Brillaint hotel with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Facilties are excellent and the location is perfect for being in close proximity to everything you need as a guest.

Evening music and entertainment was a little too loud between the hours of 10pm-12am for those who have young children and babies, considering this is a family friendly hotel.

Пляж не для купання, дуже багато каменів та не приємно заходити у воду через це. Відсутня шумоізоляція, уночі чутно музику, що заважає заснути. Дуже маленький вибір їжі на шведському столі, не варте заплачених коштів. В нас була можливість обрати один день для вечері у ресторані, їжа була дуже несмачна, деякі страви були горілими або недоготовленими. Кожного ранку люди стоять у черзі за шезлонгами біля басейну, по факту 80% займають місця і зникають на півдня, правило 30 хвилин не працює.

La chambre était sale à notre arrivé. Les draps étaient troués ! Franchement c’est le seul bémol de notre expérience. Merci à Maria la responsable qui nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre nous a appelé tt les jours pour savoir si tt allait bien.

La nourriture de cantine, tout compris normalement mais en réalité le basique, la chambre qui donne sur une ruelle d’accès de l’hôtel sans aucune intimité, pas de discipline dans la gestion des transats à la piscine principale , jamais aucun de libres car essuies dessus alors pas occupés mais ainsi réservés.

Wir haben all inklusive dazu gebucht. Leider hat uns niemand darüber aufgeklärt was dabei nicht enthalten ist. Das Essen am Pool war nicht dabei, keine Minibar aufgefüllt, nicht alle Getränke und Cocktails dabei, da frag ich mich für 80€ p.P/Tag wie man diesen Preis rechtfertigt sorry!

Breakfast had a wide variety, with different options available to suit different palates. There could have been more fresh juices available. The range and choice was limited. The venue was small and got rather busy and full very quickly.

Arrangements for early morning travellers to be able to have takeaway packs would have been great. We had an early morning 5am flight which meant we had to leave the hotel at 3 am. There were no adequate catering arrangements in place for this.

Nous avons tout aimé. Pratiquement les pieds dans l’eau. La nourriture est d’excellente qualité et renouvelée tous les jours. Nous y retournerons avec joie.

Everything about the property is fantastic 😊The food is great. Varieties of food; desserts 🍨 different food everyday. The staff were polite. There is this staff Eva, during breakfast she knows my daughter loves hot chocolate. So every morning when she sees my daughter she would served her hot chocolate without asking. They made my 50th birthday celebration special! Champagne 🍾 on arrival. Birthday cake on my birthday. The site and environment is beautiful. Safe area; restaurants around. Walking distance to shops and outside restaurants. Live entertainment 🎶🎶🎶

The hotel is very modern and clean, with lots of spaces available for chilling/sunbathing. We loved the second pool overlooking the beach as it was quieter and no need to rush to get sunbeds. The sunbeds themselves were the comfiest I’ve used and at 6 months pregnant this was a big plus! The main pool was busier as expected but there is also a rooftop pool with beds so the options are endless. We were just out of season to use the beach but that would be a great spot once fully open. The bars were good too, a little expensive especially for soft drinks but the staff are all really attentive and service is great. I used the indoor pool a few times which was great and the spa - Emma and her colleagues are all really attentive and friendly and I had a great experience! Our room was stunning, we had a dazzling blue sea view room and it was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom facilities top notch. The room was cleaned daily to a really good standard.

We found the dinner buffet a little lacking but not bad for half board. We ended up eating out after two evenings. Similarly the breakfast was quite repetitive and I had hoped for a fresh orange juice station for a 5 star hotel but instead we were served carton juice in tiny cups. Given the aesthetics of the hotel it lends itself to influencer/instagram types so be aware of many photo shoots taking place!

The hotel was amazing and so clean! the food was good too and had good variety, we went to the spa one day and I got a full body massage from Emma Dimitra who was so lovely and amazing at her job! I would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we wanted to see. The service was incredible from start to finish, and every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had a spa treatment with Elena, who was brilliant — so professional and made the experience so relaxing. The spa manager, Emma, was also lovely and really helpful with recommending the best treatments to suit what I wanted. We also booked a couple of excursions through a fantastic local company not far from the hotel — both trips, to Santorini and Spinalonga, were unforgettable. Overall, everything about the stay was perfect — I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

