Loud music was audible in the room until 3am every night, with two nightclubs and a rooftop bar being in the hotel. The room had wear with holes in the headboard and broken coat hangers. The iron and hairdryer were missing. Housekeeping carts and foldaway beds were stored in corridors overnight. Toiletries in the bathroom were large bottles bolted to the wall. The location is not near to the metro or attractions. On the plus side, basement parking is free.

For the price, you’re honestly better off staying somewhere more central in Dubai. There were a few positives - the hair parlour next door was genuinely the best part of the stay, and a couple of the reception staff were helpful. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The lobby had a strong smell of smoke, the shower had visible mould and only limited hot water, and my room had no view at all. Housekeeping came quite late in the day and the towels provided were average at best. The check-out process was also frustrating; despite my airport transfer waiting, I still had to stand around for a significant amount of time while they finalised everything. In the end, it wasn’t terrible, but for the cost there are much better-located and better-maintained hotels in Dubai.

This is has got to be one of the worst, if not the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Terrible location, far from everything. But regardless of that, because this cannot be changed. But the hotel itself is terrible. Starting from the front office receptionists, moving on to the housekeeping as well as the concierge and the restaurants. There is not a single function in the hotel that does an acceptable job. Not to mention that the rooms are absolutely horrendous. To start with, While I was checking in, I informed the front office receptionist that I had already sent my employees a day before and that we had booked multiple rooms, and I requested him to give me the best room possible. He actually gave me the worst room in the hotel and when I went up and saw the room and came back to inform him that the room was terrible he said that the hotel was fully booked and that there aren’t that many rooms left (I own a travel agency and through my system, I could see that he was lying because I can see the occupancy of the hotel). I also told him that the room was a connecting room and I would like to change to a room that didn’t have a connecting room. He told me they only have one other room available and that it wasn’t a connecting room but it was on the first floor. I went to see the room to find out that it was similar to the previous room, so I decided to stay in the initial terrible room. The problem is that my stay was pretty long which was more than 10 days. The least that they would do if the rooms are that bad is to offer an upgrade especially since I had booked several rooms and my stay was long. I have attached a photo of how bad the room is. The toilet seat is located between the sink and the bathtub with very little space, would need a tiny person to be able to sit on it. Absolutely terrible (Check the photo). The housekeeping doesn’t clean the room despite me putting the clean my room light on and despite me calling them to inform them that my room needs cleaning and them confirming that it will be cleaned. But nothing happens. Until one day I made a fuss about it, and the receptionist who was also a liar like the previous one said that he came to know that they tried to clean my room but I had a DND sign which is an absolute lie. The ironic part is that after they cleaned it (after I made an issue), the next day I had the DND sign, but they decided to clean it anyway! I informed the receptionist and told him you never clean the room when I request it, but you decided to clean it now when I specifically put the DND sign?! The food is terrible. The restaurant serves disgusting food and the hygiene is terrible, the restaurant is full of flies. The concierge have poor communication, I had to yell at them and repeat what I said several times till they understood me. The receptionists not only are they liars they are not helpful at all, I came one night asking for change to pay someone, and the lady didn’t even check the cash register, she immediately said she doesn’t have change (another guy came in afterwards and paid in cash and she gave him back some change). Total liars, and unhelpful. The rooms as I mentioned are a disaster, terrible view (no view actually), and I checked all my group’s rooms (they were all the same but mine was the worst). The bathrooms are so small you can’t do anything there. Disgusting. I also went to the gym, regardless of the fact that it is a very small basic gym, they don’t even switch on the AC there which is ridiculous, and when I complained and showed them that there is no air coming from the air conditioner they tried to convince me that it was working, and when they looked ridiculous because it was obvious it wasn’t working they sent out a technician, who when arrived agreed that it wasn’t working but he got a call and left without solving the issue!!! Terrible service, staff, rooms, facilities, food and location. I advise everyone not to even think of staying there ever.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such terrible treatment towards guests as I did in this hotel in Dubai. It is part of a well-known hotel chain and definitely not a cheap place but price doesn’t matter when there is such complete disrespect for people. My check-in started with humiliation. The man at the reception threatened to call the police on me simply because I am a woman and, according to him, I should “speak respectfully.” Meanwhile, he was mocking me, pretending not to understand what I was saying. After 30 minutes of stress and insults, he finally did what I had asked him to do from the beginning. When I entered the room, the smell was unbearable as if something had died inside. When I complained, reception told me that opening the windows was *forbidden*. If you cannot provide a proper ventilation system and keep the air clean, you should not be renting out these rooms at all. For two days I couldn’t even take a proper shower because there was no hot water. If you turn the tap all the way and wait for 10 minutes, a weak trickle of lukewarm water finally appears — it felt like being somewhere without proper plumbing at all. The female receptionist refused to tell me her name, laughed at me, and declined to move me to another room. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I sincerely hope that anyone planning a trip to Dubai avoids this hotel. No one deserves to be treated this way.

My experience with the concierge team was consistently disappointing, especially with a staff member named Sajid. Unfortunately, his behavior was always unprofessional and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, he came across as arrogant and dismissive, showing little interest in actually assisting guests. When you're staying at a hotel or resort, the concierge should enhance your stay — not make it more frustrating. Instead, Sajid's attitude made it clear that guest service was not a priority. It's unacceptable to be met with rudeness and indifference when you're simply asking for basic information or assistance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and guest interaction standards. A poor concierge experience like this leaves a lasting negative impression.

The hotel is what it is & you get what you pay for - an older dated property that could do with some upgrades but generally ok for what we needed. The corridors by the rooms smell badly of mould and my bathroom in room 238 had a stink drain smell in it. The drawer labelled hair dryer also didn't have a hair dryer in it. Wifi was low signal quality. Pool area was ok but the steps leading up to it need repairs and maintenance too. I couldn't hear it but there are 2x nightclubs on the ground floor and a haur salon which was awesome. The staff were generally kind and helpful doing their best to assist with our requests etc. Ok for mid range older property.

From the point of arrival all staff were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed a lovely upgrade in room type, which is always a lovely surprise and treat. I ate at the hotel and found the food to be of good quality and well priced. A particular mention to Preeti on reception, who’s smile lights up reception.

My ALL booking got cancelled for some reason, but Mr. Adel helped me to make a new booking on the spot and provided me a room of my choice at lightning pace. Exceptional customer service I would say and all the staff are wonderful and polite to the guests. Will be booking my further business trips here. The room service staff Mr. Priyesh (Day Duty Staff) and Mr. Chanpreet (Night Duty Staff) both did exceptional job, kudos to the team at the restaurant. TAT from order to Delivery is really good and you need care if your order is on the way or not, it's utmost taken care and very professionally. The Housekeeping staff Mr. Tahir, made sure my room was cleaned thoroughly and with atmost details the room was kept in a pristine condition. Thank you all for making my stay memorable, much appreciated.

In room numbe 141 The hospitality was truly impressive, and the entire staff made sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my visit. A special mention goes to Lifeguard Ravi – he was extremely attentive, polite, and professional at the pool. He always ensured guest safety while maintaining a very friendly attitude. It was clear he takes pride in his work, and he definitely added to the overall positive experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front house reception team gave me a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give special thanks to the swimming pool lifeguard team – Ravi and Pushpa. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the pool felt safe and comfortable. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out.
