As a solo female traveller I felt safe and secure. Staff friendly and helpful. The little fridge in the room was useful. Loved the breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Oh, and the large white robe in the room.

Access to hot water during the day would have been handy.

Location is great, it's just 5 min walk from Trastevere. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The ladies at the reception were always nice and very helpful.

enjoying the included breakfast in the garden area was a fabulous start to every day in Rome! The rabbits are very cute too. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with any questions I had as well! Oh, also, the water pressure in the showers is fantastic— nothing like a fabulous warm shower to end my days walking about Rome. One more thing, the location was ideal for me! A nice quiet neighborhood, but also only 5 minutes from a lively spot to enjoy (Trastevere)

The room itself wasn’t anything special, but it did the trick! The window is a nice touch and it is a historic building. Some art on the walls would be a nice addition.

La struttura merita, per la posizione, per la pulizia della camera, personale gentile e cordiale. Ho fatto colazione, offerta dall’host,in giardino carino e curato.

Avendo scelto una camera con bagno in comune, non ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e le comodità presenti nel bagno. Molto stretti, Lavandino mini, assenza del bidet, e senza punti di appoggio, solo un attacca panni per l’accappatoio.

Me ha gustado todo, la habitación muy amplia, el jardín espectacular, el servicio de recepción de 10. Y encima aunque no está incluido desayuno, todas las mañanas tienen bollos y sandwiches y cafés que puedes coger de forma gratuita y tomarlo en su maravilloso jardín.

Rooms are basic and the bathroom is down the corridor. However, it works quite well and isn’t a huge problem.

Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Blick in der schönen Garten morgens und das anschließende (kostenlose) Frühstück dort, in dieser kleinen Oase, stimmten auf den Tag ein. Es gab jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser im Kühlschrank und vor der Unterkunft einen Trinkbrunnen. Klimaanlage.

Increíble ubicación, trato del personal, estancia e instalaciones. Si vuelvo a Roma volveré sin duda, solo estuvimos un día y ojalá más☺️

The Rooma and showers dont feel like a hotel

Simple rooms with great aircon and a comfy bed, lovely garden and rooftop to make use of and a nice location just outside of the bustle of Trastevere.

If you’re expecting hotel level amenities you might need to lower expectations, the room was very small and practical with an external shared bathroom that was quite dated.

Absolute magic in the middle of Trastevere. Perfect for kids! Our toddler loved running around the garden and playing with the bunny rabbits. The coffee/sandwiches and pastries in the morning were great too! Trastevere is the perfect place to stay in Rome. Beds comfy, clean and staff lovely.

Amazing place to stay - super quiet but less than a 10 min walk into the Trastevere old down. I was so impressed with the room - perfect for one person and with a bath robe and slippers! Showers were clean and they were never too busy. All perfect for the price! Staff were lovely too

Local Maravilhoso, funcionários solícitos e simpáticos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Perto de varios pontos turísticos, dá pra fazer tudo a pé sem dificuldade. Local seguro. Mesmo o banheiro sendo compartilhado estava sempre limpo. Um verdadeiro achado e quando voltar a roma ficarei aqui novamente.

Sem pontos negativos.

Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage, einen wunderbaren Garten, in dem man sich erholen kann von den Besichtigungstouren. Und ganz wichtig: ein super nettes Personal, unglaublich hilfsbereit.

I stayed in September, the hottest month, and the Villa was a cool haven. It’s in the perfect location for most things you want to do while in Rome, and has the enchanting enclave of Trastevere nearby , with its alleyways containing hundreds of restaurants and bars, shops and churches. It’s a wonderfully entertaining area at night, even just to wander around people watching. The staff are helpful, the garden is gorgeous and the rooms are very quiet. Don’t miss Villa Farmasinsa, it’s only a few minutes walk, and the frescoes are amazing.

I challenge someone to find something not to like.

The property definitely exceeded my expectations and offered great value for the money. The location is exceptional. It's quiet but located right next to lively Trastevere district. Most must-see places are in a walking distance which is good because there isn't too many public transport options in the area. The hotel had an magical garden but also an amazing roof terrace where to rest after a long day. The room was equipped with a sink, hairdryer, slippers, towels and fresh bottle of water was given every day for free. While there was no breakfast included nonetheless hotel provided tea, coffee and tasty pastries as a complimentary snack for free which was completely enough for me. Since lots of these things easily could not have been I was very happy they actually were provided.

Everything! The location is very good, the room and the shared bathroom were clean and I really liked the garden.

ugh what wasn’t to like!!! AMAZING aircon + fan facilities in the room, amazing storage, wash basin in your room, a tv and an amazing bed. i also love that the property has pet rabbits for some reason and a BEAUTIFUL garden + chapel. i absolutely will be staying here again. the staff were so kind 🥰

i didn’t love that i had a separate shared shower but you know what i was pleasantly surprised, it wasn’t bad at all! shower was constantly available and close to my room.

Świetny pobyt, świetni ludzie, bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni. Małym minusem jest łazienka poza pokojem, jednak byłam o tym poinformowana przed przyjazdem. Z hotelu jest blisko do centrum, wszędzie chodziłam pieszo. Dla gości dostępny jest cudowny ogród w którym można zjeść śniadanie lub posiedzieć wieczorem i odpocząć. Polecam ♥️

Super lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, obsługa przemiła, rano czekało małe śniadanie, piękny ogród. Z pewnością wrócę tutaj przy okazji kolejnej podróży do Rzymu.

