Conveniently located for the airport which was our priority for an early flight. The drive was about 20 minutes. Quiet location despite being off a busy road. Good restaurant and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and air conditioning.

La piscine est un plus, vous êtes à 3km de la mosquee largement faisable à pied par les petites rues qui permettent de discuter avec les locaux. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais dommage tout est froid... La literie est de bonne qualité et les chambres sont grandes et il y a 1 petit frigo.

De locatie was prima en het personeel was vriendelijk. We kregen een (lekker) ontbijt pakket mee, omdat we om 5.00 uur al het hotel moesten verlaten voor onze vlucht. De bedden lagen prima.

Op de kamer van onze jongens (12 en 15 jaar) zat er een gat in de muur. De gangen voelden een beetje smoezelig aan. Had er voor dit geld (voor Indonesische begrippen) wat meer van verwacht. In het restaurant konden we niet alles bestellen, omdat het er niet meer was.

Die Zimmer haben stark nach Rauch gerochen, obwohl das Nichtraucherzimmer war. Das Bettzeug hat nach Rauch gerochen. die Tapete war kaputt an den Wänden.

Good hotel, but overpriced for what it is.

Overall,.this isn't a 5 star hotel in my opinion. It is a fine hotel, but really overpriced.

The pool caters for adult and children. Breakfast was good and room service food is delicious with generous portions.

Shower head really old and leak at the back of the head. Other than that I have nothing to complain.

This is my first time visiting Hermes Palace hotel. My husband and I were truly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the amenities, and the superb dining experiences we had both for room service and the breakfast buffet (5 stars). I really liked walking the grounds, enjoying the beautiful art installations + paintings and comfortable reading corner, as well. They even had an interesting promotion for a "Swimming Pool Breakfast," which many families with children participated in and seemed to be having fun (I may try next time). I must say that I've never seen a large breakfast buffet with this caliber of taste, quality and customer service, plus there was a fabulous variety to choose from. And my husband thought the shower experience in our room was excellent. Thanks so much Hermes Palace representatives. You're doing a fine job! Thank you for a wonderful experience : ) P.S. I forgot to mention that we really appreciated our request for early check-in being honored on short notice. The only reason our room was "Good" and not "Excellent" is probably because our original room wasn't ready yet, but they kindly accommodated us.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement le petit déjeuner, ainsi que la qualité de service du personnel de la réception qui m’a aidé sur différentes choses, notamment à récupérer ma carte bancaire qui avait été avalée par le distributeur de Banque, qui se trouve sur le parking de l’hôtel

There is a leakage in the closet. The towel is too thin for a 5 stars hotel. The staff can be more customer centric. The breakfast (suhoor) is too limited.

Sebenarnya Stafnya Respon Cepat, Menu Sarapan Mantap, outdoor juga nyaman, yang paling beruntung bisa ketemu Kang Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) 😁😁

Pertama masuk kamar, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada ambal kaki, Internet TV hilang timbul AC kurang dingin ( mungkin karena listrik masih belum stabil ), lantai kamar mandi licin jika terkena air, bisa membahayakan. Dengan harga permalam hampir 1 jt menurut saya masih belum memuaskan.

Poor wifi, we complained everyday and they try to fix it but it does not work Old furniture and fixtures. Old and not upgraded Bedding was not comfortable. Towels were old Shower drain was blocked. mentioned it to them many times with no resolution Very disappointing. Way over rated. Will never stay there again.

Hermes Palace offers spacious rooms and a comfy bed—great for a solid night’s rest. The breakfast menu is varied and satisfying.

While the interior feels a bit dated, it’s still a decent base for exploring Banda Aceh.

Hotel assez standing par rapport à ce qu'on trouve dans cette région. La chambre était très bien. Piscine très bien aussi. Le personnel est très bien

La cuisine est moyenne pour un européen. Le personnel n'est pas vraiment formé à nos coutumes. Difficulté de compréhension et nombreux malentendus mais c'est assez courant en Indonésie.

Very good for a layover before heading to Pulau Weh. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Food in he restaurant was good.

A comfortable stay was experienced at Hermes Palace Aceh in the Executive Deluxe room, which was found to be spacious and clean. The service was warmly provided by the staff, and helpful assistance was always offered when needed. A good variety of breakfast options was served, and the food was enjoyed each morning. The pool was appreciated for its moderate size and calm atmosphere. Transportation was easily arranged using Grab or rented vehicles. Nearby eateries and grocery stores were easily accessed, and most local attractions and souvenir shops could be reached within 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic. Overall, the stay was made enjoyable and smooth. A return visit would definitely be considered.

Considering that this is the best hotel in Banda Aceh, I’d definitely stay here again. Good buffet spread for breakfast, friendly front desk, concierge and guards. Spacious room.

The room is ok, but there is no toilet towel, the amenities are limited.

Absolument rien. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est vendu comme un palace.

Je n´ai pas aimé que le personnel soit totalement indifférent. Que la chambre soit vétuste, insalubre ( papier qui de déchire, moisissures, robinetteries qui ne tient pas aux murs, une moquette extrêmement sale et puante, des traces sur les murs, une odeur globale nauséabonde) et être réveillée à 4h00 du matin par une odeur bien pire que celles des égouts. Le petit-déjeuner, quasi rien de proposé, buffets quasi vides, tables sales et couverts également. La piscine est fermée à 18h00 on ne sait pourquoi ce jour là, en tout cas c´était pour moi un hôtel de transfert ou je souhaitais me baigner 1 peu et bien rien en a été. Ah oui j´oubliais le dîner du soir qui n´a pas pu être pris avant 21h00. Je ne retournerai ni ne conseillerai cet établissement pour rien au monde.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Die Betten sind bequem.

Das Zimmer brauchte dringend eine Renovierung. Die Tapete war vor allem unterhalb vom Fenster sehr lädiert. Zweimal habe ich den Zimmerservice kommen lassen, weil z.B. Handtücher oder Kleiderbügel fehlten. Etwas mehr Engagement würde dem Preis eher gerecht werden.

The breakfast is good suit the price, and the location is surround with shops although a bit far from city center. The design & architecture is nice & worth it. The city view also nice especially during dawn.

Very disappointed with the service from the staffs as it is not represent the 5 star hotels. I saw the staff give good service to customer who comes with big/luxury car etc. The facilities also a bit disappointing where I can't find the gym (not sure they have it or not) and there is no iron provided in my room. And the water heater also not function well where the pressure is very slow for hot water.
