Not the usual area I stay in but for the purposes of this trip, it was ideal. Close enough to public transport, a nice and interesting neighbourhood plus fairly quiet and dark - just what I need for a late night in Paris!

This hotel had a very poor management system. Due to this, they asked me to pay citi tax, which I had already paid at check in, and for breakfast, which was included in my booking.

perfect stay for a couple , just for a small stay due to the room being very small but that’s normal for europe but i’ve seen much bigger ones . overall great experience for me and my boyfriend . perfect for our romantic getaway in paris . would stay here again

Vi bokade familjerum och fick två dubbelrum med riktiga sängar och bra badrum. Bra service i receptionen alla tider. Utsökt frukost. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt och trevligt område.

One for Tennis fans for sure! Otherwise you could see the age of the rooms and not that clean, but defo comfy beds. The staff were excellent and really approachable. the overall hotel is small (including the lift) but fine if you are only there to sleep. About a 15 min to metro and bus stops so we felt the transport links were good but you are not that close to the main sites. We had breakfast at a patisery opposite which was nice. If you love tennis - then you will love this hotel! if you don't, then its ok. We prob would stay again if the price was right.

Really good value hotel in a safe area near multiple metro stops and the PDP and Roland Garos. Nothing special but great value, clean, convenient (20 mins from centre), and great service.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean and tidy at all times. Lift was out of order when we arrived but, straight away they offered to take our luggage up to our room. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. Will definitely be going back next year!

This hotel is a fantastic choice for couples! While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and well-isolated, so there are no sound issues, ensuring a peaceful stay. The internet speed was excellent, perfect for staying connected. The carpets could use some regular deep cleaning or a refresh, but it’s nothing too concerning. The amazing staff, great location, and budget-friendly prices more than make up for it. Highly recommended for a cozy, hassle-free stay!

One reads it in reviews often, but in this case it’s true: super friendly staff!! The bathrooms may be small but newly renovated and in excellent condition. Rooms a tad dated but cleaned to perfection. You get a cute and fit for purpose breakfast in the morning set out casually in the lobby. Nice! Great area close both to restaurants (so not a food desert) and a stones throw from bus and metro. And did i mention the great staff…

Hôtel sur le thème du tennis, plutôt sympas si on aime ce sport. L’hôtel est bien situé en centre ville de Boulogne. Le personnel est agréable. Toutefois, les chambres sont petites et extrêmement bruyantes. Il n’y a pas d’isolation donc tous les bruits s’entendent. Aussi, la chambre était froide, il n’y avait pas chauffage.

Très bon séjour de trois nuits, un surclassement nous a été gracieusement offert pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse..et on a encore plus apprécié nos nuits.. Le petit déjeuner est bien ( vu le prix, 14e par personne , c'est Paris, il valait mieux) l'accueil, le personnel est cool et on est à 7 mn du métro.. donc parfait..

Prisvärt, okej frukost, bra sängar, helt ok location. Hade dålig lukt på rummet som kom från toaletten - oklart vad som luktade men kan ha varit duschtvålen som hade skum lukt eller från gatan som också hade liknande lukt.

In the questionnaire I asked for a map & for a continental plug for my phone but didn’t get them, it was one of the facilities. So why ask? Turns out I didn’t need them at the end.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice but this is not a very nice hotel. The rooms are extremely small and do not look like the pictures at all. Also, be careful getting out of the shower!! The tub slants at an odd angle, it's slippery, and it is pretty tall so unless you're over 6 feet, you are going to struggle getting in and out. The elevator is extremely small and the little backyard patio looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. The hotel overall is fine but it definitely has an out-dated vibe.

The hotel was nice but very small. Since we are traveling with multiple suitcases it was difficult to arrage ourselves. The bed was good and the staff was nice. Easy walking to transportation. Delicious bakery in front. No AC in October, which is still warm and humid at night. Sleeping with windows open can get loud on the main street.

Great stay. Little rooms but still worked well at the price

We got a standard room for 2, it was extremly small. But very Cozy and not too much noise from the outside. They even added ear plugs in the bathroom in case you need it. But it was cold enough to close the window at night. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, always Coffee or hot chocolate if you need it, for free. 24/7 reception and holding your room key. Will recommend for a short city stay.

Very welcoming, very comfy beds, amazing walkable location to Roland Garros and Parc des Princes. 5 min walk to Metro into central Paris. Lots of options for dinner nearby and local shops on the street. Good air conditioning Coffee machine, cold water fountain, lovely croissants. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay again.

テニス観戦しにRGへ通うために宿泊しました。RGまで真っ直ぐ歩いて15分程。観光したいなら、あまり交通の便が良いとは言えません。 口コミにクーラーが無いとあったのですが、オリンピックに合わせてクーラーが設置されていて快適でした。 ウォーターサーバーやコーヒー関係のマシンがあり、熱湯も自由に使えます。マドレーヌやクロワッサンなどのお菓子も自由に食べてOK、小腹が空いた時に有り難かったです。 ホテルの目の前に深夜でも営業している小さめのスーパーや、23時までオーダー可能な美味しいピザレストラン、朝6時30分から営業しているクロワッサンの美味しい店もあり、朝食を付けていなくても大丈夫です。 ただ、1度だけ朝にシャワーが出なくなり困りました。

Petites chambre, salle de bain exiguë mais le confort de base est là pour un prix assez compétitif. Le vrai plus, la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel, en particulier la dame qui gère les petits déjeuners.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber dafür super nettes Personal. Bushaltestelle 450m, fährt direkt zum Eifelturm - circa 30 Minuten Fahrt. Metro Station sind ebenfalls 400 Meter entfernt. Man kommt überall sehr gut hin mit den öffentlichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug vor Ort. Fazit. Gute Lage, super freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel.

