I would like to thank Khana khazana Managament to have a Wonderful Manager Mr.Justin who had taken care of the enitre event as its his own function and he stayed till night 12 am which is much Appreciated .We had Celebrated Both of our Daughters Birthday at khana khazana .The food is Super delicious and it is Really Authentic South indian Taste . We had stayed in the Hotel as we held the event.The Hotel Rooms are clean and Nice .Breakfast was Standard and Value for the Money . Thanks Justin,Thanks Khana khazana & Ibis styles hotel

Front staff could have been better

Front service is excellent specially Ms Grace, very accommodating and her professionalism is very good. The breakfast menu is great as well as the services of the staff. Mr Joel is friendly, making sure there’s always napkins and tables are clean. Also complimentary of the chef, food is always great.

Excellent breakfast. Wonderful Persian restaurant next door. Highly recommend! Option of buffet dinner onsite too. The Ibis was clean, quiet, great shower water pressure. Lots of snacks on site. Travel agent was great, arrange for Abu Dhabi trip for us at better price than uber.

LOVED the breakfast!!! So good for only $9USD. Enjoyed being directly across the street from Jumeriah Mosque and seeing that every time we walked outside (we were there during Ramadan, and it was lit up at night). As a solo woman traveler, it felt safe and comfortable. Also loved the Persian restaurant next door -- Persian Kebab. It was phenomenal! Recommend one of the chicken skewers. The Ibis was clean, the shower water was hot, and the water pressure was great. Add to that, it was a VERY quiet room -- i think sound proofed? A great room for the price. Nearby gas station has water and snacks. Plus, there is a cafe, restaurant, and water snck vending maching on site at the hotel. We needed a ride to the Abu Dhabi Airport, and the travel agent kindly arrange that for us (and gave us a better price than uber!).

Had a fantastic stay here. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Thanks to one the staff name karim. The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The rooms window was small and not cleaned asked for room service to clean the room they jst changed the sheets and dis not bothered to clean the floor! There

This is one of my must stay only hotel choice in dubai. Clean,safe,walkable,nice food and i love the area where the hotel is situated. I highly would recommend people stay here

I booked through the Expedia app with payment at the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel canceled my booking before my arrival, forcing me to pay for a more expensive room. Despite this, the hotel itself offers great service and is overall a good place to stay.

The room description is very misleading! The facility only has king sized beds and SINGLE sized beds that they put on expedia as DOUBLE BEDS! which is super misleading to anyone who knows a thing or two about bed sizes! We ended up booking a much more expensive room thinking we were getting 2 double beds as advertised but in fact we got two SINGLE BEDS!!! The bed sheets were clean but the pillows were not, they had hair on them and when we asked for more pillows they came dirty. I would only recommend this facility if it’s super cheap for a quick noght stay! Otherwise i would not recommend!

Nice place to stay

Poor service from reception staff! Unhelpful and keeping getting things wrong. Booked for breakfast and kept denying the breakfast. Also didn’t put us on the same floor. Poor customer service by the reception staff at ibis!

We spent over two consecutive months at Ibis Styles Jumeira and were thoroughly impressed. Our Suite 503 on the 5th floor was remarkably spacious, just as shown in the photos and video. The view was particularly a highlight: a breathtaking look at the Burj Khalifa and the beautifully illuminated mosque, which creates a special atmosphere, especially in the evening. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. For example, whenever we needed an iron or ironing board, it was delivered within 10 minutes. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the fitness studio and indoor pool. However, what truly makes this hotel unbeatable is its location. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the beach (La Mer) and directly to Al Wasl Street or the famous Jumeirah Street. By car, you can reach Downtown, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa in just 10 minutes without any traffic. In the evenings, the surrounding area is perfect for pleasant strolls, and you can try cuisine from around the world in the side streets or shop at various supermarkets within walking distance. The friendly yet discreet staff deserves special mention, as they gave us the necessary space to feel completely comfortable. Our requests to housekeeping were always promptly and satisfactorily fulfilled, particularly by Mr. Srijan, who was responsible for our floor – his work was simply outstanding. The reception team was also consistently courteous. A special thank you to the young lady who assigned us the suite.