Booked a week away in the sun. Arrived around 9pm. We booked a plunge pool with a city view. The plunge pool was cold and room extremely noisey as it’s on the main road. The city view was the building opposite. We changed rooms the next day to a hot tub room. This room was advertised as a cheaper room when in booked but then had to pay €120 to move rooms. Another night of no sleep thanks to guests this time back to reception and spoke with a manager called Maria who agreed to move us again no charge this time. The third room had a hot tub in a quiet part of the hotel. No noise issues this time. We upgraded to all inclusive which had a great selection of food and drink the first few days and then as things ran out you had less choice. Food quality great and plenty of options the first 4/5 days then last few days it felt like what ever was left. Great hotel and location. Just a shame it felt like everything was being packed around us. Considering how much this holiday cost us I felt as if we didn’t sit on a sun bed or chair it would be packed away.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I simply had to on this occasion mainly because of the incredible staff who made our holiday so special. We were a family travelling with our children, and from the very beginning we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant décor, its perfect location, and the wonderful rooftop area. It’s a lovely spot to relax in the sun during the day, enjoy a swim, and take in the beautiful views an absolute gem for those lazy holiday afternoons. Having travelled extensively and stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say that the first thing I always notice is the level of professionalism from the staff. And in this hotel, it truly stood out in the most of the departments. As a 5 star hotel owner myself, based in Manchester, I was genuinely impressed by the team’s warmth, dedication and genuine care, qualities that can’t be taught, only felt.. The only small issue we faced during our stay was with the food, but once we spoke to Dimitra from Guest Relations, everything was immediately sorted out. She personally connected us with the chef, and the matter was handled swiftly and professionally. As someone who owns a hotel myself, I can only say that I wish we had someone like her on our own team back in Manchester , she’s the kind of person every hotel dreams of having for their guests. I must take a moment to speak about Dimitra, because she truly made a lasting impression on us. We have honestly never met someone so positive, so full of life and warmth a true ray of sunshine. She was always smiling, approachable, and genuinely cared about every guest. You could tell right away that she truly loves what she does not just her job, but the hotel itself. She often spoke with such passion about the place and the team she works with, and that kind of genuine love and pride is something very rare these days. Our teens absolutely adored her and were always asking when they’d see her again.. Dimitra really stood out and many of guests we were interacted with had same opinion , she helped us plan excursions, gave us brilliant recommendations, and sorted out anything we needed in no time at all. She’s a real treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope her management knows how lucky they are to have her. A heartfelt thank you as well to the reception team, who were always polite, welcoming, and efficient. The hotel has clearly made excellent choices when it comes to their staff. A special mention also goes to Stefanos at the bar, who was absolutely lovely,always kind, attentive and welcoming, making every visit to the bar a real pleasure. And of course, a big thank you to the housekeeping team for their excellent work ,the rooms were always spotless, beautifully maintained and a true credit to the hotel Lastly, a big mention for the team at the beach, who work incredibly hard every day. Kostas and his team were absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. All in all, our stay was fantastic , abeautiful hotel made truly unforgettable by the amazing people who work there. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Akasha is by far the best holiday I have been on the hotel as a whole is amazing but what made our trip unforgettable was the service and kindness of the beach house staff. With amazing views it was already a hit for us but the friendly and caring staff made it just that much better, we will definitely be returning next year.

We are having a wonderful holiday in Crete! The staff are incredibly friendly at Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa — from the restaurant to reception team and a special shout out to the staff at The Beach House. Everyone has made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with a smile. We’ve been very happy with their service and can’t wait to come back!

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! Staff are very polite and very kind and helpful! Food was great, quite a lot of options, food was fresh! Lots of fruit and veg! Had a little bump with the room as we got the one with the plunge pool and been advised the water to be 25C temperature, it was unfortunately a lot cooler than that, went to reception just to enquire about it, had a call later that day offering a suite with a hot tub! Absolutely loved the room, located in the quieter area as the plunge pool was right outside the pool/sea view side! Rooms overall very clean and tidy! Luckily caught the warm weather on the week, therefore really enjoyed myself with my partner!

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff are very polite and helpful. Check in and out was swift. We arrived in the evening and a sandwich and banana was provided which was very appreciated. Lots of shops and restaurants just outside the door. Buffet food was lovely with lots of fresh fruit. We would have preferred a self service drinks option as you had to ask for drinks at each meal but they came quickly so it was okay. Rooms are very clean and the pools are stunning.

First off starting on a good note - The restaurant staff are fantastic and couldn’t say anything higher about them - nothing is too much- We came as a family with a baby - (which hotel knew about as they provided us with cott before arrival. They placed us on the front main road with all the traffic which was horrendously loud.. once we asked to change rooms as we had two nights of no sleep we decided to ask to move which they provided - but we went into the next room and within an hour it was invested with ants ! In the bed ,around the bed absolutely everywhere! The cleaner came and brushed them with her brush and then put chemicals down on the floor and said we had to stay out of room .. which meant I had to change my plans for the day and my child couldn’t crawl safely around. We spoke to manager and said this is costing us our time and nights sleep now as we have already moved once already - she said she can upgrade us to sea view instead- Again packed up entire room and moved again- to find out we got the bar / singers / musicians playing their drums above us on big bass speakers which finish at 11pm at night which for us wasn’t ideal - the music was horrendous on its on without hearing drunk people moving their chairs above us .. I found all of the rooms were very loud .. not like before (we came here two years ago). We went all inclusive mainly because of the drinks for family of three - but the food …. Was constantly cold .. no flavour and to be honest .. I was dreading meal times and got to the point I couldn’t be bothered to even go up anymore. Once again the staff there was lovely. We haven’t even finished the holiday yet but I cannot wait to leave.. which is upsetting as we’ve spent thousands of pounds to stay here for the time we have. It’s definitely not what it was a couple years ago .

Today is our last day and although still here I wanted to ensure I reviewed this amazing place. From start to finish out holiday has been paradise. We have been to Crete many times but our last visit was 13 years ago when we got engaged on Santorini during a day trip. This stay was to help us recapture that amazing time and this hotel helped plus much more. The hotel itself looks normal from the front but then to the back is breathtaking. The main pool area is where we spent most of our time and it's the most beautiful pool area I have experienced. The beds are comfortable a d there are little sheltered spaces to use at your leisure. There is also a rooftop bar and pool and a beach one as well. So many choices. The hotel was full but as the pool area doesn't open until 9am there was no early reservation of sunbeds. The staff in this hotel have been so attentive and could not have been any more hospitable. Special shout out to Nada who made our dining experiences special. All the pool bar staff through the day and evening where also amazing! We opted for all inclusive for convenience and also we like the option of going out or staying at the hotel. The package was amazing with great drink options both alcoholic, soft and coffee! The cocktails were amazing especially mojito and espresso Martini which hotels often get wrong. The food in this hotel was amongst the best I have had all inclusive and I am very fussy! There was so many choices and everything was fresh and flavoursome. I didn't crave leaving the hotel for any meals which is unlike me! The room was comfortable and stylish! The beds comfortable and everything kept very clean! I cannot wait to return to this hotel. The staff and relaxing atmosphere make it top of my list!
