Por poner alguna cosa..., la ducha tenia variaciones irregulares de presión y de temperatura del agua.

I recently stayed at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh for three nights in their Deluxe Room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming daily. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the hotel provided standard amenities, including coffee, tea, mineral water, and toiletries. However, if you need an iron, you’ll have to request it from housekeeping. A great service they offer during Ramadan is a wake-up call for sahur, which was very helpful. I had my sahur at the hotel, and for iftar, I opted for their meal package at 160K IDR, which included a 10% discount for in-house guests. The food selection was a bit limited—fruits, noodles, two to three main courses, basic pastries, coffee, and tea. The taste was just okay—not particularly delicious but decent enough. One of the best perks was their free shuttle service to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, making it very convenient for prayers. Since I was fasting, I didn’t utilize the TV, though it had many channels. Most of my time was spent either resting, out on tours, attending Tarawih prayers, or having coffee with friends. However, on the last morning of my stay, my rest was disturbed by hotel technicians drilling and knocking on the walls as early as 9:30 AM. Since I had been awake from 4 AM for sahur and Subuh prayer, I really needed more sleep. Unfortunately, the noise continued for an hour before I had to call and complain. It would be great if the hotel could check for guest occupancy before conducting maintenance work early in the morning. Despite this, my overall experience at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again, especially for its cleanliness, comfortable facilities, and convenient location.

By far one of the best hotels in south East Asia, excellent service, delicious food + good location. Only thing i missed was a gym facility. + pool.

The pillow were not memory foam just standard pillow, breakfast food taste quite OK, the best thing was the food were hot as the pot n pan were electric. Too bad there's no swimming pool and spa, as this only 4 star hotel but facility only like 3 stars. Room cleanliness very good, overall I don't mind staying again if I come back to Aceh.

The service was nice and helpful. Sanitary needs was fully provided, a hot-watered shower was nice, but most greatest experience is the breakfast. Aceh Food Rotation is nice program for introduce to guest about local culinary, and I like for being there until times out.

My room is close to elevator which as sound every time when the elevator arrived at the floor so it is quite noisy for me. Especially when people start going for breakfast/check out but I still want to sleep more.

I messaged the hotel via booking.com asking to arrange an airport transfer. I waited two weeks and got no reply, so I emailed them instead. Again, got no reply. That's when I guessed they were pretty clueless about customer service, so while passing through Banda Aceh I went to the front desk and booked it for a future date in person. Then, the day before I was due to fly back into BA, I WhatsApped them to confirm the transfer, which they did. I flew in and there was no transfer. So I messaged them asking where the driver was. They said there were 'technical difficulties' with the car (which I'm sure was complete BS), not that they bothered to message me to let me know. Magically, when they found out I was a travel journalist, they suddenly pulled out all the stops to make amends (too little too late to be honest.) All in all it was a painful experience trying to do something so simple with this incompetently run hotel, and pretty appalling that you have to tell them you work in the media to get them to pull their finger out. There are some sweet, kind people here, but clearly the management are hopeless, and really don't give a ****, because they don't have to because the bar is pretty low in BA as far as places to stay is concerned. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else.

Good hotel, clean and staff are very friendly and efficient. The foods served during breakfast is good and delicious. Location wise, its in the centre of Aceh, there are KFC and Pizza Hut distance walking from the hotel.

Probably the hotel can also provide hair dryer, washcloth, hand towel in the rooms.

the bathroom door lock was broken, did ask the staff to repair..they didnt do nothing. not a big deal but a bit uncomfortable when u travel with coworker.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast serving Indonesian food and continental. Certain day they serve jamu good to try. Fast check in and check out. On the Last Day they provide nice packed breakfast for our group since we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. I appreciate this.

The hotel had many guests and many car parking in front of the hotel. Hence we had to walk to the main road because our bus couldnt pick us at the hotel entrance.

The location is good, we can go to Baiturahman mosque in walking distance around 500 - 600 metres.

The elevator is too small, a bit humid and smelly. The towels look dirty. We were not allowed to open the curtain. We thought we would like to see the mountain view but the hotel staff knocked at our room and asked to close the curtain.

It was our first time to Bandar Aceh and the hotel met with all of our expectations for a great holiday.

After reading reviews we booked a room high floor and no smoking. Room 519 (view to the street) seemed fair….till the live band started at the cafe on 2nd floor and played till 23:30! I went and asked for lowering the volume but with not much success. Sofa was badly stained, a bit disgusting but the sheets were clean. Bed for us a bit on the hard side.

The breakfast was very nice. A lot to choose from. The rooms were very comfortable and had a modern design. It was a nice place to stay.

We appreciate the staff and overall team's effort to put us into our preferred room of non-smoking. We were travelling with a baby and an elderly. Therefore, staying in a smoking room was not an option and was the room they wanted to put us in when we arrived. We were happy that they managed to sort out the request with no delays. The location of the hotel was perfect - nearby eateries and souvenirs shop. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and there was plenty of seats. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Good for business and non-business traveller.

We stayed on the 7th floor. In the evening, the noise coming from the cafe was a bit too loud. If you travelling with children and elderly, suggests to request a room on a higher floor to minimise the noise. Lucky for us, the noise didn't bother us much, as we were too tired and slept through the noise.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it for the whole 5 days. The location is perfect and the shuttle service to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman was brilliant. I am grateful for the opportunity to have my Subuh prayer there. It felt like in Madinah.

The housekeeping did not do their job properly. We had stained bedsheets and greyish towels for Day 1 and Day 2. We kept complaining and asked to change but still no avail. We complained to the manager on Day 3 and Alhamdulillah they fixed the problem. However, we wished the housekeeping had kept the bed linen and towels clean from Day 1.

The hotel worth more than the price. I was satisfied with the stay. I will come back soon.

I had problems of double payments, and it is not solved yet. They still has not refund the payment yet... It has been almost 2 months.

Very modern and clean hotel in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arranged for airport transfer, and the driver was also very friendly and gave us information about the city as we drove. The breakfast buffet was huge with many local and western choices. We were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel.