Good 3 star hotel

The hotel was nice and clean and it had a 24 hour gym which is excellent as coming from abroad I still had allot of energy 2am Dubai time

Nice Location, next to eateries and a new Mosque right across the street. Close proximity to DIFC. Family orientated hotel. Friendly staff, good food options on the premise.

Been here before, stay is great! Time to check in took time as there was a huge rush, but well managed. I had my room ready and was happy.

Absolutely wonderful place.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and believe it’s ideal for business travelers. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped for working comfortably. Special thanks to Karim and Tarik at the front desk, and Rahman at the restaurant for their excellent service. While the overall experience was fantastic, the breakfast could use more variety. Despite this minor point, the value for money and friendly service make it a good choice. I'm already planning to return on my next business trip.

This hotel was super weird. I will say that some of the staff was helpful - Joyce, Chaudry, breakfast restaurant manager & team at the Indian restaurant were lovely. That said I would NOT stay at this hotel. 1st surprise was that there is no view of ocean - hotel pics implied there was a view - they have had this expectation from a lot of guests so should change their pics. 2nd: 1/2 the rooms have an INTERNAL view - no external view - so our room 131 had non-soundproof windows over the LOBBY. Not a good visual by any means and very hard to sleep with constant noise. (I did raise this with them and they could not move us bc fully booked - they told me to just call if there was noise - we did, multiple times, but that's obviously NOT a great sleep experience.) The room itself was not well lit & carpet had stains. The difficult sleep situation was the worst part of the stay (and kind of the whole point of the stay), rest was mixed. Location had no view and really not close to beach, also it is on a "slip road" so difficulty with taxis. Buffet breakfast was good.

They do not give you invoice for your company if you book from hotels.com. Hotels.com does not give invoice and gives you only payment receipt 2 hours phone talk in vain. İbis styles if you are visiting for business, you need an invoice to your book keeping and hotels.com and ibis styles jumaira is failing to give you invoics. And they are so smart they do not even the difference between payment receipt and invoice

Good option based on the price per nught

Hotel staff is friendly and professional. But the amenities are bare minimum, the breakfast is the same all week, the gym needs a thorough cleaning, and the hot water ran out very quickly each day at rush times. The hotel isn’t setup to be at capacity.

It’s accessible from airport and most of the attractions, La-Mer beach, Dubai Frame, Gold souk, Al seef, Bur Dubai, Museum is within 15-20 mins reach by taxi. The staff is really nice and helpful. Namely Zubair, Vinod, Jamal used to treat our son very nicely and fondly during breakfast everyday, We we’re happy to spend a week there.

It was an excellent experience. I was surprised because we paid less than we expected and the service went above and beyond.

It was nice. Occasionally the reception had a hard time understanding me when I spoke sometimes at the front desk, but in general it was awesome. Nice clean room, good breakfast at a fair price, friendly staff. Plus it was like ten or so minutes from the burj khalifa so the location was decent, too. Yeah it was good.

We were allocated to a very spacious room with a very nice city view. The location was perfect for us. Jumeirah beach also very close and easy to get by bus or taxi.

Excellent hotel for a pleasant stay in Dubai. Unfortunately shuttle bus to the beach/ resort did not work due to covid. There is no bar in the hotel which to me is a plus (I don’t like its noise in the hotels I stayed before in the city during the night). Overall a great hotel to stay.

I give respect and thanks to the small black lady from the reception, house keeping supervisor and the house keeping guy name eugene and the hospitality of the guy from the restaurant who gave bread because no bread included from the paid breakfst. aside from them all staff will just walk past by without noticing a guess infront of them. okie this our my experienced ... The Hotel was sososo dark at the lobby i arrived in hotel before 2pm but i got a room before 3pm my first room was in 415 or 426 i forgot so when i came inside the room has a 1. broken glass or plastic frame on the floor that originally attached to the room door. 2. floor are very dirty mybe from the stain food from previouse guess. 3. the room has fly inside. 4. The beddings has falling hairs. and it was not tide up properly. 5. the room was so dark and the view from the window are restaurant inside the hotel. so i ask to change the room. i called and they are me to go down again to pickup new key i got the room 526. it has huge window so over looking the car and street outside. but ... 6. the beddings has like blood stain its like small small circle of blood so i ask to change. 7. no floor rags from the powder room and the water from shower will went out to the place were you will brush your teeth. 8. it will take years to give a coffee sugar water coffemate because there is no dining restaurant are close. 9. breakfast was so so so bad sorry but we throw the days breakfast.

