Nothing! The worst that I have been. Hotel with 4 stars, paid 450euro per night and was absolutely terrible and dirty

VERY DIRTY, VERY DISGUSTING, TOILETS SMELLED HORIBLE..everything so dirty. Do not choose this hotel will spoil your vacations.

Remek helyen van a hotel, pár perc sétára jobbra szép öblök, lassan mélyülő, kristálytiszta vizű strandok, balra pár oerc sétára a nyüusgő itca éttermekkel, bazárokkal. Választékos reggeli és vacsora.Kedves személyzet.

A kicsi erkély használhatatlan a klima kültéri egysége miatt, ami ontja a hőt,a beltéri egység hangosan zörgött.Ebben a szobában nagyon kicsi a tusoló, Ez biztos nem monden szobára jellemző.

Tágas szobát, részlegesen tengerre és hegyre is néző szobákat kaptunk. Mindenki nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt. Naponta takarítottak. A reggeli és vacsora is változatos és ízletes volt, mindenki talált számára megfelelő ételeket!

A parkolás az utcán volt csak megoldható, és sokszor nehezen tudtuk megoldani a hotel közelében a megállást.

Alles war unkompliziert, das Zimmer gut. Beim Essen konnte man draußen sitzen, das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Der Strand war direkt vor dem Hotel. Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

El recepcionista intentó cobrar 20€ de tasas cuando por booking no debemos pagarlas. Las tumbonas de la playa 20€ por día, la caja fuerte cuesta 5€ por día. El baño es una cajita y la ducha horrible de pequeña.

Расположение отеля великолепное! Все в пешей доступности. Персонал на рецепции помогал во всех вопросах. Ребя очень отзывчивые и вежливые. Еда в ресторане разнообразная, вкусная! официанты большие умнички!

В номерах хотелось бы чуть больше чистоты. Пляж не понравился, ездили в другое место. Жаль,что за ужином не предусмотрены напитки (сок/чай). Так же при раннем завтраке( по просьбе) завтрака не оказалось. Очень жаль,что так вышло.

nice spaceous room. We had a half-board: it was a variative dinner, with some specialities every evening, and base set of other meals. It is on a beach side, although need to pay separatelly for a sunbed on the beach. But you can use a pool on the roof with some amount of free sunbeds there.

Просторі номери, наш виходив у внутрішній двір і вночі було тихо. Також великим плюсом є те, що зовсім поруч немає барів і клубів. До них треба пройти по набережній метрів 500-700. Смачні і різноманітні сніданки і вечері, 5 днів поспіль у мене були різні сніданки (вибір дозволяв)

Прибирання щоденне, але достатньо поверхневе. Душова кабіна ну дууууже маленька.

Понравилось всё. И сам отель и его работники,начиная с рецепшн,уборкой в номерах и кончая рестораном. Особая благодарность Ивоне. Человек очень внимательный приветливый и оперативно решает все вопросы. Спасибо за отдых!

Хотелось чтоб у отеля был свой песчаный пляж с шезлонгами. Но мы нашли выход,отдыхали в Стар Бич и на пляже в Малии. А море чудесное!

Die Lage ist Top, Pool und Beach direkt mit Lift erreichbar, ebenso der Speisesaal. Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet war ausgezeichnet, sehr vieles auch frisch zubereitet. Abendbuffet war Durchschnitt, aber o.k. Hervorzuheben ist das komplette Personal: äußerst freundlich und kompetent, vor allem Zimmerservice.

Zimmer klein, Badezimmerchen sehr, sehr klein. Kein Platz zur Ablage. Platzmangel auch in der Duschkabine.

The hotel stays beachfront, you can enjoy your breakfast with a Seaview. The room was a bit shabby, although cleaning/towels change was every day. The food in restaurant was ok, but nothing special. The beverages in the morning - for free, in the evening you need to pay. The beds and umbrella on the beach are also should be paid extra. What I like the most is personal, always smiling and trying to help by all means.

All drinks with extra costs for dinner. Quite a tiny beach.

Egy hetet töltöttünk itt, a személyzet végig kedves volt, az ételek finomak voltak, a szobában a padlót minden nap felmosták a szemetet kidobták, ha elfogyott valami pótolták, rögtön a hotel mellett szupermarketek, bazàrsor, a tengerpart közel volt, szórakozó helyek, vizipipabár

Sajnos a wifi sokszor használhatatlan volt, a klíma teteje nagyon koszos, feltételezhetően belülről sem takarítják, mert érezhetően por jött belőle nem volt jó a levegő, a kültéri egysèg az erkély padlójára tették, éjszakára az erkély ajtót nem tudtuk nyitva hagyni, mert nagyon zajos volt, a zuhanytálca csúszós, kapaszkodó nincs, a mosdótól a szappanadagoló tàvolabbl volt, és a hajszàrító is rossz helyre lett felszerelve a mosdó felett, szellőzés nincs a fürdőben, az ételek ugyan finomak voltak, de szinte minden nap ugyanaz a menüsor változatosság nélkül, a folyósó a szobák között szűk a közlekedés ezért nehézkes volt, a medence nagyon pici. Összességében egy 4 csillagos helynél nem ezt várnà az ember

