Cheonjiyeon Hotel

The room, the bed. It was very comfy. The room has AC too.

Seemed there was some clogging in the waste pipe system.

The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy and quick.

The bathroom ventilation can be better. But it is tolerable. The hotel is a bit older building, yet, still good for the price.

The location was great and so where the staff that worked there.

The beds where to hard to sleep comfortably. There was a lot of maintenance not up to date and the rooms where not clean.

My favourite hotel in Seogwipo! Stayed there for almost 2 months. Really great experience, felt like home! Close to all the attractions, waterfalls, convenience stores, Olle trails, Olle Market, Olive Young shops, everything is a walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, water and towels are supplied every day. There is Netflix (just need your login info), shower has a good pressure, bed is comfy, Hosts are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend and will go back there for sure!

Location and good for money

Everything

Excellent location in the middle of Seogwipo, overlooking the harbor and price was excellent . The view from 5th floor was beautiful

Room had a bad smell. Fortunately the weather wasn’t amazingly pleasant. With daytime highs in the low 70s I could keep the screen door open. Breakfast was nothing special, toast and hard boiled egg.

The location of the hotel was convenient. Cheonjiyeon falls were about 10 minutes away on foot, so that was lovely! We had a nice view of the bridge as well. The fridge in the room was also bigger than what you're used to in hotel rooms, so that was extremely convenient considering we were staying a while. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and we ended up staying a week more than what we had planned because it was just that nice being there. We honestly hope we'll be able to go back there soon!

Nothing! It was lovely.

Perfect location! Has a parking lot and very close to mini markets. Provided free water bottle.

Staff wasn’t very impressed. He just gave us the key and that is it. No coffee inside room only kettle. Rooms a little bit outdated. AC stopped working due to filter cleaning. Lacks a little bit of hygiene. During the night we found one fat big fella starting with “c” in the bathroom, had to catch him and flush to toilet.

Clean, bright rooms, good location, great value for the price we paid.

Large space for our family of 5 with two bathrooms. Great location for nearby attractions and food options. There's a fantastic family owned fried chicken shop 5 minute walk away.

Some of the beds were like planks. Others were ok. The bathrooms are in a state of disrepair with tiles being held up with tape and the shower head height couldn't be set. Even though there's a separation between the shower and toilet, there's no fall to the tiles so the entire floor is drenched.

Spacious room with

Heerlijke ruime dubbele kamer met balkon. Alles was prima.

No ocean wire from my room

Great location, o lt a 10 min walk to the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. The room was well appointed and clean. We had an issue with the fridge, but it was all sorted out straight away. Plenty of hot water with decent pressure. The toiletries were great. We had a nice view of the Saeseom Bridge, so pretty at night.

Sehr freundlicher Host. Lage.

We had a very nice experience. Clean rooms with little fridges. The towels and water being deliver to the room each day was a nice touch. There was a morning breakfast available also.

Locatie

Ontbijt ,uiterst sober !

This hotel was wayyyy cheaper than the other ones near the area so I wasn't expecting much. But it was really nice. Locations is really good. Walking distance to Haeundae beach and metro station. Transport by bus and metro is really easy in Busan too so we didn't thave any problems. The view from upper floors were very nice. The hotel staff was helpfull, they spoke good English. The room was good in size and bathroom was clean. We had a comfortable and safe stay as two girls. Fyi check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. They offer luggage storage. We went to the beach while we waited our check in time. I thought our stay had breakfast and we didn't. (It is a mistake on my part not the hotel) So you should double check when booking

There aren't any charging spots near the bed. There is only one mirror and it is in the bathroom. They asked for extra money when we asked for 1 more blanket. Usually most hotels provide it for free.

It's what I expected and desired: a good value budget hotel with a great location in a highly walkable city. Dated but clean room; excellent mattress and good wi-fi.

Breakfast at 7,000 won was underwhelming - you can do better outside. Room was crowded but otherwise fine.

Everything was perfect - location if you don't have a car, owners, cleanliness of the place. Best place in Jeju to have a rest. We are staying in a different hotel now in the north, which is definitely worse than Cheonjiyeon Hotel for a bigger amount of money. I could have online meetings at the reception without any problems at 3 a.m. (I couldn't do it in my room). Definitely a hidden gem of Seogwipo.

Wonderful place to stay. We had a room with the ocean view which we enjoyed every single day of our stay. Great owners, even though we arrived earlier, the room was ready and we checked in immediately.

Great staff, great location to the waterfalls

The owners were very helpful even though there was a language barrier. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

Very pleasant experience! The room was very clean and way better irl. Service was good and we got new towels + water every day. Very kind staff that helped us. Recommend👍

It was a nice room with a nice ocean view with a balcony. I was comfortable during my stay because the surroundings were quiet. It is close to the sea and there were many local markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

Cleaning quiet hotel close to many tourist attractions.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, very clean, good price and location.

Very friendly staff although they had little English. They tried hard to make me feel welcome.

The room was quite small, no chair to sit on.. No room cleaning service...just clean towels every day. with 2 more bottles of water.

Good location and easy parking at site. The room is clean and tidy.

Lovely owners, so nice and helpful. Breakfast good for filling you up in the morning

The location was excellent. The owners where very friendly. The rooms were clean and kept neat.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are great people and they will help you with anything you may need. The room we stayed in was big and with a nice balcony view. We were given bottled water every day and also you have a water dispenser outside. The place is very cozy, you have all the amenities needed. It's located south of Seogwipo which can be a nice time for cardio 😉 WiFi is also strong and runs very fast everywhere in the hotel. You have a few convenience stores nearby and going to/from the airport is also very good (although commuting to other parts of the island can take longer times)

The Air Conditioning and the fridge in the room can be a little noisy. It would be worth checking on that but you can always turn everything off so in the end it's not a problem.
