Breakfast was average, food was plain. No much flavor. The feature dishes promised (pozole) were not available. Parking is small, and dirty. The entrance is very steep and damages the lower part of the car.

The bedroom carpet had red stains resembling lipstick, and the in-room safety box was broken. Furthermore, the gym conditions are unacceptable; it felt like an oven due to the lack of air conditioning and only one small window for ventilation. I requested a fan from a housekeeper to mitigate the heat, but I never received a follow-up or a solution.

El desayuno equis, cuando fui apenas logré rascar algunas cosas de lo que había... La atención del chico de recepción cero amable. Las habitaciones si son cómodas. La ubicación es buena.

Soy cliente frecuente de este hotel y es la primera vez que me pasa. Booking me cobró por adelantado y antes no El Hotel Paris siempre me había dado las facturas y ahora no. Espero respuesta de ambos.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Hotel had a very nice hot buffet breakfast. There was accommodation for my wheelchair, and I was able to access everything easily. Quality soaps and towels. My visit was for pleasure, but I think this would be an excellent hotel for business stays.
No handicap accessible room with king sized bed. Parking garage was very small and filled up. A giant pickup truck parked in the handicap spot and blocked the wheelchair ramp to the elevator.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Fue una estraordinaria estancia , el hotel está muy bien ubicado y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una estructura limpia y bien conservada constantemente.
Todo ha sido muy bueno . Sólo daría una sugerencia. Deberían poner un distintivo en los coches de los huespedes para poder entrar al estacionamiento y así evitar que gente externa entre al estacionamiento exclusivo.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025El hotel cumple con su propósito de pasar 2 o tres noches en forma cómoda, pero alfunos aspectos que podrían mejorar en la habitación 314 son: - no tiene una cortina blackout siempre entra luz en la noche y el dia - el teléfono no funcionó en los tres botones que se suponen preprogramados Recepción, Sistemas, Servicio a Cuartos cualquiera suena ocupado todas las veces -El equipo para planchar de vapor no funciona (obvio no lo pude reportar por que el teléfono no sirve) -la presión del agua sube y baja haciendo que la temperatura esté variando todo el rato de ducha -el lunes 21Jul25 a las 08:30 no salió agua caliente para bañarse, por más que la dejé salir un par de minutos (sin forma de reportarla) En el unico restaurante que tiene el hotel, el servicio es muy bueno, aunque en los 3 días que desayunamos ahi, no hubo jugo de naranja, solo jugo verde y agua de jamaica. Los platillos del bufete, muy buenos. Lo pensaría dos veces antes de hospedarme nuevamente en el Paris, en especial por no tener una cortina para evitar la luz.

The hotel needs some upgrades like the carpet in the hallway. Also, the ramp that leads to the underground parking is very steep. The administration should consider fixing it as many cars were having issues getting out without hitting the under side of their car including us.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024El Hotel Paris FC es una gran opcion para visitar POza Rica. Esta en la 20 de noviembre, la calle mas importante de restaurantes y bares en la ciudad. Esta ubicado en el Boulevard, por lo que es accesible a todos lados. Y las tarifas son adecuadas . Habitaciones espaciosas, bien decoradas, y con un servicio de wifi que no se desconecta, tiene una buena potencia.