I don’t know what happen to this hotel but services almost zero I have paid for my breakfast but they did not provide me with it and restaurant closed and they did not even mentioned it during checkin or booking carpets in the corridors are dirty . This hotel use to be much better what happen ?

It's pretty new, clean and nice hotel located in safe and quiet place where it's easy to get to city center.

The hotel was fine, food good and very clean My only complaint were the towels greyish in colour instead of brilliant white The towels I think washed by now too many times and like sand paper on the skin Everything else really good and only made my comments because you asked

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The Wi-Fi was so slow. In the room was very dark. Was not enough hot water for two persons to take a shower In the shower walls mold on tiles. The elevators were not working properly

The bathroom is too small to contain a big person. Every other thing is fine but the bathroom needs to be adjusted a bit

Good stay

It is located near local shops and restaurants which was convenient. The gym and swimming pool was nice too. Breakfast and lunch was great with lots of options. I recommend this hotel and the price is reasonable too.

I stayed in Same hotel before it was great experience but unfortunately this time i was unlucky, staff could not help with a better room as the hotel was fully booked

I simply do not recommend staying there. The main reason is due to the ignorance of the staff especially the ones at the reception during our first night! They had no clue of how Online bookings work or how to treat their clients. Arrived at midnight and by 1:30 am we were still waiting to be given a room and not even offered a glass of water! No bell boy or any assistance in that manner. The best was the size of the room and how comfortable it felt but with zero view!

The AC was not at all working. The temperature was set to 18 degrees but it was still very hot inside the room. Woke up a couple of times at night due to the heat.

Large building , clean, closest Metro Station roughly 16AED taxi ride to get to. Needs some furniture upgrade and remodeling... but the price is right...

The company providing this apartment are based in Spain, they have no telephone number, only WhatsApp which they do not respond to They are unreliable at best more likely dishonest! Received a WhatsApp message 1 hour before checking time telling me they did not have the apartment booked leaving us stranded after a 18 hour flight not the best way to start the vacation. 7 days on I am still waiting for Hotels.com make the refund.

The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was average. We had a noisy neighbour at night after 2 requests they changed our room, which we appreciated.

It’s a beautiful environment I liked the colors layout and location clean neat and different staff are nice 👍 only one thing they need to take under consideration that guest should be oriented the the room and facility explain it timing of it no place to at least park your car in front of the main entrance so you can bring your bags no one at the door to guide you on how to park your car ???? I think they should work on this aspect as it’s not enough to be nice and smile you need to be helpful to the guests

Reception staff- very friendly and efficient Overall staff behaviour- excellent Rooms - clean spacious and comfortable Washroom - reasonably sized but not comfortable. Showers not great People who are expecting bell boy service should not opt for this hotel since there are none. Has couple of restaurants and coffee shop. But would recommend ordering from outside good choices are available for delivery. Pool and gym area are well maintained and clean. Location is good.

I liked the price, it made my low budget holiday affordable. The staff were slow to replace toiletries in the bathrooms and the bathroom could have been better cleaned. Some reception staff were not overly friendly or helpful

Room was very nice, clean and staff generally were very polite, service in the breakfast restaurant was below average as was the breakfast itself.

The only drawback was this hotel is away from any Metro station. So you are overdependent on taxi which is a costly option.

Spacious room but very dark, no natural light. Unfortunately no good movie channels on the television to watch. Would have liked to utilize the gym in the morning, but it only opens at 10 am. Too late!

Where thing was good specially checkin was good at the time of arrival

Really spacious room and bathroom. We had a car so local area wasn’t important but free parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and very accomodating (we had a 3am check-in). Breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and and the perfect size for my needs. The buffet was very good and at reasonable price.
