsi que le code de la boîte à clef et une photographie de la porte intérieure de l’établissement) Concernant celle-ci, la climatisation était bien présente, mais totalement inefficace. Les couloirs étaient très bruyants dès 7h00 du matin et la propreté de la chambre laissait franchement à désirer. Le seul point positif de cet établissement est sa proximité avec la station de métro. De plus, nous avions en notre possession une fois arrivés à l’hôtel 3 clefs, une pour la porte de chambre, une pour la porte de l’entrée aux chambres et une pour l’établissement. Hors il y avait 4 portes. Donc plusieurs soirs, nous nous sommes retrouvés enfermés devant cette fameuse porte, sans la clef, sans rien. Obligés de devoir forcer cette dernière qui était aimantée afin de parvenir à 22h30 chez nous.

Clean and had everything we needed for a short stay to explore Rome. Easy to access everywhere with good public transport links.

No staff for check in all online which we found ok but others may struggle with. Our room was the only one without en-suite bathroom so had to go down the communal corridor to use the toilet/shower. The pillows were pretty flat so could have had another to have a better sleep.

Only location is good

They gave two beds in one bedroom for 2 couples. The air conditioning is not working, so they gave a fan with open wings, which is not safe to use. There is no reply to messages.

This was a great location about a 20 minute bus ride from Rome and all the attractions, it was nice to wake up and go get coffee in a location that wasn’t crowded with tourists before we went on with our day. The room was clean and spacious and the big window was nice for airflow. The beds were decently comfy!

When we booked it was misleading to think that their was breakfast on site (or maybe we read the booking wrong). Also if you do want to use the kitchen they charge a fee for each use which wasn’t cheap, and seems unfair.

The location was good - close to piramide metro and ostiense railway station. Also good because out of the way of tourists so found some authentic, local restaurants

The photographs on the booking website were very misleading, it did not look like the photos in real life. We booked a room for four people - 2 on a double bed and 2 on a double fold out couch-bed which was infant merely bigger than a single bed. The air conditioning did not work The shower door was not working properly and had mould/mildew on it. Only one key which was inconvenient

Se proprio devo trovare un pelo nell'uovo: 1) Manca un attaccapanni per appendere le giacche appena entrato nella stanza, magari basterebbe anche un gancio sulla porta. 2) Il miscelatore della doccia non si manovra con facilità a causa di come hanno montato il sostegno della doccia.

El check in me pareció seguro y práctico, todo es de manera digital y se necesita internet para obtener los códigos de ingreso y para abrir las puertas del edificio y del apartamento. Estaba muy limpio, y contaba con amenities en el baño, también contaba con vasos y hervidor en la habitación

Πολύ ακριβό για τις παροχές που προσέφερε. Από τις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται ότι πρόκειται για ένα ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα και όχι για μεμονωμένα δωμάτια. Για τρία άτομα που ήμασταν εμείς ήταν υπερβολικά στενό, οριακά δεν χωρούσαμε να περάσουμε, το τρίτο κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άβολο και στο διπλό παρατηρήσαμε να βουλιάζει το στρώμα μετά από κάποιες μέρες. Το πιστολάκι δεν δούλευε καλά αν δεν το πιέζαμε στην πρίζα και το δοχείο για το νερό στην καφετιέρα είχε άλατα μέσα ως αποτέλεσμα όχι καλης πλύσης.

Ottima posizione, collegata benissimo coi mezzi. L'alloggio è stato facile da trovare e non abbiamo avuto problemi nel check in. La stanza era super pulita, così come anche gli asciugamani messi a disposizione. Il pernottamento è stato piacevole, niente rumori e i letti erano comodi.

The 'sofa' isn't a sofa. It's the solid base from the somier base. Really inconfortable. I asked to add a mattres and my request was ignored. Very painful stay for me.

Aos amigos Brasileiros e Portuguses, NAO RECOMENDO. Apartamento extremamente desconfortavel. Uma cama no CHÃO sem colchão, deitado em madeiras. Literalmente deitado em estrado de madeira, muito desconfortavel. Iluminação fraca, temperatura desagradavel sem sistema de ar condicionado. O chuveiro estava entupido! Não se iludam com as fotos, não condizem com a realidade.

