Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que estaba bien conectado con el transporte público y era fácil moverse por la ciudad. El personal del hotel bastante amable, el tamaño de la habitación correcto y tenían una lavadora de la que podías disponer para poner la colada cuando quisieras.

En general, el hotel está descuidado. Las habitaciones tienen tuberías y cables a la vista, humedades en las paredes, insectos por las paredes... Por no hablar del aseo, que al querer ducharte, mojas el resto del baño (WC y lavabo) porque no hay nada que los separes (prácticamente te duchas encima del WC). Me pareció bastante incómodo en general.

Good value for the price. The location is honestly the main win here — super convenient for going to concerts at Queen Sirikit Center or hanging out at One Bangkok. And since Lumphini Park is kind of trending right now, this area feels like a low-key golden spot. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and the room was nice overall.

It’s hard to find accommodation at this price point in Bangkok. I had an event at QSNCC, so I needed a place near the main road for easy transportation. At first, I was unsure because some reviews made me hesitate, but the price convinced me to try it. In the end, it was better than expected. The facilities covered what I needed, with cleaning service and a washing machine available. Overall, a practical and worthwhile stay.

The room was solid and met expectations. The bed was comfortable, and for this price range, I initially expected only basic facilities. However, the amenities were better than expected: a refrigerator, unlimited drinking water, tea, coffee, and snacks were provided. Check-in was efficient, and parking was available as well. Overall, a practical and worthwhile stay.

Bien situé, Salle de sport très bien, équipement dispo si besoin ( sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, micro onde) et machine à café et eau dispo à tout moment dans le bâtiment, Propre, bonne adresse !

The staff here are really kind and attentive. I got a little lost on my way here, but luckily the online team was super helpful and guided me through. This place is amazing value for money. I honestly can’t believe you can still find something this affordable in Bangkok with such great facilities. The bed is really comfortable, there’s a fitness room, and they even offer free coffee and snacks. My favorite part has to be the drinking water dispenser. If you drink a lot of water like me, you don’t have to keep going out to buy any. Definitely recommend ><

All great for me

It’s super convenient to get here. Just get off the MRT and walk past some street food stalls, and you’ll find the place easily. It’s also really close to Lumphini Park and One Bangkok. The staff are incredibly friendly, which made me feel really comfortable staying here. Even though they don’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of food options nearby, and there’s a 7-11 just a short walk away. I really loved it here. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Bangkok here. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very nice, we used the laundry service and gym whilst here both of which are a great bonus

Nothing we didn’t like, the location was close enough to get taxis but a bit far out if you want to be close to the centre (walking distance).

This is a cheap room, for the price we paid it was great valule for money.

Friendly, efficient staff. The room was spacious and clean. Good location, two MRT stations within 5 to 10 mins walk.

A lot of hard finishes so the sound of people closing doors or walking in the corridor can be heard clearly.

Great location, short walk to the train station and 7/11. 15 minute walk to the park. Staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable. Good value for money and we have booked again for the way back.

Toilet light took a while to brighten up. Was offer the 4th floor and there is no lift.

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and nice. The breaker kept tripping if I took too long, a hot shower but overall it wasn’t a bad hotel for the price.

The location was good

The establishment is old and run down. Sheets had holes. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures the bathroom is actually a WC (shower head is behind the bathroom door and everything gets wet. I’m a small person and I had to sit sideways on the toilet because the basin is in the way. The fridge was so ridiculously loud that I had to unplug it every night. At night you can hear when others flush the toilet. And it’s LOUD!! Staff are not very friendly. They all look bored out of their minds. Overall very disappointing stay.

We were extremely pleased with the Annex Lumpini and very impressed by their staff and customer service and attention to detail. They were very easy to talk to and made sure our stay was excellent. The beds were SO comfortable we wished we could take them home with us. Great bathroom, loved having the mini-fridge, plus the desk, end table and little amenities. Fantastic location if you need to stay downtown. Super close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, parks, 7-11s, plus the MRT (subway) as well. We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and were so happy and pleased with our stay there. Fantastic!

The only thing that comes to mind is that we said we wished the actual size of our room was a tiny bit bigger and our window didn't really have much of a view, but we always have zero expectations about that issue when staying downtown in Bangkok. And in fairness to the hotel, if we stayed in a different room, maybe the view is better and the room is slightly bigger but we required a room with 2 beds.

Compact, inexpensive room. But - beware - if you make a mistake in your extension request, they keep all your money and make you pay more to correct the mistake. No "store credit". No refund for a legitimate error, despite you paying for the additional time.

Very convenient location and good value for money Basic but had everything we needed

There was a leakage in our room. Someone came to look at it and told us someone else would come next morning. No one came. At least communicate something appropriately , or offer us another room if it couldn’t be fixed right away. Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable though. Rating would be higher if it weren’t for the problem above. Just a communication and service issue.

Good place near to shopping malls, Lumphini park, One Bangkok Mall just 8 min walk, access to public transport, affordable restaurants around, good size room but the bathroom was too small and It needs some cosmetic changes and it also has a decent Gym.

Good location, 10 min walk to metro, great cheap way to get around the city. The room was basic but clean can’t complain for the price. The gym wasn’t too bad either. Arrived at 7am after a night bus and they gave us our room because it was available so that was really nice.

There was a huge very comfortable bed. The room had plenty of space. Jay on reception was fantastic. Attentive, kind and funny. His female colleague less so. There was free coffee available in reception and washing machines available for guests to use.

The shower wasn't separate which was a problem as the floor remained wet for most of the morning, until it was cleaned.

Cozy nice accomodation for two people. Bathroom and bedroom, big room for clothes and big fridge.

Sometimes black mold on walls, but its nearly everywhere in bangkok because of humidity. Im asthmatic and it was ok.

Room we had was nothing like the pic room was dirty and needed a upgrade. It was very noise air con leaking over tge bed. Shower rubbish. You and shower and sit on toilet at tge same time. But on plus side the staff were great and helpfull. Close to metro station to go and explore

Uncomfortable bed, door to outside space had broken lock, so I had to change hotels and shorten my reservation. Bad lighting. No lift. Close to Lumpini park, but no restaurant or 7-11 nearby.