Bardzo miłe, przytulne i bezpieczne miejsce. Blisko spacerkiem do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu. Personel bardzo pomocny i opiekuńczy ☺️w dniu przyjazdu zmieniono nam pokój na ten z klimatyzacją, mimo wcześniejszej informacji o jej braku. Było to bardzo miłe ☺️poza tym przygotowano nam pokój wcześniej, aniżeli rezerwacja i nie musieliśmy czekać do godz.15, jak było w rezerwacji. Codziennie rano w recepcji czekały smakołyki, kawa i herbata, co również było miłym zaskoczeniem 😉ogród był dobrym miejscem do krótkiego odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu. 🫠

Muy lindo, cómodo, amplio, limpio. Excelente atención. Tuve baño compartido y realmente muy limpio, había varios baños disponibles y siempre estaban libres y en perfectas condiciones

Si bien la zona es muy linda, sobre todo por estar cerca de los bares de Trastevere, es un poco alejado del centro histórico y de algunas atracciones.

Wszystko było wspaniałe. Hotel fantastyczny i wygodny, ze smacznym śniadaniem w kwitnącym ogrodzie, a w dodatku cisza i spokój. Widok na cichą i zacienioną uliczkę i zieleń. Wszyscy pracownicy uprzejmi i starajacy się, zeby zadowoleni goscie powrocili tu chętnie. Byłam zachwycona. :)

Boa localização, fica na parte boêmia da cidade, porem um pouco afastado. Quartos e banheiros limpos. Quarto com ótimo ar condicionado (principalmente porque fui no verão). Todos os atendentes muito educados.

Location was excellent, restaurants and main sights are very easily reachable. Calm neighbourhood.

Ruhige Lage, Garten, Lage im Zentrum, Sauberkeit. Alles perfekt.

A acomodação conta com ar-condicionado, o que fez toda a diferença no calor do verão. Os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e prestativos. Um ponto super positivo foi o hotel ter oferecido um café da manhã simples de cortesia.

O quarto é um pouco compacto e conta com poucas tomadas disponíveis.

O jardim é maravilhoso, os funcionários muito prestáveis, o pequeno almoço oferecido também é uma agradável gentileza. A localização é boa.

The location was a superb location, on a quiet street within 5 minutes of the start of Trastevere. The room for us 3 single travellers was ideal for safety and space for a few nights to see Rome. The staff were exceptional in helping whatever questions asked and getting a taxi at our departure and advice on what station to go to. A lovely added bonus was that they had started a simple breakfast for guests and I add “free” which was a sigh of trying to find a coffee early morning. Crossaints, sandwiches really good coffee and awesome start before heading out for the day. The place has an outdoor garden area, quite large to relax and sit plus a fridge at reception with cold beer and bubbles. I highly recommend this place to stay.

The hotel itself was actually quite nice and not the reason for my low rating.

The staff threw away a handbag of mine during the time of my stay and not only didn't own up to it, but also never reached out to settle the situation after I had left. This means they have taken no responsibility and clearly do not respect the material psosessions of their guests.

Hotel jest położony dość blisko najważniejszych punktów turystycznych, w cichej okolicy. Piękny ogród z którego można do woli korzystać, bardzo wygodne materace. Przemiła obsługa. Ostatniego dnia, po wymeldowaniu bez problemu przechowano nam bagaż do czasu wylotu, dzięki temu mogłyśmy jeszcze swobodnie iść pozwiedzać miasto.

Jedyny minus jak dla mnie to prywatna łazienka poza pokojem. Trzeba do niej iść po korytarzu wspólnym z całym zestawem ubrań itd.

I regret there was no regular breakfast service in the hotel as there were not many hoods alternatives in the neighbourhood. So we had to do with the courtesy sandwiches (which were excellent and readily available, also for 2 vegetarians) and coffee in plastic cups offered at the entrance

A peaceful oasis in a great location. The gardens were beautiful and provided a quiet place to relax after busy days exploring Rome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the historic character of the building made the stay feel unique. It’s within walking distance of Trastevere and many of Rome’s major attractions while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The air conditioning was quite noisy at night, although reducing the fan speed helped. As the room overlooked the garden, there were a few mosquitoes, so it’s worth bringing repellent. Apart from that, I had a very enjoyable stay.

The garden was beautiful… very well kept.

Bathroom was down the hall… not inside the room.

This is the third time I've stayed here. It is located close to Trastevere but far enough away to keep it quiet. Borders the Botanical gardens. Characterful conversion of a religious establishment, so ceilings are high and there's a decent amount of space. Wonderful garden.

Un soggiorno perfetto, anche se breve! Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo per una notte, ma la struttura ci ha conquistati. La posizione è eccellente: nel cuore di Trastevere, ai piedi del Gianicolo, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. Le camere sono ampie, spaziose e ottimamente climatizzate. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la cura dei dettagli, tra cui i morbidi accappatoi e le ciabattine super comode. Il giardino è una meraviglia e il coniglietto è davvero dolcissimo! Un grazie speciale al personale, estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Un posto magnifico, consigliatissimo!

For one person this room was perfect and very comfortable. The people working there are so accommodating and it is very clean. Bed is very comfortable and even through its small it has everything you need to sleep there. Nice and quiet away from the noise of the nightlife close by.

In the bathroom in summer there is no fan or it’s not strong so it feel hot when you get out of the shower. But this is nothing as the place is easy to stay at

המיקום נח מאד, הצוות היה מקסים ותמיד שש לעזור בכל דבר, כל יום נקיון וסידור, גן חמוד עם ארנב מתוק, גג נעים לשבת בו לפנות ערב (צריך משהו נגד יתושים). בקבוק מים שחיכה לנו במקרר כל יום.

החדר קצת צפוף לארבעה אנשים, אבל הסתדרנו. לא הכי נח שהשירותים והמקלחת לא צמודים לחדר, אבל הם פרטיים ועם מפתח אז הסתדרנו.