Its a cheap booking and for that the location was not bad at all, there bus stops all around that can get you anywhere and also markets and pharmacies around if you need anything, even tho the neighborhood isn't the best for this price the location is pretty good! Also the apartment itself is okay, not dirty not luxury but you'll be fine sleeping there.

After reading some reviews a lot of them were complaining that the check in is confusing and I though it cant be that bad I'm sure its fine so we didn't think much of it... But after experiencing it, it is a little confusing and I realized its all made like that to take as much money out of you as possible also super late check in so they can charge you if you stop by earlier or charge you if you want to leave your bags... (something around 20 euro for each even tho there are luggage locks for 5 euro all over the city) Also without a fail the cleaning lady woke us up every morning with how loudly she is mopping the floors, the first morning I though there was a kid playing with a basket ball in the hallway echoing through the rooms...

The location is very good and it was clean. 2 minutes from the metro and the train station. The neighborhood is quite quiet considering its proximity to the center.

The bathroom was private but was located outside the room in the hallway. It was not mentioned anywhere, which was not very acceptable to me. There is no one at the reception, everything happens online, we had no problems with check-in, but they do not respond to questions and messages on Booking and Whats up.

Letti scomodi, camera grande ma mal sfruttata, il secondo divano letto molto improvvisato. Con arredamento adeguato il soggiorno diventerebbe molto piu piacevole. La luce nel corridoio utile ma molto forte, si puo abbassare durante la notte.

From the very beginning, communication was poor. The phone numbers we were given were unreliable—one was never answered, and the other responded to messages only after 7 days. Check-in instructions arrived very late, which left us uncertain and stressed the whole time. The check-in process itself was long and quite complicated. When we finally completed it, the door wouldn’t open because the host needed to confirm our arrival, but he was not answering the phone. We were left standing in front of the door for about 30 minutes with no idea what to do. As for the apartment itself, it was generally okay. However, the second bed was extremely small and the two of us could barely in it. It was also very uncomfortable, as it was not a proper bed but just a hard mattress placed on the floor.

La ubicacion es increible. No estas en el centro de roma pero estas a 2 paradas de metro del Coliseo (literalmente 5 minutos). Tambiwn te podes mover caminando y lo que hicimos nositros era alquilar los patinetes de Lime para movernos y en 6 minutos ya estaba en el Coliseo. Para el Trastevere igual, super cerca. Estaba limpio, comodo y facil. Solo hay quw conpletar el check in online y el dia de llegada te envian las instrucciones de como entrar al apartamento. FACIL.

Není, co přímo co chvalit, jelikož jsem se přišel na pokoj asi na hodinu, abych se ve 4 ráno vyspal a pak musel na letiště.

Vybavení pokoje asi odpovídá ceně, ale nemusel být pokoj špinavý a zdálo se, že s nějakým úklidem se nikdo moc netrápil. Byla tam taky poměrně zima, asi se netopilo. Na můj účel rychlého vyspaní to posloužilo.

Il bagno è esterno rispetto alla stanza. Su Google è definito come B&B ma la colazione non è inclusa e quindi la seconda "B" non capisco per cosa stia. Le chiavi delle porte sono parecchio obsolete e non consentono una comoda apertura. La password del WiFi appesa sul muro è sbagliata. In stanza c'erano due bollitori o similari da far rabbrividire anche i più coraggiosi.

The room was clean and very big. I had a private bathroom but on the corridor. I did not meet any staff members as you do a self chi-in, although I've heard other guests having problems with host responses. I had no isssues anyway.

The breakfast area is a bit random, there is a small kitchen that looked like a storage room and it wasn't available for guests. That's a shame as it could be very useful.

O quarto que peguei seria para 4 pessoas e o futon era muito ruim, com duas madeiras no meio, não foi possível dormir nele. Tivemos que dormir 3 na cama de casal.

La struttura è pulita e accogliente. Camera spaziosa e arredata carina, letto comodo. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff pronto ad aiutare. Posizione ideale vicina alla metro.