Netjes hotel, prima voor een paar dagen Parijs, goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Kamer is netjes, kleine badkamer met een bad, top! Parkeren vlakbij het hotel is betaalbaar, met de Metro hoef je niet over te stappen om bij de Eifeltoren te komen!

Pas de clim dans l'hôtel alors de 35 degrés dehors. très bruyant. douche minuscule. Pour 242€ la nuit c'est très cher pour la prestation. Juste l'emplacement ideal pour le parc des princes

Très bon séjour. Situé a 10min a pied du parc des princes pour les personnes qui viennent spécialement pour allez voire un match. Hôtel propre et service 24/24 au cas ou s'il y a un problème.

hotel speciaal geselecteerd op basis van aanwezigheid parking, doch dit bleek een openbare parking een 2-tal straten verder te zijn. Netheid was niet echt slecht, maar echt helemaal tiptop kunnen we toch ook niet schrijven. Foto's tonen een fris beeld van het hotel dat we niet echt in werkelijkheid terugvonden. Personeel was wel heel vriendelijk.

Notre séjour a été annulé à cause du covid 19 et l'hotel a refusé de faire un geste commercial. Nous avons donc réglé la totalité sans y séjourner.

Déplacement sur Paris pour une journée et une nuit dans le cadre d'un rendez-vous au Parc des Princes (pas pour un match de foot). Sur la forme, nous avons un hôtel très typique Parisien (petit réception coquète, 7-8 chambres par étages dans un style très serré avec escalier pas très large, ...). Mais très content car c'est l'image d'un hôtel Parisien. Le tout, agrémenté d'un thème visuel sur le tennis au vu de la proximité avec Roland Garos. La tête de lit, c'est un filet de court. Tout petite fausse nôte, la chambre mériterait d'un moyen d'occultation de la lumière un peu plus élaboré, car les rideaux laissent passer la lumière sur les côtés et de beaucoup.

En fait tout nous a plu dans ce charmant petit hôtel aux couleurs de Roland-Garros ! à proximité du métro et des lignes de bus notamment la numéro 72 accessible à 10 min à pied maxi pour rejoindre et traverser les plus beaux lieux de Paris. l’hôtel est dans un agréable quartier avec toutes les commodités..certes la chambre n’est pas des plus grandes mais si bien agencée, propre, confortable. Le personnel est vraiment aimable et accueillant, à l’écoute, serviable. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, buffet à volonté. Nous y retournerons.

Accueil par des ouvriers car réception de l'hôtel en travaux. Ils nous ont signalés que l'établissement était ouvert !!! Chambres toutes petites.

Il est à noter que l’hôtel Olympic était fermé pour travaux et que j'ai été logé à l’hôtel Alpha du même groupe (environ 100 mètres plus loin) sans avoir été prévenu avant! Mon commentaire concerne donc ce dernier établissement : Hôtel un peu vieillot, un peu défraichi, sans climatisation ; une très bonne idée par contre : le distributeur de boissons chaudes gratuites. Personnel agréable ; pas de bruit ; bien situé

We originally booked with Olympic, however, were relocated to a hotel around the corner due to street construction. The new hotel, Hotel Alpha, was a very pleasant stay. Our early check in request was graciously accommodated. No extra paperwork needed upon arrival so check In was a breeze. We arrived early, around 9:30 and since we had already requested breakfast for the duration of our stay, the manager invited us to join in. During our stay everyone was lovely, very friendly, very attentive and very helpful. They even accommodated our stay after late check our due to a very late flight on our last day. Overall, I believe this hotel was a better fit for us so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the outskirts of Paris and who wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists. Both hotels are located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of many conveniences. The only downside is many services are closed on the weekends.

Went to the French Open.

The property was clean, well maintained, conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the metro stops. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but did the job (hopefully could be improved). But other then that will certainly say another night and look forward to doing so!

great location for PSG stadium. Only took 7-8 minutes to walk. Pizzeria stays open late for late night food and drinks. Room was clean and comfortable with both extra heating and ac units ready if needed.

It was clean and the staff was excellent. But there wasn't enough space in the room for our bags. Also the room was hot and the fan supplied was inadequate and ran on a timer. The room needs a ceiling fan or other cooling mechanism that doesn't occupy space on the floor.

This hotel was very nice. It was more on the small side, but it made you feel at home. The staff were extremely kind. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone! Will definitely go back!

The room was very SMALL other occupants were smoking in the building very filthy place I paid for 3 nights and left after the 1st night I wouldn’t recommend this place

I had an okay stay here for a few nights. The wifi was good, it's close to the metro, etc. But I also had a few issues that the hotel should remedy. One of the reasons I picked this hotel in particular was because it is listed as having a front desk open 24 hours, compared to other hotels I had seen which closed checkin at earlier times. Since I would be arriving in the city very late, this was important to me. As my flight was delayed, I arrived in the middle of the night, to find the hotel's front door locked. I was quite worried, and since there was no doorbell I could see or anything like that, I actually had to call the hotel to be let in. Somebody who had clearly been sleeping came to open the door for me. If you are visiting from out of the country and do not want to make expensive phone calls, this is something to consider. Anyway, I felt like a huge inconvenience, upon check in, not exactly very welcoming. I also found it odd that no ID was requested upon check in. The key, which is attached to an actual tennis ball, is inconvenient to carry around, but when you are leaving the hotel the front desk asks to keep it. I also found this odd, and when I returned at the end of the day to ask for my key, no ID again was requested. So, there are some glaring security issues at this hotel and because of this I felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my belongings in the room. If these small issues were taken care of, this would be an otherwise great hotel.