La cordialità di tutto lo staff, a partire dalle donne ai piani, il personale di sala a colazione e cena e il gli addetti al front Office. Inoltre, la posizione della struttura era ottimale, vicinissima a ristoranti, negozi, una giocheria per bambini, spiaggia sabbiosa a pochi passi con musica e servizi ottimali.

Компактний готель, але все в ньому є. Розташування готелю дуже сподобалось. В нас був сніданки і вечеря було все дуже смачно, хоча мені трохи не вистачало на сніданках різноманіття в їжі. Басейн на даху, з шикарним видом, все дуже охайно і чисто. Прибирання номера було щоденно, заміна рушників і косметики. Прибиральниці дуже привітні і такі милі жінки, дуже швидко і охайно прибирали номер.

Коли був повний готель доводилось трохи чекати в ресторані щоб сісти на вечерю.

Die Möbel und die Sanitärenanlagen sind sehr abgekommen, der Zustand lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Keine Ablageflächen vorhanden, vorallem nicht im Bad. Die Duschkabine ist so schmal, dass sogar ein schmaler Mensch keine Möglichkeit sich innerhalb der Duschkabine sich zu bewegen. Die Zimmer sind so winzig, dass man nicht einmal Platz hat, den Koffer zu öffnen. Insgesamt ist die Hotelanlahe sehr herunter gekommen und keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Lage jedoch ist perfekt, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Месторасположение отеля. Сразу на центральной улице- рядом заведения, где можно пообедать, супермаркеты и сувенирные лавки, где можно приобрести подарки друзьям). Отель неплохой. Пляж в 60 метрах. Можно оплачивать, как лежаки относящиеся к нашему отелю, так и к соседнему (там более симпатичные лежаки и зонтики). Стоимость в день 20€ за комплект из зонтика и двух лежаков. Полотенца мы брали свои, не оплачивали, те которые предоставляют в отеле. Питание хорошее, нареканий нет, еда вкусная и разнообразная на завтрак и на ужин. За завтраком вода, кофе, сок в свободном доступе. В ужин напитки не включены- оплачиваются отдельно, как пример бутылка воды 1 л- 3 €. Персонал действительно приятный, все с кем приходилось общаться- милые ребята! Бассейн очень маленький на крыше. Удобно до 12.00 побыть там, пока нет большого количества людей и потом спускаться к морю. Вход в море каменистый, но камни не колючие, но все же в аквашузах удобнее, чем без них. Море чистое и красивое, даже плавают рыбки.

Вид из номера. Почти на расстоянии вытянутой руки вперед и по бокам располагались номера соседей. Вид из номера был внутрь постройки- стен соседних номеров нашего отеля. Номер для троих был малюсенький.

Decent breakfast and dinner, great location, clean.

Hidden fees (20 euros for a safe and water at dinner costs extra) , we were downgraded from a triple room to a double room and weren’t compensated accordingly. Our valuables got locked inside the safe (that we payed extra for) and no one took accountability for the malfunction of the safe. We were told we arent allowed to bring in water to dinner and were forced to pay for it - false advertising (not really half board). Hotel beach not as advertised

Early morning breakfast was VERY BAD stale bread and fruit. Breakfast and dinner should be improved. Fish dishes were not good. Got the runs the first day I ate fish.

Location of the hotel is perfect, next to the best beach, Golden Beach , in Hersonissos centar( not spacious and often crowded ) but 20 -30 minutes walk next to the sea, to the beautiful, spacious , peaceful , sand beaches Star and Melisi.. food is very delicious, breakfast always the same , but dinner differ and there was a salmon fish , perfect…And therrace of the restaurant has the perfect view, and we very often found available table there.

The rooms looking on the sea ( side view ) are smoler, terrace on the 3th flour are from blocks and very tall , so if you are seating you can’ t see nothing and very small, the same like and the toilet and cabin for showering. The air conditioning is not working if the teracce dour is open and is very hot because of the sun side … We change the room for the second flour , no sea view, much spacious room , biger toilet and cabin.. much better and pritier

great place ! it’s been great time ! next to everything, next to a bus station. the stuff are amazing!

It says they have a beach which is true but you have to pay 7.5 € each day for the chair and 2 € for the towel daily.. the sea view balcony is two small and the air conditioned unit is on the balcony as well .. they change the towel in the room each two days which is my first time I face something like that … the rent of the room doesn’t worth the facilities… the location of the hotel is great …

We couldnt take a shower because it wasn not presure of the water..we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and they put us in 2 different rooms not even close to each other

The property looks clean. Beds were good and staff was friendly.

The evening food was very bad. They had mostly pork with some small things. als the cleaning in the room was net very good , but just ok.

the priority is generally very convenient, easy to find and convenient for long and short stay. food is great, service staff is very friendly.

Upon arrival at (close to midnight), we were rudely informed we must provide a voucher for our booking - we were not able to provide a voucher as Expedia provided no such thing. The receptionist said we can have the room for the night whilst they investigate our booking and that we will be visited in our room the next morning as a follow up to this (no such follow up ever came). The next morning we prepared to go to the large outdoor pool advertised for the hotel when we booked it - we were incredibly aggrieved to find this pool no longer existed. The land to the pool had been sold off to make room for some apartments and in its place only a very small rooftop pool was available (this had 30 sun loungers for our hotel and the sister hotel, Evelyn Beach, which each had hundreds of guests). The only alternative to this was the hotel's beach, which carried an €8 per day charge (this was also not made clear when the booking was made). As the rooftop pool was so small, and as there were so many guests trying to use it, we were unable to make use of the pool once - everyone that did had to be there from 9am until the end of the day and could not leave the poolside for fear their towels were removed. This meant we spent €80 over our ten day trip on the beach; an expense we had not planned for.

I certainly didn't like having to pay to use the safe in my room - which also included a key I had to carry around like it was 1985...

The location was perfect and the restaurant staff was very nice, delightful and helpful as well as the whole hotel staff. Everyone said hello and were very nice to us. We also got a room with a busy street view which was very nice - we had an opportunity to check the street life from the balcony when the kids were sleeping, even we had to stay at the room in such an early time. Also it was nice to have the room shared into two spaces, still without doors. The cleaner workers were very flexible and smily. We would like to say thank you and greetings to the whole staff!

Het is niets als trap op trap af de lift is te klein en als hij niet werkt krijg je als antwoord dan moet je maar op je kamer blijven waar een stoel op staat voor 3 personen en het personeel slaapt maar door, het eten is niet de moeite waart het is zo maar wat, dan nog ze wisten dat we een kamer met een douch moesten en dan krijg je gewoon een kamer met bad ze doen daar zo maar iets ze luisteren daar niet naar je probleem, het is maar goed dat we daar in de beurt de weg weten vandaar we toch nog een hellen goede vakantie hebben gehad en veel gelachen.

En toppen vistelse på ett hotell mitt i stan och samtidigt precis vid stranden. I händelsernas centrum. Nära till Restauranger, barer och utestället. Fullt av butiker och affärer i området.Ett stenkast från vattenparken Star Beach. Mitt framför bästa cafét i stan om man gillar Frappé, stället heter Coffee Island. Stora härliga balkonger om man har familjerum. Toppen service allt från städ, reception som till restaurangen. Underbar liten terrass/balkong där man kunde sitta och äta frukost eller sen middag.

Pros: - good and varied food - pool Cons: - we were wlecomed with a dead bird on the balcony. No compensation offered - Poor ventilation - bathroom smelled really bad and if you left the room without windows open, you came back to a smelly room - Poorly constructed - holes in the bathroom wall (for pipes), pipe coming through a wall on the balcony, ending up in a bucket. Together with AC, it took 1/3 of space of the balcony

Essen war sehr schlecht.. Gingen praktisch immer auswärts essen. Viele Russische Gäste.

Hotellet ligger bare et steinkast fra stranda, hvor det finnes mange solsenger til en forholdsvis høy pris. Solsengene ved bassenget kan du bare glemme, om du da ikke vil legge deg til kl. 7.00 på morgenen. Forsøkte som "alle andre" å legge håndklær på, men de ble fjernet av andre gjesters håndklær. Akkurat dette ble litt slitsomt med hele oppholdet. Hotellets spisesal er svært bråkete og oppleves som enkel. Maten var god, men vi valgte som oftest å finne andre alternativer. Rengjøringen kommer dessverre ikke opp på mer enn 3 stjerner. Vi betalte for 2 dobbeltrom med havsutsikt og halv pensjon. Dessverre går det ikke 4 stoler på en veranda. Men service på hotellet er mer enn 3 stjerner!

Room with a view that carries all the rest. Excellent bed. Bathroom midget. Dining fairly good, staff excellent. Check in slow and impersonal, check out the opposite. Location 100%. Design elegant yet practical and comfortable.

We enjoy the place a lot. The beach is in the back side, we can go to swim anytime. The foods are great. Our whole family had a great time.

Rien à redire à part la qualité de la restauration un peu grasse mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon à cette période de l'année.
